The purpose of the researchers conducting this study is to facilitate problem solving in the Makmur Mandiri Cooperative related to employees. This research study was conducted to find information related to the state of the work environment and work motivation to produce employee performance at the Makmur Mandiri Cooperative. The data in this research study were collected using a questionnaire. The deductive method and the inductive method are the methods used to write this study. The Makmur Mandiri Cooperative is the location for the researchers to carry out this study. The findings of this research study are that there is a significant relationship between work environment and work motivation on employee performance in the Makmur Mandiri Cooperative. Employee performance at the Makmur Mandiri Cooperative can increase the quality and profits of its business.

These studies aim to examine and analyze effects of profitabilities and transfer prices on tax aggressiveness. The independent variable use are profitabilities and transfer prices. The dependent variables use is tax aggressiveness. The populations in these studies are companies in consumers good industries from 2017 to 2021 on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The secondary data collections method in which data is quantitative in form of financials report access through www.idx.co.id, the official IDX website. The sample in these studies were 25 company during observation periods of 5 consecutive year so that total samples was 125. The method of analyst of these studies use multipled linear regressions. The result of these studies indicate that profitability affects tax aggressiveness and transfer prices affect tax aggressiveness. Meanwhile, profitability and transfer price simultaneously influence tax aggressiveness. the coefficient of determination\u27s findings indicate 13.9%. These result indicating abilities of independent variables to explained dependent variables while 86.1% is explain by another variable.

A New Textbook Design in Language Teaching: Plurimethodological Pair-unit
Get PDFIn this paper, I propose a model of plurimethodological approach in ELT textbook design, in which one unit is based on the communicative PPP unit model, where the unit ends with a final communicative task, and the following unit is based on the action-oriented unit model, where the unit is a mini-project unit as a whole. Such a textbook model is based on the concept of plurimethodological pair-unit, where the communicative approach and the action-oriented approach are combined in coherence and synergy. In such a plurimethodological textbook design, the topics of the two successive units (one PPP unit and the other mini-project unit) are the same or closely related, so that the unit based on the PPP model will provide the students with much of the language and documentary resources needed to complete the mini-project in the following unit. The mini-project unit will provide the students with additional language and documentary resources for carrying out the mini-project, but as there will be less language and documentary work for students in this unit, students will be better able to concentrate on carrying out the mini-project
- Amplifying Indonesia\u27s Defence Diplomacy in ASEAN: Exploring the ASEAN Solidarity Exercise Natuna 2023
Get PDFBeing the regional actor in the heart of the Indo-Pacific, ASEAN has had its share of multilateral initiatives that encompass its members’ interests and the region\u27s development. However, ASEAN has little initiative in the form of a joint military training for its member states. That was until Indonesia’s chairmanship in ASEAN, a joint military exercise was held in September 2023 which was named ASEX-01 N. This new development is interesting given its enactment occurred in the midst of a competition between the US and China in the Indo-Pacific. Against that backdrop, the paper seeks to point out how said initiative may serve as a means to accentuate Indonesia’s role in Indonesia whilst providing benefits to reap by the rest of ASEAN member states. To that end, the paper employs a qualitative research method involving the use of secondary data. Moreover, the paper also utilizes the concept of defence diplomacy to better understand the ASEAN initiative at hand. The paper begins with a brief overview of Southeast Asia’s regional landscape that is witnessing a competition for influence between the US and China. The article then lays out the recent ASEAN initiative it’s concerned with that is the ASEAN Solidarity Exercise Natuna 2023. Upon learning of what the initiative entails, the paper would proceed with the defence diplomacy analysis of said initiative. Here, it can be understood how the initiative entails some matters that can benefit Indonesia’s international reputation as well as ASEAN member states’ capacity building

The owner of the Karunia hot spring business is one of the entrepreneurs who provide hot spring baths, accommodations/homestays, and a restaurant. This business opportunity has become more competitive with many similar ventures opening up. Marketing and promoting this natural attraction continues. As time goes by, the promotion and business systems need to be enhanced by using information technology to improve. A website is one of the means for promotion and branding, enabling the digitization of the established business. Building a website is applied for promotional purposes and to enhance credibility with the public, making them more familiar with the hot spring tourism in Sipoholon, especially Karunia hot spring. The website also serves as a centralized platform for financial management, cash flow, and business operations, which have previously been done manually. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di desa Tobat, Tangerang. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman akan pentingnya kalimat hoak. Pengamatan tim abdimas yang merupakan warga desa Tobat bahwa masih terdapat ibu-ibu yang dengan mudahnya menyebarkan informasi melalui media sosial tanpa mencari tahu kebenarannya. Selain itu, ibu-ibu menjadi korban berita hoak yang ada. Observasi tim abdimas terhadap media social ibu-ibu juga masih terdapat penyebaran berita hoak. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pelaksanaan PKM ini adalah metode sosialisasi, berbagi pengalaman, diskusi bersama dan PLA. Beberapa hasil kegiatan abdimas ini yaitu pertama, program ini berhasil memberikan pemahaman terhadap ibu-ibu di desa Tobat akan berita hoak, kedua, Sampai saat ini, para ibu masih suka berkomunikasi dengan tim abdimas berkenaan dengan berita hoak, ketiga, para anak dan remaja juga perlu mendapatkan sosialisasi terhadap berita hoak.

Get PDFBasically, entrepreneurship training is training that provides entrepreneurial skills, fosters motivation and interest in entrepreneurship so that participants gain increased skills, knowledge, experience and ability to become entrepreneurs. In this digital era, entrepreneurs are required to be more adaptive and innovative. They need to utilize digital technology to improve operational efficiency, expand market reach, and create added value for customers. This service activity uses a training approach as the main instrument. The pre-activity stage begins with identifying the needs and potential of the church congregation, including mapping the participants\u27 abilities and shortcomings. Furthermore, the preparation of training materials tailored to the participants\u27 needs was carried out carefully, taking into account various aspects such as digital knowledge, understanding of business and entrepreneurial potential. From the service activities that have been carried out, it can be concluded that this activity has considerable benefits for improving participants\u27 digital entrepreneurship skills and knowledge. Participants also showed high enthusiasm as evidenced by the many questions from the participants. It is hoped that this entrepreneurship training and mentoring will be useful and can increase the knowledge, abilities and skills of digital entrepreneurship for the participants.Pada dasarnya, pelatihan kewirausahaan merupakan pelatihan dengan memberikan ketrampilan berwirausahaan, menumbuhkan motivasi dan minat berwirausaha sehingga peserta mendapatkan peningkatan ketrampilan, pengetahuan, pengalaman serta kemampuan untuk berwirausaha. Di era digital ini, wirausahawan dituntut untuk lebih adaptif dan inovatif. Mereka perlu memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, memperluas jangkauan pasar, dan menciptakan nilai tambah bagi pelanggan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan pelatihan sebagai instrumen utama. Tahap Pra-kegiatan dimulai dengan identifikasi kebutuhan dan potensi jemaat gereja, termasuk pemetaan kemampuan serta kekurangan yang dimiliki peserta. Selanjutnya, penyusunan materi pelatihan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan peserta dilakukan secara cermat, mempertimbangkan berbagai aspek seperti pengetahuan digitalnya, pemahaman akan bisnis, dan potensi wirausaha yang dimiliki. Dari kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilaksanakan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan ini memiliki manfaat yang cukup besar untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan digital peserta. Peserta juga memperlihatkan antusiasme yang tinggi dibuktikan dari banyaknya pertanyaan dari para peserta. Adanya pelatihan kewirausahaan dan pendampingan ini diharapkan bermanfaat dan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, kemampuan dan keterampilan berwirausaha digital bagi para peserta
Peningkatan Produktivitas Tanaman Hortikultura Melalui Smart Watering System di Kelurahan Klasuluk Provinsi Papua Barat Daya
Get PDFKlasuluk Village is one of the villages in Mariat District, Sorong Regency, Southwest Papua. In general, the people of Klasuluk Village work as farmers. The commodities most widely planted by the people of Klasuluk Village are horticultural plants. Dry soil conditions and watering systems that still use manual equipment are the causes of low horticultural plant productivity in Klasuluk Village, especially the Tunas Siaga farmer group. The methods of implementing this community service are (1) Socialization, (2) training, (3) application of technology, (4) mentoring and program evaluation. The results of this community service program are the application of smart watering system technology and training in the use of this technology can increase the productivity of horticultural plants and increase the economic value of the community in Klasuluk Village in the Tunas Siaga farmer group. From the results of this community service program, it can be concluded that smart watering system technology can increase the productivity of horticultural plants and is very much needed by the Tunas Siaga farmer group.Kelurahan Klasuluk merupakan salah satu kelurahan yang berada di Distrik Mariat Kabupaten Sorong, Papua Barat Daya. Secara garis besar, masyarakat Kelurahan Klasuluk bermata pencaharian sebagai petani. Komoditi yang paling banyak ditanam oleh masyarakat Kelurahan Klasuluk adalah tanaman Hortikultura. Kondisi tanah yang kering dan sistem penyiraman yang masih menggunakan peralatan manual menjadi penyebab rendahnya produktivitas tanaman hortikultura di kelurahan Klasuluk khususnya kelompok tani Tunas Siaga. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini yaitu (1) Sosialisasi,(2) pelatihan, (3) penerapan teknologi,(4) pendampingan dan evaluasi Program. Hasil dari program pengabdian ini yaitu penerapan teknologi smart watering system dan pelatihan penggunaan teknologi tersebut dapat meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman Hortikultura dan meningkatkan nilai ekonomi masyaraka di kelurahan Klasuluk pada kelompok tani Tunas Siaga. Dari hasil program pengabdian ini dapat disimpukan bahwa teknologi smart watering system dapat meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman Hortikultura dan sangat dibutuhkan oleh kelompok tani Tunas Siaga

Get PDFSuasana belajar yang kurang menyenangkan dapat dipengaruhi oleh kreativitas seorang guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam menggunakan teknologi digital sebagai media pembelajaran. Dalam menghadapi peserta didik di era digital, guru Pendidikan Agama kristen diharapkan memilik kemampuan untuk memanfaatkan teknologi digital dengan lebih kreatif sebagai media pembelajaran agar suasana belajar menjadi lebih menyenangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan dan menganalisa kreativitas guru pendidikan agama kristen dalam menggunakan teknologi digital sebagai media pembelajaran yang menyenangkan di SMK Wira Harapan – Bali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan: Pertama, kreativitas guru dalam menggunakan teknologi digital sebagai media pembelajaran, perlu ditingkatkan dan dilatih. Sebab, kreativitas guru sangat membatu proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih menyenangkan. Kedua, bentuk media pembelajaran sebagai model hipotetik teknologi digital, antara lain: media pembelajaran berbasis power point animasi; internet dengan pembuatan ebook dan materi ajar berbentuk poster melalui aplikasi canva; media berbasis audio visual melalui plotagon; dan media pembelajaran berbasis adroid. Ketiga, faktor penghambat kreativitas guru antara lain: faktor usia; kurangnya kemampuan atau keterampilan guru untuk menggunakan teknologi digital, suasana belajar dalam kelas dan alokasi waktu pembelajaran yang lebih singkat.An unpleasant learning atmosphere can be influenced by the creativity of a Christian Religious Education teacher in using digital technology as a learning medium. In dealing with students in the digital era, Christian Religious Education teachers are expected to have the ability to use digital technology more creatively as a learning medium so that the learning atmosphere becomes more enjoyable. This research aims to describe and analyze the creativity of Christian religious education teachers in using digital technology as a fun learning medium at Wira Harapan Vocational School – Bali. The research method used in this research is descriptive using qualitative research methods This research produces: First, teacher creativity in using digital technology as a learning medium needs to be improved and trained. Because teacher creativity really helps the learning process become more enjoyable. Second, the form of learning media as a hypothetical model of digital technology, including: animated power point based learning media; internet by creating ebooks and teaching materials in the form of posters via the Canva application; audio-visual based media through Plotagon; and Android-based learning media. Third, factors inhibiting teacher creativity include: age factor; lack of teacher ability or skills to use digital technology, learning atmosphere in the classroom and shorter learning time allocation
Implementasi Profil Pelajar Pancasila Pada Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen Kelas X SMK Negeri 3 Palangka Raya
Get PDFProjek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) di SMK Negeri 3 Palangka Raya dilaksanakan pada pembelajaran kokurikuler guna memperkuat karakter peserta didik yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Berdasarkan hal tersebut tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan gambaran umum profil pelajar Pancasila dalam kurikulum merdeka belajar, serta mendeskripsikan implementasi Profil Pelajar Pancasila pada pembelajaran intrakurikuler, yaitu Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu dalam mengimplementasikan profil pelajar Pancasila dalam pembelajaran PAK, metode yang digunakan guru PAK SMK Negeri 3 Palangka Raya yaitu menggunakan project based learning; studi kasus; dan pembelajaran kolaboratif, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa keenam dimensi profil pelajar Pancasila telah diimplementasikan dengan baik melalui proses pembelajaran PAK di SMK Negeri 3 Palangka Raya.The Pancasila Students Profile Strengthening Project (P5) at SMK Negeri 3 Palangka Raya is implemented in co-curricular learning to strengthen the character of students in accordance with the values of Pancasila. Based on this, the purpose of this study is to describe the general description of the Pancasila learner profile in the Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar (Independent Learning Curriculum), and describe the implementation of the Pancasila Learner Profile in intracurricular learning, namely Christian Religious Education. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of this study are in implementing the Pancasila learner profile in CRE learning, the methods used by CRE teachers of SMK Negeri 3 Palangka Raya are using project-based learning; case studies; and collaborative learning, so it can be concluded that the six dimensions of the Pancasila learner profile have been well implemented through the PAK learning process at SMK Negeri 3 Palangka Raya
