A study on cooperative learning by Chinese students and Japanese students : Focusing on a Chinese cultural experience program in Shanghai Ocean University
We are collaborating on Japanese language education at our university and Japanese
language education at Shanghai Ocean University for collaboration between Chinese
university and foreign students from our university overseas agreement school for
environment improvement and teaching material development in Japanese language
education. In addition to research on the method of Japanese language education by
Chinese international students, cooperative learning of Japanese students and Chinese
students was also conducted. From September 3, 2018 to September 9 (7 days), the
“Chinese Culture Experience Program”, a cooperative study between Japanese
students and Chinese students, was implemented. 9 students from Kyushu Women’
s University and 10 from Kyushu Kyoritsu University participated in a total of 19
students (6 boys and 13 girls). Participation in the “Chinese Cultural Experience
Program” to be held at Shanghai Ocean University, an overseas agreement school, will
be the third in this fiscal year. For future work, we encourage applicants to participate
in the program to learn about Chinese culture and Chinese in advance training, and
to motivate participants to motivate and attitudes towards Chinese language learning.
At the same time, I think it is important to improve the Japanese language education
ability of Japanese students to teach Japanese to Chinese students.departmental bulletin pape
Broadside Balladry : Diffusion and Expansion of Ballad Culture
The previous studies of traditional and literary ballads by the Ballad Study Group to which the author belongs
have renewed the definition of balladry: balladry means, not only the categories of oral narrative poems
inherited since the Middle Ages and their imitations, but also a culture diffused and expanded by various
aspects of balladry. The Group is still continuing discussing at a full-scale how the aspect of printing media of
broadside balladry has influenced the ballad diffusion and expansion.
In order to develop the discussion, this paper presents the outline of broadside balladry based on Friedman
and Shepard, and suggests the three main characteristics of broadside balladry leading to the diffusion and
expansion: (1) broadside balladry is a record of the living sound of the past, (2) it has a style showing the
division of singers and audience, and( 3) it has some decoration of texts.
As an appendix,‘ the last broadsheet’ the author has kept is introduced as a sample of broadside spirit in
the modern days.departmental bulletin pape
Survey on the influence of activities with picture books on the interest and knowledge of picture books : An approach to introduce ICT in teacher- and nursery-training course
The current study aimed to examine whether the student’s knowledge of the picture books would
increase by approaches to conduct a class themed on picture books and to set up the picture book search
system,‘ Pitarie.’ We designed before-after survey, and 85 students answered the questionnaire on the interest
in picture books, the title and author recognition tests to measure knowledge of picture books. Results showed
that students tended to be focused on the age and developmental stage of children when choosing picture
books. And the amount of knowledge about title and author of picture books in post-survey were significantly
higher than pre-survey. On the other hand, many students did not use Pitarie, the agenda of the utilization of
ICT was emerged.departmental bulletin pape

A examination of the teaching method with "active learning" in nursery nurse training : Childcare contents "health" as an example
In the new “day nursery childcare indicator” and the new “course of study for
kindergarten” notified in 29th year of the Heisei period, the new tentative plan which
predicted times in the future is shown. In this revision, independent, interactive“ active
learning”, upbringing of “the ability (a social emotion skill) of the non-recognition”
and“ the curriculum management” are emphasized as social support for workers.
Therefore, by this report, I considered an education method to promote independent,
interactive “active learning” in the domain of the childcare contents “health” for the
university student who wanted to be a childminder and a school teacher. As a result,
it became clear to be effective that the student of the childminder training understood
concrete figure of infants by utilizing audiovisual materials, ICT, and sham childcare
class.departmental bulletin pape
Relationship of motivation and effort of homework in high school to those of tasks in university
Recent studies using high school students showed that the motivation of homework
predict the effort of homework. While the studies suggested that the students’
motivation and effort of homework are domain-specific, the studies examined
exclusively the subjects in high school. Thus, it is unclear whether the motivation and
effort of homework in high school predicts those of tasks in university. In the present
study, eighty nine university students recollected and rated their motivation and effort
of homework in high school. Furthermore, the participants rated their motivation
and effort of tasks in university. The results showed that the students’ effort and
motivation of the tasks in university can be predicted with the effort and motivation
of homework in high school. The present study suggests that previous motivation and
effort of homework in high school possibly relate with the students’ motivation and
effort of tasks in university. (145 words)departmental bulletin pape

Allergy to foods is increasing rapidly in children at school in recent years. Therefore we put an interview
survey about child’s allergy to foods into effect for a class homeroom teachers and a healthcare room teachers
in an elementary school.
Training about first aid correspondence to an anaphylaxis shock by allergy to foods couldn’t receive
teachers enough, and as a result, we found out that it’s felt anxiously.
Therefore even if teachers are in the busy daily school business, the systematic correspondence able
to cooperate and be piling up small training is desired of class homeroom teachers and a healthcare room
