Sistem Pengolahan Data Penjualan pada Toko Florida Butik Pontianak
Get PDFToko Florida Butik Pontianak merupakan sebuah toko yang menjual berbagai macam tas-tas perempuan, mulai dari tas slempang, ransel, totebag, clutchbag, dan jenis tas lainnya. Toko Florida Butik Pontianak mengalami kendala dalam proses pencatatan dan pengolahan data barang, mengkalkulasikan faktur, membuat dokumen dan informasi penjualan. Proses bisnis ini kurang efektif dan efisien, dikarenakan sulit untuk mencatat dan menghitung banyaknya jenis barang yang ada, banyaknya jumlah barang, maupun besarnya jumlah harga. Pengamatan dilakukan secara langsung menggunakan bentuk penelitian studi kasus, Metode yang digunakan adalah Prototype. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Perangkat lunak sistem pengolahan data penjualan diimplementasikan menggunakan Visual Basic .Net. Database yang digunakan adalah MySQL didesain menggunakan aplikasi Navicat. Perangkat lunak ini dapat menampilkan laporan dengan Crystal Report. Pengujiannya dilakukan dengan menggunakan Black-Box Testing. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah perangkat lunak sistem pengolahan data penjualan pada Toko Florida Butik Pontianak yang bersifat offline dan stand alone sehingga perangkat lunak ini hanya dapat diakses dalam satu perangkat komputer. Perangkat lunak ini dalam menangani masalah pencatatan dan pengolahan data stok barang, mengalkulasikan faktur, membuat laporan penjualan dan stok barang serta pelaksanaan transaksi penjualan, sehingga penerimaan informasi lebih akurat, cepat dan tepat. Teknik-teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi.Penelitian didasarkan pada pencatatan transaksi dalam penjualan. Sistem Informasi Penjualan yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic 2010.NET.Database yang digunakanadalah Microsoft access.Aplikasi yang penulis hasilkan terdiri dari form data barang, form data jenis barang, form data petugas, form tambah stok barang, form transaksi penjualan, laporan data barang, laporan data Jenis barang, laporan seluruh penjualan, laporan penjualan pernota dan laporan pengguna Dengan adanya aplikasi ini dapat mempermudah petugas dalam pendataan penjualan dan pencatatan transaksi penjualan.Kata kunci: Aplikasi Desktop, Sistem Informasi, RAD

The Secretary has a web based application and equipment has a desktop based application. The Secretary's application has role to record in out of the church data including stock, in other hand the application equitment has role to record all data that have problems which need maintenance. When making repairs, the equipment cannot make changes because equipment do not know whether the stock is ready or not since those applications not integrated. The alternative solution to overcome this problem is using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) to develop a software to be a middleware that has ability to handle data exchange among those applications. The form of this research is case study and the method is Action research. Techique for collecting data are interview, observation, and study documentation. The method used for developing software is Extreme Programming and the tools for modelling is UML. Software testing using White-box. With integration of those applications it will make the work process more efficient

Similar to the current service and transaction activities in Dual Computer Pontianak have not achieved a meaningful goal, but of course this is currently an inhibiting factor in improving services as more transactions and types of goods are stored in a certain period of time, but it is difficult for parties in inventory available hardware. The purpose of this research is to apply Data Mining to the sales transaction database which can analyze what items are purchased, can be used to determine the effective price of goods to increase the sales value of Dual Computer Pontianak. Researchers use desktop-based applications with JAVA programming languages. The results of this study are applications that can be used to determine the price of goods that are effective to increase the value of sales on the Dual Computer Pontianak. To make this development so that this application can be used throughout the store. Developing further applications can be improved on simplifying the Apriori algorithm coding program and also improving the view program design

To get lighting, the lights are turned on and off manually. For some people, that is not a problem, but for people whose daily activities are often done outside the home and often traveling in, turning the lights on and off becomes a big obstacle. It also causes waste of electrical energy, and can lead to electrical shocks because this study designed an android and hardware application that is equipped with a light sensor to turn on and turn off the lights automatically based on the Atmega328 microcontroller and can be controlled remotely via a smartphone. Arduino Uno microcontroller as the main controller module. Messages or data sent from the smartphone will be received by GSM 800L to be forwarded to the ATMega328p microcontroller on the Arduino. The data received by the microcontroller will be processed and executed to control the relay circuit. The relay serves as an electromechanical switch to turn on and extinguish the lights then the notification is forwarded in the form of SMS to the mobile phone via the GSM SIM800L module as a feedback system report (feedback) which serves to determine the position of the lamp is turned on or off

In building a system of purchasing goods, sales of goods, inventory of goods and reports of the Alif Clothing Store the authors use this form of research in the form of case studies and with prototype design methods. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Research based on recording transactions in sales and recording reports on the Pontianak Alif Shop was built using NetBeans IDE programming language 7.3.1 The database used is MYSQL. The application that the author produces consists of the menu item, customer menu form, supplier menu, sales transaction form, purchase transaction form. With this application can facilitate store employees in the process of finding goods, processing transactions, and making reports.

Aktifitas login yang sering menggunakan username dan password sebuah email google yang terkadang berbeda – beda. Kesulitan untuk login jika seorang pengguna login yang berbeda-beda untuk setiap sistem yang digunakan, karena seseorang harus dapat mengingat banyak username dan password yang juga keamanan harus dijaga dengan baik. Single Sign On ( SSO ) with googlemerupakan fasilitas yang memberikan kemudahan untuk user yang melakukan login ketika menjelajah di internet. Dengan metode Single Sign On ( SSO ) with google ini, setiap user hanya perlu memiliki satu account Gmail untuk login. User hanya perlu login satu kali saja agar menggunakan semua fasilitas yang ada di website utama PenA (Penilaian Absensi). Sistem E-CRM merupakan salah satu strategi bisnis dalam membantu aktivitas marketing, sales dan customer service yang berhubungan dengan proses pemasaran, promosi, penyimpanan data konsumen kedalam database yang dapat diolah untuk menjadi informasi yang memberikan nilai dan arti bagi perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk merancang aplikasi E-CRM pada perusahaan Cetta Mom and Baby Spa Pontianak dengan memberikan layanan informasi secara online dalam hal reservasi jasa treatment yang up-date. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan atau yang biasa dikenal dengan Research and Development. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan adanya website E-CRM lebih mempermudah konsumen untuk melakukan transaksi dan berkomunikasi dengan pihak Perusahaan serta mempertahankan konsumen lamanya dan juga untuk memperoleh konsumen baru dengan memasarkan barang kepada masyaraka luas.Kata kunci: Sistem E-CRM, Reservasi dan Informasi Up-date
