No full textPada era saat ini menuntut setiap pelaku ekonomi untuk dapat bersaing dalam memasarkan produknya. Persaingan yang ketat membuat pelaku usaha harus dapat lebih berinovasi dalam memasarkan produknya, salah satu bentuk pemasaran yang ada pada saat ini yaitu digital marketing, strategi digital marketing saat ini banyak diminati oleh pelaku usaha dikarenakan lebih mudah memperkenalkan produk ke semua orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan cara mengumpulkan data melalui observasi serta wawancara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis digital marketing untuk meningkatkan penjualan di Toko Herbal Al-Mubarok, bagaimana hasil penerapanya juga analisis faktor dari pendukung dan penghambat strategi digital marketing tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian yang sudah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa penerapan strategi digital marketing yang sudah digunakan oleh Toko Herbal Al-Mubarok meliputi segmenting, targeting dan positioning (STP), sedangkan dari faktor pendukung dan penghambat digital marketing dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk di Toko Herbal Al-Mubarok ini yaitu seperti faktor yang mendukung bagi Toko Herbal Al-Mubarok dalam menjalankan strateginya meliputi jangkauan yang luas, sedangkan untuk faktor penghambatnya meliputi penggunaan sosial media digital masing-masing masih mempunyai kendala.

Pengembangan E-Modul Bilangan Bulat Berbasis Microsoft Teams untuk Mengoptimalkan Kemampuan Komunikasi Matematis
No full textTujuan penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui pengembangan konten berbentuk e-modul di platform Microsoft Teams yang valid, praktis dan efektif dalam mengoptimalisasi kemampuan komunikasi matematis. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian dan pengembangan (RnD) bermodel ADDIE. Subjek pada penelitian ini yaitu 30 murid kelas VII A SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik pengumpulan data berupa lembar validasi, angket respon murid, serta tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis. Berdasarkan uji validitas, konten dengan skor rata-rata 93,33 berkategori valid dari segi media dan hasil uji validasi ahli materi dengan skor rata-rata 30,67 berkategori valid. Berdasarkan hasil angket respon murid, memperoleh skor rata-rata 42,67 berkategori praktis. Data hasil posttest diperoleh skor rata-rata 82,92 dan pretest dengan skor rata-rata 45,92. Hasil dari uji paired sampel t-test diperoleh 0,00<0,05 dengan arti adanya perbedaan kemampuan komunikasi matematis sebelum dan ssesudah pembelajaran dengn konten berupa e-modul bilangan bulat pada platform Microsoft Teams tersebut. Hasil N-Gain memperoleh skor 0,68 dengan kategori sedang. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa konten berupa e-modul bilangan bulat pada platform Microsoft Teams yang dikembangkan dapat dikatakan efektif untuk mengoptimalisasi kemampuan komunikasi matematis murid
Conflicts in the Movie “Avengers: Infinity War” Directed By Anthony and Joe Russo
No full textThe objective of this study was to describe the conflicts and the cause the conflicts that happen in the movie: “Avengers: Infinity War”. This study was conducted using qualitative descriptive research design. The data of this study were the utterances or expressions, facial expressions, body gestures, contexts and scenes in the movie “Avengers: Infinity War” which indicated conflicts. The data were collected using documentation review. The data was analized using types of conflicts theory by Kenney in Viyana (2014) and cause of conflicts by Folarin (2014). The findings of this research are there are 22 conflicts in the movie “Avengers: Infinity War” which consist of 9 (nine) external conflicts and 13 (thirteen) internal conflicts. Man vs Man conflicts as external conflicts result mostly in physical activities. Meanwhile, Man vs Self conflicts as internal conflicts happen to 9 (nine) different characters (Loki, Thor, Bruce “Hulk”, Tony Stark “Iron Man”, Quill, Gamora, Dr. Strange, Wanda, and Thanos). Mostly, internal conflict happens in dilemma and anger. In addition, in the cause of conflict, there are psychological theory of conflict and realist theory of conflict. Psychological theory of conflict mostly happens in internal conflicts, meanwhile realist theory of conflict mostly happens in external conflicts
Analysis of Threaded-Type Integrated Learning Model in Developing Creativity and Critical Thinking
No full textTeaching and learning activities in elementary schools prioritize mastery of material or theory-based. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Threaded-type integrated learning model in developing the creative thinking skills of elementary school students, which is one of the essential skills in the 21st century. This study is intended to identify the extent to which the application of the Threaded-type integrated learning model supports the development of students' thinking creativity. This type of research is a literature study that collects secondary data by exploring various literature from articles from nationally accredited and reputable international scientific journals. The results of the study show that the Threaded-type integrated learning model can be applied in elementary schools and is effective in encouraging students to think creatively. This model facilitates students in connecting various learning concepts thoroughly, thereby enriching their thinking process and creativity

A company's performance can be assessed from its financial statements, which serve as a benchmark to determine how the company achieves the results it has aimed for. As an evolving organization, the company is expected to carry out its activities in line with the vision, mission, and objectives established by management. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of the implementation of the Accounting Information System on financial performance at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur, Tbk. The research method used in this study is qualitative, supported by textual explanations and images to provide a deeper understanding of the scholarly work. According to the research findings, it can be concluded that the implementation of the accounting information system has a significant effect on the financial performance at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur. This study indicates that proper and effective implementation of the accounting information system can improve a company's financial performance, which can then be understood by stakeholders
Strategi Dinas Perhubungan dalam Mengatasi Kemacetan Lalu Lintas di Kota Bekasi
No full textOne of the most populous places, Bekasi City, yet struggles with traffic. In urban centers, congestion often occurs at regular times, especially during commuting times, weekends, and holidays. Congestion has many negative effects.The present study employs a descriptive qualitative methodology to investigate the contextual factors of the issue and evaluate the Transportation Agency's approaches to mitigating traffic congestion in Bekasi City.Interview, observation, and documentation are the three main components of the information collection method. The study shows that the strategy of the Transportation Agency to address traffic congestion in Bekasi City has not been successful. This is shown by the Transportation Agency's Organizational Strategy which aims to encourage Dishub field officers to crack down or punish traffic violators, but it does not happen. Programs such as the Road Equipment Program, Traffic Management and Engineering Program, and Parking Facility Control Program are considered successful based on the approach applied by the government. However, these strategies faced several problems. One of them is the disproportionate growth of vehicles compared to the construction of new roads, which still causes congestion. According to the supporting strategies, the work quality of field officers should be improved as there is still a shortage of officers in some locations.

Pengelolaan Sampah Organik Menggunakan Metode Takakura di SMP Negeri 177 Jakarta
No full textThe management of organic waste using the Takakura method aims to enhance teachers' and students' knowledge and awareness regarding the significance of effective waste management and the processing of organic waste into compost. In this context, SMP Negeri 177 Jakarta serves as the primary target for this initiative, with active involvement from both students and teachers. The implementation of this community service project relies not only on socialisation but also on direct practice, providing participants with tangible experiences. The outcomes indicate a significant increase in the knowledge of teachers and students concerning waste management, as evidenced by a reduction in the volume of waste disposed of. Furthermore, they are now expected to produce organic fertilizer, which benefits plants while reducing reliance on chemical fertilisers. The heightened awareness of the importance of a healthy environment is also a positive impact of this initiative. In conclusion, this activity successfully integrates all aspects of waste management into a cohesive, mutually supportive framework, encouraging active participation in environmental preservation
Estimating The Probability of Depression in Adolescent Based on Internal Family Factors using Binary Logistic Regression and Naïve Bayes
No full textDepression is a common mental health issue affecting approximately 300 million people globally, with severe cases potentially leading to death. Adolescents with depression are reported to have a 30-fold increased risk of suicide compared to other age groups, making early identification and intervention in this age group essential. Internal family factors play a crucial role in influencing adolescent mental health, including variables such as family type, parenting style, residence status, birth order, and parental occupation. This study aims to identify which internal family factors significantly impact the likelihood of depression and to estimate the probability of depressive episodes in adolescents. By understanding these factors, preventive measures can be better tailored to reduce adolescent depression in the future. The data utilized in this study is primary data obtained through a sampling process employing the simple random sampling method applied to first-year university students. A binary logistic regression model was employed to analyze the significance of each family-related factor. Findings indicate that parenting style and parental occupation are among the most significant factors associated with adolescent depression. The novelty of this study lies in the exploration of internal family factors that are rarely examined comprehensively in previous research, such as the effects of family type, birth order, and parental occupation. Additionally, the study adopts a dual-method approach, combining logistic regression and Naive Bayes, to provide a robust and comparative analysis of predictive accuracy. Probability estimates were conducted using both binary logistic regression and Naive Bayes methods. Results from these analyses suggest that a democratic parenting style tends to foster more stable mental health in adolescents, while adolescents with parents employed in the private sector or similar occupations face a higher likelihood of depression. Both methods demonstrated high predictive accuracy, with 96.31% for logistic regression and 96.93% for Naive Bayes
The Influence of Entrepreneurial Literacy and Risk Perception on Entrepreneurial Interest in Management Study Program Students (Case Study at Open University)
No full textThis study is a quantitative study that tests the influence of independent variables, namely Entrepreneurial Literacy (X1) and Risk Perception (X2) on Entrepreneurial Interest (Y) as the dependent variable. The population in this study were students of the Management Study Program of the Open University (Universitas Terbuka/UT) who were in the Distance Learning Program Unit (Unit Program Belajar Jarak Jauh/UPBJJ-UT) Kendari, with a research sample of 50 respondents. The analysis tool used in this study was Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the study concluded that: (1) Entrepreneurial literacy partially does not have a significant influence on entrepreneurial interest in students of the Management Study Program of the Open University (UPBJJ-UT) Kendari; (2) Risk perception partially does not have a significant influence on entrepreneurial interest in students of the Management Study Program of the Open University (UPBJJ-UT) Kendari; and (3) Entrepreneurial literacy and risk perception simultaneously have an influence on entrepreneurial interest in students of the Management Study Program of the Open University (UPBJJ-UT) Kendari

No full textFenomena "perang takjil," yakni idiom persaingan dalam pembagian takjil selama bulan Ramadan tahun 2024, telah menjadi topik yang menarik dalam kajian sosial dan media. Tayangan Log In pada platform Youtube yang dibawakan oleh Habib Jafar dan menghadirkan Pendeta Marcel, membahas isu toleransi dari sudut pandang agama dan sosial, dengan tujuan mengedukasi toleransi antar umat beragama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerimaan audiens terhadap pesan toleransi yang disampaikan melalui tayangan tersebut dengan mengidentifikasi aspek posisi dominan hegemonis, posisi negosiasi, dan posisi opsisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dengan metode analisis resepsi. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam. Wawancara dilakukan kepada 3 orang subscriber channel Log In dengan teknik penentuan informan melalui purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan mengorganisasikan data, memilah-milahnya data, mensisitensikan data, mencari dan menemukan pola, menemukan apa yang penting dan apa yang dipelajari dan memutuskan apa yang dapat diceritakan kepada orang lain. Triangulasi yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan pesan toleransi beragam, sebagian besar responden menghargai upaya tayangan dalam menyebarkan nilai-nilai toleransi, meskipun ada yang merasa pesan tersebut kurang efektif atau bahkan menimbulkan kontroversi. Faktor-faktor seperti latar belakang sosial, agama, dan pengalaman pribadi menjadi sumber interpretasi audiens. Tayangan ini diakui mampu mendorong dialog lintas agama, namun juga menuai kritik terkait potensi kesalahpahaman dan stereotip. Log In memiliki potensi tayangan yang membentuk pandangan audiens terhadap isu-isu sosial dan agama, yang bergantung pada konteks penyampaian serta sensitivitas terhadap keberagaman penonton
