No full textDinas Pariwisata Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Kampar saat ini belum mengetahui tentang banyaknya objek ekowisata yang ada. Untuk memudahkan pencarian lokasi ekowisata, pihak dinas pariwisata membutuhkan aplikasi berbasis web. Dengan menggunakan Google API dapat membudahkan dalam penerapan Sistem Informasi Geografis. Salah satu tujuan pembuatan sistem ini adalah untuk membantu dinas pariwisata dalam hal pencarian informasi lokasi ekowisata yang ada di Kabupaten Kampar. Beberapa alat bantu dan teknik pengerjaan seperti Aliran Sistem Informasi, Diagram Konteks, DFD (Data Flow Diagram) dan ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram). Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempermudah bagi masyarakat umum maupun dinas pariwisata untuk mengetahui lokasi ekowisata yang ada di Kabupaten Kampar. Ekowisata lebih populer dan banyak dipergunakan dibanding dengan istilah ecoteurism. Pengertian ekowisata adalah suatu bentuk wisata yang bertanggungjawab terhadap kelestarian area yang masih alamai (natural aren)
