    Traditional Leadership Meets Islamic Constitutionalism: The Status of Tungku Tigo Sajarangan in Nagari Administration

    The purpose of this research is to find out the position of the Tigo Sarangangan stove in the nagari government system according to constitutional law and the perspective of Islamic constitutional law. The type of research applied in this research is normative legal research with a qualitative approach, which is generally known as library research. Normative legal research is a scientific research process that aims to find the truth based on scientific logic and normative aspects. The data source used is a secondary data source. Sourced from books, articles, rules, websites. The data collection technique used is by browsing materials from books, articles, websites related to research. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive technique. Based on the results of research conducted by the author, it can be concluded that the Tigo Sarangan stove consists of Niniak Mamak, Alim Ulama and Cadiak Pandai. In the nagari government system, the Tigo Sarangan stove has a position as a member of the nagari customary density institution (KAN), whose elements are from the niniak mamak, the nagari ulama council institution whose elements are from the ulama and the nagari government and the nagari deliberative body whose elements are from the cadiak clever. These three institutions work together and coordinate with each other in building a nagari. In Islamic constitutional law, the Tigo Sarangan furnace can be thought of as an ahlul halli wal aqdi institution, which means a deliberative institution. In carrying out their duties, these institutions both prioritize the principles of deliberation and the general principles of Allah SWT's law in carrying out their powers and duties and conveying the aspirations of the community in government

    Needs Analysis of Ngidang-Based Digital Storybooks for Moral Education in Children Aged 5–6 Years

    This study aims to analyze teachers' needs for digital storybooks based on the local wisdom of the "ngidang" tradition of Palembang as a medium for learning moral values for children aged 5–6 years. The study used a quantitative descriptive approach with 29 kindergarten teachers in Palembang as subjects. Data were collected through a Google Form-based questionnaire and written interviews. The questionnaire instrument covered five aspects: limitations of learning media, the need for innovative media, children's attention problems with conventional media, perceptions of digital storybooks, and teachers' readiness and support in using digital media. Data analysis was carried out by calculating percentage scores. The results showed that all aspects obtained percentages above 70%, indicating a high need for teachers for digital storybooks as a medium for instilling moral values. Teachers stated that available learning media were still limited and children easily bored with conventional methods. In addition, teachers had a positive perception of digital storybooks, which were considered able to improve attention, understanding, and the quality of learning. Interview findings also confirmed that digital storybooks based on local wisdom were considered relevant, interesting, and effective in instilling moral values such as togetherness, empathy, and responsibility. This shows that the development of digital story books based on the Palembang ngidang tradition is considered necessary and contains high urgency as an innovative media for learning moral values for children aged 5-6 years.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan guru terhadap buku cerita digital berbasis kearifan lokal tradisi “ngidang” Palembang sebagai media pembelajaran nilai moral anak usia 5–6 tahun. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan subjek 29 guru Taman Kanak-Kanak di Palembang. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berbasis Google Form dan wawancara tertulis. Instrumen kuesioner mencakup lima aspek, yaitu keterbatasan media pembelajaran, kebutuhan media yang inovatif, masalah perhatian anak pada media konvensional, persepsi terhadap buku cerita digital, serta kesiapan dan dukungan guru dalam penggunaan media digital. Analisis data dilakukan dengan perhitungan persentase skor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan seluruh aspek memperoleh persentase di atas 70%, yang mengindikasikan tingginya kebutuhan guru terhadap buku cerita digital sebagai media penanaman nilai moral. Guru menyatakan media pembelajaran yang tersedia masih terbatas dan anak mudah bosan dengan metode konvensional. Selain itu, guru memiliki persepsi positif terhadap buku cerita digital yang dinilai mampu meningkatkan perhatian, pemahaman, serta kualitas pembelajaran. Temuan wawancara juga menguatkan bahwa buku cerita digital berbasis kearifan lokal dinilai relevan, menarik, dan efektif dalam menanamkan nilai moral seperti kebersamaan, empati, dan tanggung jawab. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan buku cerita digital berbasis tradisi ngidang Palembang dinilai perlu dilakukan dan mengandung urgensi tinggi sebagai inovasi media pembelajaran nilai moral anak usia 5–6 tahun

    The Effect of Differentiated Learning on Students’ Learning Outcomes in Islamic Religious Education at Senior High Schools

    This study aims to examine the effect of differentiated instruction on students’ learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education (IRE), specifically in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains, among tenth-grade students at SMAN 82 Jakarta. The study employed a quantitative associative research design. The population consisted of 92 students, with 90 students selected as the sample using a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation of students’ IRE achievement scores and analyzed using descriptive statistics and multivariate analysis (MANOVA) with SPSS version 26. The results indicate that differentiated instruction has a statistically significant simultaneous effect on students’ cognitive, affective, and psychomotor learning outcomes. Among these domains, the affective domain showed the strongest effect, suggesting that differentiated learning is particularly effective in enhancing students’ attitudes, motivation, and religious awareness. These findings confirm that differentiated instruction is a relevant and effective pedagogical approach in Islamic Religious Education, especially in supporting the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, which emphasizes student-centered, inclusive, and adaptive learning practices

    The Relationship Between Self-Concept and AdolescentsÔÇÖ Self-Adjustment at MAN 2 Tanah Datar

    This study aims to explain the relationship between self-concept and adolescent self-adjustment at MAN 2 Tanah Datar. The study was conducted using a quantitative approach with a correlational research type. The study population was all students in 30 classes from grades X, XI, and XII. The sample was taken using a simple random technique. From the sampling process, 1 class was obtained from each level. The instrument used was a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale for both research variables. Data analysis was carried out using the Pearson Product Moment formula. The results of the analysis of the analysis requirements test using the Lilliefors test showed that the data for both variables were normally distributed. Hypothesis testing with the Pearson Product Moment formula at a = 0.05 and df = 88, with rtabel 0.2072, rhitung = 0.424 showed Reject Ho and accept Ha. The conclusion from the results of the data analysis proved the truth of the research hypothesis which stated that there was a relationship between self-concept and adolescent self-adjustment at MAN 2 Tanah Datar. The level of relationship strength is at a fairly strong level

    Mamnu’ min al Sharf (Diptotes) in the Book al Mawa’idz al ‘Ushfuriyyah (Morphosyntax Analysis)

    This study aims to know the types, patterns, cases and grammatical markers, and syntactic functions of mamnu’ min al sharf in the book al Mawa’idz al ‘Ushfuriyyah. This research employs a descriptive method with a library research design. The data were taken from the book al Mawa’idz al ‘Ushfuriyyah using reading and writing technique, with the researchers serving as the main research instrument. The results of this study show: based on types and patterns, there are eight types of mamnu’ min al sharf with varied patterns. Based on cases and grammatical markers, there are 21 nominative case data (marked with the vowel sound suffix /u/ and vowel sound suffix /u/ supposed), 7 accusative case data (marked with the vowel sound suffix /a/ and vowel sound suffix /a/ supposed), 31 genitive case data (marked with the vowel sound suffix /a/ and vowel sound suffix /a/ supposed), and 1 permanent datum in accusative case slot (marked with permanent with the vowel sound suffix /u/). Based on syntactic functions, there are data having syntactic functions such as topic, comment, agent, pro-agent, comment of indeed, noun of to be, object, comment of to be, noun of indeed, vocative noun, genitive case noun, genitive complement, conjunct, and attributive adjective. This study examines mamnu’ min al-sharf in Al-Mawa‘idz al-‘Ushfuriyyah to identify its types, patterns, cases and grammatical markers, and syntactic functions. The findings contribute to Arabic grammatical studies and practically support Arabic language teaching by clarifying the contextual use of mamnu’ min al-sharf

    Revitalisasi Penafsiran Al-Qur`an Berbasis Media Sosial: Analisis Konten pada Akun Instagram @tafsiralquran.id Perspektif Teori Difusi Inovasi

    In the digital era, the interpretation of the Quran has undergone significant changes, especially due to technological advancements. This study aims to analyze the content patterns and interpretive approaches used by the Instagram account @tafsiralquran.id, as well as explore the account's effectiveness in disseminating Qur'anic interpretations. Content analysis of uploaded posts using a qualitative approach was employed as the research method. The primary data source for this study is the content from the @tafsiralquran.id account, including images, videos, and podcasts. Secondary data comes from related literature. The theory used is Rogers's diffusion of innovations theory. The results show that the account uses three main interpretation patterns: thematic interpretation, a contextual approach, and a comparative analysis of classical and contemporary mufassirs. The account has attracted 15.2 million followers by using interactive content with simple language. Its main sources of interpretation refer to renowned books of tafsir, such as Tafsir At-Tabari, Ibn Katsir, and Maraghi. This study concludes that revitalizing Qur'anic interpretation through social media effectively brings people closer to the Qur'an's teachings in line with technological developments. These results emphasize the need for effective strategies and collaboration with exegetes to ensure accountability for uploaded Qur'anic interpretations

    Embedding Islamic Economic Principles in Indonesia's Cooperative Law: Pathways to Social Justice and Economic Equity

    Islamic Economics constitutes a comprehensive economic framework rooted in Islamic teachings derived from the Qur'an and Sunnah, integrating moral, ethical, and value-based principles such as the prohibition of riba (usury), social justice, and communal solidarity. In Indonesia, this system finds practical expression through cooperative management as a community-driven financial institution, regulated primarily by Law No. 25 of 1992 on Cooperatives. Notably, this legislation does not explicitly incorporate Sharia economic principles, despite the proliferation of Sharia-compliant cooperatives. This study employs a descriptive qualitative methodology with a normative legal approach, utilizing literature analysis of Law No. 25 of 1992 to examine the embedded Sharia economic values. Findings reveal substantial alignment between the law's provisions and core Islamic economic tenets, particularly in emphasizing social justice, equitable wealth distribution, and mutual cooperation (gotong royong)—fundamental pillars of the Islamic economic paradigm. These synergies underscore the potential of Indonesia's cooperative legal framework to advance inclusive economic development and social equity through Sharia-compliant governance

    Fiqh Siyasah Perspective on Local Law Enforcement: Regulating Racing Exhausts in Solok City

    Abstract: This study examines the legal positioning of Solok City's regulatory instruments in prohibiting racing exhausts on two-wheeled vehicles and evaluates police strategies to enhance public compliance with traffic regulations. Employing an empirical juridical approach with qualitative methods, data were gathered from the Solok City Police Traffic Unit, racing exhaust users, and local community members. Analysis followed Miles and Huberman's interactive model—data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing—with validity ensured through source triangulation. Findings reveal robust legal foundations in Article 48(3) and Article 285(1) of Law No. 22/2009, supplemented by Article 11(1)(c) of Solok City Regional Regulation No. 4/2022, empowering police enforcement. Preventive measures encompass traffic campaigns, socialization, counseling, and education, while repressive actions include warnings, ticketing, and exhaust confiscations. Despite challenges like low legal awareness and infrastructural limitations, these initiatives yielded increased public understanding and reduced violations. From a fiqh siyasah perspective, particularly siyasah tanfidziyah, racing exhaust violations constitute prohibited acts (haram) due to societal harm (mafsadah), aligning law enforcement with Islamic imperatives for public welfare (maslahah 'ammah). This underscores local regulations' compatibility with Sharia governance principles in maintaining traffic order and community safety

Kedua apa yang menjadi kendala-kendala pembina Tahsin dalam membina Mahasantri PAI di MaÔÇÖhad Al-JamiÔÇÖah.┬á Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data korelasional, yang merupakan jenis penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasikan hubungan dan tingkat korelasi antar variabel.     This study aims to examine the partial and simultaneous effects of literacy rates and unemployment levels on poverty across districts in West Sumatra Province during the period 2018ÔÇô2022. Using a panel data regression approach, this research employs secondary data obtained from official statistical sources. The dependent variable is the poverty rate, while the independent variables consist of literacy rate and unemployment rate. The analysis reveals that the literacy rate has a negative and statistically significant influence on poverty, indicating that higher literacy levels contribute to reducing poverty in the region. Conversely, the unemployment rate exerts a positive and significant effect on poverty, suggesting that increased unemployment exacerbates the incidence of poverty. The F-test results further confirm that, collectively, literacy and unemployment significantly affect poverty levels. These findings underscore the importance of integrated policy measures aimed at improving educational outcomes while simultaneously addressing labor market inefficiencies to alleviate poverty. The study provides empirical support for regional development strategies that prioritize human capital investment and employment generation as key instruments in poverty reduction efforts. Furthermore, the research contributes to the literature on socioeconomic determinants of poverty by offering district-level insights within a specific provincial context in Indonesia
