The Effect of Good Corporate Governance on Capital Structure With Company Size As A Moderating Variable
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence on the effects of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and board size on capital structure by considering firm size as a moderating variable. The research is conducted through the website www.idx.co.id, during the period 2018-2021 he surveyed 23 companies in the real estate and real estate sector listed on IDX, the research period is his four years. Aggregated data is used by 92 companies that process data using Eviews. Research has shown that management ownership and board size have a positive impact on capital structure. Firm size can relax the relationship between institutional and managerial ownership in the capital structure. Institutional ownership does not affect the capital structure. The study also found that firm size does not mitigate the impact of board size on capital structure. The number of directors' meetings in this study had no effect so this could have happened because during a board of directors' meeting they could not be responsible for determining whether management had fulfilled its responsibilities and exercised control. especially in minimizing the use of debt in the capital structure and governance control of property and real estate companies

As an integrated city, Kota Baru Bandar Kemayoran was designed with the concept of a compact city and a green city. Therefore, the ease of community mobility in the use of public transportation must be accommodated because it is the main element in implementing this concept. This article analyzes the condition of the transportation system and community mobility both inside and outside Kota Baru Bandar Kemayoran in descriptive qualitative. Furthermore, it is necessary to improve the quality of the transportation system and community mobility in accordance with the concepts applied.Kota Baru Bandar Kemayoran merupakan kota terpadu yang berada di pusat Jakarta dengan kegiatan utamanya perdagangan berskala internasional, perkantoran, dan hunian. Sebagai kota terpadu, Kota Baru Bandar Kemayoran didesain dengan konsep kota kompak dan kota hijau. Untuuk itu, kemudahan mobilitas masyarakat dalam penggunaan transportasi publik harus terpenuhi karena merupakan unsur utama dalam penerapan konsep tersebut. Artikel ini menganalisis kondisi sistem transportasi dan mobilitas masyarakat baik di dalam maupun ke luar Kota Baru Bandar Kemayoran secara deskriptif kualitatif. Selain itu, perlu ada perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sistem transportasi dan mobilitas masyarakat agar sesuai dengan konsep yang diterapkan

Get PDFThis study aims to improve the learning outcomes of grade VII students at SMPK YBPK Wonorejo, on fable writing material using chain image media. The reason is, student learning motivation is very low because the material is considered saturated, thus reducing student interest in learning. In addition, it is also influenced by teachers who are less innovative in using image media and make students less active in class. In fact, with image media is believed to increase students' interest in learning. This research is a classroom action research that uses a qualitative approach. The place where this research was carried out was at SMPK YBPK Wonorejo, with the research subjects of grade VII students totaling 13 students. Data collection techniques include observation, interview, test, and document analysis techniques. The collected data is then processed so that the conclusions can be known in each cycle. The stages of each cycle include planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results of the recapitulation in cycle I showed that 8 students (62%) successfully completed writing fables, and in cycle II there was a significant increase in which 13 students (100%) successfully completed writing fables. So, chain image media is able to increase learning motivation and learning outcomes of phase D students at SMPK YBPK Wonorejo
The Influence of Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) and Green Innovation on Company Business Performance
Get PDFThe research aims to provide empirical evidence on the relationship of ESG and green innovation to company's business performance. The independent sample of this research is ESG was measuring ESG score. Dependent variables green innovation were measures using innovation of green product and innovation of green process. Sampling used in this research is purposive sampling technique. The sample of this research consisted of 66 manufacturing companies from 2016 to 2021. The data collected was analyzed using panel data regression analysis. This result shows that ESG positively influence business performance proxied by Tobin's Q and ROA unsupported. Green Innovation, which is proxied by green product innovation on the company's business performance, shows mixed results. Where green product innovation positively influence the company's business performance proxied by ROA. Conversely, green product innovation does not influence company's business performance proxied by Tobin's Q. Meanwhile, Green Innovation proxied by Green Process innovation effect on the company's business performance is not supported. Thus, it can be seen that ESG has not become a concern for investors in Indonesia, as evidenced by the limited number of public companies that disclose ESG scores. Green Innovation which is proxied by green product innovation and green process innovation shows mixed results which shows that customers are also considering purchasing products from companies whose innovations produce environmentally friendly product

Furthermore, the transacted goods will be sent via online courier service. In the process of distributing goods, online couriers function as a means of communication between sellers and buyers in doing something transaction ordered goods through online courier. Online couriers make it very easy for public in do booking items that will be ordered by the same consumer. This paper aims to examine the social capital and instrumental motivation of online couriers in East Lombok Regency. A type of literature study known as qualitative research was used in this research. According to the research findings, online couriers contribute to employment, create many job opportunities, alternative activity to fill free time, economic independenceand, encourage social change through conflict. Online couriers create new, fairer competition and influence existing social structures to create a fairer and more inclusive system. The increase in online couriers and public recognition of this application encourages social commitment to the presence of online delivery

Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat persepsi petani terhadap varietas unggul komoditi Jagung merek Bisi 18 di Kelurahan Bontokadatto Kecamatan Polongbangkeng Selatan Kabupaten Takalar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan skala liker. Jagung hibrida merek Bisi 18 yang ada di Kelurahan Bontokadatto Kecamatan Polongbangkeng Selatan Kabupaten Takalar sebanyak 100 orang petani, pengambilan sampel 25 persen dari populasi sehingga peneliti mengambil 25 orang untuk dijadikan sampel. Persepsi petani dalam pengelolaan usahatani Jagung hibrida merek Bisi 18 di Kelurahan Bontokadatto Kecamatan Polongbangkeng Selatan Kabupaten Takalar terbilang baik, mulai dari terjangkaunya benih, pengelolaan usahatani dan pendapatan semua dalam kriteria tinggi, menunjukkan bahwa hadirnya Jagung merek Bisi 18 diterima oleh petani di lokasi penelitian. Saran yang diharapkan sepeti penyuluhan dengan melibatkan semua anggota kelompok tani untuk menambah wawasan berusahatani. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum rata-rata persepsi anggota kelompok tani dalam usahatani Jagung hibrida merek Bisi 18 di Kelurahan Bontokadatto Kecamatan Polongbangkeng Selatan Kabupaten Takalar dengan tersedianya benih Jagung hibrida merek Bisi 18 berada pada kriteria tinggi (2.42), persepsi petani terhadap pengelolaan usaha tani berada pada kriteria tinggi (2.56), dan persepsi petani terhadap pendapatan berada pada kriteria tinggi (2.62)
Mediation Effect of Work Stress on the Relationship between Role Conflict, Role Ambiguity, and Employees Performance
Get PDFPurpose – The aim of this study was to examine how role conflict and role ambiguity, mediated by work stress, influenced employees performance.
Methodology – A quantitative analysis was performed by using the Slovin formula for a total sample of 114 employees from PT MSP, a prominent household appliances company in East Java, Indonesia. The collected data were analyzed using SEM SmartPls-3.
Results – The results showed that both role conflict and role ambiguity exerted a significant negative impact on employees performance, and also contributed to increased work stress. Moreover, work stress showed a significant negative impact on employees performance. The inclusion of work stress as an intermediary highlighted its role in mediating the negative relationship between role conflict, role ambiguity, and employees performance.
Originality – Incorporating work stress as a mediator in the connection between these variables enriched the exploration of the interrelation. This intricate relationship required a deeper understanding for the optimization of employees performance
The Influence of Work-Family Conflict, Workload, and Work Pressure as Mediating Variables on the Performance of Female Employees
Get PDFPurpose – The main purpose of this study was to assess how Work-Family conflict, workload, and work stress function as mediating factors influencing the performance of female employees at BPS (Central Bureau of Statistics) in the West Sumatra Province.
Methodology – This quantitative investigation was conducted using a survey approach, with the sample consisting of 188 married or formerly married female employees out of a total of 128 participants. A questionnaire was used as an instrument which was designed using Google form and consisted of 58 questions. Furthermore, the sampling was carried out using Cluster Sampling, with districts/cities serving as the clusters. Descriptive statistical and Partial Least Square (PLS) analyses were adopted for the data analysis process using the Smart PLS 3.2.3 program.
Findings – The results showed that workload and Work-Family conflict had a positive influence on both work pressure and the performance of female employees. Meanwhile, Work-Family conflict and work pressure negatively influenced the performance of female employees. A negative influence was also observed on the performance of women employees due to Work-Family conflict, mediated through work pressure.

Person-Organization Fit and Employee Performance: Mediation Role Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment
Get PDFPurpose – This study aimed to investigate and assess the effect of person-organization fit (POF) on employee performance (EP), with job satisfaction (JS) and organizational commitment (OC) acting as mediators.
Methodology – Questionnaires were used in this quantitative study, to obtain information from 61 employees, with subsequent analysis implementing the Structural Equation Model SmartPLS 4.0.
Results – The results showed that EP was significantly influenced by POF, JS, and OC. This indicated that POF relevantly influenced employee JS. POF and JS also significantly influenced OC. Moreover, the compatibility between employees and organization significantly influenced EP through JS and OC. POF also substantially influenced OC, mediated by JS. Based on the mediation by OC, JS then significantly influenced EP.
Originality – This study investigated the employee issues that significantly and widely impacted organizational performance. It also provided a deeper comprehension of the personal relationships between organization fit, employee engagement, and JS
The Effect of Credible Online Review, Brand Equity Dimension, and Customer Satisfaction Towards Bio Beauty Lab's Repurchase Intention
Get PDFPurpose – This study aimed to analyze the effect of Credible Online Reviews, Brand Equity Dimension, and Customer Satisfaction on the Bio Beauty Lab’s customers’ repurchase intention.
Methodology –This is a quantitative study conducted on 229 Bio Beauty Lab customers living in Jabodetabek determined using non-purposive sampling. The data collected from the respondents through questionnaire distribution were analyzed using PLS-SEM.
Findings – Credible online reviews positively affect brand awareness and perceived value, but do not impact brand personality, organizational associations, and perceived value. Brand awareness, perceived value, brand personality, organizational associations, and perceived quality positively affect customer satisfaction. Additionally, satisfaction affects the Bio Beauty Lab customers' repurchase intention.
Originality – This study provides a newer and deeper understanding of credible online reviews and brand equity by focusing on the importance of customer satisfaction and repurchase intention
