Get PDFThe bakery business, particularly dry cakes, has rapidly grown as part of the promising food and beverage industry, especially during significant religious events. To support this, the Economic Development Commission of the Church of the Christian Pasundan Synod of Jakarta and Banten is working to encourage the congregation’s economy and improve family income through the empowerment of small businesses (UMKM) in the dry cake sector, led by one of the congregation members, Mrs. Wenny Widiawati, with her business "Kuenya Afra." However, challenges include how to market the dry cakes both offline and digitally, calculate the cost of goods sold (HPP), and identify potential business risks for home-based businesses. This Community Service program aims to enhance the understanding of the importance of implementing the right marketing strategies, calculating HPP, managing business risks, and creating business accounts on social media. The conclusion from this community service activity is that the partner, especially the owner of "Kuenya Afra" and the church congregation, greatly benefited from understanding the importance of implementing digital marketing strategies to expand their customer base. Through this socialization and mentoring program, it is expected to increase entrepreneurial spirit and sales beyond the limited congregation environment. The activity was held onsite at the Gereja Kristen Pasundan Ebenhaezer Church in Cawang, Jakarta.Bisnis kue, khususnya kue kering, telah berkembang pesat sebagai bagian dari industri makanan dan minuman yang menjanjikan, terutama momen besar keagamaan. Untuk itu, program Komisi Pengembangan Ekonomi Jemaat Gereja Kristen Pasundan Klasis Jakarta dan Banten berupaya mendorong ekonomi jemaat, untuk meningkatan ekonomi keluarga, melalui pemberdayaan UMKM bisnis kue kering yang telah dijalankan oleh salah seorang jemaat ibu Wenny Widiawati dengan nama usaha “Kuenya Afra”. Namun tantangannya adalah bagaimana memasarkan kue kering secara offline dan digital, menghitung HPP, mengenali risiko bisnis yang berpotensi bagi bisnis rumahan. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pentingnya menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang tepat, penghitungan HPP, mengelola risiko usaha serta membuat akun bisnis di media sosial. Simpulan dari hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini mitra khususnya pemilik “Kuenya Afra” dan jemaat gereja yaitu sangat terbantu dengan semakin memahami pentingnya menerapkan strategi pemasaran digital bagi usahanya untuk memperluas segmen pasar konsumen. No full textITL Trisakti with several private universities under the coordination of LLDikti III, including Universitas Kristen Indonesia and Universitas Tama Jagakarsa were carried out a community outreach program in Kademangan Village, Cianjur City, aimed at increasing public awareness of disaster risks in the region. The program sought to enhance the community\u27s ability to respond to and evacuate during disasters, emphasize the importance of effective communication in disaster preparedness, and strengthen mitigation efforts. Utilizing the Smart Village Program under the Smart People pillar, the initiative included public education, donation distribution, and the integration of Artificial Intelligence into creative teaching and learning resources for educators from five elementary schools in Kademangan Village. Kites For Peace: Educating "Peace" for Children
Get PDFPeace is a universal value that should be instilled from an early age, especially in children as they shape their identities and life principles. By understanding the meaning of peace, children can become positive role models in their communities. The Center for Social Justice and Global Responsibility at LPPM UKI organized a community service initiative titled Kites for Peace in RT 008 and RT 007, RW 010, Cawang Subdistrict, East Jakarta. This initiative aimed to teach children that peace is not merely the absence of violence but also encompasses freedom, happiness, and harmony. The method consisted of two main activities: an interactive lecture encouraging children to understand and find peace in their daily lives and a creative kite-painting session as a medium of expression. The results of the initiative revealed three key findings. First, children were able to define peace based on their own experiences, such as enjoying quiet time reading or sharing toys with friends. Second, they identified ways to create harmony in their environment, including listening to their parents and helping friends in need. Third, they creatively expressed their vision of peace through kite designs, incorporating colors and symbols that reflect their hopes for harmony.

Dengan memahami makna perdamaian, anak-anak dapat menjadi panutan positif di lingkungan mereka. Center for Social Justice and Global Responsibility at LPPM UKI menyelenggarakan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertajuk Kites for Peace di RT 008 dan RT 007, RW 010, Kelurahan Cawang, Jakarta Timur. Inisiatif ini bertujuan untuk mengajarkan bahwa perdamaian bukan sekadar ketiadaan kekerasan, tetapi juga mencakup kebebasan, kebahagiaan, dan harmoni. Metode yang digunakan terdiri dari dua kegiatan utama: ceramah interaktif yang mengajak anak-anak memahami dan menemukan perdamaian dalam kehidupan sehari-hari serta sesi kreatif melukis layang-layang sebagai media ekspresi. Hasil dari inisiatif ini mengungkapkan tiga temuan utama. Pertama, anak-anak mampu mendefinisikan perdamaian berdasarkan pengalaman mereka sendiri, seperti menikmati waktu tenang untuk membaca atau berbagi mainan dengan teman. Kedua, mereka mengidentifikasi cara menciptakan harmoni di lingkungan sekitar, termasuk mendengarkan nasihat orang tua dan membantu teman yang membutuhkan. Ketiga, mereka secara kreatif mengekspresikan visi perdamaian melalui desain layang-layang, menggabungkan warna dan simbol yang mencerminkan harapan mereka akan keharmonisan.

EDUKASI GIZI SEIMBANG DAN LATIHAN KEBUGARAN DI HKBP GEDONG KRAMATJATI JAKARTA TIMUR
Get PDFThe process of physical growth and development in children is often disturbed, one of the causes is malnutrition. Another case in the elderly, where problems that often occur besides malnutrition are also mobility disorders. Mobility disorders in the elderly are caused by the elderly worrying about moving their bodies, for this reason, fitness training is needed for the elderly to be able to carry out their daily activities. The purpose of this PkM is to provide balanced nutrition education for children and the elderly and physical exercise to improve elderly fitness. The method used is to provide education (counseling) and fitness practices. The participants who attended amounted to 68 people. The implementation of this community service begins with preparation, namely coordination with partners and the team. The implementation of the service starts from anthropometric examinations; providing education on child and elderly nutrition; fitness training; and giving tokens of appreciation from the service team and partners. The education went well which was marked by the many curiosities of the participants, as well as during the practice of physical exercise, the participants felt that the exercises given could be done easily for elderly people with limited mobility. Providing education and refresher exercises needs to be done regularly, for that the partners can follow up cooperation with facilitators who can guide church health cadres.Proses pertumbuhan dan perkembangan fisik pada anak sering sekali mengalami gangguan salah satu penyebabnya adalah kurang gizi. Lain halnya pada lansia, dimana masalah yang sering terjadi selain kurang gizi juga gangguan mobilitas. Gangguan mobilitas pada lansia disebabkan karena lansia kuatir untuk menggerakkan tubuhnya, untuk itu perlu adanya latihan kebugaran bagi lansia untuk dapat mampu melakukan aktivitasnya sehari-hari. Tujuan PkM ini adalah memberikan edukasi gizi seimbang pada anak dan lansia serta latihan fisik untuk meningkatkan kebugaran lansia. Metode yang digunakan adalah memberikan edukasi (penyuluhan) dan praktik kebugaran. Peserta yang hadir berjumlah 68 orang. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diawali dengan persiapan yaitu koordinasi dengan mitra dan tim. Pelaksaan pengabdian mulai dari pemeriksaan antropometri; pemberian edukasi gizi anak dan lansia; latihan kebugaran; dan pemberian tanda kasih dari tim pengabdian dan mitra. Edukasi berjalan dengan baik yang ditandai dengan banyaknya keinginan tahuan dari peserta, begitu juga pada saat praktik latihan fisik, peserta merasakan bahwa latihan yang diberikan dapat dilakukan dengan mudah bagi lansia yang keterbatasan mobilitas. Pemberian edukasi dan latihan penyegaran perlu dilakukan secara reguler, untuk itu pihak mitra dapat menindaklanjuti kerjasama dengan fasilitator yang dapat membimbing kader kesehatan gereja
Entrepreneurship: Pelatihan Menjadi Wirausaha Kreatif & Inovatif dalam Pemanfaatan Media Sosial
Get PDFThis PKM is carried out as a form of integration of teaching, research and community service between lecturers and students. Cijayanti Village in Babakan Madang District, Sentul, West Java is the main target where this PKM is implemented. The implementing team saw that there was a talent for the skills of parents in Cijayanti Village in terms of selling, but knowledge about the use of social media for selling was still not widely understood by entrepreneurs in Cijayanti, therefore this PKM aims to provide training to develop knowledge and skills for all participants this training. This PKM is conceptualized into 2 parts, namely presentation of material and a workshop on using social media to sell digitally. One method that the implementation team uses is by distributing pre-test & post-test questionnaires as a measuring tool for increasing understanding of training participants and becomes the final result of this PKM. The results of this PKM were a significant increase in understanding between before and after participants received training, which was positive and the initial objectives of this PKM could be achieved well.Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilakukan sebagai salah satu bentuk integrasi pengajaran, penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat antara dosen bersama mahasiswa. Desa Cijayanti yang berada di Kecamatan Babakan Madang, Sentul, Jawa Barat menjadi sasaran utama tempat PKM ini dilaksanakan. Tim pelaksana melihat adanya bakat keterampilan para orang tua di Desa Cijayanti dalam hal berjualan akan tetapi pengetahuan akan pengunaan media sosial untuk berjualan secara luas masih kurang dipahami wirausaha di Cijayanti, maka dari itu PKM ini bertujuan unutk memberikan pelatihan demi mengembangkan pengetahuan serta keterampilan bagi seluruh peserta pelatihan ini. PKM ini dikonsepkan menjadi 2 bagian yaitu pemaparan materi dan workshop penggunaan media sosial untuk berjualan secara digital. Salah satu metode yang tim pelaksana gunakan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner pre-test & post-test sebagai alat ukur peningkatan pemahaman peserta pelatihan dan menjadi hasil akhir dari PKM ini. Hasil daripada PKM ini terdapat peningkatan pemahaman secara siginifikan antara sebelum dan setelah peserta mendapatkan pelatihan yang mana hal tersebut menjadi posotif serta tujuan awal PKM ini dapat tercapai secara baik
STUDI LITERATUR PERAN USER-GENERATED CONTENT DALAM MEMBENTUK NARASI DIGITAL

Dengan menggunakanmetodeanalisis dari berbagai sumber akademis dan studi kasus, penelitian ini mengeksplorasibagaimana UGC mempengaruhi persepsi konsumen, keputusan pembelian, dan strategipemasaran digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UGC memiliki dampak signifikandalam membangun kredibilitas merek, meningkatkan keterlibatan konsumen, dan mendoronginovasi produk melalui co-creation. UGC juga terbukti lebih efektif dibandingkan iklantradisional dalam membangun kepercayaan konsumen dan menciptakan narasi digital yangotentik. The purpose of this research is to examine how PT. Yongjin Javasuka Garment Factory II Sukabumi\u27s Production Division employees\u27 levels of emotional intelligence and work discipline affect their productivity on the job. A causal quantitative descriptive method is utilized in this investigation. A simple random selection procedure was used to select employees to participate in the study. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression after being acquired by a Likert-scale questionnaire. A significance score of 0.007 indicates that work discipline significantly impacts employee performance in a good way. There is a favorable and statistically significant relationship between emotional intelligence and employee performance (p0.001). The combined effect of the two independent factors on employee performance is statistically significant (p0.000) according to the simultaneous F-test. Work discipline and emotional intelligence explain 45.7% of the variation in employee performance, with other factors influencing the remaining 54.3% (coefficient of determination, R² = 0.457). Findings from this study highlight the importance of developing employees\u27 emotional intelligence and work discipline as key factors in raising productivity on the job. Consequently, in order to increase productivity, the organization should implement programs to enhance emotional intelligence and foster a culture of work discipline
Mapping Global Research on Sustainability and SDGs in Chemistry Higher Education
Get PDFThis paper examines how the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) have been brought into university-level chemistry education worldwide. Using a blend of bibliometric and systematic review methods, we analyzed 564 publications from Scopus and Web of Science (2001–June 2025), along with a closer look at 17 influential papers. Over the past twenty years, there’s been a clear uptick in studies on this topic, largely shaped by global education policies and sustainability initiatives. The United States, Canada, China, and the UK stood out as the most active contributors. Our findings reveal that green chemistry, systems thinking, and hands-on learning are key themes. Different teaching approaches, like problem-based and authentic learning, have helped improve students’ understanding of concepts, awareness of sustainability, and ethical outlook. Still, gaps remain, especially in how these ideas play out across cultures, their long-term effects, and how fully SDGs are woven into various chemistry programs. These insights point to the important role chemistry education can play in preparing graduates who are both scientifically grounded and ethically mindful. Looking ahead, future studies might benefit from broader data, longer-term designs, and cross-disciplinary efforts to keep pushing sustainable chemistry education forward
Improving Students\u27 Critical Thinking and Decision-Making Skills through a Problem-Based Learning (PBL) Model Assisted by a Vee Diagram
Get PDFThis study is driven by the persistently low levels of students\u27 critical thinking and decision-making skills, despite the implementation of various student-centered learning models such as Problem-Based Learning (PBL). Previous studies have focused mainly on PBL alone, with little attention to visual tools like the Vee diagram, which can enhance understanding and reasoning by helping students organize and reflect on information. However, the effectiveness of integrating the Vee diagram within the PBL framework in improving critical thinking and decision-making skills among high school students remains underexplored, indicating a research gap. This quasi-experimental study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Vee diagram-assisted PBL compared to conventional PBL in enhancing students\u27 critical thinking and decision-making skills. The study was conducted with 11th-grade science students at SMA Negeri 1 Lebakwangi, Kuningan. Data collection instruments included a critical thinking test (essay format), an observation sheet to assess decision-making skills, and a questionnaire to capture student perceptions of the PBL approach. Data were analyzed using the Independent Samples t-test. The results indicate that students taught using the Vee diagram-assisted PBL model demonstrated significantly greater improvement in critical thinking skills than those taught with conventional PBL. Decision-making skills were also higher in the Vee diagram-assisted PBL group.
