SOSIALISASI MENGHINDARI BULLYING PERSFEKTIF AGAMA ISLAM DI SEKOLAH ISLAM NABILA KOTA BATAM
Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mencegah bullying di kalangan generasi Z dengan pendekatan berbasis nilai-nilai Islam di Sekolah Islam Nabila, Kota Batam. Program ini melibatkan pelatihan siswa, untuk meningkatkan kesadaran agar perilaku bullying dapat dihindari sedini mungkin. Topik ini dipilih dengan alasan perilaku bullying yang akhir-akhir ini meningkat pesat berdasarkan data BPS. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi dan penyuluhan terkait menghindari perilaku bullying berbasis Islami, dan pembinaan karakter melalui kegiatan keagamaan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai konsep akhlak mulia, pentingnya ukhuwah Islamiyah, serta implikasi hukum dan etika dalam Islam terkait perilaku bullying. Selain itu, adanya aplikasi pelaporan bullying berbasis nilai-nilai Islam membantu mempercepat deteksi dan intervensi kasus bullying di sekolah. Peran sekolah menyiapkan psikolog untuk dapat menangani jika bullying terjadi dilingkungan lembaga pendidikan. Kegiatan ini berhasil menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang lebih kondusif dan mendukung pembentukan karakter siswa sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Keberlanjutan program diharapkan dapat diperkuat melalui kolaborasi antara pihak sekolah dengan orang tua
The Digital Marketing through E-commerce at Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) in the Culinary Sector in Pekanbaru
This study investigates the impact of e-commerce digital marketing on sales performance in the culinary sector in Pekanbaru, with a specific emphasis on Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs). The primary objectives are to understand the implementation process of digital marketing strategies, identify the challenges faced by small and medium-sized firms (SMEs), and evaluate the effectiveness of these strategies in enhancing sales performance. The study employs a qualitative methodology. The study involved conducting semi-structured interviews with a total of 78 persons, encompassing business owners, managers, marketing professionals, digital marketing experts, and representatives from e-commerce platforms. The subjects were selected by purposive sampling. Thematic analysis was employed to evaluate the qualitative data and identify prominent themes and patterns.The results indicate a significant and positive impact of digital marketing and e-commerce on sales performance. A substantial number of small and medium-sized firms (SMEs) reported an increase in customer engagement, higher sales statistics, and improved revenue growth. The strategies that have been demonstrated to be most successful are social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and content marketing. However, small and medium-sized firms faced challenges such as limited resources, lack of specialized expertise, and fierce competition. Despite these obstacles, digital marketing and e-commerce were shown to offer substantial opportunities for growth and market expansion, surpassing the challenges

Business management requires efforts to find new business partners and customers and this includes caring for and maintaining good relationships with relationships. This is important and also a potential that is continuously cultivated and maintained because it is useful for business continuity. This research aims to determine the economic potential of a mosque-based community, namely BMT for the congregation of the Al Issyah Hakim Namurambe mosque. The research method used is literature study. This research is classified as a type of field research because it is also carried out directly in the field. Then it is strengthened by collecting articles and information related to research themes for publications in the last 5 years, then sorting is carried out according to the topic of discussion. The Assessment Maturity Organization Of Local Government: Evidence From Serang City, Banten
This study aims to measure the maturity of local government organizations which is the result of measuring the maturity of all local government organizations. Organizational maturity assessment is part of the implementation of bureaucratic reform in Indonesia. There are 33 local government organizations (OPD) of Serang City Government. The research method used is a mixed method with a sequential explanatory strategy. Data collection uses 3 stages, first distributing questionnaires to 99 respondents to measure 3 dimensions, namely governance, organizational culture and innovation and elaborated in 11 questions referring to the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 99 of 2018. Second, in-depth interviews with upper management level employees (secretary of the agency) and middle management (planning and 1 program area). Third, documentation studies were also conducted to validate questionnaire answers and interview results. The results showed that the maturity level of the Serang City Local Government was in the “Medium / Good Enough” category with a score of 37.77. The biggest weakness in the Governance sub-dimension is the low management of resources and work tools due to budget constraints and poor planning in the procurement of public goods/services. The originality of this research is used to improve government performance and public services that are considered lacking
Measuring the Quality of the General Election Commission Website in Central Jakarta Using the WebQual 4.0 Method
This study aims to analyze the application of the Webqual 4.0 method in measuring the quality of the Central Jakarta City General Election Commission (in Indonesia it is abbreviated as KPU) website. This method focuses on three dimensions of usability quality, information quality, and interaction quality. This study uses a quantitative method with primary data. The sample of this study were employees and the general public. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear analysis processed using the SPSS version 26 program. The results of the study showed that the usability variable did not have a significant effect on website quality measurement. The Information Quality variable did not have a significant effect on website quality measurement. And the Interaction Quality variable had a significant effect on website quality measurement.
 
Effect of Various Distances from Land Application (LA) Channels on Soil Physical and Chemical Properties in PTPN V Sei Buatan Oil Palm Plantation
Land application (LA) uses liquid waste from the palm oil industry to fertilize palm oil plants in palm oil plantation areas. This study aims to analyze the seepage distance of Palm Oil Mill Liquid Waste (LCPKS) from the LA channel on the physical and chemical properties of the Soil, as well as compare productivity between land given and those not given LCPKS. The research was conducted at PTPN V Artificial Sei Garden for three months, from January to March 2021; sampling was conducted on land granted by LA and NLA. LA land was taken at distances of 1 m (LA1), 2 m (LA2) and 3 m (LA3) from the LCPKS application channel with depths of 0-30 cm and 30-60 cm, which were taken zigzag three times and then analyzed in the laboratory. The physical properties of the Soil, soil chemistry and productivity obtained are intact soil extraction (bulk density, permeability, moisture content and porosity) and non-whole soil extraction (cation exchange capacity, C-Organic, N, P, K). The data obtained were analyzed using the ANOVA test and BNT test. The results showed that the closer to the flatbed, the better the physical and chemical properties of the Soil, thus affecting bulk density, permeability, moisture content, porosity, cation exchange capacity (CEC), C-Organic, Total N, P available, K available, pH, Na, Ca, and Mg and productivity on land given LCPKS is higher than not given
Potential of Endophytious Fungi from Rice Plant Local Genotype Kuantan Singingi in Improving Rice Plant Growth
This study aims to investigate the potential of endophytic fungi derived from local genotypes of Pulut Karate and white Sisgam rice plants to enhance the growth of rice plants. The research was conducted in a laboratory setting using an experimental approach. Initially, the endophytic fungi were isolated from the rice plants of Pulut Karate and white lionfish genotypes, which were previously collected in another research project. These fungi were then cultured on PDA media and incubated for seven days. Subsequently, the germination and growth of rice seedlings inoculated with each endophytic fungus isolate were examined. The growth parameters of the rice seedlings, including seed height, root length, and number of leaves, were carefully observed. The findings of this research were presented in the form of data and images. The results indicate that the seed germination rate ranged from 90% to 100%. Among all the isolates, isolate PB03 demonstrated the most significant impact on rice plant growth, as evidenced by its taller plant height (8.03 cm) and longer root length (6.27 cm) compared to the other isolates and the control group
Morphological Characteristics and Content of Secondary Metabolite Compounds of Medicinal Plants for Postpartum Infection Therapy
This study investigated the potential of medicinal plants in Central Kalimantan, Indonesia, specifically focusing on Ageratum conyzoides, Mussaenda frondosa, Curcuma longa, and Uncaria gambir, which are utilized by the Dayak tribe for treating postpartum infections. Morphological observations were conducted in two distinct locations, namely Kota Besi District and Mentaya Hulu District of East Kotawaringin. The findings of this study offer a comprehensive understanding of the morphological characteristics and secondary metabolite compounds of medicinal plants in Central Kalimantan. The research employed an exploratory survey method involving direct observations of plant morphology at the research site, with the selection of the observed area utilizing a purposive sampling technique. The study aimed to qualitatively describe the morphological characteristics and analyze the compound content of Ageratum conyzoides, Mussaenda frondosa, Curcuma longa, and Uncaria gambir. Despite morphological variations between locations, the similarities in morphological characteristics and secondary metabolite compound content suggest comparable potential uses. The analysis of secondary metabolite compounds contributes to the traditional knowledge regarding the bioactive properties of these plants. The bioactive compounds identified in these plants include flavonoids, alkaloids, tannins/phenols, steroids, triterpenoids, and saponins. The study concludes that the information obtained can enhance public awareness of the health benefits associated with traditional medicinal plants, particularly in the treatment of postpartum infections. The similarities in morphological characteristics and secondary metabolite compound content between locations indicate similar potential uses, with considerations for ecological and sustainability aspects in their utilization, which serves as the final outcome of this research
Orientation Of Effective Irradiation Dosage In Local Genetic Rice Improvement (Oryza sativa L.) Kuantan Singingi District Using Induced Mutation
The staple food of the Indonesian population is rice. Utilizing mutation induction in rice research can lead to a significant increase in genetic diversity. This increased genetic diversity in the initial population will streamline the process of selecting desired traits. The primary objective of this study is to identify the most effective dose for inducing genetic diversity in local rice from Kuantan Singingi. The research focuses on the Singgam Putih genotype. Gamma radiation experiments are conducted at the Center for Isotope and Radiation Application (PAIR) BATAN in South Jakarta. Various radiation doses are administered, ranging from 0 Gy to 350 Gy. The planting process takes place in the greenhouses of the Dhabit Farm Experimental Garden in Kari Teluk Kuantan. Data collection includes observations on sprouting percentage, seedling height, number of leaves, and root length. The LD50 value is calculated based on the regression analysis of sprouting percentage. The findings indicate that the rate of sprouted seeds decreases as the gamma irradiation dose increases. Additionally, seedling height and root length decrease with higher doses of gamma irradiation. At the same time, the number of leaves remains unaffected by the radiation dose, which may lead to changes in leaf shape. The LD50 value for the Singgam Putih genotype is determined to be 313.63 Gy. Ultimately, the optimal dose of gamma-ray irradiation is identified as 300 Gy
Laboratory Evaluation of Predation Potency Euborellia Annulata (Dermaptera: Anisolabididae) on Larvae of Spodoptera Frugiperda (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae), a Pest of Maize Crops
Spodoptera frugiperda is an invasive pest found attacking corn plants in Indonesia in 2019. The pest attacks during the vegetative and generative periods and can cause heavy crop damage. Biological control by utilizing predators is an environmentally friendly control method. Euborellia annulata is a predator found in maize crops. This study was conducted to determine the predation potency of E. annulata on S. frugiperda larvae. This study arranged as a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments, 1 male E. annulata adult, 1 female E. annulata adult, 2 male E. annulata adult, 2 female E. annulata adult and 1 pair of male and female E. annulata adult. Ten S. frugiperda instar 3 larvae were placed in the treatment containers, then predator E. annulata was placed into the containers according to the treatment. Variables observed were the number of S. frugiperda larvae preyed and the predation behavior of E. annulata. The results showed that at 4 Days After Treatment (DAT) there was a significant difference in the predation ability of E. annulata on S. frugiperda larvae. At 5 DAT, 2 female E. annulata showed greater predation ability at 66% compared to treatment 2 male E. annulata at 52%. However, 2 female E. annulata showed the similar prey ability as 1 pair of male and female adult at 7 and 8 DAT with a mortality range of 96-100% of S. frugiperda. Predators with the female have a large prey ability and are more aggressive than the male. Morphologically, it is known that the forceps of female predators are larger than males, so that female predators are faster to prey on S. fungiperda. Female predators and have better prey potency as biological control agents for S. fungiperda pests in maize crops
