Penerapan E-absensi dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara di SDN 163098 Kota Tebing Tinggi
Get PDFIn the light to improve the civil servants’ performance in Tebing Tinggi City, The Communication and Information Department launched the e-absensi application, including to the employee of SDN 163098. This application is claimed to be more effective in improving the employees’ performance because it uses GPS technology to record the location point when the employees fill out the attendance thus it lessens the fraud in filling out the attendance. This study aims to examine the claim using qualitative study by interviewing two source people. They are the civil servants at SDN 163098 Tebing Tinggi City. The result shows that the application of e-absesnsi at SDN 163098 Tebing Tinggi City gives positive impact on the improving employees’ performance. They become more disciplined and attend school earlier so the students will not get neglected and can start class on time
The Power of Platforms: A Critical Analysis of Postcolonial Dynamics and Cultural Hybridity in EFL Collaborative Digital Story Telling
No full textRapid advancements in technology have had a profound impact on educational practices, particularly in language learning, where accessibility, interactivity, and collaboration have become central themes. This paper explores the integration of digital platforms such as Padlet, into English as a Foreign Language (EFL) classroom, with a particular focus on collaborative storytelling as a means of examining cultural hybridity, tradition, and modernity. Framed through a postcolonial lens, the study investigates how digital storytelling facilitates students’ negotiation of cultural values and postcolonial dynamics within a collaborative creative process. The findings suggest that digital storytelling platform provides EFL learners with valuable opportunities to critically engage with cultural identities and power dynamics, while simultaneously enhancing their creative writing skills. This study underscores the potential of technology-assisted learning to facilitate meaningful dialogue and critical reflection on cultural hybridity in contemporary educational context
Penerapan Pewarnaan Graf pada Pengaturan Lampu Lalu Lintas di Persimpangan Jalan Cakalang
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan pewarnaan graf untuk pengaturan lampu lalu lintas di persimpangan Jalan Cakalang. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian dilakukan melalui metode observasi langsung di lokasi penelitian serta kajian dari berbagai sumber, seperti buku, jurnal, artikel, dan laporan yang relevan. Sistem pewarnaan simpul pada graf diterapkan menggunakan algoritma Welch-Powell untuk menganalisis jalur lalu lintas yang berpotensi konflik. Dalam menghadapi tantangan pengelolaan lalu lintas di persimpangan padat, penelitian ini menawarkan pendekatan matematis yang efisien untuk mengurangi kemacetan dan risiko kecelakaan melalui optimasi pola lampu lalu lintas. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa dengan pewarnaan graf, jalur yang saling bertabrakan saat lampu hijau dapat diidentifikasi dan diatur agar tidak menyala bersamaan. Jalur yang diwakili simpul saling terhubung melalui garis tidak dapat memiliki warna yang sama, sehingga konflik antarjalur dapat dicegah. Metode ini memberikan kontribusi dalam menciptakan sistem lalu lintas yang lebih teratur dan aman, terutama di wilayah dengan volume kendaraan tinggi
Human rights in the framework of Pancasila ideology
No full textThis study analyzes the concept and implementation of human rights (HAM) within the framework of Pancasila ideology, exploring both theoretical and practical perspectives. It examines the historical and philosophical foundations of human rights, rooted in natural law theory and developed through contributions from figures such as John Locke, Edmund Burke, and Jeremy Bentham, as well as their application in Indonesia’s socio-cultural and legal systems. Employing a descriptive qualitative method, the study utilizes data from academic literature, legal documents, and interpretations of Pancasila, focusing on its principles of Divinity, Humanity, Unity, Democracy, and Justice. The findings reveal that Pancasila integrates universal human rights principles with Indonesia’s socio-cultural realities, guiding the resolution of humanitarian issues and fostering unity in a diverse society. However, challenges such as historical debates over the inclusion of human rights in the 1945 Constitution and contemporary issues like racism and discrimination persist. The study concludes that Pancasila serves as a foundational ideology for upholding human dignity, justice, and equality. To address these challenges, efforts are needed to educate citizens, promote tolerance, and ensure government support for initiatives that strengthen human values and solidarity, highlighting the importance of human rights in achieving national unity, peace, and prosperity
Pengenalan Virtual Manipulative sebagai Variasi Pengajaran Guru SD pada Pembelajaran Matematika
No full textPembelajaran matematika sering dianggap sulit oleh siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD) karena pendekatan pengajaran yang kurang menarik sehingga perlu adanya variasi dalam mengajarkan matematika. Hal ini memperkuat alasan diperlukannya penggunaan alat peraga dalam megajarkan matematika. Artikel ini pengenalan alat peraga Virtual Manipulative sebagai variasi dalam pengajaran matematika untuk guru sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini melibatkan 30 orang Guru SD di Kulonprogo, Yogyakarta. Temuan awal menunjukkan bahwa guru cenderung mengajar matematika melalui ceramah dan rumus pintas, tetapi mereka menyadari peran alat peraga dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih interaktif dan inklusif. Namun, wawasan guru yang masih awam dalam alat peraga manipulatif dan guru menghadapi kesulitan dalam menggunakan alat peraga virtual karena keterbatasan teknologi dan sumber daya menjadi kendala utama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dimana pengambilan data melalui wawancara. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan bahwa pengenalan alat peraga virtual dapat membantu siswa untuk lebih memahami konsep matematika, tetapi efektivitasnya dapat bervariasi tergantung pada jenis aplikasi, metode penggunaan, dan kondisi pembelajaran. Selain itu, ada kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi ini ke dalam kurikulum matematika. No full textTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hak-hak tenaga kerja dengan Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tertentu di PT Angkasa Pura Propertindo yang sedang mengalami merger. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner dan penelitian literatur tentang bagaimana implementasi peraturan ketenagakerjaan dan kendala yang dialami para tenaga kerja PKWT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tenaga kerja PKWT mengalami kesulitan mendapatkan kompensasi yang sesuai setelah perusahaan merger, karena mereka tidak mendapatkan perlindungan yang sama seperti tenaga kerja tetap. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan sosialisasi hak-hak tenaga kerja PKWT dan pengawasan yang lebih intensif dari instansi terkait agar setiap pekerja dengan status kontrak juga mendapatkan perlakuan yang adil sesuai dengan peraturan ketenagakerjaan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mendorong perusahaan untuk lebih memahami dan melindungi serta memperhatikan hak-hak tenaga kerja PKWT terutama dalam situasi merger

No full textPeningkatan literasi keuangan menjadi kebutuhan mendesak dalam menghadapi inflasi yang memengaruhi daya beli masyarakat. Program Studi Ekonomi Pembangunan FEB UT menyelenggarakan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai konsep inflasi dan investasi, khususnya investasi emas kepada Komunitas Rumah Hijrah Pontianak. Melalui metode ceramah, simulasi studi kasus, dan pendekatan emosional, kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan peserta dalam mengelola keuangan secara bijak. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa peserta memahami pentingnya investasi untuk melindungi kekayaan dari inflasi, serta potensi pertumbuhan nilai investasi jangka panjang. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan pengetahuan keuangan mampu memberikan dampak positif, tidak hanya pada perencanaan finansial individu tetapi juga dalam mendukung stabilitas ekonomi komunita
Community Satisfaction on Transparency and Accountability of Village Financial Statements: A Case Study of Kuala Sempang Village
No full textTransparency and Accountability are two important elements in financial management to increase public trust in the Village Government. The purpose of this study is to find out the satisfaction of the Kuala Sempang Village Community on the Openness and Accountability of Village financial statements. This research was carried out in Kuala Sempang Village, Seri Kuala Lobam District, Bintan Regency. This study uses case studies with qualitative descriptive methods to determine public satisfaction with the transparency and accountability of financial statements, with data obtained through in-depth interviews with Village Officials, BPD, and the Community. The result of the research is that community satisfaction with the management of Village Funds in general is still not satisfied. The community assesses that in the future the Village Government can submit financial reports more simply and easily accessible to all levels of society, to increase public satisfaction with the transparency and accountability of village financial statements. The implication of this study is that in an effort to increase community satisfaction with financial statements, village governments can simplify financial statements and ensure their accessibility for all levels of society

Daily life is experiencing major changes due to technological advances. With this dedication and research, the PKM team wants to know how technology influences student learning motivation in the Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ) and RPL (Software Engineering) departments of SMKN 1 Bima City. The purpose of this service is to display and explain the role of information technology in student learning motivation. This service is carried out through conducting field surveys. 78 students were research subjects. There is a positive correlation between the use of information technology and student learning motivation, according to PKM's findings. This shows that students' desire to learn increases with more intensive use of information technology
PEMBENTUKAN KOMUNITAS PERMAINAN TRADISIONAL DALAM MENINGKATKAN KECERDASAN INTERPERSONAL ANAK USIA SEKOLAH
Get PDFThe excessive use of smartphones for playing online games has a negative impact on school-age children, necessitating an alternative to divert their attention. One effective solution is introducing traditional games, which significantly benefit children's interpersonal intelligence, such as teamwork, expressing opinions, supporting each other, and decision-making. To address this issue, the team conducted a community service program in Kampung Kandungmangu, RT09/RW 03, Cisauk. This program involved 15 school-age children and included presentations, mentoring, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the program showed that participants gained a deeper understanding of traditional games and their benefits. Even after the program ended, the children continued to play traditional games to apply the knowledge and skills they acquired during the program. This indicates that traditional games not only successfully divert attention from online games but also positively contribute to the development of children's interpersonal intelligence
