Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) Tendencies of Educational Technology Students in Online Tutorials
This study examines the tendency of Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) among Educational Technology students at Universitas Terbuka (UT) in participating in online tutorials (tuton). SRL reflects students’ ability to independently manage, control, and monitor their own learning, which is essential in online learning environments. The survey involved 249 respondents (36% of the sample) from various UT regional offices, using the SRL instrument developed by Riyanti (2021), which measures six aspects: Goal Setting, Environment Structuring, Task Strategies, Time Management, Help Seeking, and Self-Evaluation. The results show the highest score in Goal Setting (87.94%) and the lowest in Time Management (50.68%). These findings indicate that students' SRL abilities are not yet evenly developed, highlighting the need for more structured and independent learning strategies in online educatio
Toward an Integrated View of Investor Behavior: A Bibliometric Study on Financial Literacy and Psychological Biases
This study investigates the intersection between financial literacy and behavioral biases in investment decision-making, addressing the limited theoretical and empirical integration between the two domains. Adopting a quantitative bibliometric design, data were collected from 1,000 peer-reviewed journal articles indexed in CrossRef (2014–2025) using Publish or Perish, with purposive sampling based on metadata relevance. The dataset was analyzed using VOSviewer, which produced three core visualizations—network, overlay, and density—to map the intellectual structure, thematic development, and research intensity. The findings reveal four major clusters: financial literacy, behavioral biases, digital innovation, and empirical approaches. Financial literacy emerges as the cognitive foundation of investor behavior, while biases such as overconfidence and herding impede rational decision-making—especially in digital contexts and among younger generations. The study concludes that a cross-domain approach is essential for comprehensively understanding contemporary investment behavior. It recommends integrating technology-driven financial education with behavioral awareness to inform more inclusive and adaptive policy and market interventions

Integration of character education in constructivism-based learning model: its impact on students’ mathematics learning outcomes
This study investigates the effectiveness of a constructivist mathematics learning model that incorporates character education in improving students’ understanding of mathematical concepts. This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi experimental design. This study involved students from 3 schools, who participated in 5 integrated learning sessions and uses a paired sample t-test to evaluate the effect of the integrated learning model on students' understanding of mathematics concepts. Data analysis was conducted using inferential statistical techniques. Based on the results of the paired samples test on the pretest and postest scores, it shows that Sig value. (1-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05 and tcount = 58.539 > 1.673 means that significantly the average student learning outcomes after being taught with an integrated constructivism-based learning model of character education are better than before being taught with an integrated constructivism-based learning model of character education. The results of this study show that the integration of character education in the learning model creates a more interactive, reflective and value-based learning experience, which ultimately contributes to improved understanding of mathematical concepts. Furthermore, this study also offers practical recommendations for educators and policy makers in designing learning models that are more adaptive and oriented towards student character development
Voter Education and the Fight Against Money Politics: Implementing Voter Education in the 2024 Indonesian Election
One of the persistent challenges in safeguarding democratic elections across many countries is the widespread practice of money politics, which primarily targets voters and undermines the core principles of democratic participation. While voter education is widely recognized as a crucial tool for promoting democratic integrity, existing literature offers limited analysis of its effectiveness in addressing money politics. This study seeks to fill that gap by examining the challenges faced in implementing voter education programs, focusing on their role in combating money politics. Adopting a mixed-methods approach, this research combines a systematic literature review, drawing exclusively from peer-reviewed domestic and international journals, with fieldwork conducted during Indonesia’s 2024 simultaneous elections in two regencies. Despite reports of rising money politics in the 2024 elections, various voter education initiatives were also deployed. However, the persistence of vote buying suggests these efforts have had a limited impact. Based on interview data and document analysis, the study identifies four primary obstacles to effective voter education: limited outreach and accessibility, inadequate and unengaging educational materials, a shortage of qualified facilitators, and a lack of contextual relevance for the target audience. These findings underscore an urgent need to redesign voter education strategies to be more inclusive, participatory, and tailored to local contexts. This research contributes to the growing discourse on electoral integrity by offering actionable insights for policymakers, electoral bodies, and civil society organizations working to strengthen democracy through informed and empowered voter participation
