Kinerja dan Prestasi Kerja Berbasis Etika Kerja
Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk seminar yang diselenggarakan pada hari Rabu tanggal 12 Juni 2019 bertempat di SD Bina Bhakti yang beralamat di Jalan Adi Sucipto, Kecamatan Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Seminar ini dihadiri oleh 27 orang yang terdiri dari Pihak Yayasan, Kepala Sekolah, Guru, dan Karyawan. Materi seminar disampaikan secara lisan dan dibantu dengan visual melalui proyektor. Tujuan dari seminar ini untuk menyegarkan kembali mengenai nilai-nilai etika kerja dan meningkatkan praktek nilai-nilai etika kerja di lingkungan kerja agar tujuan yang sudah disepakati bersama dapat dicapai dengan mudah. Metode pelaksanaan seminar ini meliputi ceramah teori dan contoh praktek, serta sesi tanya-jawab dengan peserta. Adapun hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan seminar etika kerja ini, yaitu peserta seminar dapat menghayati dan mengamalkan nilai-nilai etika kerja agar kinerja dan prestasi kerja mudah dicapai dengan kualitas yang baik. Untuk tahap lanjutan dari seminar ini, dapat dilakukan workshop mengenai etika kerja dengan durasi waktu yang lebih memadai
Sosialisasi Gerakan Menabung
Sosialisasi adalah salah satu sarana yang mempengaruhi kepribadian seseorang. Sosialisasi biasa di sebut sebagai teori mengenai peranan (role theory). Karena dalam proses sosialisasi diajarkan peran-peran yang harus dijalankan oleh individu. Menabung saat ini merupakan hal yang penting. Menabung sudah mulai ditanamkan sejak dini oleh beberapa orang tua kepada anaknya. Karena tabungan memiliki peranan penting di masa depan. Menabung berarti menyisihkan sebagian uang kita miliki untuk disimpan. Menabung merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengelola uang. Menabung yang paling mudah adalah di rumah karena dapat dilakukan setiap waktu namun menabung yang paling aman adalah di lembaga keuangan seperti bank, karena di jamin keamanannya. Memiliki kebiasaan menabung sudah jelas sangat berguna untuk masa depan. Menabung adalah menyimpan sejumlah uang agar dapat digunakan di kemudian hari jika diperlukan. Semakin banyak duit yang ditabung maka semakin baik. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini dilaksanakan di Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Taman Pendidikan Islam Medan. Kegiatan didasari oleh himbauan Presiden Joko Widodo pada 31 Oktober 2016 mengkampanyekan “Ayo Menabung” dalam rangka hari Menabung Nasional di Jakarta Covention Center
PKM Pembangunan Aplikasi Informasi Sekolah Pada SD Swasta Alwasliyah 29 Berbasis Web
Kebutuhan orang tua tentang informasi sekolah sangatlah amat penting, terutama yang memiliki anak yang ingin masuk sekolah dasar. Kebanyak informasi yang didapat tentang sekolah melalui orang lain atau langsung datang kesekolah tersebut. Kegiatan program kemitraan masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan teknologi informasi dan meningkatkan pengetahuan untuk tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan disalah satu sekolah dasar yaitu SD Swasta Alwasliyah 29 yang berada di kecamatan medan-labuhan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi selama ini banyak kegiatan sekolah yang dilakukan secara manual, selain itu pengetahuan para guru-guru pengajar juga sangat minim bahkan kurang cekatan dalam menggunakan perangkat komputer. Kurikulum yang berlaku mengharuskan para guru bisa menggunakan aplikasi k13 yang sudah disediakan oleh pihak Dinas. Terkait masalah tersebut program ini menawarkan solusi yang nantinya akan menyelesaikan permasalahan sekolah. Program yang ditawarkan dengan membangun satu aplikasi berbasis web secara online, serta para pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan akan dibekali pengetahuan yang lebih agar mereka bisa lebih inovatif. Hasil yang didapat sekolah akan memiliki website sekolah, serta aplikasi sistem informasi sekolah. Implementasi XML Encryption Pada Data Kursus English Communitative
Communitative English is the first non-language institution in the city of Pontianak, which was founded in 1975. Communitative English has a variety of classes starting from the beginner class, classes specifically for employees used for the TOEFL class. Communitative English has not implemented web technology in the process of information dissemination and registration making it felt inefficient. The research that I use and in this study is a case study using Research and Development methods. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and literature studies. In addition, primary data is also used from interviews and observations and secondary data obtained from data and journals from previous research. The design method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) with Unified Modeling Language (UML) system modeling tools obtained based on data from using case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams. The programming language used is PHP and MySQL as a database. The results of this study will produce a data security system using xml encryption that can be used to manage selective communicative English data distributed online

Analisis Sentimen Pada Review Produk Kosmetik Bahasa Indonesia Dengan Metode Naive Bayes
Sentiment analysis is a computational study of the opinions, behaviors and emotions of people toward the entity which in this research is a product review. By reading the review of products based on the experiences of other consumers, it will be recognized the quality of a product. As cosmetic products on the market are very diverse, both in terms of type and brand. However, not all cosmetics have good quality and it is to be noticed by the consumer. So, reexamination of the cosmetic product review by classifying these reviews into positive and negative class is an excellent way to determine the response of other consumers about the product quickly and accurately. The classification technique that mostly used is Naive Bayes. Naive Bayes is a popular classification technique for text because very simple, efficient, and has good performance in many subject. But, Naive Bayes has weaknesses that is too sensitive when there are too many features which cause wrong classfication. Because of that, in this research tf-idf is used as feature selection to improve Naive Bayes performance. This research aim is to produce a system that can classify reviews to their respective positive or negative class. The accuracy measurement of Naive Bayes is done by using confusion matrix and indicate the results of average accuracy from 69% to 82%

The purpose of using watermarking on this software is to protect the authenticity of a photo, the mark can be used to protect copyright in a photo. The watermark used in this software is Visible Watermarking, the algorithm used to insert watermarks is Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) which includes the type of frequency domain watermarking. The advantage of watermarking using the DWT algorithm is that the watermarked image will have a high level of resistance to salt and paper noise. This software is made using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method by modeling Unified Modeling Language (UML) and using Visual Basic .NET programming languages. The results of this research are clothing photo protection software that can provide a watermark on a photo, so it can be concluded that this software can be used as a tool to protect copyright in a photo. In addition to being resistant to noise, this software is expected to be developed so that it is more resistant to attacks

Problems that occur are learning models using blackboards and paper are considered inefficient and inflexible, so learning will be more efficient and flexible if the learning application can be accessed anytime and anywhere with an Android smartphone.
