Pengaruh Lingkungan Sebagai Sumber Belajar dalam Peningkatan Pemahaman Siswa pada Pembelajaran IPA di Sekolah Dasar
Pembelajaran berbasis lingkungan menawarkan pendekatan kontekstual yang dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep IPA di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan sebagai sumber belajar dalam meningkatkan pemahaman IPA siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan, dengan mengkaji berbagai literatur, artikel, dan penelitian sebelumnya yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis lingkungan memungkinkan siswa untuk berinteraksi langsung dengan objek alam, seperti tumbuhan, air, dan tanah, sehingga memperkuat pemahaman mereka terhadap materi IPA. Pendekatan ini juga terbukti meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa karena memberikan pengalaman yang lebih relevan dan menarik. Namun, implementasi pembelajaran berbasis lingkungan menghadapi tantangan, termasuk keterbatasan fasilitas sekolah, kurangnya keterampilan guru, dan minimnya dukungan kebijakan yang relevan. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pelatihan bagi guru untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan lingkungan sebagai sumber belajar, serta pengembangan kebijakan yang mendukung pendekatan pembelajaran ini. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pembelajaran berbasis lingkungan memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPA, baik dari segi pemahaman konsep maupun motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi agar pihak sekolah dan pemerintah lebih mendukung penerapan pembelajaran berbasis lingkungan untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih kontekstual dan efektif di sekolah dasar
Consumer Satisfaction Analysis Reviewed From Store Atmosphere, Product Variation and Service Quality
Along with the development of the culinary industry, especially in the coffee shop sector, there is an increase in very tight competition between various businesses in this field. To attract customers and maintain their loyalty, every coffee shop needs to pay attention to various factors that can affect consumer experience, one of which is store atmosphere. In addition, the variety of products offered and the quality of service provided are also important elements in creating customer satisfaction. Therefore, this study aims to identify and analyze the effect of store atmosphere, product variety, and service quality on customer satisfaction at Coffee Shops in Manahan. This type of research is quantitative research, with a sample of 100 respondents. This research is quantitative research. The data required is primary data obtained through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population of the study was Coffee Shop customers in Manahan, with a sample of 100 respondents taken using the convenience purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out through several stages, namely validity testing to ensure the validity of the questionnaire, reliability testing to measure the consistency of respondents' answers, classical assumption testing which includes normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests, and multiple linear regression analysis to test the effect of independent variables on dependent variables, both simultaneously and partially. The results show that partially the variables store atmosphere, product variation, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained a result of 0.588, meaning that the variables store atmosphere (X1), product variation (X2) and service quality (X3) are able to explain the variation of the customer satisfaction variable (Y) by 0.588 or 58.8%, and the rest is explained by other variables that are not included in the model
Pembelajaran Mahāratul kalām Berbasis Lingkungan Pondok Pesantren
This study aims to explore and analyse the ability to speak (mahāratul kalām ) while learning Arabic in an Islamic boarding school environment. With a qualitative approach, this research involves students as the main subject in certain Islamic boarding schools, where data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the physical, social, and cultural environment of Islamic boarding schools strongly supports the Arabic language learning process by creating a conducive atmosphere for students to practicece speaking. Environment-based learning strategies, such as group discussions and daily dialogues, have proven to be effective in improving students' speaking skills. Despite the obstacles, such as lack of resources and the awkwardness of students, the proposed solution includes training for teachers and creating a more inclusive atmosphere. Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Berbasis Kecerdasan Buatan dalam Mengembangkan Literasi Digital di Madrasah
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dampak penggunaan aplikasi kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam proses pembelajaran disekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif, yang digunakan untuk menjelaskan dampak pemanfaatan aplikasi kecerdasan buatan dalam proses pembelajaran disekolah. Subjek penelitian mencakup kepala sekolah, guru serta siswa di sekolah. Sumber data yang digunakan berasal dari litertur, jurnal ilmiah dan temuan observasi dilapangan, sementara itu pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tiga teknik utama, yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa dampak memanfaatkan aplikasi kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam pembelajaran membawa manfaat yang besar dalam mengembangkan literasi digital disekolah. Dalam pelaksanaan tersebut di MI Raudlatussalam memanfaatkan video animasi berbasis AI dalam proses pembelajaran serta menggunakan teknologi pada pelaksanaan ujian. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa memanfaatkan aplikasi kecerdasan buatan dalam pembelajaran tidak hanya membantu siswa mengembangkan kemampuan berfikir mereka, akan tetapi membantu siswa mengenalkan siswa pada dunia digital serta mempersiapkan tantangan dimasa depan
Intuitional Branding Strategy to Strengthen Followers of the GenZi Study at Al Akbar Mosque Surabaya
This study aims to analyze the institutional branding strategy implemented by the Gen Z study community at the Al Akbar Mosque in Surabaya in strengthening the involvement and loyalty of the younger generation to mosque-based da'wah activities. The study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach to explore how the Gen Z community utilizes social media, the selection of popular sources, and institutional support from the Al Akbar Mosque in forming a positive and relevant image for young audiences. The results of the study show that Brand Identity is realized through the use of the Al Akbar Mosque logo, digital pamphlets, and consistent visual documentation on Instagram, creating a strong association with the image of the mosque as a modern da'wah institution. Brand Personality and Brand Association are strengthened by the presence of popular sources, such as Ustadz Hanan Attaki, who are relevant to the younger generation and increase the appeal of the study. In addition, Brand Benefit and Competence are reflected in the unique experiences offered, such as the implementation of the study at dawn, which creates a deep spiritual experience. A consistent institutional branding strategy, including communication through Instagram and WhatsApp groups, builds a responsive Brand Attitude and Behavior and supports the active involvement of young congregants. This study concludes that planned and consistent institutional branding is able to build strong emotional relationships and loyalty of the younger generation to the da'wah community. This strategy is an effective model in the context of digital da'wah and can be adapted by other mosques to build relevant and sustainable relationships in the digital era
Implementasi Metode Eklektik dalam Pembelajaran Mahāratul Kalām untuk Santri Pemula
This study aims to explore the application of eclectic methods in teaching mahāratul kalām among novice students in a pesantren. The eclectic method, which combines various teaching approaches, is expected to improve Mahāratul kalām Santri in a more interactive and engaging way. We collected data through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and documentation using a qualitative approach and case study design. The results of the study showed that the application of the eclectic method significantly increased the mahāratul Kalām of students, as well as increased their motivation and confidence in communicating using Arabic. Students feel more involved in the learning process when various techniques are used, such as role-playing and group discussions. Despite the challenges in preparing suitable teaching materials and time constraints, the success achieved shows that eclectic methods can be an effective solution in teaching Arabic. This study recommends the further development of eclectic methods in Arabic language teaching and offers suggestions for further research with a quantitative approach to measure impact more objectively
Problematika Verbal Bullying di Sekolah Dasar (Studi Kasus Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Al-Huda Pulau Bawean)
Fenomena verbal bullying sudah menjadi hal yang umum, terutama dikalangan peserta didik sekolah dasar. Fenomena ini banyak muncul di dalam interaksi antara peserta didik dengan lingkungannya di sekolah, seperti interaksi antara peserta didik dengan pendidik, interaksi peserta didik dengan teman sebayanya, interkasi antara pendidik dengan masyarakat dan interkasi peserta didik dengan keluarganya dirumah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui mengapa tindakan verbal bullying tetap berlangsung, bagaimana respon korban dari tindakan verbal bullying tersebut, serta bagaimana upaya guru dalam menangani fenomena verbal bullying tersebut. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu studi kasus. Rancangan studi kasus di pilih untuk mengeksplorasi probelamatika tentang verbal bullying. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil temuan mengapa verbal bullying tetap berlangsung di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Al-Huda Pulau Bawean karena: 1). Faktor lingkungan keluarga, 2). Faktor lingkungan sekolah, 3). Faktor lingkungan teman sebaya, 4). Faktor media, 5). Faktor kepribadian. Repon korban dari tindakan verbal bullying tersebut meliputi: 1.). korban tidak percaya diri, 2). Khawatir dengan lingkungan, 3). Tidak nyaman bila dekat dengan pelaku tindakan verbal bullying, 4). Sulit bersosialisasi, 5). Malu, 6). Marah, 7). Bahkan trauma. Sedangkan upaya dari pendidik dan sekolah untuk mengupayakan pencegahan dan penanganan bullying melalui video motivasi, poster di setiap kelas, pengarahan secara klasikal, dan pengarahan secara individual menyisipkan nilai-nilai karakter dalam setiap muatan mata pelajaran
Employee Performance Influenced by Company Culture and Work Discipline, and Motivation as an Intervening Variable in Education Consultants PT MentariBooks Indonesia
Employee performance is an indicator of the quality of human resources (HR) to determine the level of achievement of a department's results related to the organization's vision and to determine the positive and negative effects of operational policies taken and then reported to interested parties for evaluation purposes. The purpose of the research was carried out by educational consultants PT. Mentaribooks aims to see whether there is an influence between company culture and work discipline on employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling method was a saturated sampling method with the number of respondents being 58 employees of the education consultant section of PT Mentaribooks Indonesia. The data processing method uses multiple linear regression, t test and Sobel test. The research results show that there is a significant influence between company culture and work discipline on performance. Motivation also has a significant influence on performance. The results of the Sobel test also show that motivation also mediates the influence of company culture and work discipline on performance
Implementation of Internal Quality Standards at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Law, Ahmad Dahlan Islamic University Sinjai
This study serves as an effort to explore the implementation of the Internal Quality Standards at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Law, Universitas Islam Ahmad Dahlan, Sinjai Regency. A qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, which were then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman method. The findings indicate that the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) has been running effectively, with an average quality achievement exceeding 80%. This success is reflected in the attainment of several key indicators, such as Foreign Language Development, Learning Content, and Research Assessment, which reached 100%. However, some aspects still require improvement, particularly in research quality and alumni management, which have not yet met optimal standards. The active involvement of various stakeholders, including lecturers, students, and alumni, plays a crucial role in the success of this system. To further enhance educational quality, it is recommended to strengthen research support, optimize academic facilities, and reinforce stakeholder engagement to establish a more sustainable quality assurance system
ICT-Based Learning Management at Al-Hikmah Integrated Islamic High School, Maros District
This study is motivated by the importance of technology-based learning management in the digital era, which presents challenges for schools in integrating ICT. The aim of this research is to analyze the planning, implementation, and evaluation of technology-based learning management at SMAS Islam Terpadu Al-Hikmah Maros Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to illustrate the application of technology-based learning management at the school. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation involving school principals, vice principals, teachers, staff, and students. The data were analyzed through reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that planning is conducted by identifying technological needs, planning learning strategies that integrate ICT, and developing ICT infrastructure, including devices and networks. Implementation involves infrastructure, using digital platforms, and providing training teachers to optimize technology in learning, including ICT-based exams. Evaluation is carried out through classroom observations, analysis of student learning outcomes, and evaluation meetings to gather feedback and formulate follow-up actions. In conclusion, this study contributes to the development of ICT-based education management, with the implication that school principals need to support technology development and training for educators, educators must be creative in using ICT, students need to be more independent, and parents are expected to support by providing devices and participating in school activities
