    Integration of Content Marketing and Live Streaming of Purchase Intention through Online Customer Review as a Moderating Variable on Market place Users in West Java

     This research is a quantitative study, namely the effect of independent variables, namely content marketing (X1) and live streaming (X2) on purchase intention (Y2) as the dependent variable and online customer review as a moderating variable (Y1). The population in this study were shopee marketplace users in West Java whose number was unknown using the Cochrun formula obtained a sample size of 322 respondents. Respondent samples have age criteria of more than 17 years who use the Marketplace application, have experience seeing firsthand the shopping offered by the Marketplace.  SmartPLS version 4 used to process and analyse  data collection result and its results are: 1 The Online Reviews variable  affected significantly by Content Marketing variable, 2 The Purchase Intention variable  affected significantly by Content Marketing variable, 3 the Online Reviews variable affected significantly by The Live Streaming variable, 4 Variable of Purchase Intention affected significantly by variable of Live Streaming, 5 The Online Review variable no effect on Purchase Intention, 6 Variable of Content Marketing affect to variable of Purchase Intention which mediated by the Online Reviews variable does not meet the requirements in this study, 7 Effect of Live Streaming variable to the variable of Purchase Intention mediated by the Online Reviews variable does not meet the requirements in this stud

    Board of Directors and Sustainability: Analysis of The Impact of Leadership Characteristics on Environmental Performance in Indonesia

    This study examines the effect of structural and demographic diversity within boards of directors on corporate environmental performance in Indonesia. Board characteristics analyzed include size, female representation, nationality diversity, tenure, and average age. A quantitative method with panel data combining time-series and cross-sectional data was employed. Secondary data were collected from public companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) that published environmental performance reports from 2019 to 2022. A purposive sampling method was used to select firms that met specific criteria. Empirical results show that board characteristics overall significantly influence environmental performance. Specifically, board tenure negatively affects environmental performance, while female representation is positively associated with it. Board size and average age show no significant effect. These findings underscore the importance of board composition in shaping sustainable business practices. Companies are encouraged to align with global trends by embedding environmental considerations into strategic decisions. Boards should recognize the urgency of environmental issues, such as climate change, and integrate sustainability into governance frameworks to enhance long-term corporate performance

    Integrasi teknologi pengolahan hasil pertanian dan manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM) sangat penting untuk meningkatkan daya saing usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM). Penelitian ini berfokus pada CV. Essentialle Harum Alami, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produk minyak atsiri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, dan data dianalisis menggunakan teknik IFE/EFE, SWOT, dan AHP. Penelitian mengidentifikasi langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi, kualitas produk, dan daya saing pasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan fasilitas dan infrastruktur produksi untuk memenuhi standar ekspor, adopsi teknologi produksi dan pengemasan skala komersial yang tepat, serta pengembangan program pelatihan karyawan merupakan langkah kunci untuk pertumbuhan berkelanjutan. Selain itu, penguatan kerja sama dengan pemangku kepentingan dan perluasan promosi akan membantu meningkatkan jangkauan pasar dan membangun citra merek yang kuat. Studi ini menekankan bahwa penyelarasan strategi tersebut dengan tren global yang mendukung produk ramah lingkungan memberikan manfaat jangka panjang bagi perusahaan dan komunitasnya. Integrasi teknologi dan MSDM menjadi faktor utama dalam pengembangan agroindustri yang kompetitif dan berkelanjutan

    Optimization of Sport Tourism Potential on Paramun Hill in Belitung Regency for Sustainable Tourism

    Sports tourism has become a rapidly growing trend in various countries, including Indonesia. Peramun Hill, which is located in Air Selumar Village, Sijuk District, Belitung Regency, has great potential to be developed as a sports tourism destination considering its natural beauty, biodiversity and supporting infrastructure. This research aims to identify the potential for sport tourism in Peramun Hill and formulate optimization strategies in its development to support the sustainability of tourism in this area. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving in-depth interviews, participant observation and literature study. The research results show that Peramun Hill has a landscape that supports various natural sports activities, such as hiking, rock climbing and mountain biking. Apart from that, community-based management and the use of digital technology in tourism provide added value for this destination. Recommended optimization strategies include improving trekking and hiking infrastructure, digital-based promotions, collaboration with influencers and travel agents, as well as organizing sustainable sporting events. The active participation of local communities and policy support from the government are also key factors in the successful development of sports tourism in Peramun Hill. With the right strategy, Peramun Hill has the potential to become a leading sports tourism destination that will not only increase the number of tourist visits, but also have a positive impact on the local economy and environmental conservation

    The Islamic Financial System as a Solution to Poverty Problems in Indonesia

    Poverty is one of the main challenges faced by Indonesia, a country rich in natural resources and human potential. The presence of Islamic financial system is considered suitable for poverty alleviation programs. Islamic economics adheres to the principle of synergy (ta'awun) by creating economic justice to equalize the distribution of income and wealth, which is the goal of Islamic financial system. This research is a qualitative study with an inductive reasoning approach through a library research process. The data sources used to build the concept are secondary data derived from previous research in the form of articles discussing poverty. The research results show that the poverty rate in Indonesia tends to decrease from year to year. Market and banksbased industry have philosophical principles and operational bases that are integrated with social values and economic activities. Poverty will be reduced if all elements of society work together to support programs originating from the government and from other institutions, such as banking support for poverty alleviation

    Jurnalisme satire merupakan fenomena yang semakin berkembang dalam lanskap media modern. Salah satu program yang merepresentasikan tren ini adalah Meet Nite Live yang disiarkan oleh Metro TV. Program ini menggabungkan elemen berita, wawancara, dan humor sarkastik dalam membahas isu-isu terkini di Indonesia. Artikel ini menganalisis bagaimana Meet Nite Live menggunakan strategi jurnalisme satire dalam mengritik pemerintah, bagaimana aspek deep mediatization berperan dalam penyajian kontennya melalui platform digital, serta agenda apa yang diusung oleh Metro TV melalui program Meet Nite Live. Metode Analisis Wacana Multimodal Kress & Leeuwen digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi salah satu punchlines Meet Nite Live dengan topik terhangat selama bulan Maret 2025 yang ditayangkan di akun TikTok resmi Meet Nite Live, @meetnite.live. Artikel ini memberi hasil bahwa Meet Nite Live adalah praktik bagaimana jurnalisme satire beradaptasi dengan logika deep mediatization.     Bibliometric Analysis in Communication for Lobbying and Negotiation

    Enhancing communication skills is vital for individuals involved in lobbying and negotiations. Lobbying is a critical aspect of all aspects, including corporations, non-profits, and interest groups that seek to influence policymakers. Effective communication is at the heart of successful lobbying efforts. Negotiation is a critical skill needed for effective management. Based on the GAP analysis executed by the researcher, on the keywords Lobby and Lobby in English and Indonesian words, the researchers conduct analysis beginning with research trends identified from keywords and themes from research titles, as well as abstracts and research contacts, in order to identify publications, as well as the focus and novelty of the research. In prior research utilizing Scopus data, one cluster including four elements was identified, derived from a total of 20,001 publications from 2021 to 2025. Based on the data obtained and the results of the analysis that have been described by researchers here, it can be concluded that lobbying and negotiation in communication science studies have not been discussed much in previous research, making it possible for researchers in the field of communication science to discover new themes or discover novelty of the research

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi proses alih pengetahuan (knowledge transfer) yang berlangsung di Perpustakaan Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan (KKP) melalui kegiatan "Sesi Berbagi Pustakawan", serta mengidentifikasi tantangan dan strategi yang diterapkan dalam pelaksanaannya. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, dan pemilihan informan dilakukan secara purposive sampling, yaitu pustakawan internal yang telah mengikuti kegiatan tersebut lebih dari lima kali dalam kurun waktu dua tahun terakhir. Teknik pengumpulan data mencakup wawancara dan observasi sebagai data primer, serta kajian kepustakaan sebagai data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses alih pengetahuan berlangsung melalui empat tahapan konversi pengetahuan, yakni sosialisasi, eksternalisasi, kombinasi, dan internalisasi. Namun, pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dihadapkan pada berbagai hambatan, seperti perbedaan kondisi infrastruktur antarperpustakaan, keterbatasan fasilitas teknologi, serta rendahnya kepercayaan diri pustakawan. Untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut, Perpustakaan KKP melakukan pembinaan ke berbagai daerah guna menjaring ide dan umpan balik, serta mengadakan pelatihan public speaking bagi pustakawan sebagai bagian dari peningkatan kapasitas dalam berbagi pengetahuan

    The 21st century demands an educational approach that emphasizes not only declarative knowledge but also the early development of higher-order thinking skills, particularly critical thinking. Unfortunately, learning patterns at the elementary school level are still largely dominated by conventional approaches that position students as passive recipients. This study aims to explore in depth the integration of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model with constructivist theory to foster critical thinking skills among elementary school students. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed at SD Negeri 25 Tanjung Kerja, Kapuas Hulu Regency. Data were collected through participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis, and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman & Saldaña. The findings reveal that the integration of PBL and constructivism significantly enhances students’ abilities in interpretation, evaluation, and logical reasoning. Teachers, acting as facilitators, provide space for open dialogue and scaffolding aligned with students' zones of proximal development.     Teaching Coding Using Scratch to Elementary Students: Exploration of Benefits for Students

    In the ever-evolving digital era, knowledge and skills in informatics are becoming more crucial. To equip the younger generation for future challenges, education should integrate technology into its curriculum such as coding programs to foster students' interests and talents in programming and technology. This research describes how coding is taught at the elementary school level and the benefits obtained from implementing coding based on existing research. This research is library research. Currently, many elementary schools in Indonesian Elementary schools are starting to teach coding as a lesson in the official curriculum and as an extracurricular activity. As technology advances and the importance of digital skills in the 21st century, many schools may realize that teaching coding early can help students develop computational thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills that are important for their future. The finding shows the use of coding especially Stracth in elementary students. Scratch has become a popular tool in teaching programming to children at the elementary school level. Scratch is a visual programming tool designed to introduce programming concepts, especially to children, to train computational thinking in beginners. Scratch allows students to learn programming without having to master complex programming languages. Using Scratch in learning coding has been proven to provide many benefits for students. Scratch helps improve computational thinking skills, programming understanding, and creativity. Scratch also helps students practice problem-solving strategies, accuracy, and critical thinking. In addition, students can create animations and games after taking part in the training, with the support of the important surrounding environment. Scratch supports interactive and fun learning, makes it easier to understand programming logic, and improves basic programming competencies. Overall, Scratch is effective in developing students' technology skills in an engaging and easy-to-understand way
