Get PDFThis research was conducted in Pesikaian Village, Cerenti District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the community participates in physical development in Pesikaian Village, Cerenti District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. the formulation of the problem in this research is How is Community Participation in Physical Development in Pesikaian Village, Cerenti District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling, namely taking sample members from the population randomly without regard to strata in the population, where the number of informants is 44 people. Analysis of the data used is descriptive quantitative, which analyzes the data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires. The results of the distribution of the questionnaires show Community Participation in Physical Development in Pesikaian Village, Cerenti District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, resulting in a total average value of 123, which means it is in a fairly good interval, as well as field observations which show that it is indeed good enough. Kuantan Singingi Regency, with all the indicators tested, namely that the whole was quite good, it's just that all village administrations received invitations to attend meetings, so the community did not know there was a meeting

Through the Regulation of the Minister of Villages for Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration Number 19 of 2017 concerning setting priorities for using Village Funds for 2018 to finance Village Cash Work Intensive. This research was conducted in the village of Teratak Low, Logas Tanah Darat District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the implementation of the Cash Labor Intensive Program in the Village of Teratak Low, Logas Tanah Darat District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The type of research used in this study was a quantitative research type, the samples in this study were 57 people from the entire population of Teratak Low Village, Logas Tanah Darat District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been carried out in the field of Teratak Low Village, Logas Tanah Darat District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, it can be seen that the Cash Work Intensive Program in Teratak Low Village, Logas Tanah Darat District, Kuantan Singingi Regency is Fairly Good, with the overall value of these indicators, the average value is obtained an average of 3.26 means it is on the Fairly Good interval scale

The considerations that underlien this research, that the village consultative body (BPD) is a solid partner of the village government in developing and prospering the people. It is hoped that the village government and the village consultative body (BPD) can bring progres by providing direction and input in building a better village government, especially in the formulation and enactment of village regulation (Perdes). In the Pangkalan Indarung, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The indicators used are based on low namber 6 of 2014 article 31. The research method used was qualitative with 5 informants who came from the community body BPD . Get PDFStudent interest is the tendency of students to choose the Islamic Banking Study Program at the Islamic University of Kuantan Singingi in accordance with the interests of the students themselves. This research is motivated by the number of students joining the Islamic Banking study program at the Islamic University of Kuantan Singingi every year which still fluctuates. This study aims to determine the factors that influence students' interest in choosing the Islamic Banking Study Program at Kuantan Singingi Islamic University and the dominant factors influencing students' interest in choosing the Islamic Banking Study Program at Kuantan Singingi Islamic University.The research was conducted at the Kuantan Singingi Islamic University. This research belongs to the Quantitative research type. The population in this study is Islamic Banking students from the 2019-2022 class. With a total of 56 people and the sampling technique was carried out by using a total sampling technique where the entire population was used as the research sample. Research data collection techniques with observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed by descriptive quantitative, validity and reliability tests. The conclusion from the results of the study The factors that influence students' interest in choosing the Islamic Banking study program are that there are seven factors that influence students' interest in choosing the Islamic Banking Study Program at Kuantan Singingi Islamic University, consisting of a self-motivation/interest factor that influences 20.27%, Factor Ability has an effect of 14.77%, Job opportunity factor has an effect of 15.46%, Environmental factor has an effect of 10.27%, Study Program Promotion Factor has an effect of 10.52%, Parents factor has an effect of 12.04%%, and Finally, the teaching staff (lecturer) factor has an effect of 20.41%. The factor that most dominantly influences students' interest in choosing an Islamic banking study program is the factor of teaching staff (lecturers), which is the factor with the highest percentage, namely 20.41%

This research was conducted in Teluk Pauh Village, Cerenti District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the participation of rural communities in development in Teluk Pauh Village, Cerenti District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The type of research used in this study is a type of qualitative research. The technique used in collecting informants is purposive sampling technique. The informants in this study were 7 people consisting of elements of the village government and elements of the village community. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of field research, which the researchers obtained through the results of interviews with informants and the results of observations of researchers, Rural Community Participation in Village Development in Teluk Pauh Village, Cerenti District, Kuantan Singingi Regency can be said to be quite high

Get PDFThis research was conducted in KuantanHilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the Standard Operating Procedures for Management of Permits for Compensation Certificates at the Kuantan Hilir Sub-District Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique uses the Simple Random Sampling method. Simple Random Sampling is taking sample members from a population that is carried out randomly without regard to the strata in that population. The data is processed using a quantitative descriptive method. Data obtained through, direct observation, questionnaires, and documentation.
In this study the indicators are requirements, procedures, service period, fees/tariffs and complaint handling. The results of the study found that the SOP for obtaining SKGR permits at the Kuantan Hilir sub-district office was still not appropriate. This can be seen from the results of the author's direct observations with the community. Problems were still found when managing SKGR such as the implementation of services that were not on time, lack of cost transparency in managing SKGR. As executors of SKGR permit management activities, employees should have professionalism, be disciplined at work and be able to provide the best service to the community.
The results of the research on the SOP for obtaining SKGR permits at the Kuantan hilir Sub-District Office, Kuantan Singingi District, resulted in an average score of 3,75 which is in a good interval. This is based on the 5 indicators used in this study, namely requirements, service procedures, service period, fees/tariffs, and complaint handling, almost all indicators are good

This research was carried out at the Koto Simandolak Center, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out the performance of elderly posyandu cadres. The formulation of the problem in this study was how the performance of elderly Posyandu cadres in providing services in Simandolak village, working area of Pustu,Benai subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi district. Research Informants A total of 10 Respondents. The sampling technique uses the Purposive Sampling Method, which is a sampling technique with certain considerstion, the number of informants is determined by the researcher. As for this research, it requires primary data and secondary data. Data Analysis Used Is Descriptive Qualitative. results of the author's research. No full textPenelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Antara Kepala Desa Dan Badan Permusyawarata Desa (BPD) Dalam Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Desa di Geringging Baru Kecamatan Sentajo Raya Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Terkait dengan ini terdapat rumusan permasalahan yaitu bagaimana pola hubungan pemerintah desa bersama BPD dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa dan faktor yang menjadi kendala pemerintaha desa dan BPD dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa Geringging Baru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah empiris (sosiologi). Kepala Desa Geringging Baru, ketua BPD desa Geringging Baru beserta jajarannya Desa Geringging Baru Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi.Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Hubungan Antara Kepala Desa Dan Badan Permusyawarata Desa (BPD) Dalam Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Di Desa Geringging Baru Kecamatan Sentajo Raya Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi sudah berjalan dengan saling mengisi sebagai mitra dalam menjalankan proses pemerintahan, walaupun belum terlalu efektif hal ini terlihat dalam hal penyelenggaraan pemerintahan, BPD sejauh ini masih selalu mengesampingkan tugasnya dan selalu memilih mementingkan kepentingan pribadinya, tidak adanya pelatihan- pelatihan yang diberikan kepada BPD tentang pelaksanaan peran dan fungsinya dalam pemerintahan desa untuk itu dibutuhkan peningkatan sumber daya manusia dengan pemilihan orang yang tepat untuk duduk dalam pengurus BPD dan dibutuhkan pelatihan-pelatihan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan para anggota BPD sehingga bisa mengartikan fungsi dan kedudukan di pemerintahan desa

No full textThis research aims to analyze the influence of information asymmetry, leadership morality, suitability of compensation, effectiveness of internal control, good governance, and organizational justice on the tendency of accounting fraud (case study of the regional financial and asset management agency of Kuantan Singingi district). This research uses a quantitative approach with data sources originating from primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. This research used employees of the Kuantan Singingi Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. The sampling technique in this research used a census technique with a total sample of 60 respondents. The results of this research show that information asymmetry, leadership morality, suitability of compensation, effectiveness of internal control, good governance, and organizational justice do not have a positive and significant effect on the tendency of accounting fraud at the Kuantan Singingi Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency

No full textProgram pengabdian kepada masyarakat Universitas Islam Kuantan Singingi merupakan kegiatan implementasi nyata hasil IPTEK rutinitas civitas akademika Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan Universitas Islam Kuantan Singingi yang diselenggarakan oleh civitas akademika Universitas Islam Kuantan Singingi untuk masyarakat dengan judul “Pendampingan Kegiatan Tahfizul Qur’an Dalam Upaya Menanamkan Rasa Kecintaan Terhadap Al-Qur’an Di Desa Pulau Padang Kecamatan Singingi”dan telah dilaksanakan di Masjid dan Surau yang ada di Desa Pulau Padang. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh anak-anak yang tinggal di Desa Pulau Padang dan dalam kegiatan pembinaan tahfidzul qur’an ini di taja oleh guru Rumah Tahfidz Qur’an,guru MDA dan remaja masjid Al-Ikhlas Desa Pulau Padang, dan juga didampingi oleh mahasiswa KKN Tematik Desa Pulau Padang. Dalam hal ini anak-anak sangat antusias untuk mengikuti kegiatan tahfizul Qur’an yang dilakukan oleh Mahasiswa KKN Tematk UNIKS di Desa Pulau Padang. Melalui pendampingan kegiatan tahfizul Qur’an ini dapat memotivasi anak-anak untuk menghafal Al-Qur’an,sehingga dapat menanamkan rasa kecintaan terhadap Al-Qur’an yang tinggi dan dapat mencetak generasi yang Qur’ani
