No full textFestval Anak Shaleh merupakan kegiatan keagamaan yang bertujuan untuk membina dan membentuk karakter Islami pada anak-anak sejak dini. Festival ini menjadi wadah bagi anak-anak untuk mengembangkan potensi diri melalui berbagai perlombaan dan kegiatan edukatif, seperti tilawah Al-Qur’an, azan, serta keterampilan ibadah lainnya. Selain itu, festival ini juga berfungsi sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan kecintaan anak terhadap agama, memperkuat nilai-nilai moral, serta melatih keterampilan sosial, sportivitas, dan rasa percaya diri. Dengan pendekatan yang menyenangkan dan berbasis edukasi, anak-anak tidak hanya diajak untuk memahami ajaran Islam secara teoritis, tetapi juga untuk mengamalkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Festival Anak Shaleh juga melibatkan peran aktif orang tua, guru, dan masyarakat dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pembinaan karakter Islami anak. Keberadaan festival ini memberikan dampak positif dalam mempererat ukhuwah Islamiyah serta meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya pendidikan agama dalam membentuk generasi muda yang berakhlakul karimah. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa Festival Anak Shaleh berkontribusi dalam membangun generasi yang tidak hanya cerdas secara intelektual, tetapi juga memiliki moral dan spiritual yang kuat. Dengan demikian, festival ini menjadi inspirasi bagi komunitas dalam membentuk lingkungan yang Islami, harmonis, dan penuh kebersamaan
The Use of Monopoly as a Learning Media to Teach Students' Reading Skills
No full textThe learning of reading skills is one of the important aspects in mastering the Arabic language. However, the lack of motivation and student engagement in the learning process often becomes an obstacle in achieving learning goals. Therefore, innovation in the use of learning media is needed to enhance student motivation and interactivity. This study aims to 1) determine the use of Monopoly media in teaching reading skills to students at MTs Islamiyah Malang and 2) identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in the use of Monopoly media in this learning process. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using observation, interviews, and documentation methods to collect data. The research subjects are teachers and students of MTs Islamiyah Malang who are directly involved in the learning process. The results indicate that the use of monopoly media in teaching reading skills has a positive impact on students' motivation and engagement. This media makes learning more interesting and interactive, thereby motivating students to actively participate in reading Arabic texts. Additionally, teachers find the structured gameplay helpful in delivering material more enjoyably. The supporting factors for using monopoly media in teaching reading skills to MTs students are 1) high student interest in game-based learning media, 2) attractive learning material design, and 3) available learning facilities at school. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors include 1) limited instructional time, 2) differences in students' abilities, and 3) technical constraints

No full textPengurusan jenazah merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat yang mencerminkan nilai-nilai religius, sosial, dan budaya. Dalam islam, pengurusan jenazah menjadi kewajiban fardhu kifayah bagi umat muslim, yang berarti harus dilaksanakan oleh sebagian anggota masyarakat agar terlepas dari dosa kolektif. Proses pengurusan jenazah meliputi beberapa tahapan, mulai dari memandikan, mengafani, menshalatkan, hingga menguburkan jenazah sesuai tuntunan syariat islam. Setiap tahap memiliki tata cara dan adab yang harus diperhatikan untuk menjaga kehormatan jenazah serta memenuhi ketentuan agama. Selain aspek teknis, pengurusan jenazah juga mengandung nilai spiritual dan sosial yang memperkuat ikatan antarsesama. Di tengah perkembangan zaman, penting untuk menjaga tradisi ini agar tetap berjalan sesuai ajaran agama, namun tetap mempertimbangkan aspek kesehatan dan keselamatan, terutama dalam situasi khusus seperti pandemi. The Impact of Training and Organizational Culture on Marketing Employee Performance with Engagement as a Mediating Variable at PT Mentari Books Indonesia, Jakarta

Good employee performance will lead to significant growth and help achieve company goals, such as increasing sales, expanding market share, and providing customer satisfaction. Good employee performance will support every company activity and broadly impact all stakeholders involved. This research aims to examine the effect of training and organizational culture on the performance of the marketing workforce with engagement as a mediating variable at PT Mentari Books Indonesia Jakarta. The sampling method used is the saturated sampling or census method, where all 58 employees in the marketing division of PT Mentari Books Indonesia Jakarta are used as samples for this study. The research results show that (1) training does not have a significant effect on the performance of the marketing workforce, (2) organizational culture does not significantly affect the performance of the marketing workforce, (3) training has a positive and significant effect on the engagement of the marketing workforce, (4) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the engagement of the marketing workforce, (5) engagement does not significantly affect the performance of the marketing workforce, (6) training does not affect performance through the engagement of the marketing workforce, and (7) organizational culture does not affect performance through the engagement of the marketing workforce
Principal Management in Improving Teacher Work Culture at MI Darul Hikmah, Bone District
Get PDFTeacher work culture is a key component in achieving educational quality at schools. School principals play a strategic role in shaping and improving productive work culture. This research aims to analyze the principal's management in enhancing teacher work culture at MI Darul Hikmah in Bone Regency. The research method employed a qualitative approach with a case study design, using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings reveal that the principal applied a transformational approach through periodic supervision, motivation provision, and creating a collaborative work environment. Supporting factors include the principal's strong commitment, availability of learning facilities, and positive interactions among teachers. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include teacher tardiness, high workloads with low compensation, and limited learning resources, particularly for the Merdeka Curriculum. To address these challenges, the principal implemented a duty roster system, personal approaches, and encouraged collaboration between senior and junior teachers. Additionally, the principal initiated teacher professionalism development programs through training and seminars to improve teaching quality. Regular evaluations were conducted to ensure the effectiveness of the implemented strategies. The research recommends strengthening coordination, improving evaluation systems, and developing sustainable programs to support productive teacher work culture
Implementation of Religious Moderation Value in Al-Azhar Superior High School, Medan Johor Sub-District
Get PDFThis study aims to explore the implementation of religious moderation values at SMA Unggulan Al-Azhar Medan Johor, focusing on four main indicators: national commitment, tolerance, non-violence, and acceptance of local traditions. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results showed that SMA Unggulan Al-Azhar Medan Johor has successfully integrated the values of religious moderation in various aspects of education, including the curriculum, extracurricular activities, and students' daily lives. This implementation includes strengthening the sense of nationalism through activities such as flag ceremonies and extracurricular nationalism; instilling tolerance through inclusive religious learning and cultural arts activities; establishing a safe environment free of violence through the Anti-Bullying Task Force program; and respect for local traditions through arts and cultural activities. In conclusion, SMA Unggulan Al-Azhar Medan Johor has succeeded in creating an educational environment that is tolerant, harmonious, and appreciates diversity, while forming a young generation that is moderate, inclusive, and loves the country. This research contributes to the development of a religious moderation-based education model that is relevant to the challenges of the times

The purpose of this study is to determine the budget planning, implementation, supervision, and accountability of BOS funds in order to determine whether the management of BOS funds is effective and can develop teacher professionalism at Raudhatul Jannah Private Junior High School, Subulussalam City. This study uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study indicate that: 1) BOS fund planning is carried out through the formation of a management team and consultation with school stakeholders; 2) the use of BOS funds is in accordance with Permendikbud No. 63 of 2023; 3) supervision is carried out by ensuring budget compliance with JUKNIS; and 4) overall, BOS funds effectively support the development of teacher professionalism in improving the quality of education

Peningkatan Pemahaman Mufradāt Afrād al-Usrah melalui Mind Map dan Word Wall
No full textArabic language learning has an important role as an international language. One of the main challenges faced by beginners is the lack of use of innovative learning media, so that the learning process becomes monotonous and less interesting, especially in understanding mufrodat afrād al-usrah. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Mind map and word wall learning media were applied to help students understand mufrodat afrād al-usrah. Data were collected through observations and interviews to describe the effectiveness of the media. The use of mind map and word wall media was proven to improve students' understanding of mufrodat afrād al-usrah. Students showed improvement in remembering and applying the learnt vocabulary. Data analysis showed that mind maps help students organise information visually, making it easier to understand and remember new words. Word wall serves as a constant reminder that motivates students to actively interact with the vocabulary. The combination of these two media reduces boredom and increases student engagement in the learning process. Data showed that the average pretest score of students was 60, which increased significantly to an average posttest score of 80 after the application of these media. This indicates that the application of innovative learning media can replace conventional methods that are less effective in improving mufrodat comprehension. The application of innovative learning media such as mind map and word wall can overcome boredom and monotony in Arabic language learning, thus increasing students' motivation to learn
