No full textThis research was carried out at the Benai Subdistrict and Disadvantaged Villages Office in Benai Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of the sub-district head in developing disadvantaged villages in Benai sub-district, Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2020. The type of research used in this study is qualitative research. The informants taken in this research were the Head of Benai District, Head of PMD, and Village Head. The data collection methods used in this research are interview, documentation, observation and triagulation methods. The data used is Data Reduction, Data Presentation, Verification and Conclusions. From the results of this writing, the author can conclude that the role of the sub-district head in developing underdeveloped villages in the Benai sub-district, Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2020 has gone quite well, where by 2024 there will be no more under-developed villages in the Benai sub-district. These results can be seen from the results of interviews with informants in the field which show that the role of the sub-district head in developing disadvantaged villages in Benai sub-district, Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2020 is quite good

No full textDrug abuse can happen to anyone. For most people, it is of course cunning and the illicit circulation of drugs has high business value. Adolescence is a developmental phase between childhood and adulthood. Drugs refer to a group of compounds that have the impact and risk of addiction for their users. The actual purpose of using drugs containing psychotropic compounds is as an anesthetic, namely to anesthetize the patient during surgery or as a drug for a certain disease. A person's development during childhood and adolescence will shape that person's personal development in adulthood. That's why if children and teenagers are damaged by drugs, their future will be bleak or even destroyed. Narcotics is an abbreviation of Psychotropic Narcotics and other addictive substances, which are drugs or substances which, if entered into the body, affect bodily functions, especially the brain. Drugs are addictive substances because they cause dependence and are classified as psychoactive substances, meaning they affect the functioning of the brain and change the behavior of the user. Seeing the development of prevention of drug abuse and illicit trafficking in the country which is worrying and poses a serious threat to the survival of the nation and the future of the nation, serious attention and action is needed from all parties in an integrated and sustainable manner. BNNK is a non- structural government institution that is responsible and under the President whose task is to carry out drug prevention and eradication by forming a task force consisting of elements of related government agencies. The existence of BNNK is the right step to tackle disease in society due to drug abuse in a more complex way. Prevention or efforts are made, among other things, by counseling/socialization both among pupils and students. This program was carried out to improve coordination in the implementation of prevention, eradication, abuse and illicit trafficking of drugs. Preventing and eradicating drugs certainly requires support from all levels of society starting from the bureaucracy, educators, religious leaders/wide community. All of this is in accordance with the existence of Presidential Instruction 12 of 2011 concerning the Implementation of National Policies and Strategies for Preventing and Eradicating Drug Abuse and Illegal Trafficking

No full textThis research is motivated by the phenomenon that occurs at BSI KCP Teluk Kuantan, namely: Customer Service services that are still not fast enough in serving customers and the number of Customer Service is minimal, namely only 1 Customer Service is ready to serve customers. This study aims to determine the effect of Customer Service services on customer satisfaction at BSI KCP Teluk Kuantan. This study uses a quantitative research approach. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula. The population in this study were 12,873 BSI KCP Teluk Kuantan customers, with a sample size of 44 people. And the data collection techniques used were Observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study can be concluded that: 1. Customer Service work SOP includes aspects of Appearance which include neat clothes, friendly peace, attractive appearance. And aspects of Service which include friendly, polite and responsive attitudes. 2. Customer Service variables have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction BSI KCP Teluk Kuantan, with the T test value (Partial) showing a value of three greater than t table (1.889> 1.681) and a sign value of 0.004 <0.05

The aim of this research is to find out how effective the directing function is at the Kuantan Hilir Seberang Subdistrict Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in this research is how effective the directing function is at the Kuantan Hilir Seberang Subdistrict Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The author used a sampling technique for this research using 8 research informants, namely saturated sampling, namely a sampling technique when all members of the population are sampled. The data management and data analysis method used in this research is qualitative analysis, namely analyzing data obtained from interviews, then reducing the data, presenting the data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research can be concluded that the effectiveness of the directing function at the Kuantan Hilir Seberang Subdistrict Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency is not yet effective. This can be seen from the results of interviews with informants in the field which show that the effectiveness of the Directing Function at the Kuantan Hilir Seberang Subdistrict Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency is not running well

No full textThis research was carried out at the Benai Subdistrict Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The aim of this research is to find out how public administration services are at the Benai sub-district office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in the research is How Public Administration Services are in the Benai Subdistrict Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique uses the Simple Random Sampling method, namely taking sample members from the population randomly without paying attention to the strata in the population, where the total sample for this research was 44 people. The data analysis used is quantitative descriptive, namely analyzing data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires, then processing it, and then the author draws conclusions from the results of processing the data. The results of the questionnaire distribution show that the Analysis of Public Administration Services at the Benai Subdistrict Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency produces an average score of 125 which is in the Fairly Good interval. As well as observations in the field which show that the Public Administration Services at the Benai Subdistrict Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency are quite good because each indicator tested has quite good results, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty. , and quite good Tangibles in Public Administration Services at the Benai Subdistrict Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency

No full textThis research ainms to find out how fixed assets acounting is treated regarning calssfication, measurement, depreciation, termination/disposal, recorgnition, disclousere, and presentation in the langgeng village unit coorperative , kuantan singingi regency so that this researce will provide result on whearther the accounting treathment of fixed assets in is accourdance PSAK No. 16 of 2018.
This research uses a qualitative descriptive anlysis method. Namely, a comprehensive description of the fixed asset accounting policy appliied to fixed assets in the langgeng Village Unit Coorperative , Kuantan Singingi Regency and compared with PSAK No. 16.
Based on the result of this research, it showh that the classification of measurement , depreciation, termination/disposal, recorgnition, disclosure and presentation of the Langgeng Village Unit Coorperative , Kuantan Singingi Regency accordance with PSAK No. 16 of 2018. Only measurement are not in accordance with PSAK No. 16

No full textIn social life, it is possible for a crime to be committed by an individual or group as a result of a clash of interests. One of the crimes committed by individuals or groups is the crime of embezzlement. The crime of motor vehicle embezzlement is influenced by opportunity and convenience because it is only based on trust. The problem in this research is what is the modus operandi of the criminal act of embezzlement of 2 (two) wheeled motorized vehicles in the case study of decision number 71/Pid.B/2021/PN Tlk, and what are the judge's considerations in the criminal act of embezzlement of 2 (two) wheeled motorized vehicles in the case study decision number 71/Pid.B/2021/PN Tlk. For this writing, the author uses a type of normative legal research, namely using various secondary data such as statutory regulations, court decisions, legal theory, and can be the opinions of scholars, then this research is descriptive analytical. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there are several modus operandi used to commit the crime of embezzlement, including borrowing, wanting to own a two-wheeled motor vehicle, and pawning. Furthermore, the judge's consideration in the crime of embezzlement in decision number 71/Pid.B/2021/PN Tlk consists of 2 (two), namely juridical considerations and non-juridical considerations. Juridical considerations include the indictment of the Public Prosecutor, witness statements, defendant's statements, evidence obtained, and Article 372 of the Criminal Code concerning the Crime of Embezzlement. Meanwhile, non-juridical considerations include the defendant's condition, namely being physically and mentally healthy, as well as weighing aggravating and mitigating factors

Pengabdian ini merupakan pengabdian lanjutan dengan judul : Penyuluhan inovasi teknologi informasi pada kelompok usaha bersama ibu kreatif kembang setaman di kota pekanbaru. Pengabdian ini dengan tujuan Untuk mengidentifikasi mengidentifikasi permasalahan di kelompok usaha bersama ibu kreatif kembang setaman dan memberikan solusi berdasarkan identifikasi permasalahan yang ada dengan melakukan penyuluhan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan oleh Tim PKM permasalahan yang ada di kelompok usaha bersama menjadi permasalahan prioritas yang harus ditemukam solusinya agar peyuluhan dapat berjalan dengan baik sehingga membawa kemajuan. Permasalahan yang ada pertama, kurangnya pengetahuan dan sumber daya manusia pada kelompok usaha bersama ibu kreatif dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Kedua, Belum mampu mengaplikasikan teknologi informasi yang telah diberikan oleh tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan: observasi, diskusi, penyuluhan dan dokumentasi kegiatan. Adanya kegiatan Pengabdian ini Tim memberikan beberapa solusi yaitu menghadirkan narasumber yang paham dengan inovasi teknologi informasi , dan mempraktekkan penerapan penggunaan teknologi informasi
