Content marketing has emerged as a powerful strategy to promote tourism services in such conditions. Its potential in achieving various marketing objectives makes it one of the primary choices for managing communication with target audiences. As online technologies develop, modern trends emerge at the same pace. Adopting these trends and technologies ensures an effective influence on travelers' behavior. Furthermore, to establish long-lasting and valuable relationships with customers, content marketing decisions must be data-driven. Thus, successful management of marketing communications in the tourism industry relies heavily on content creation, distribution across various channels, and the evaluation of its effectiveness. However, challenges related to measurement precision persist. To address these challenges in content marketing management within the tourism sector, it is essential to regularly examine the issue as it evolves both theoretically and in terms of practical application. The issue is multifaceted and requires complex research considering multiple factors. This paper reviews the concept from various perspectives to analyze the key aspects of modern content marketing management in tourism, which is the objective of the study. To achieve this, a contemporary literature review is conducted. The final section of the paper provides conclusive remarks and findings regarding the management of content marketing in the current conditions of the tourism industry and technological advancements

The situation between gender and school violence in Cameroon between 2015 and 2024 was marked by significant challenges. School violence (physical and sexual aggression, harassment, etc.) affects both girls and boys, exacerbated by patriarchal norms, conflicts (Anglophone, Boko-Haram), and poverty. During this period, a number of initiatives have been put in place to raise awareness and combat this violence. Government institutions and non-governmental organisations have worked to promote gender equality and protect students. However, despite these efforts, gender-based violence remains a persistent problem. How do local socio-cultural and institutional realities influence the forms, frequency and management of school violence in Cameroon? This literature review has identified 3 avenues. The first suggests that girls are more exposed to sexual and psychological violence, while boys suffer more physical violence, legitimised by character-building stereotypes. The second stresses that reporting is hampered by gendered dynamics. The third argues that gendered violence is exacerbated in crisis zones (English–speaking regions) and in rural areas

Meiji Restoration and Modernization: The Role of Intellectuals in The Context of Gramsci's Theory of Hegemony and Counter-Hegemony

The Meiji Era (1868-1912) was a crucial period in Japan’s modernization, marked by profound social and political transformations under Western influence. Japanese intellectuals played a key role in reconciling traditional values with modern Western ideas. Inspired by Western science, technology, and administrative systems, the Meiji government sought to reshape Japan into a global power. Intellectuals explored concepts such as freedom, democracy, and individualism, integrating them into Japanese society while maintaining cultural identity.             This study examines the impact of Meiji intellectual movements on Japan’s modernization. The central questions include: How did Japanese intellectuals interpret Western thought? What proposals did they offer for modernization? How did their views on "civilization" and "enlightenment" influence state policies? What tensions arose between traditional values and Western modernization ideas? Addressing these questions, this study explores the intellectual foundation of Japan’s transformation into a modern nation-state. Additionally, using Gramsci’s hegemony theory and ideology analysis, it investigates how the ruling class employed ideological tools to shape modernization.             Findings reveal that Meiji intellectuals sought a balance between tradition and modernization. They aimed to preserve Japan’s national identity while embracing scientific and technological advancements. This dual approach aligned with Gramsci’s theory of hegemony, which stresses obtaining societal consent for change. Ultimately, the Meiji intellectual movements shaped Japan’s policies, fostering a unique modernization process that blended Western influences with indigenous traditions. This dynamic balance allowed Japan to emerge as a strong, modernized state while maintaining its cultural heritage

This study concerns learners from the National Center for the Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities (CNRPH) in Cameroon suffering from Down syndrome and enrolled in the various art workshops of this center. It aims to describe support practices aimed at the development of self-determination by teachers on artistic skills of Students with Down syndrome. To this end, we conducted semi-structured interviews with teachers and learners and established an observation grid for the skills developed. The results show that when teachers: offer opportunities to make choices; prioritize the role of guide rather than that of master; give positive feedback and establish a climate of trust among learners, we observe the latter showing commitment with perseverance and tenacity in artistic activities by organizing, choosing and mobilizing the appropriate gestures, tools and language.. Also, students perceive in these acts of support sources of motivation, increased commitment and improvement in the planning of their activities

Assessing Climatic Variability in Data scare regions of Morocco: Drought Periods and Exceptional Precipitation Events

The southern Mediterranean region is characterized by significant climatic variability, which profoundly affects precipitation patterns, a critical water resource. To explore this variability, we conducted a comprehensive statistical analysis of the upper Larbaâ basin, situated at the edge of the Eastern Rif Mountains. This area has been experiencing atypical weather events, including sudden flooding and extended drought periods. Our research involved a thorough analysis of monthly and annual precipitation data spanning 65 years, from 1958 to 2023. The homogeneity test revealed a disturbance in the time series from the late 1970s to the early 1980s across all monitored rainfall stations. Utilizing the Moving Average and Inverse Distance Weighting (IDW) model, we identified variations in rainfall amounts, demonstrating a notable trend from the southwest to the northeast of the basin. Furthermore, correlation analysis between precipitation levels and the North Atlantic Oscillation (NAO) index showed an inverse relationship, particularly evident in the northwestern section of the watershed. The EM index indicated a drought duration ranging from 33 to 36 years within the observed time frame, with one-third of the sampling classified as normal drought and two instances categorized as severe events according to the Standardized Precipitation Index (SPI). Our findings suggest that the Pearson type III distribution is the most appropriate for estimating the return periods of extreme precipitation in Taza, whereas the Gumbel distribution is better suited for Sebt Boukellal. We record precipitation levels of 45 mm in Taza and 54 mm in Sebt Boukellal for a return period of 5 years and rise to 88 mm in Taza and 95 mm in Sebt Boukellal for a return period of 100 years
