Komunikasi Pemasaran Terpadu @Ultramimi dalam Memaksimalkan Abe Cekut sebagai Brand Ambassador Produk Susu Ultra Mimi Kids
This study aims to analyze the integrated marketing communication (IMC) strategy implemented by Ultra Mimi in optimizing the figure of Abe Cekut as the brand ambassador for Ultra Mimi Kids milk products. Abe is a toddler who went viral on social media due to his cuteness. This phenomenon is particularly interesting because Abe does not come from a celebrity background, yet he successfully became the face of a major national brand. This research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method. Data collection through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results show that out of the six elements of integrated marketing communication, only two were maximized by Ultra Mimi in involving Abe Cekut as a brand ambassador. These two elements are are advertising and public relations & publicity. Meanwhile, sales promotion, direct marketing, interactive marketing, and personal selling were not significantly utilized. Ultra Mimi’s strategy focuses on branding the growth of the child figure with Ultra Mimi Kids milk product.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi komunikasi pemasaran terpadu yang dilakukan oleh Ultra Mimi dalam emmaksimalkan figur Abe Cekut sebagai brand ambassador produk susu Ultra Mimi Kids. Dimana Abe merupakan seorang balita yang viral di media sosial karena kelucuannya. Fenomena ini menjadi menarik karena Abe bukan berasal dari kalangan selebritas, tetapi berhasil menjadi representasi merek nasional yang besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui kegiatan observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari enam elemen komunikasi pemasaran terpadu, hanya dua elemen yang dimaksimalkan oleh Ultra Mimi dalam keterlibatan Abe sebagai brand ambassador. Dua elemen tersebut merupakan elemen periklanan dan elemen hubungan masyarakat dan publisitas. Sementara elemen promosi penjualan, pemasaran alangsung, pemasaran interaktif, dan penjualan personal tidak dimaksimalkan secara signifikan. Analysis of Noise Levels at Kramat Jati Police Hospital and Budhi Asih Hospital
This study aims to analyze the noise level in two hospitals in East Jakarta, namely the Kramat Jati Police Hospital and the Budhi Asih Hospital. Measurements are carried out in the administration area using the Sound Level Meter as well as other sound measurement applications. The results showed that there was a significant difference in noise levels between the two hospitals. The average noise level was recorded at 82.26 dB, while at the Kramat Jati Police Hospital the average reached 65.59 dB. These two values turned out to exceed the WHO standard which sets the maximum noise limit in the hospital area at 55 so that it can be concluded that the noise conditions in the two hospitals have the potential to interfere with comfort and health
ALTERNATIF DESAIN GEDUNG GUESTWING 1 THE RITZ CARLTON HOTTEL DENGAN SISTEM GANDA
When planning a tall building structure, the deviation due to lateral forces is very important to be taken into account in the planning of tall building structures. To reduce the amount of deviation in the structure adding by special structural elements, as shear walls. With the shear wall, can increase the stiffness of the building structure and absorb large shear forces along with higher the building structure and lateral force on structure will not fully accepted by frame structure which will result a decrease in deviation. Guestwing 1 The Ritz Carlton Hottel located in South Kuta District, Badung Regency, Bali. This building has a height of 20.2 m consisting of 6 floors. Planning with 2 models: a) SRPMK Existing Modeling, b) Dual System Model. Material specifications and loading are the same, just different in addition of shear walls and reducing the dimensions the building. Based on the results the analysis of the two models, the largest inter-storey deviation value in the existing model X=52.014mm; Y=47.960mm and for the dual system model X=25.614mm; Y=26.026mm. From the results of deviation analysis on both models, can be concluded that with addition of shear walls, there is a decrease in deviation 63.27% in X direction and 68.18% in Y direction. The most significant decrease occurs in dimensions and reinforcement of column K1 from size 350x800mm with 22 D22 reinforcement to column 300x600mm with 18 D22 reinforcement, beam B3 250x450mm for support area 17 D13 and field area 10 D13 to beam 250x400mm with the number of support reinforcement 11 D13, and the number of field reinforcement 7 D13. From the results of this planning can be used as a consideration for the construction of the next building for the use of shear walls in the structure.Perencanaan suatu struktur gedung tinggi, simpangan akibat gaya lateral sangat penting untuk diperhitungkan dalam perencanaan struktur bangunan tinggi. Untuk menekan besarnya simpangan pada struktur dapat dilakukan dengan menambahkan elemen struktur khusus, seperti dinding geser. Dengan adanya dinding geser, dapat menambah kekakuan struktur gedung dan menyerap gaya geser yang besar seiring dengan semakin tingginya struktur bangunan dan gaya lateral pada struktur tidak sepenuhnya akan diterima oleh struktur rangka yang akan mengakibatkan terjadinya penurunan simpangan. Gedung Guestwing 1 The Ritz Carlton Hottel yang bertempat di Kecamatan Kuta Selatan, Kabupaten Badung, Bali. Bangunan ini memiliki tinggi 20,2 m yang terdiri dari 6 lantai. Perencanaan dilakukan dengan 2 model yaitu: a) Pemodelan Eksisting SRPMK, b) Model Sistem Ganda. Spesifikasi material dan pembebanan adalah sama, hanya saja berbeda pada penambahan dinding geser dan pengecilan dimensi pada bangunan gedung. Berdasarkan dari hasil analisa pada kedua model didapat nilai simpangan antar lantai terbesar pada model eksisting adalah X=52,014 mm; Y=47,960 mm dan untuk model sistem ganda adalah X=25,614 mm; Y=26,026 mm. Dari hasil analisis simpangan pada kedua model dapat disimpukan bahwa dengan adanya penambahan dinding geser terjadi penurunan simpangan sebesar 63,27% untuk arah X dan 68,18% untuk arah Y. Penurunan paling signifikan terjadi pada dimensi dan tulangan kolom K1 dari ukuran kolom 350 x 800 mm dengan jumlah tulangan 22 D22 menjadi kolom 300 x 600 mm dengan tulangan 18 D22, balok B3 250 x 450 mm untuk daerah tumpuan 17 D13 dan daerah lapangan 10 D13 menjadi balok 250 x 400 mm dengan jumlah tulangan tumpuan 11 D13, dan jumlah tulangan lapangan 7 D13. Dari hasil perencanaan ini dapat dijadikan sebagai pertimbangan Pembangunan gedung selanjutnya untuk penggunaan dinding geser pada struktur
TERAPI MENGGAMBAR MEMBANTU MENGONTROL KEKAMBUHAN HALUSINASI PENDENGARAN: DRAWING THERAPY HELP CONTROL RECURRENCE OF AUDITING HALLUCINATIONS
Terapi menggambar merupakan jenis terapi okupasi yang mampu mendorong klien halusinasi mengekspresikan dan memahami emosi. Terapi menggambar dapat meningkatkan fungsi kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik sehingga mengurangi pengalaman halusinasi klien. Tujuan studi kasus ini mengimplementasikan terapi menggambar untuk mengurangi halusinasi pendengaran pasien gangguan sensori persepsi di RSKD Duren Sawit Jakarta Timur. Metode penelitian studi kasus dengan pendekatan deskriptif proses keperawatan mulai dari tahap pengkajian, diagnosa, intervensi, implementasi, dan evaluasi keperawatan. Terapi menggambar dilakukan kepada dua pasien gangguan jiwa dengan masalah keperawatan gangguan sensori persepsi halusinasi pendengaran bertempat RSKD Duren Sawit. Hasil studi kasus implementasi terapi gambar pada kedua pasien halusinasi pendengaran diperoleh penurunan tanda gejala halusinasi. Kesimpulan terapi menggambar membantu mengendalikan tanda gejala halusinasi jika diberikan secara rutin
TBLT Strategies on Students\u27 Speaking Achievement: An Experimental Study
This study looked at how seventh-grade students\u27 speaking abilities were affected by task-based language teaching methods. The Merdeka curriculum gave teachers and students the freedom to encourage creativity, and task-based learning encouraged engagement and hands-on learning. The researcher separated the 58 students into two groups using a cluster random selection method in a quantitative framework and a true experimental design: VII-H, which had 29 students, was the experimental group; VII-I, which also had 29 students, was the control group. The primary data collection method was an oral examination, and the findings of the pre-tests and post-tests were analysed using SPSS version 19. The null hypothesis (H₀) was rejected since the results\u27 significance value (0.000) was less than the 0.05 threshold, whereas the alternative hypothesis (H₁) was accepted. These results showed that students\u27 communication skills in descriptive texts were enhanced by task-based learning strategies
The Use of Contextual Situations in Teaching English Tenses
The present study was undertaken to investigate the use of contextual situations in teaching English tenses to university students. To achieve this objective, the study examined (1) whether there was a statistically significant difference between students’ scores on the pre-test and post-test on present tenses based on contextual situations, and (2) whether there was a statistically significant difference between male and female students in terms of their scores on the pre-test and the posttest. The study adopted an experimental design, particularly a one-group pretest-posttest design. The data were collected from a total number of 43 students consisting of 29 males and 14 females by means of a pretest and a posttest and a short questionnaire. The collected data were analysed in SPSS version 22 using inferential and descriptive statistics. The findings revealed that the mean scores on the pretest and the posttest were statistically significant meaning that the use of contextual situations in teaching tenses made an impact. With regard to gender, while the pretest scores for males and females were statistically significant, those of the posttest showed no significant difference. Findings also revealed that more than 95% of the respondents highly appreciated this method of teaching tenses using situations.
Peningkatan Ketrampilan Disain Website Bagi Kelompok Tani Mustika dan Mitra di RPTRA Mustika, Kramat Jati, Jakarta Timur
The digital literacy skills of MSMEs need to be improved so that MSMEs can increase their product sales through websites. Through websites, MSMEs have control over the sales process. Therefore, this PKM activity is focused on free website design training for the Mustika Farmer Group and its partners in Kamat Jati, East Jakarta. This training is the realization of the MoU of cooperation between the UKI Faculty of Engineering and Kramat Jati Village, East Jakarta in the field of training for the Mustika Farmer Group and partners, in creating websites. This training was held on December 18-19, 2025 at the Mustika RPTRA, Kramat Jati, East Jakarta, attended by 14 participants, which resulted in 6 website designs. This 2-day training received a positive response from participants, who wanted similar training to be held in the future. However, the implementation of this training was not optimal because generally the participants were still classified as newcomers in website design, so they were still confused about starting to design websites again, were not used to surfing the internet, and the training area was near the Halim airport and public sports facilities that were crowded with people, thus disrupting the concentration of the training participants.Kemampuan literasi digital UMKM perlu ditingkatkan sehingga UMKM dapat meningkatkan penjualan produknya melalui website. Melalui website, UMKM punya kendali atas proses penjualan. Karena itu, kegiatan PKM ini difokuskan pada pelatihan disain website gratis bagi Kelompok Tani Mustika dan mitranya di Kamat Jati, Jakarta Timur. Pelatihan ini merupakan realisasi MoU kerja sama antara Fakultas Teknik UKI dan Kelurahan Kramat Jati, Jakarta Timur dalam bidang pelatihan bagi Poktan Mustika dan mitra, dalam membuat website. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 18-19 Desember 2025 di RPTRA Mustika, Kramat Jati, Jakarta Timur, diikuti oleh 14 peserta, yang menghasilkan 6 disain website. Pelatihan 2 hari ini mendapatkan tanggapan positif peserta, yang menginginkan agar diadakan pelatihan serupa di kemudian hari. Namun, pelaksanaan pelatihan ini belum optimal karena umumnya peserta masih tergolong newcomer dalam disain website, sehingga masih bingung dalam memulai kembali mendisain website, tidak terbiasa berselancar di dunia maya, dan area pelatihan dekat lokasi bandara udara Halim dan fasilitas olahraga umum yang ramai dikunjungi masyarakat, sehingga mengganggu konsentrasi peserta pelatihan
Analisis Risiko Penggunaan E-Kinerja pada Kalangan Pegawai Negeri Sipil di SMA Negeri 1 Toboali Menggunakan Framework Iso 31000
Di era teknologi yang telah berkembang pesat ini, teknologi informasi telah banyak membantu produktivitas di berbagai sektor. Salah satunya pada sektor pemerintahan. Penelitian kali ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi potensi-potensi risiko pada penggunaan aplikasi E-Kinerja oleh Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) di SMA Negeri 1 Toboali dengan menggunakan framework ISO 31000. Pemerintah menciptakan aplikasi ini agar dapat mendukung pencatatan dan pemantauan pada kinerja pegawai, namun aplikasi ini sering didapati mengalami gangguan teknis saat dignakan. Tahapan proses manajemen risiko terdapat identifikasi, analisis dan penilaian risiko. Didapati 15 risiko utama dengan mayoritas risiko termasuk pada kategori high. Penanganan risiko dilakukan dengan strategi mitigasi yang didapatkan dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan. Analisis ini menekankan bahwa pentingnya manajemen risiko yang benar agar dapat menjamin efektivitas dan keberlangsungan aplikasi E-Kinerja
DEVELOPMENT OF ETHNOMATEMATICS-BASED SOCIAL ARITHMETIC LKPD WITH A CONTEXTUAL APPROACH AT MAIMUN PALACE TO INCREASE LEARNING INTEREST
This study aims to develop Student Worksheets (LKPD) on social arithmetic material based on ethnomathematics with a contextual approach through the context of Maimun Palace to increase the learning interest of students in class VIII-1 at Cerdas Murni Junior High School. The approach used in this study is the ADDIE development model, which includes five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results of validation by subject matter, media, and language experts showed that the developed LKPD was in the highly valid category with an average score of 0.84. The practicality test conducted by teachers and students obtained an average score of 4.08, which was classified as highly practical, and the results of the student response questionnaire classification were in the strong category with a percentage of 79.57%. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the LKPD was observed through the results of a student learning interest questionnaire, which showed an increase from an average of 59.33% to 76.97%, which is classified as effective. Thus, the ethnomathematics-based social arithmetic LKPD through a contextual approach is declared valid, practical, and effective in supporting the mathematics learning process and can increase students\u27 conceptual understanding and learning interest. The results of this study are expected to become an alternative innovative teaching material that supports more contextual learning activities and is in line with how the brain works
Classroom Intervention in TOEFL Class
Today’s trend of teaching has changed quite significantly. After conducting online teaching, innovations in teaching are mushrooming. One innovation purposed for this research is the use of a mobile application in teaching, particularly in TOEFL intensive class. The objectives of this study were to investigate students’ performance after intensive class by utilizing a TOEFL application as one technological classroom intervention and to study the students’ view on the said application. The participants in this study were students of Del Institute of Technology, Indonesia, who enrolled in the TOEFL intensive class. This study was completed using mixed method. Data were taken from the participants’ TOEFL score in pre-test conducted before the intensive class and from their actual TOEFL Institutional Testing Program (ITP) test. An online questionnaire was distributed to collect the data about the participants’ opinions about the application used in the learning. Using Anova Single Factor, the aforementioned scores were analyzed. The result showed that there was a significant effect on students’ actual scores after the intervention (P-value = 0,0008). Results from the open-ended questionnaire suggested that the use of TOEFL application as a form of classroom intervention could play a role in promoting students as independent learners. The study contributes in gaining perspective of the impact of classroom intervention as a form of enhancement for students’ language learning outcomes and their independent learning.
