Analysis of Shopee Live Discount Vouchers and Sales Promotions on Impulse Buying at Madam Gie Through Content Marketing as a Mediating Variable (A Study on Gen Z Shopee Users in Sukabumi City)
The advancement of digital technology and the rising popularity of live streaming features on e-commerce platforms have significantly altered consumer behavior, particularly among Generation Z. Shopee, as the most widely used marketplace by Gen Z in Indonesia, offers Shopee Live, a feature that combines real-time promotional discounts with engaging content. One local cosmetic brand that actively utilizes this feature is Madam Gie. This study aims to examine the influence of voucher discounts and sales promotion on impulse buying behavior among Gen Z Shopee users in Sukabumi, with content marketing as a mediating variable. A quantitative research approach was employed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS). Data were collected from 200 respondents who had made at least one purchase on Shopee within the last three months. The results reveal that both voucher discounts and sales promotion significantly and positively influence impulse buying behavior. Furthermore, content marketing plays a significant mediating role, and strengthening the effect of promotional strategies on impulsive purchase decisions
The Role of Participatory Communication in Motivational Interviewing in Handling Drug Abusers (Case Study of Clients in the Mild and Moderate Categories at the BNN Primary Clinic in South Kalimantan Province)
Drug abuse is a complex problem that impacts health, social, and economic aspects. Rehabilitation efforts are crucial in addressing it, particularly through an effective and humanistic communication approach. This study aims to explore the role of participatory communication in the Motivational Interviewing (MI) method in the rehabilitation process for mild and moderate drug abusers at the Pratama Clinic of the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) in South Kalimantan Province. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation with six clients and one counselor. The results indicate that participatory communication plays a crucial role in building an equal, empathetic, and inclusive counseling relationship. Clients feel more valued, heard, and encouraged to be active in the recovery process. However, challenges remain, such as differences in socio-cultural backgrounds and client passivity. In conclusion, participatory communication supports the effectiveness of MI in increasing client motivation and engagement, and is an important strategy in creating a more humane and sustainable rehabilitation process
The Effect of Implementing Group Counseling Services with the Behavior Contract Technique on Academic Procrastination and Increasing Learning Motivation at State Vocational High School 1 Kotabumi, North Lampung
Academic procrastination and low learning motivation can hinder students’ achievement. This study aims to determine the effect of group counseling services using the behavior contract technique on reducing academic procrastination and increasing learning motivation. The research employed a quasi-experimental design with purposive sampling, involving two eleventh-grade classes (around 60 students) divided into experimental and control groups. Instruments used were academic procrastination and learning motivation questionnaires with a Likert scale, analyzed using MANOVA. The results showed that group counseling with the behavior contract technique had a significant effect in reducing procrastination and increasing learning motivation. In the experimental group, the average procrastination score decreased from 98.3 to 52.8, while learning motivation increased from 44.3 to 101.2. The MANOVA test showed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a significant effect on students at SMK Negeri 1 Kotabumi, North Lampung
Development Learning to Recognize Hijaiyah Letters in Reading and Writing the Qur'an Based on Application Canva to Improve Learning Motivation
The phenomenon in Indonesia lately shows that the level of reading the Qur'an has decreased, the same thing is experienced in Putera Harapan Kindergarten where the problem faced is the low level of ability to read the Qur'an among children, which is caused by learning methods that are less interesting and considered monotonous by children. So that children lack enthusiasm for learning the Koran. Therefore, this study aims to develop learning the introduction of hijaiyah letters in reading and writing the Qur'an based on the Canva application at Putera Harapan Kindergarten, with a focus on increasing children's learning motivation. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with experimental techniques, which includes stages, the development process begins with identifying problems and analyzing needs, designing learning media using the Canva application, design validation, product trials on groups of children and revision. The results showed that the use of Canva application-based learning media can significantly increase children's learning motivation, seen from the increase in learning motivation before and after using the media. Thus, the Canva app proves to be effective in overcoming the problem of monotonous and uninteresting learning, as well as being able to create a more interactive and fun learning atmosphere for children
Daur Qāmūs Inthiq! fī Taḥsīn Mahārat al Kalām min Khilāl Maqārabat al Ta‘allum al‘Amīq fī Ma‘had Al Kautsar Dendang
This study aims to describe and analyze the role of Kamus Inthiq! in enhancing students’ speaking skills (maharah kalām) through a deep learning approach at Pondok Pesantren Al-Kautsar Dendang. Kamus Inthiq! is an innovative, thematic, and digital-based learning medium specifically designed to help students understand, memorize, and use Arabic vocabulary in various communicative and real-life contexts. This research employed a descriptive-qualitative method with a field study approach, involving observations, interviews, and documentation to gain a comprehensive understanding of its application. The findings indicate that the active and consistent use of Kamus Inthiq! in Arabic learning activities significantly contributes to students’ vocabulary enrichment, contextual understanding, and the development of speaking confidence and fluency. The deep learning approach applied in this process emphasizes repetition, reflection, and experiential learning, enabling students to internalize language patterns more effectively. Furthermore, Kamus Inthiq! does not merely function as a static digital dictionary, but as an interactive learning medium that promotes student engagement, collaboration, and communication-oriented learning experiences. Its integration into the curriculum also supports a more dynamic and student-centered Arabic language learning environment
Arabic Language and Social Identity of Native Speaker Lecturers in Language Learning in Indonesia: A Narrative Study
Arabic language learning in Indonesia has a crucial role, with various steps that can improve the effectiveness of its teaching. This article aims to find out the role of native Arabic speakers in the language learning process, the language and cultural gaps that occur, and learning reflections for the future. In this study, the researcher uses a narrative study method that makes a person's life experience the main data. The research data collection technique uses a story framework and interviews. To analyse the data, the researcher used the following steps: 1) The researcher collects data through story frameworks and interviews, 2) selects and classifies the information to facilitate its presentation, and 3) presents the data by processing the classified information based on temporal aspects and drawing conclusions. The results showed that 1) Arabic plays an important role in Indonesian education, which can be improved by involving native speakers in teaching. 2) The language and cultural gap between Indonesia and other countries can be overcome by simplifying the language and adjusting teaching methods and learning environments. 3) Reflection on curriculum development, facilities, and technological utilisation can support Arabic language acquisition, followed by high motivation to improve students' skills
Pengembangan e-LKPD Live Worksheet Berbasis Project Based Learning Terhadap Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis dan Kepedulian Energi Siswa
Media pembelajaran e-LKPD berbasis live worksheet dikembangkan sebagai problem solving dalam pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran e-LKPD berbasis live worksheet secara spesifik dikembangkan untuk mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam IPA materi sumber energi dan perubahannya kelas IV yang termuat dalam kurikulum merdeka. Tujuan penelitian ini (1) Mengembangkan e-LKPD live worksheet berbasis PjBL terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kepedulian energi siswa kelas IV di MI Khadijah Kota Malang. (2) Mengetahui pengaruh e-LKPD live worksheet berbasis PjBL terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis kelas IV di MI Khadijah Kota Malang. (3) Mengetahui pengaruh e-LKPD live worksheet berbasis PjBL terhadap kepedulian energi siswa kelas IV di MI Khadijah Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan Plomp yang terdiri dari 5 fase yaitu fase inverstigasi awal, fase desain, fase realisasi atau konstruksi, fase tes, evaluasi, dan revisi, dan fase implementasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MI Khadijah Kota Malang, subjek penelitian adalah kelas IV. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, angket, tes, dan dokumentasi dengan teknik analisis data Kualitatif dan Kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian adalah menghasilkan media e-LKPD live worksheet berbasis PjBL dapat diakses secara online dan telah memenuhi komponen media yang sangat layak dan valid untuk digunakan dengan hasil validitas dari ahli media sebesar 96% ahli materi sebesar 93%, ahli pembelajaran sebesar 95,6%. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh e-LKPD live worksheet berbasis PjBL terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kepedulian energi siswa kelas IV di MI Khadijah Kota Malang. Hasil nilai t-hitung untuk keterampilan berpikir kritis yaitu 27,577 dengan hasil signifikasi yaitu 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima sehingga e-LKPD live worksheet berbasis PjBL dapat diterapkan oleh guru di dalam kelas untuk meningkatkat keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kepedulian energi siswa.
The Influence of Transformational Leadership and Moral Integrity on Employee Performance
Employee Performance Becomes Very Important Because the Decline in Performance of Both Individuals and Groups in an Agency Can Have a Significant Impact on a Government Agency, Namely It Will Have an Impact on the Achievement of Organizational Goals. This Research Was Conducted on Civil Servant Employees at the North Sumatra Customs Office with the Aim of Determining Transformational Leadership and Moral Integrity on Employee Performance. This Research is a Quantitative Research with a Total Sampling Technique of 142 Respondents. Data Collection Techniques Using the Transformational Leadership, Moral Integrity and Employee Performance Research Scale. The Analysis Method Used in This Research is Quantitative Descriptive The Analysis Test Tool Used is SPSS Version 25.0 with the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Method. Based on the Results of This Study, It Shows That Transformational Leadership (X1) Has a Positive and Significant Effect Partially on Employee Performance (Y). Moral Integrity (X2) Has a Positive and Significant Effect on Employee Performance (Y). The Value of Determination Coefficient (R-Square) Obtained from the Influence of Transformational Leadership and Moral Integrity on Employee Performance is 0.674. This Shows That Transformational Leadership and Moral Integrity Provide an Effective Contribution of 67.4% in Improving Employee Performance. Transformational Leadership and Moral Integrity Have a Positive and Significant Influence Simultaneously on Employee Performance
Pengembangan Modul Matematika Berbasis Lectora Inspire Untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Tentang Kecepatan dan Debit Siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah
Hasil belajar siswa merupakan salah satu alat ukur untuk melihat capaian seberapa jauh siswa dapat menguasai materi pelajaran yang telah disampaikan oleh guru. Dari hasil wawancara dengan guru yang menjabat sebagai guru kelas dan guru mata pelajaran. Bahwa kelas V di MI Hasyim Asy'ari Dampit termasuk kelas yang aktif, tetapi peserta didik tetap antusias mengikuti pelajaran. Rumusan masalah yaitu Bagaimana pengembangan modul kecepatan dan debit berbasis lectora inspire secara desaign? Apakah modul kecepatan dan debit berbasis lectora inspire dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar ? Apakah modul efisien dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar Matematika materi kecepatan dan debit?. Pada bagian metode yang dilakukan oleh peneliti untuk memperoleh proses dan hasil yang sistematis dan relevan. Penelitian yang dilakukan jenisnya adalah R&D (resourch and development), dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Kevalidan media e-modul berbasis secara kesuluran jika diprosentasekan hasilnya 86%. Kevalidan materi e-modul berbasis lectora inspire secara keseluruhan jika diprosentasekan mencapai 90%. Kevalidan pembelajaran dari e-modul berbasi lectora inspire secara keseluruhan jika diprosentasekan diperoleh hasil 89%. Dengan kreteria “sangat layak” digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Adapun dari data tabel diatas uji t signifikasinya dari perlakuan terhadap sampel kelas VA (kelas kontrol) posttest dan kelas VB (kelas eksperimen) e posttest. Menunjukkan bahwa hasil sinifikasi <0,05 maka hipotesis dapat berhasil. Adapun signifikansi perlakuan posttest dan E posttest dari tabel diatas memperoleh data 0,01 maka hipotesis variabel Y dalam penelitian dinyatakan berhasil
Penguatan Mental Spiritual Siswa Melalui Sosialisasi Dampak Pergaulan Bebas dan Penyalahgunaan Narkotika bagi Pelajar Sekolah Menengah Atas
Pengabdian ini membahas permasalahan pergaulan bebas di kalangan remaja yang menjadi fenomena sosial signifikan di Indonesia, terutama di lingkungan sekolah. Pergaulan bebas, yang sering berkaitan dengan seks bebas dan penyalahgunaan narkotika, dipicu oleh berbagai faktor, baik internal (seperti kurangnya perhatian dari orang tua) maupun eksternal (seperti pengaruh pertemanan yang negatif dan media sosial). Pengabdian bertujuan memberikan edukasi melalui kegiatan sosialisasi dampak pergaulan bebas dan penyalahgunaan narkotika bagi aktifis OSIS dan ROHIS di SMAN 12 Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan dan pembagian kuisioner untuk mengevaluasi pemahaman siswa sebelum dan setelah kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran siswa tentang dampak negatif pergaulan bebas serta pentingnya nilai-nilai agama dan moral dalam membentuk perilaku positif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya pendekatan komprehensif untuk menangani masalah pergaulan bebas di kalangan remaja, dengan strategi pencegahan yang adaptif terhadap konteks budaya lokal
