Analysis of Cash Waqf Management at The Wihdatul Ummah Batusangkar Islamic Education and Dakwah Foundation
Get PDFThe main problem in this study is the low knowledge of the people of West Sumatra about cash waqf, but the Wihdatul Ummah Batusangkar Foundation is still eager to collect cash waqf with the application of good management science in accordance with existing regulations. The purpose of this discussion is to find out the management of cash waqf management at the Wihdatul Ummah Batusangkar Islamic Education and Da'wah Foundation. The type of research the author uses is a type of field research (field research), with descriptive qualitative methods. The data collection technique that the author did was through interviews and through documentation. The data analysis technique is by systematically compiling data obtained from interviews, field notes, and documentation, by organizing data into categories, breaking down into units, synthesizing, compiling in patterns, choosing which ones are important and will be studied, and making conclusions. Findings. The results of this study indicate that the management of cash waqf management has not gone well, this is indicated by the amount of cash waqf collection which continues to decline every year, and the collection is still within the internal scope. In an effort to develop productive waqf, the Wihdatul Ummah Batusangkar Islamic Education and Da'wah Foundation has opened Qurrata A'yun mart and invested funds in new student admissions (PMB) in the procurement of clothing. While the inhibiting factor is that the socialization efforts carried out by the nazir regarding cash waqf to the community are not optimal, this is also due to the limited understanding of the community and inadequate human resources
Accelerating The Halal Industry Sector To Realize Indonesia As The World Halal Center
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to identify the condition of the halal industry and the opportunity aspects of the halal industry sectors in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with an exploratory approach through secondary data collection. Findings. First, the condition of the halal industry according to the release of the State of the Global Islamic Economic Report 2022 shows that Indonesia's position globally ranks 4th (four) and this will continue to increase along with Indonesia having the largest Muslim population in the world, making it an important market for halal products and services. Second; 7 important sectors must be utilized including food and beverage, fashion, tourism and hospitality, pharmaceuticals, Islamic finance, media and recreation, and halal supply chain. These sectors are maximally utilized in building consumer confidence, forming halal lifestyle awareness, and increasing sharia understanding to expand the range of halal industry services so that Indonesia can become the world's halal center
Earnings Management Factors Analysis Using Earnings Quality as a Moderator (An Energy Firm Will Be Established On The Indonesia Stock Exchange Between 2015-2020)
No full textThe desired outcome of the research is to examine and empirically establish the effect of tax planning, deferred tax assets, deferred tax expense, and profitability on earnings management in energy sector firms established on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2015-2020, with earnings quality as a moderating variable and leverage and firm size as control variables. According to the research object's criteria, the samples used in this research were 11 firms from 78 in the energy sector. Purposive sampling was used in the research, along with the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test. According to the result of this research, tax planning, deferred tax expense, and profitability, all have a positive effect on earnings management, but deferred tax assets have no effect. Earnings quality, as a moderating variable, can mitigate the effects of tax planning on earnings management, but cannot mitigate the effects of profitability on earnings management. Furthermore, leverage has no effect on earnings management as a control variable, whereas firm size has a negative effect on earnings management. Using Portfolio Assessment to Improve the Students’ Recount Writing Performance at SMPN.6 Pare pare
Get PDFOne of the techniques that can be used to improve the students’ recount writing performance is by using portfolio assessment. The objective of the research was to investigate the use of portfolio can improve the students’ recount writing performance at SMPN.6 Parepare. The research applied quasi experimental method with experimental and control group consists of 50 students. The data were collected by giving pre-test and post-test in term of writing test. The data collected were then analyzed by using ANOVA and t-test. The result showed that the students’ score on the post-test were significantly higher than the pre-test. The value of the t-test was greater than t-table. It was that tvalue (4.446) > ttable (1667) and the sig.(2-tailed) value of post test score was lower 0.000 < 0.05. The mean score of the pre-test is 66.76 and the post-test is 84.72. It indicated that the alternative hypothesis (H1) was accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected. Get PDFThis research aims to examine the Investment Opportunity Set, Financial Performance, and Dividend Policy on Sharia Stock Returns. Empirical Study of Food and Beverage Subsector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used is secondary data and the method used is panel data analysis with the Eviews version 10 program to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between one variable and another and the model used is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) estimation. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling technique. The sample selected based on the criteria was 16 (sixteen) companies with 5 years of research, so the total sample used in testing the research was 76 data. This research tests three independent variables, namely Investment Opportunity Set, Financial Performance, and Dividend Policy which has the dependent variable Stock Return. The results of this research in the partial test or t test show that the Investment Opportunity Set has an effect on Stock Returns, while Financial Performance and Dividend Policy have no effect on Sharia Stock Returns

Kecemasan Perpustakaan Pada Mahasiswa Universitas Lancang Kuning
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kecemasan pustakawan pada mahasiswa Unilak, tingkat kecemasan yang dialami, dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kecemasan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. responden penelitian ini berjumlah 60 mahasiswa yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dan data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan structural equation model (SEM) berbasis component atau variance dengan menggunakan metode partial least square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada kecemasan perpustakaan pada mahasiswa Unilak, kecemasan yang dialami berada pada tingkat rendah. Kecemasan perpustakaan pada mahasiswa Unilak dipengaruhi oleh hambatan pelayanan pustakawan, hambatan kenyamanan perpustakaan, hambatan afektif, dan hambatan mekanis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diambil kesimpulan bahwa hambatan dengan pustakawan merupakan faktor yang memiliki pengaruh paling besar, pihak perpustakaan disarankan untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pemustaka dan juga melakukan pembinaan terhadap kompetensi pustakawan dalam memberikan pelayanan maupun penyelenggaraan perpustakaan, yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi tingkat kecemasan perpustakaan terutama pada factor hambatan dengan pustakawan
Hubungan Motivasi Ekstrinsik dengan Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas V SD 024 Tarai Bangun Pekanbaru
Get PDFPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan mendeskripsikan keterkaitan antara motivasi ekstrinsik dengan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V SD Negeri 024 Tarai Bangun. Jenis penelitian yaitu korelasional. Populasi murid kelas V A SDN 024 Tarai Bangun yang totalnya yakni 24 siswa. Sampel diambil dengan menerapkan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik penyusunan data yaitu angket, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data memanfaatkan statistic, sebelumnya dilaksanakan uji prasyarat analisis mencakup uji normalitas serta uji linearitas. Hasil penelitian secara deskriptif memperlihatkan motivasi ekstrinsik siswa kelas V A di SD 024 Tarai Bangun termasuk kategori sedang melalui nilai rata-rata (Mean) = 52,50. Sedangkan hasil belajar Matematika murid Kelas V A SD Negeri 024 Tarai Bangun ada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai rata-rata (Mean) = 71,50. Secara korelasional variabel motivasi ekstrinsik memiliki keterkaitan yang cukup signifikan hasil belajar Matematika melalui nilai rhitung = 0,534 dan nilai p = 0,007 < 0,05. Rata-rata siswa yang bermotivasi yang amat tinggi serta mempunyai indeks hasil belajar yang baik bahkan sangat baik.
In this study, Class V students at SD Negeri 024 Tarai Bangun were asked to describe the correlation between extrinsic motivation and their mathematical learning outcomes. Correlational research is used in this field. 24 students are enrolled in class V A at SDN 024 Tarai Bangun. Saturated sampling was used to collect samples. Techniques for gathering data include surveys, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis method makes use of statistics. Prior to this, tests for the prerequisites of analysis, such as normality and linearity tests, have been performed. The study's descriptive findings demonstrated that Class V A students at Tarai Bangun SD 024 had moderate extrinsic motivation, with an average value (Mean) of 52.50. Students in Class V A at SD Negeri 024 Tarai Bangun have achieved exceptional levels of proficiency in mathematics. The average value (Mean) from the research findings was 71.50. Extrinsic motivation has a substantial correlation with learning outcomes in mathematics, with a value of rcount = 0.534 and a value of p = 0.007<0.05. On average, students are very highly motivated and have good or even very good learning outcome indexes
Analisis Pergeseran Bentuk dan Makna dari Bahasa Inggris ke Indonesia dalam Lirik Lagu Zain Bikha
Get PDFDalam menerjemahkan akan terjadi penambahan atau pengurangan (berupa kata, tanda baca), sehingga hasil terjemahan tidak bisa sama persis dengan bahasa sumber. Hal ini disebabkan adanya perbedaan struktur dan aturan dari masing-masing bahasa, maka aturan dari satu bahasa belum tentu berlaku juga untuk bahasa lain sehingga terjadi pergeseran baik bentuk maupun makna. Tujuannya adalah untuk menjelaskan pergeseran bentuk dan makna yang terdapat pada lirik lagu Zain Bikha pada album The Passing Traveler dari bahasa Inggris ke bahasa Indonesia dan untuk menjelaskan jenis-jenis pergeseran bentuk dan makna yang terdapat pada lagu tersebut. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif berdasarkan pendekatan komparatif dalam membandingkan hasil terjemahan peneliti dengan teks bahasa sumber yang ditemukan. Hasilnya adalah terjadi pergeseran bentuk dan makna pada lagu Zain Bikha, pergeseran bentuk lebih dominan dari pada makna. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa 31 data mengalami pergeseran: 28 data mengalami pergeseran bentuk seperti pergeseran tataran, struktural, kelas kata, unit, serta intra-sistem, dan 3 data lainnya mengalami pergeseran makna seperti pergeseran makna spesifik ke generik atau sebaliknya dan dari sudut pandang budaya. The Performance of Wayang Orang Sriwedari Surakarta: A Cultural Preservation
Get PDFIndonesia is home to a rich cultural heritage, one of which is the art of Wayang Orang in Solo. However, currently, it is facing economic challenges and requires ongoing efforts for preservation. This study investigates the performance of Wayang Orang Sriwedari (WOS) as cultural preservation for tourism in Solo. It is descriptive qualitative. The analysis showed that Surakarta (City of Solo) is a cultural tourism destination with a diverse range of cultures. WOS is one of Solo’s traditional performances. With the tourism slogan “Solo the Spirit of Java”, Surakartais hoped to become a center for the preservation and development of Javanese culture. The art of WOS still survives and holds regular performances during the development of modern art. July 10, 2022, became an important moment for the WOS community for its 112th anniversary. For more than a century, Javanese art and culture associations were able to survive and defend themselves, both in form, content, and management pattern. This art has philosophical, artistic, and moral values and entertainment. WOS is an alternative tourist attraction that can be enjoyed by domestic and foreign tourists. In the development of tourism, some steps for revitalization and preservation by the Surakarta City Government. Hopefully, the beauty and charm of the Sriwedari people’s wayang will continue to shine, enlighten hearts, and preserve Indonesia’s cultural heritage for generations to come
