    The purpose of this study is to increase the thermal conductivity of pervious concrete by adding environmentally friendly supplemental materials, such as coconut fibre and rice husk ash (RHA). The material variations include RHA at 0%, 5%, 10%, and 15% by cement weight and coconut fiber at 0%, 0.5%, and 1% by total mix weight. Five selected combinations were analyzed based on the balance between workability, strength, and thermal performance. Tests conducted include slump (workability), compressive strength (at 28 days), thermal conductivity, water absorption, and freeze-thaw resistance. The results indicate that the addition of RHA and coconut fiber reduces workability but significantly enhances compressive strength and freeze-thaw durability. Thermal conductivity decreased by up to 23% in the mix with 15% RHA and 1% fiber, indicating improved thermal insulation capacity. While water absorption increased with higher fiber content, it was reduced by the presence of RHA. The optimal combination was found in the mix with 10% RHA and 1% coconut fiber, which offered the best balance between mechanical strength, thermal efficiency, and environmental durability. Keywords: Coconut fiber; eco-friendly concrete; pervious concrete; rice husk ash; thermal conductivity  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan konduktivitas termal beton berpori melalui penambahan bahan tambah ramah lingkungan berupa abu sekam padi (RHA) dan serat kelapa. Variasi komposisi yang digunakan meliputi RHA sebesar 0%, 5%, 10%, dan 15% dari berat semen serta serat kelapa sebesar 0%, 0,5%, dan 1% dari berat total campuran. Lima kombinasi campuran dipilih untuk dianalisis berdasarkan keseimbangan antara workability, kekuatan, dan performa termal. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap slump (workability), kuat tekan (umur  28 hari), konduktivitas termal, penyerapan air, dan ketahanan terhadap siklus beku-cair. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa meskipun penambahan RHA dan serat kelapa menurunkan workability, kekuatan tekan dan ketahanan terhadap siklus beku-cair meningkat secara signifikan.Konduktivitas termal menurun hingga 23% pada kombinasi RHA 15% dan serat 1%, menandakan peningkatan kemampuan isolasi panas. Sementara itu, penyerapan air meningkat dengan bertambahnya serat, namun dapat ditekan dengan penambahan RHA. Kombinasi optimal diperoleh pada campuran dengan RHA 10% dan serat 1%, yang memberikan keseimbangan terbaik antara kekuatan mekanis, efisiensi termal, dan ketahanan lingkungan

    Rumah sakit berperan penting dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan masyarakat. Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) merupakan pedoman mengenai jenis dan mutu layanan dasar yang menjadi tanggung jawab pemerintah daerah dan harus diberikan kepada setiap warga. Waktu tunggu pelayanan obat merupakan salah satu indikator dalam SPM bidang farmasi rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi durasi waktu tunggu pelayanan obat bagi pasien rawat jalan di RS Labuang Baji, RS Haji, dan RS Dadi di Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan observasional kuantitatif terhadap seluruh resep yang dilayani pada bulan Juni, Juli, dan Agustus 2023, masing-masing satu bulan per rumah sakit. Terdapat 3.788 lembar resep, terdiri dari 2.697 resep obat jadi dan 1.091 resep racikan. Rata-rata waktu tunggu pelayanan resep di RS Labuang Baji adalah 16 menit untuk obat jadi dan 26 menit untuk obat racikan. Di RS Haji masing-masing 15 menit dan 26 menit. Sementara di RS Dadi, 22 menit dan 31 menit. Seluruh hasil ini sesuai dengan standar Permenkes No. 129 tahun 2014 yang menyatakan bahwa waktu tunggu untuk obat jadi adalah ≤ 15 menit, dan untuk racikan ≤ 30 menit

    Halusinasi merupakan gejala perubahan persepsi sensorik sehingga individu merasakan sensasi yang tidak nyata. Halusinasi jika tidak ditangani intensif, dapat menyebabkan kehilangan kontrol diri, pasien panik dan sulit dikendalikan. Tujuan dari studi kasus ini adalah untuk menerapkan manajemen fungsi persepsi sensori terapi musik klasik dalam mengontrol halusinasi pendengaran di RSKD Duren Sawit Jakarta Timur. Metode studi kasus ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif menggunakan rancangan asuhan keperawatan sesuai tahapan proses keperawatan. Partisipan studi kasus berjumlah dua orang pasien dengan kriteria inklusi pasien yang mengalami manifestasi klinis halusinasi auditori, pasien dewasa, pasien yang mendapatkan persetujuan oleh perawat penanggung jawab sebagai partisipan, pasien yang suka dan bersedia mendengar musik klasik mozart. Studi kasus ini dilakukan selama enam hari dengan penerapan terapi musik klasik 1 kali setiap hari selama 15 menit di sore hari. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument Auditory Hallucination Rating Scale (AHRS) dan dianalisis skor pre dan postnya. Hasil studi kasus skor AHRS pre dan post pasien satu dari 33 menjadi 14 sedangkan skor AHRS pre dan post pasien dua dari 29 menjadi 11, hasil evaluasi berdasarkan AHRS terlihat gejala yang kuat dari halusinasi pendengaran yaitu masih mendengar suara dengan intensitas rendah durasi lima sampai 1 menit.     Development of Contextual-Based Worksheets to Improve Student Learning Outcomes in Three-Variable Linear Equation System

    The purpose of this study is to develop a valid, practical, and effective contextual-based LKPD for grade X students at Tasik Raja Private High School in the 2025/2026 school year. This study used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model, involving 30 students from class X-2. Data was collected through validation sheets of teacher and student response questionnaires, as well as tests (pre-test and post-test). The data collected was analyzed to assess the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the LKPD. The results showed that the LKPD was very valid, with an average score of 90.34%. In addition, this LKPD is very practical, as evidenced by the response questionnaire of teachers (95%) and students (90.83%). The increase in effectiveness can also be seen from the results of the post-test, where this LKPD succeeded in improving student learning outcomes with a score of 0.7627. Thus, it can be concluded that this LKPD is valid, practical, and effective in improving the learning outcomes of high school class X students

    This study aims to develop a Brain-Based Learning-based LKPD on Single Variable Linear Equations for seventh-grade students at a private junior high school in Bandung. The method used is the ADDIE development model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results of validation by subject matter, media, and language experts showed that the LKPD developed was highly valid with an average score of 85.2%. The practicality test conducted by teachers and students yielded an average score of 83.47%, which falls into the highly practical category. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of the LKPD was measured through pretest and posttest tests, which showed an increase in learning outcomes with an average score rising from 56.52 to 80.09, as well as an N-gain score of 0.5855, which is classified as moderate. The classical mastery level also increased to 80.95%. Therefore, the Brain Based Learning-based LKPD is declared valid, practical, and effective in supporting the mathematics learning process and is able to improve students\u27 conceptual understanding and learning activity. The results of this study are expected to be an alternative innovative teaching material that supports more contextual learning and is in line with how the brain works

    Employee performance is an assessment of an employee\u27s ability to carry out tasks in accordance with organizational goals. Several factors influence employee performance, but this research is limited to organizational culture and organizational commitment. The aim of the research is to find out how organizational culture and organizational commitment relate to employee performance. The research was carried out at the Directorate General of Sea Transportation, Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia by taking a sample of 30 employees. Testing was carried out using Pearson Product Moment analysis and data processing was carried out using the SPSS program. The research results found that there is a strong relationship between organizational culture, organizational commitment and employee performance within the Directorate General of Sea Transportation, Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia.     Indonesian Secondary School Students\u27 Perceptions of Using English Songs to Improve Speaking Skills: A Case Study at SMA Fransiskus 2 Jakarta

    This study aims to investigate students\u27 perceptions of using English songs to improve their speaking skills. The research was conducted at SMA Fransiskus 2, East Jakarta, in the middle of June 2022. A quantitative research method was employed, utilizing a survey approach. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 30 eleventh-grade student respondents. The data were then analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. The study assessed student perceptions across four indicators: the effectiveness of English songs as a learning medium, the availability of English songs, learning outcomes, and the students\u27 experience using the media. The findings indicate that 0.13% of respondents strongly disagreed, 2.40% disagreed, 63.90% agreed, and 33.43% strongly agreed with the statements presented. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the majority of students at SMA Fransiskus 2 hold a strongly positive perception (97.33%) toward the use of English songs to improve their speaking skills

    Fenomena bunuh diri di kalangan remaja menunjukkan tren peningkatan yang mengkhawatirkan, yang memerlukan respons strategis dari berbagai institusi, termasuk lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran PAK sebagai pendekatan preventif terhadap kecenderungan bunuh diri melalui perspektif teologis, pedagogis, dan pastoral Kristen. Metode yang digunakan adalah library research dengan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pendidikan Agama Kristen memiliki peran signifikan dalam membentuk ketahanan spiritual peserta didik melalui integrasi nilai-nilai Injil, seperti Imago Dei, kasih Allah, dan pengharapan dalam Kristus. Strategi implementatif yang diidentifikasi meliputi integrasi tema penderitaan dalam kurikulum, pelatihan guru dalam konseling rohani, penyediaan layanan konseling spiritual di sekolah, serta kolaborasi antara sekolah, gereja, dan keluarga. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa PAK tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sarana transmisi doktrin, tetapi juga sebagai media pemulihan yang dapat menjawab krisis eksistensial peserta didik dan mencegah tindakan bunuh diri melalui pendekatan yang holistik dan kontekstual

    Analysis of Organizational Strategy, Business Model, and Risk Management of Contractor PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk in 2022

    This study aims to analyze the organizational strategy, business model, and risk management implementation at PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk, a national construction services company. The research is conducted conceptually using a qualitative, descriptive, and analytical approach, employing PESTEL, IFAS, EFAS, SFAS, and the Business Model Canvas (BMC) to map internal–external factors and formulate priority strategies integrated with a risk management system based on ISO 31000:2018. The analysis shows that political and economic factors are the primary determinants of the continuity of construction projects. Internally, the company has strengths in reputation, human resource competence, and experience in large-scale projects, but faces weaknesses in terms of project diversification and liquidity. The SFAS results indicate that the company’s main strategies include expansion of project portfolios, technological innovation, operational digitalization, and strengthening of corporate governance (GCG). Totalindo’s project-based EPC business model emphasizes efficiency, quality, innovation, and sustainability, and also serves as the basis for performance measurement and managerial compensation through a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) system. The integration of organizational strategy and risk management has been proven to strengthen the company’s competitiveness and resilience against external changes, economic fluctuations, and operational and reputational risks.     ANALISA KEGAGALAN PERPATAHAN KOMPONEN DRIVE SHAFT PADA LOKOMOTIF DIESEL

    Abstrak Analisa kegagalan merupakan metode investigasi secara sistematis untuk mencari penyebab mekanisme kegagalan suatu komponen atau peralatan.Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang analisa perpatahan komponen drive shaft pada lokomotif diesel. Drive shaft yang merupakan komponen penghubung didalam mesin lokomotif kereta diesel mengalami kerusakan yaitu putus pada daerah dekat kompresor. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain studi literatur, pengamatan visual serta pengumpilan data, karateristik material melaui uji komposisi kimia, uji kekerasan, uji tarik, pengamatan struktur mikro, dan pengamatan fraktografi, pengolahan data dan analisa hasil pengujian. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian komposisi kimia dan pengujian mekanis menunjukan bahwa drive shaft tergolong plain carbon steel yaitu baja AISI 1025. Hasil pengamatan visual dan pengamatan struktur mikro menunjukan bahwa drive shaft patah pada bagian sambungan yaitu sambungan pada metode welding. Dari hasil fraktografi terlihat adanya pola patahan deformasi plastis yang menunjukan bahwa sambungan tidak dapat menahan beban yang diberikan sehingga terjadi perpatahan Kata kunci : perpatahan, drive shaft lokomotif, beban berlebih,welding ABSTRAC Failure analysis is a systematic method of investigation to find the cause of the failure mechanism of a component or equipment. This research describes the fracture analysis of driveshaft components in a diesel locomotive. The drive shaft which is a connecting component around the compressor in the locomotive engine has failed. The methods used in this study include literature studies, visual observations, data collection, material characteristics through chemical composition tests, hardness tests, tensile tests, microstructure observations, fractographic observation, data processing, and analysis of test results. Based on the results of chemical composition testing and mechanical testing shows that the drive shaft is classified as plain carbon steel, specifically AISI 1025 steel. Visual observations and microstructure observations show that the driveshaft failure occurred at the connection part, which is the connection around the welded region. From the fractography results show a visible pattern of deformation plastic that showing the fracture occurred since the connection cannot bear the load given.
