Evaluasi Tata Kelola Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit Condong Catur Menggunakan Framework Cobit 4.1 Dan Balanced Scorecard
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat penerapan Tata Kelola Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit pada Rumah Sakit Condong Catur Yogyakarta. Fokus penelitian ini terdapat beberapa domain pada COBIT 4.1, yaitu PO2, PO3, AI2, AI4, AI7 dan DS8. Penelitian ini fokus pada perspektif Proses Bisnis Internal dengan tujuan bisnis Improve and maintain operational and staff productivity pada Balanced Scorecard. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner dan wawancara. Pengukuran dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui kelemahan pada masing-masing domain terpilih. Hasil pengukuran tatakelola Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit pada Rumah Sakit Condong Catur Yogyakarta berdasarkan tingkat kematangan pada framework COBIT 4.1 yaitu sebesar 2,93 atau dengan tingkat kematangan dilevel 3 (Defined). Ini membuktikan pengelolaan TI di organisasi berada pada tahap dimana pihak manajemen telah berhasil menciptakan dan mengkomunikasikan standar baku pengelolaan proses-proses TI yang terkait walaupun belum terintegrasi sepenuhnya. Sedangkan tingkat kematangan yang diharapkan (to-be) berada pada tingkat 4 (Managed and Measurable). Untuk mencapai pada tingkat kematangan yang diharapkan, maka diperlukan suatu strategi perbaikan pada masing-masing atribut kematangan sehingga perlu ditingkatkan dengan saran atau rekomendasi perbaikan. Klasifikasi SMS Spam Menggunakan Algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM)
Informasi merupakan kumpulan data yang memiliki beragam konten yang dapat bersifat positif dan negative. Konten-konten yang tersebar dalam informasi tersebut dapat dengan mudah kita peroleh lewat berbagai macam jenis media contohnya SMS. Banyak informasi yang dikirim lewat SMS merupakan spam dimana konten yang dikirim berisi informasi yang tidak relevan dengan pengguna. Dengan fakta tersebut, perlu dibuat suatu system dalam mengklasifikasikan Spam dengan menggunakan text mining menggunakan metode Support Vector Machine (SVM), yang nantinya diharapkan dapat memilah komentar spam dalam SMS agar informasi yang diperoleh lebih akurat dan terpercaya. Data SMS yang didapat dari database Kaggle diolah terlebih dahulu dengan menggunakan teknik tokenizing, normalisasi kata, filtering, dan stemming. Selanjutnya peneliti menggunakan cross validation untuk menguji data training yang nantinya digunakan dalam proses klasifikasi. Penelitian ini telah merancang sebuah expert system yang mampu mendeteksi penderita lesbian dan gay sejak dini. The author conducts research on data management in the Graha Kasih Nursing Home in Kubu Raya District, which is to find problems with data processing that still uses paper so that it is susceptible to errors in the data recording process and the risk of data loss is very large, making it difficult to access data. Therefore the author designed a Relational Database for elderly data at the Graha Kasih Nursing Home of Kubu Raya District to overcome the problem. The form of research used in this study uses a case study with R & D (Research and Development) method which is a descriptive method which is the initial method of R & D method to collect data about existing conditions. While the data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation studies. The method of analysis and design used in this research is the Database Method of Life Cycle (DBLC), with the focus of the discussion including Conceptual Database Design, Logical Database design, and Physical Database Design. Flowchat is used to describe existing running systems, while the proposed system modeling and design uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). The design of this Relational Database is made with Visual Basic .NET programming language as its design tool and MYSQL as its database. The designed database resulted in an application that could help the Graha Kasih Nursing Home of Kubu Raya District to facilitate the management of occupants 'data, contribution data, data on residents' transfers, contributor data, donation data, and employee data, as well as minimizing the risk of data damage and data loss. , and facilitate the process of accessing data easily and quickly

The development of advanced information technology, as it is now, makes people faster in accessing information and news. Along with the number of online news site service providers, readers must move to news sites to see quality and quality news. Scraping technique is a technique used to retrieve, analyze and process a data from a different system or document. The application built utilizes web scraping technology to retrieve data on various national news sites. The design method used is Prototype, a system modeling tool is the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The advancement of information technology has increasingly developed rapidly in all fields of life. Lots of data generated by technology and various other areas of life. Data mining is a process that employs one or more computer tracking techniques to analyze and extract data analysis, which is often included as a Data Mining method the purpose of which is to group data with the same characteristics into the same ‘region’ and data with chracteristics different to other ‘regions’. The algorithm used for clusters is C4.5 algorithm. C4.5 algorithm is one method for making decision trees based on training data that has been provided, while the design method uses extreme programming, and the system modeling is UML. Sales at the Prima Shop Putussibau require a new innovation to build a system that can support the company's activities in reaching all market segments. Business activities at Prima Putussibau Store currently still apply offline sales methods, namely sales that only rely on physical stores and recording goods is still done manually by company employees. Responding to these problems the authors designed an online sales system at prime stores. The research method used is Increamental Development. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, documentation study. To model the system from starting to model system information for companies to web applications, the author uses UML (Unifield Modeling Language). Aplikasi Alkitab Elektronik Perjanjian Baru Bahasa Talaud Berbasis Android
Alkitab bahasa Talaud dalam bentuk digital sampai saat ini belum ada, sementara yang menggunakan smartphone sudah sangat masif pada saat ini, sehingga peneliti melihat peluang yang ada dalam mendigitalisasi Alkitab bahasa Talaud perjanjian baru berbasis Android sebagai bentuk apresiasi dalam berbahasa Talaud. Untuk membuat aplikasi ini peneliti menggunakan proses model Spiral yang diawali dengan melakukan komunikasi dengan user untuk mendapatkan informasi, perencanaan untuk menentukan waktu pembuatan, pemodelan dengan menggunakan metode Unified Modeling Language (UML), pengkodean dengan bahasa pemograman Java, dan implementasi dimana aplikasi Alkitab bahasa Talaud ini diuji. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan menggunakan tools Edraw Max, Eclipse, Android SDK, SQLite. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa aplikasi Alkitab bahasa Talaud perjanjian baru berbasis Android, yang memiliki fitur kamus, pencarian kata, dan juga pencarian pasal.
