Pengaruh Parenting Self-Efficacy, Keterlibatan Orang Tua dalam Pembelajaran Online dan Tiingkat Pendidikan Orang Tua terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa
Get PDFDuring the COVID-19 pandemic students had to learn at home. In this mode of learning students experienced difficulties in understanding the learning material which impacted on student assignments completion. This condition requires parental involvement in solving the problem. Parental background has effects on the quality of student mentoring. This study aims to determine the impact of parenting self-efficacy, parental involvement in online learning, and parental education level on student learning outcomes. The population of this study was all parents (mothers) of active students enrolled in the school. This research uses ex post facto research. The Measurement of variabels using a Likert Scale with multiple regression analysis. The results show that the variabel that has the most influence on student learning outcomes is the level of parental education which contributes 68.3%, followed by the variabel of parental involvement of 22.5% and the variabel of parenting self-efficacy of 9.2%
Students Feedback to Online Learning on Practice Courses
Get PDFThis study aims to determine students feedback to the application of online learning on practical courses in the Education Technology Study Program. This research is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The research instrument used in the form of questionnaires and interviews. Of the 104 respondents who filled out the questionnaire, as many as 88 respondents (86.3%) still wanted a synchronous meeting in the form of a webinar tutorial. The results of the interviews showed that the application of online learning in practical courses received a positive response from the majority of respondents, but the implementation time and learning assessment received a negative response

An alternative strategy for the company (KSPPS) BMT SM MWC NU Warureja Tegal to provide progress and business development, namely according to the explanation of the results of the SWOT diagram through point x, (KSPPS) BMT SM MWC NU Warureja Tegal is in quadrant I, That to carry out business development using an aggressive strategy, meaning a strategy to grow well, because the company has enough strength to be able to take advantage of the available opportunities. Based on the SWOT Matrix in Quadrant I, the steps that must be carried out by the company (KSPPS) BMT SM MWC NU Warureja Tegal using SO (strengths and Opportunities).
The Urgency Of Sharia Economic Transformation In Facing The Global Economy
Get PDFThis study discusses the urgency of Islamic Economics's transformation in breaking through the global economy. The research method uses qualitative method and descriptive analysis. The research results indicate that to strengthen Islamic Economics, it must have a strategy that goes beyond the global economy and must be based on sharia principles, referring to the Qur'an and Hadith. The transformation that can be felt now with the presence of the Islamic Economy is the establishment of Islamic Financial Institutions and Islamic Banking which supports the development of the real sector. Islamic economics builds the integrity of Muslims who run the economic wheel under Islamic teachings by adhering to the privileges of Islamic economics itself, namely by avoiding all forms of activities that contain elements of usury which have an impact on harm to others. Development of Android-Base Learning Media to Determine Digital Literacy at Public Vocational High School
Get PDFThe development of information and communication technology (ICT) in the era of globalization has had a major influence in all aspects of life, including in the world of education. In the development of information and communication technology, Android-based learning media was developed as a means of learning for students. The limited number of books that can be used by students and in conditions like now where the learning process is carried out online requires learning media that can be used and accessed easily by students. The objectives of this study are: (1) developing android-based learning media, (2) understanding the feasibility of android-based learning media, and (3) evaluating the digital literacy of students by using android-based learning media as a learning resource. The development of this android-based learning media uses a research and development model with stages including identification of potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, small-scale trials, product revisions, large-scale trials, and product revision. The results of this study indicate that the learning media developed was found "Decent" by material experts, media experts and linguists and students stated "Very Decent" to be used as learning media in the subject of Plantation and Herbal Commodity Processing Production. Furthermore, the learning media is applied in learning by using One Shot Case Study. Based on the results obtained, the digital literacy that students have is already in the "Very High" category for the aspect of using. Work Experience in Moderating the Independence, Competence, and Motivation of Internal Auditors on the Effectiveness of Internal Control

Management is obliged to be able to manage the company's activities properly as the implementation of the internal auditor's accountability to the public. This study aims to examine the effect of the role of independence, competence, and motivation on the effectiveness of the internal control system of consumer goods companies in North Sumatra. Testing research data using multiple linear regression analysis and residual tests for moderating variables. The results of this study indicate that the independence, competence, and motivation of internal auditors simultaneously affect the effectiveness of the internal control system. Partially, the independence and competence of internal auditors affect the effectiveness of internal control. This is in line with the research hypothesis, but the motivation of internal auditors does not partially affect the effectiveness of internal controls. Meanwhile, work experience is not proven to moderate (strengthen or weaken) the relationship between the independence, competence, and motivation of internal auditors and the effectiveness of internal controls

The level of understanding of the realization of a sustainable university is through the level of education into corporate social responsibility adopted by the world of social responsibility universities (USR). Green accounting is a reflection of corporate social responsibility and environmental perspectives. This study aims to examine the effect of green accounting initiatives consisting of environmental awareness, environmental involvement, environmental reporting, and environmental audits on the sustainable improvement of universities. The sample in this study were 77 respondents, namely the Top Management of UIN Walisongo and IAIN Salatiga. The data analysis technique used is SPSS. Hypothesis test using regression test. Findings The results of the study that Environmental awareness and Environmental Involvment have a positive and significant effect on Sustainable University. Pola Pencarian Informasi Kesehatan Berbasis Risk Perception Attitude Framework Dalam Kasus COVID-19
Get PDFPeran teknologi komunikasi di bidang e-health semakin terasa perannya dalam kondisi wabah Covid-19. Pada masyarakat rural, seringkali akses informasi sulit karena susahnya mengakses e-health. Bagi masyarakat urban, akses informasi sangat mudah karena akses terhadap e-health juga dimudahkan dengan kemudahan mengakses jaringan internet. Penelitian ini berupaya menggali terkait perbadingan pola pencarian informasi Kesehatan berbasis Risk Perception Attitude Framework dalam kasus Covid-19 pada masyarakat rural dan urban. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survey non eksperimen. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa a) pola pencarian informasi antara wilayah Rural dan Urban terdapat perbedaan. Masyarakat rural tergolong pada kelompok masyarakat proactive dan masyarakat urban pada kelompok masyarakat responsive; b) pola pencarian informasi juga berdampak pada persepsi atas risiko wabah Covid-19 dimana mereka sama-sama aktif melakukan pencarian informasi; c) tidak ditemukannya perbedaan antara masyarakat rural dan urban sehingga dalam penelitian ini tidak ditemukan adanya masyarakat yang rentan karena rendahnya informasi Covid-19.  
SOSIALISASI DAN PENDAMPINGAN IZIN USAHA MIKRO KECIL (IUMK) DI DESA KARANG KEMIRI KECAMATAN KARANG LEWAS MELALUI SISTEM ONLINE SINGLE SUBMISSION (OSS)
Get PDFSocialization and assistance for Micro and Small Business Permits (IUMK) in Karang Kemiri Village, Karang Lewas Subdistrict through the Online Single Submission System (OSS) began with the results of a survey that many UMKM did not have a permit. This is due to the lack of socialization and education on the importance of IUMK. This community service activity was attended by 20 UMKM consisting of 14 UMKM engaged in the culinary sector, 3 UMKM engaged in fashion and 3 UMKM engaged in skills. The high level of enthusiasm was shown by the number of participants asking questions about legality and interested in managing the legality of their business. The IUMK process is carried out by OSS, namely via a smartphone so that the process is easy, fast and free of administration fees. The benefits of having an IUMK are that UMKM have a clear, legal identity, added value for access to capital and can develop businesses by participating in empowerment and coaching programs held by local and central governments. Results show an increase in the understanding and legal awareness of UMKM to take care of the legality of their business.
Sosialisasi dan pendampingan Izin Usaha Mikro Kecil (IUMK) di Desa Karang Kemiri Kecamatan Karang Lewas melalui Sistem Online Single Submission (OSS) berawal dari hasil survey bahwa banyak pelaku UMKM yang belum mempunyai izin. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya sosialisasi dan edukasi arti penting IUMK. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dihadiri oleh 20 UMKM terdiri dari 14 UMKM bergerak dibidang kuliner, 3 UMKM bergerak dibidang fashion dan 3 UMKM bergerak dibidang keterampilan. Tingkat antusiasme yang cukup tinggi ditunjukan dengan banyaknya peserta mengajukan pertanyaan seputar legalitas dan berminat untuk mengurus legalitas usahanya. Proses IUMK dilakukan secara OSS yaitu melalui smartphone sehingga prosesnya mudah, cepat dan bebas biaya administrasi. Manfaat memiliki IUMK yaitu UMKM memiliki identitas yang jelas, legal, nilai tambah untuk akses permodalan dan dapat mengembangkan usaha dengan mengikuti program-program pemberdayaan dan pembinaan yang diadakan oleh pemerintah daerah maupun pusat. Hasil PKM menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan kesadaran hukum UMKM untuk mengurus legalitas usahanya
