No full textPublic service is the completion of official duties carried out by employees to achieve a goal in accordance with the guidelines determined by the agency. This research was conducted at the motor vehicle testing services section at the Kuantan Singingi Regency Transportation Service. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the Analysis of Motor Vehicle Testing Services at the Kuantan Singingi Regency Transportation Service. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research, the author determines the entire population as a sample. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling technique. The informants in this research were 22 employees and members of the public at the Kuantan Singingi Regency Transportation Service Office. Data collection techniques used in this research are quissioner, observation and documentation.Based on the results of field research, it can be seen that the motor vehicle testing service at the Kuantan Singingi Regency Transportation Service has been running quite well

Researchers here use the theory of State Administration, Management, Service, Poskesdes. This study aims to describe and analyze the quality of Village Health Post ( Poskesdes) services in Gunung Kesiangan Village. Researchers used Quantitative research in conducting research on Analysis of the Quality of Village Health Post Services (Poskesdes) in Gunung Kesiangan Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Researchers here used 42 sample. For data collection techniques, researchers use Questionnaire, Observation, and Documentation techniques. Based on research conducted by researchers, results and conclusions related to the Analysis of the Quality of Village Health Post Services (Poskesdes) in Gunung Kesiangan Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency have been running well
PEMAHAMAN MASYARAKAT KECAMATAN KUANTAN TENGAH KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI TENTANG WAKAF PRODUKTIF
No full textKuantan Tengah Sub-district, Kuantan Singingi Regency has a population of 51,878 people, of which 95.08% are Muslims or equivalent to 50,117 people. There are 63 waqf asset locations, but only 13 of them have been certified and their utilization is dominated by mosques and mushollahs. The data shows that there is still a lack of utilization of waqf assets that lead to productive waqf. This research is a field research conducted in Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency with qualitative methods. The purpose of this research is to find out the understanding of the people of Kuantan Tengah District about productive waqf and what are the factors that influence it. The population of this research is the Muslim community in Kuantan Tengah District as many as 50,117 people with a sample of 100 people determined by the Slovin formula. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires, interviews, documentation and observation. The data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively using the percentage formula.The results of this study indicate that the understanding of the people of Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency about productive waqf is "Very High", the percentage is 82.68% with indicators (1) Restating the concept of productive waqf, (2) Classifying objects according to the concept of types of productive waqf, (3) Giving examples and non-examples of the concept of productive waqf, (4) Presenting concepts about the definition of productive waqf, (5) Developing concepts about types of productive waqf, (6) Using and utilizing and selecting procedures or operations of productive waqf, and (7) Applying the concept of how to manage productive waqf. Regarding the factors that influence it, there are Internal Factors consisting of indicators of motivation, self-will, and strong interest. While on External Factors, there are indicators of education, lectures or studies, availability of media, availability of channels to carry out productive waqf that affect the understanding of the people of Central Kuantan District about productive waqf

Terdakwa Jaksa penuntut umum secara Komulatif Dakwaan pertama didakwa melanggar ketentuan Pasal 285. Tentang Pemerkosaan Jo Pasal 55 Ayat (1) KUHP tentang : Turut serta melakukan perbuatan pidana, Menjatuhkan pidana terhadap Terdakwa pidana penjara selama 8 tahun dikurangi selama masa penangkapan dan penahanan. 1 (satu) unit sepeda motor merk Honda, Supra Fit dengan nopol H3 149 KI warna putih nomor rangka MH1HB311X6K547872 nomor mesin HB31E1543950. 1 (satu) helai celana dalam warna cream. Bentuk perbuatan yang dilakukan oleh pelaku ialah tindak pidana pemerkosaan yang dilakukan secara bersama sama yakni dengan cara membujuk serta melalukan kekerasan kepada korban mengambil lem dan menggosokan lem tersebut di telapak tangannya kemudian sdr. ROPI (DPO) memukul korban dengan tangan kanannya dan pada saat itu juga sdr. ROPI (DPO) membekap korban dengan tangan kirinya yang sudah di olesi lem tersebut sampai korban pingsan. The results of the study are, Application of criminal law to online gambling crimes, In Kuantan Mudik there are several regulations governing gambling. In general, gambling is regulated in Article 303 Paragraph (1) to 1.2 of the Criminal Code which occurred in Pasar Lubuk Jambi Village, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, which is often used as a place for Higgs Domino Online Gambling Chip transactions that have disturbed the community and in overcoming online gambling crimes, the inhibiting factors faced by the Police are obstacles to law enforcement or human resources, the difficulty of collecting evidence and arresting perpetrators, and the last factor is the obstacle of awareness and concern from the community which is still lacking

No full textRestorative Justice is a settlement process carried out outside the criminal justice system involving victims, perpetrators' families, victims' families, religious leaders and community leaders and parties who have an interest in a crime that occurs in order to reach an agreement. The problem in this study is how to apply Restorative Justice in the case of theft, and what is the impact of applying Restorative Justice in the case of theft at the Kuantan Mudik Police Sector. This study uses a sociological legal research method and is descriptive, namely research that provides a clear and detailed picture of the problems studied by the author. The results of this research and discussion are that the application of Restorative Justice in resolving the crime of theft in the jurisdiction of the Kuantan Mudik Police is carried out with the consideration that the perpetrators still have a long future, so they still need to be given the opportunity to change for the better. The application of Restorative Justice to the crime of theft is carried out through a process of mediation, negotiation between the perpetrators of the crime, victims, the perpetrator's family and, the community and law enforcement so as to reach a mutual agreement. The impact of implementing Restorative Justice is grouped into two types, namely Positive impacts and Negative impacts. Positive impacts are that it lightens the burden of investigators in resolving criminal cases, the perpetrators are still well received in society and the losses experienced by the victims are replaced by the perpetrators. While the negative impacts are that perpetrators of criminal acts whose cases are resolved with Restorative Justice are likely to repeat their actions because the assumption is that the perpetrators of criminal acts will be resolved with Restorative Justice and not all people who then know about the concept of Restorative Justice as a replacement for the general criminal system

No full textIn social life, it is possible for a crime to be committed by an individual or group as a result of a clash of interests. One of the crimes committed by individuals or groups is the crime of embezzlement. The crime of motor vehicle embezzlement is influenced by opportunity and convenience because it is only based on trust. The problem in this research is what is the modus operandi of the criminal act of embezzlement of 2 (two) wheeled motorized vehicles in the case study of decision number 71/Pid.B/2021/PN Tlk, and what are the judge's considerations in the criminal act of embezzlement of 2 (two) wheeled motorized vehicles in the case study decision number 71/Pid.B/2021/PN Tlk. For this writing, the author uses a type of normative legalresearch, namely using various secondary data such as statutory regulations, court decisions,legal theory, and can be the opinions of scholars, then this research is descriptive analytical.Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there are several modus operandi usedto commit the crime of embezzlement, including borrowing, wanting to own a two-wheeledmotor vehicle, and pawning. Furthermore, the judge's consideration in the crime ofembezzlement in decision number 71/Pid.B/2021/PN Tlk consists of 2 (two), namely juridicalconsiderations and non-juridical considerations. Juridical considerations include theindictment of the Public Prosecutor, witness statements, defendant's statements, evidenceobtained, and Article 372 of the Criminal Code concerning the Crime of Embezzlement.Meanwhile, non-juridical considerations include the defendant's condition, namely beingphysically and mentally healthy, as well as weighing aggravating and mitigating factor

No full textProgram pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pengrajin batik di Terengganu dalam menghadapi tantangan globalisasi dan adaptasi teknologi modern. Pemilihan topik ini didasarkan pada pentingnya pelestarian budaya lokal sekaligus penguatan daya saing batik Terengganu di pasar global. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Dynamic Capability, yang melibatkan tiga tahapan utama: sensing (pengenalan peluang pasar), seizing (pemanfaatan teknologi dan pemasaran digital), dan reconfiguring (restrukturisasi operasional). Program ini melibatkan pelatihan dan pendampingan intensif dalam pengembangan desain modern, adopsi teknologi ramah lingkungan, pemasaran digital, serta pembentukan ekosistem kolaborasi antara pengrajin, asosiasi, pemerintah, dan akademisi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitas pengrajin dalam mengenali tren pasar, efisiensi produksi melalui teknologi baru, serta strategi pemasaran digital yang lebih efektif. Selain itu, terbentuk kelompok kerja yang berfokus pada pengembangan desain, pemasaran, dan keberlanjutan usaha. Meskipun terdapat kendala seperti keterbatasan akses teknologi dan resistensi terhadap perubahan, pendekatan persuasif dan pelatihan tambahan berhasil mengatasinya. Kesimpulannya, program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan daya saing pengrajin batik di pasar global, tetapi juga mendorong keberlanjutan sosial dan lingkungan melalui inovasi produk serta pelestarian budaya lokal

No full textToleransi merupakan suatu keadaan yang mengacu pada kemampuan untuk menerima dan menghargai perbedaan antara individu atau kelompok, baik dalam agama, ras, etnis maupun budaya. Kabupaten Rokan Hilir menjadi salah satu wilayah dengan keberagaman yang cukup tinggi, ini dibuktikan dari data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Rokan Hilir Tahun 2023 menunjukkan ada sekitar 507 Masjid, 457 Musholla, 257 Gereja Protestan, 1 Vihara dan 17 Pura. Begitu juga dengan suku yang terdiri dari suku Melayu, Batak, Jawa, Minang dan Etnis Tionghoa. Tingginya tingkat pluralitas dalam masyarakat ini jika dijaga dengan baik akan menghasilkan konsep toleransi yang indah, namun sebaliknya tingginya pluralitas ini juga berpotensi akan menjadi bencana konflik terbuka dalam masyarakat. Maka, toleransi di antara masyarakat perlu dirawat dan dijaga sebagai asset yang mahal dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada tanggal 16-18 Desember 2024 di salah satu masjid di Kelurahan Bagan Punak Kota Bagansiapiapi Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. No full textPengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) merupakan wujud nyata dari tanggung jawab institusi pendidikan dalam memberikan kontribusi yang berarti bagi masyarakat melalui berbagai kegiatan yang bermanfaat. Tujuan utama PKM adalah memberdayakan masyarakat, meningkatkan taraf hidup, serta memperluas wawasan dan keterampilan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Program ini mengusung metode pembelajaran yang menarik dan efektif, dengan tujuan menciptakan suasana belajar yang interaktif dan menyenangkan. Dengan demikian, siswa diharapkan dapat lebih percaya diri dalam menggunakan bahasa Inggris dalam keseharian mereka. Metode storytelling adalah pendekatan yang mengintegrasikan cerita dalam proses pembelajaran bahasa Inggris. Dalam metode ini, siswa diminta untuk membuat dan menceritakan cerita berdasarkan tema yang diberikan atau pengalaman pribadi mereka. Melalui kegiatan ini, siswa tidak hanya mengasah keterampilan berbicara mereka, tetapi juga merangsang kreativitas dalam menyusun alur cerita yang menarik. Teknik ini memungkinkan siswa untuk lebih percaya diri dalam menggunakan bahasa Inggris secara lisan, serta melatih kemampuan mereka dalam berbicara dengan ekspresi dan intonasi yang tepat. Storytelling juga memberi kesempatan bagi siswa untuk berimajinasi dan mengekspresikan ide-ide mereka dalam bentuk narasi yang kreatif. Pelaksanaan English Club di SMA Antonius Bangun Mulia Medan menunjukkan dampak positif dalam peningkatan kemampuan berbahasa Inggris dan soft skills siswa. Diperlukan kerjasama yang berkelanjutan antara siswa, guru, dan orang tua untuk memastikan keberlangsungan dan kesuksesan klub ini. Dengan perbaikan dan inovasi yang berkelanjutan, English Club dapat menjadi salah satu kekuatan dalam pendidikan bahasa Inggris di sekolah
