The Effect of Online Customer Reviews on Purchase Decisions on Shopee (Survey on Bening Kosmetik Stores Pekanbaru)
No full textIn this study, two variables were used, namely online customer reviews as independent variables (X) and purchase decisions as bound variables (Y). This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of online customer reviews on purchase decisions at Shopee Clear Cosmetic Store Pekanbaru. The type of research used by the author is a quantitative research type with a purposive sampling method. The population in this study is 96 consumers of Shopee Clear Shops of Pekanbaru Cosmetics using SPSS 26. Based on the analysis using a simple linear regression statistical method Y = 20.812+0.840X which shows that the influence of online customer reviews (X) on purchase decisions (Y) is positive. Furthermore, the results of the correlation coefficient test showed the correlation value of both online customer review and purchase decision variables of 0.633 with a positive relationship direction and at a strong and significant relationship level. Furthermore, the results of hypothesis testing, the t-test is 7.928 with a sig of 0.000. A table t of 1.986 was obtained, in other words, t was calculated to be greater than the table t (7.928 > 1.986). So it can be concluded that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, or it can be interpreted that there is a positive and significant influence between online customer reviews on purchase decisions at Shopee Clear Cosmetic Shop Pekanbaru. The magnitude of the determination coefficient is 0.401 (40.1%), which means that online customer reviews have an influence of 40.1% on purchase decisions and by 59.9% are influenced by other factors

Get PDFEkonomi hijau merupakan salah satu strategi utama dalam mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan di Indonesia, yang bertujuan untuk menyeimbangkan pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan pelestarian lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan tinjauan literatur sistematis untuk menganalisis tren, implementasi, dampak, tantangan, serta peluang ekonomi hijau di Indonesia. Data diperoleh dari jurnal ilmiah, laporan kebijakan, dan sumber terpercaya lainnya yang dipublikasikan dalam dekade terakhir. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa perhatian terhadap ekonomi hijau meningkat secara signifikan sejak penerapan Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs), dengan fokus utama pada energi terbarukan, efisiensi sumber daya, dan sirkular ekonomi. Dampak positif ekonomi hijau terlihat dari pengurangan emisi karbon, penciptaan lapangan kerja di sektor energi bersih, dan peningkatan daya saing produk lokal. Namun, tantangan utama meliputi minimnya insentif, longgarnya koordinasi antar pemerintah, serta pembatasan pembiayaan. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya kebijakan insentif yang inklusif, penguatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, dan optimalisasi potensi sumber daya alam untuk mempercepat transisi ekonomi hijau. Dengan mengatasi tantangan dan memanfaatkan peluang yang ada, ekonomi hijau dapat menjadi fondasi yang kokoh untuk mewujudkan pembangunan berkelanjutan di Indonesia

Get PDFPenelitian ini membahas sistem akuntansi pengeluaran kas pada Kantor Camat Pangean Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi dalam kaitannya dengan kepatuhan terhadap Permendagri Nomor 77 Tahun 2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dokumen dan prosedur yang digunakan, seperti SPD, SPP, SPM, SP2D, dan Bukti Transfer, telah sesuai dengan regulasi. Prosedur yang diterapkan mencerminkan prinsip tata kelola keuangan yang baik, termasuk akuntabilitas, transparansi, dan efisiensi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa Kantor Camat Pangean telah berhasil mengelola pengeluaran kas secara transparan dan akuntabel, yang dapat dijadikan model bagi institusi pemerintah lainnya. Get PDFJake Village is one of the villages adjacent to the urban center, where this village is located in Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Community empowerment in utilizing village funds needs to refer to the principles of financial management of village funds in the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 113 of 2014 concerning Management of Village Funds with transparent, accountable, participatory and sustainable principles. The entire use of village funds for community empowerment in Jake Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2021 is only around 5.29%. This study aims to determine the use of village funds for community empowerment in Jake Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The population in this study was 3,487 people with a sample of 97 people. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out using questionnaires, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. The results of this study indicate that the use of village funds in 2021 in community empowerment in Jake Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency has not been implemented optimally because only two research indicators have shown quite good results, namely effectiveness and rectification while other indicators include adequacy, equity and responsiveness. classified as not good

The purpose of this study was to find out how the community participates in development planning meetings in Pulau Kopung Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is How is Community Participation in Development Planning Consultations in Pulau Kopung Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique using the Saturated Sampling method is that all populations are used as samples, totaling 15 respondents, and for the community using Simple Random Sampling, namely taking sample members from the population is done randomly without regard to strata in the population, which totals 43 respondents. The data analysis used is descriptive quantitative, namely analyzing data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires, then processed and then the authors draw conclusions from the results of the data processing. The results of research that has been done is quite good

The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and library study. The data analysis techniques with internal control components accordance to the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations Commission (COSO). The results showed that most of the internal control activities of CV. Bumigemilang Karya Teluk Kuantan were in accordance with the internal control according to COSO. Only two subcomponents that are incompatible, namely those contained in the component of the performance control namely the board of directors/audit committee subcomponent and the organizational structure subcomponent

Get PDFThis research was motivated by the large number of people in Tembilahan District who do not have accounts at Islamic banks and prefer conventional banks as a place for financial transactions, with the community of the Muslim community. This study aims to determine the literacy or understanding of the Tembilahan District Community about Sharia Banking. This type of research is qualitative research. The population in this study is the Tembilahan District Community which amounted to 78,140 people, with sampling using the slovin formula, the researcher obtained 44 respondents who were sampled in this study. With data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. As well as technical data analysis in a qualitative descriptive manner using percentage formulas. The results of this study can be concluded that from the majority of the people of Tembilahan District, Indragiri Hilir Regency with a percentage of people who are Muslims of 96.92%, but the results of data processing from the distribution of questionnaires and interviews found that the literacy level of the people of Tembilahan District about Islamic banking was only 29%, then respondents in this study said that they did not know what a Sharia bank is and how the operational system is, In addition, respondents did not understand about Islamic Banks that are interest-free but use the principle of profit sharing. Even respondents said they did not understand at all about what Islamic banking is and did not know what the difference between Islamic Banks and Conventional Banks is. It can be concluded that the understanding of the people of Tembilahan sub-district about Islamic banking is not good

One of them is the role of the Head in the Management of BUMDes Bintang Harapan, Teratak Air Hitam Village, Sentajo Raya District, which is one of the leadership positions in Kuantan Singingi Regency.
This type of research is qualitative research, namely for careful measurement of the study of certain social phenomena. In this study, there are two sources of data used, namely primary data and secondary data. To obtain data, researchers conducted observations with parties related to the research location and interviews. The research location was carried out in Teratak Air Hitam Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency.
Based on the results of interviews conducted with 16 informants in this study, from the 3 roles of the Head of Teratak Air Hitam Village in the management of BUMDes Bintang Harapan, the Head of Teratak Air Hitam Village has carried out the Regulatory function by making good rules for the development of BUMDes, as a Dynamist he has provided guidance to the management and the community for better management of BUMDes, as well as acting as a facilitator. He has also provided facilities in the form of a place for BUMDes to operate and financing for BUMDes operations, but in fact the role has been carried out but there is no good support from the BUMDes Bintang Harapan, the community is less developed and Impressed walking in place

No full textEdukasi kebersihan pada siswa merupakan aspek penting dalam menciptakan generasi yang sehat dan sadar akan pentingnya menjaga kebersihan diri dan lingkungan. Edukasi kebersihan pada siswa harus dilakukan secara komprehensif dan berkelanjutan, dengan melibatkan berbagai metode dan media untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal. Edukasi kebersihan melalui media poster merupakan salah satu metode yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran siswa tentang pentingnya lingkungan yang bersih. Edukasi kebersihan lingkungan dapat dilakukan sejak jenjang pendidikan sekolah dasar (SD) untukm membentuk karakter siswa. Selain itu, tujuan edukasi kebersihan lingkungan untuk membentuk kesadaran terhadap kepedulian lingkungan sekitar. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada 20 Novemnber 2024 di SD Negeri Inerie, Kecamatan Lasiana, Kota Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur. Kegiatan edukasi kebersihan lingkungan dilakukan melalui poster dengan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab dengan peserta didik
