    Epidemology Study of Hypertension Based on Risk Factors in Medical Clinic PT. KAI Daop 7 Madiun City Kediri

    In Indonesia, the prevalence of hypertension based on Basic Health Research 2018 is 34.1%. Knowing the epidemiological picture of hypertension sufferers at Klinik Mediska PT. KAI Daop 7 Madiun branch of Kediri City in August - October 2020. Data collection techniques with secondary data by total sampling in the form of data on hypertension patients who have been registered in August - October 2020. The number of hypertensive patients in the male gender is 68% and for females is 32%. ages> 65 years 36%, ages 56-65 years 34%, ages 46-55 years 20%, 36-45 years 6%, ages 26-35 years 4%. The remaining 40% of the smoking habit is 60%. had comorbidities 34%. BMI overweight 64%, normal 32%, underweight 4%.     The Relationship between the Implementation of Nursing Supervision with the Performance of Nursing in Patient Room at Dumai City General Hospital

    An assurance for the patients' health care is a nurse's quality care. In order to maintain the standard of care provided in a unit, one of the managerial responsibilities of a nurse manager is to oversee the nurses. The goal of this study was to ascertain how well nurses performed in the inpatient unit of Dumai City General Hospital in relation to the use of nursing supervision. With samples of 118 nurses, the research design described cross-sectional correlation. The research tool was a questionnaire with a 57.1% supervision and a 43.9% performance ratio. Purposive sampling was used to take the sample. The findings of the chi square analysis revealed a relationship between the performance of the nurses in the inpatient room at Dumai City General Hospital and the supervision provided by the nurse management (p=0,000=0,05). The administration of Dumai City General Hospital is hoped to strengthen nursing supervision activities in order to enhance the performance of the nurses in providing patient care

    Husband Support on Pregnant Mother's Anxiety in Facing Labor During the Covid-19 Pandemic in Tamanan Kediri 2022

    Husband's support is a very important factor in the delivery process, because the husband can foster feelings of confidence and form a strong mentality towards his wife so that anxiety and fear disappear. In addition, cooperation between family and husband in providing good support for pregnant women can also eliminate the worry of pregnant women about the delivery process that will be carried out by pregnant women. The design of this research is correlational analytic. The population in this study were pregnant women in Tamanan Village, Kediri City in May 2022.  In this study, the sampling technique used simple random sampling The research instrument is a questionnaire sheet.The results showed that half (50%) of the respondents who received good husband support experienced mild anxiety, namely as many as 6 respondents, almost all (76.92%) who received sufficient husband support experienced moderate anxiety, namely as many as 20 respondents. Based on the results of statistical tests using the Spearman Rank correlation test (Rho) on the husband's support variable (X) and anxiety level (Y) obtained ρ value = 0.002 with a confidence level of α = 0.05, it can be concluded that ρ < α then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a relationship between husband's support and anxiety levels in third trimester pregnant women. Based on the results of the study, there was an effect of husband's support on the anxiety of pregnant women in the third trimester in facing childbirth during the covid 19 pandemic in Tamanan Village, Kediri City in 2022. Suggestions for research sites to motivate husbands to increase their role psychologically throughout the process experienced by their wives includes pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum to the decision-making process in family planning

    Public Health Center waste is considered as a link in the chain of transmission of infectious diseases. Waste can contain toxic chemicals and sharp objects that can cause health problems and injuries. The purpose of this study was to explore the management of solid hazardous and toxic waste (LB3) at the Tulungagung District Health Center. The design of this study was qualitative research with a phenomenological approach with a research focus directed at exploring the management of solid hazardous and toxic waste (LB3) at the Tulungagung District Health Center. In addition, with a qualitative approach it is hoped that the situation and problems encountered in the activity can be disclosed. The informants in this study were 22 (twenty two) Sanitarians in the Public Health Center with source triangulation. The management of solid Hazardous and Toxic Waste (LB3) at the Tulungagung District Health Center is quite good, where in terms of sorting the health center has implemented the standards that apply at the local health office, namely by preparing separate containers and containers that are safe from any contamination, then in terms of storage the health center has also implemented an effective storage system. However, there are some drawbacks starting from transportation, where in terms of transportation to the destruction of waste, most health centers cooperate with third parties, however, transportation is carried out by parties when it is not in accordance with standards where there is often a delay in transporting waste so that it accumulates in the environment for some time health center, apart from that during transport it also keeps the health center workers busy by collecting them outside of the health center working hours

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the seeking behavior of traditional health services in the working area of ​​Puskesmas Bluto with a case control study design on 96 respondents who have visited traditional health services by Hattra and Nakestrad. The results of the study through statistical tests with the chi square test with an alpha value of 0.05 showed that several factors had a significant relationship, gender, age, education, attitudes, perceptions of healthy illness, perceptions of traditional medicine and subjective views with alpha values ​​<0.05. to traditional health services. In addition, several variables were found that showed no significant relationship with alpha values> 0.05, namely marital status, employment, income and knowledge

    In carrying out its function as a health-oriented development center, a community empowerment center, a primary health care center, and a primary individual health service center, the puskesmas is required to provide mandatory health efforts and development health efforts. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of administrative procedures and behavior of officers on maternal and child health polices on outpatient satisfaction at UPTD Puskesmas Nimasi, North Central Timor Regency. The design of this study was an observational quantitative study with a cross sectional approach with the focus of the research directed to be to analyze the effect of administrative procedures and behavior of officers on maternal and child health polices on outpatient satisfaction at the UPTD Puskesmas Nimasi, North Central Timor Regency with a population of 350 respondents and samples as many as 42 respondents were taken by accidental sampling technique. The findings found that nearly half of respondents had administrative procedures in the sufficient category of 19 respondents (45.2%). In addition, almost half of the respondents had sufficient behavioral categories of 20 respondents (47.6%). And also the majority of respondents had a quite satisfied category satisfaction of 22 respondents (52.3%). The results of the study using the Multiple Linear Regression Test showed that with a p-value of 0,000 <0.05, H1 was accepted so it was concluded that there was simultaneously an effect of administrative procedures and the behavior of officers on maternal and child health polices on outpatient satisfaction at UPTD Puskesmas Nimasi District North Central Timor with 76.9% influence. It is expected that outpatients can provide criticism and input related to services expected by patients when conducting health checks at the health center

    Family Support for Prevention of Recurrent Stroke Events for Stroke Patients

    Someone with a history of stroke has a greater tendency to experience a repeat stroke, especially if risk factors are not addressed properly, which is one of the lack of vigilance behavior in the early detection of prevention of recurrent stroke prevention. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between family support and recurrence of stroke among stroke patients. This research design is correlation analytic. The population in this study were all stroke patients with accidental sampling techniques obtained 98 respondents. The independent variable is family support while the dependent variable is the incidence of recurrent stroke. The test used is rho spearment. The results showed that the majority of respondents were good family support as many as 54 respondents (55.1%). Most respondents of the first stroke were 71 respondents (72.4%). Based on the results of the analysis using the  spearment rho test. The results obtained p = 0.006 There is a relationship of family support with the recurrent of strokes. The existence of family support is a support that is able to provide emotional strength, family affection and attention to increase the spirit of making efforts to prevent recurrent strokes

    Knowledge and Attitudes of Young Women about the First 1000 Days of Life (HPK) in Stunting Prevention

    Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem, globally stunting affects around 21.3% of. Nationally, the prevalence of stunting is 24.4%, which is still far from the government's target of 14% in 2024. The government's efforts to improve nutrition include the Nutrition Improvement Movement program in the first 1000 days of life or the 1000 HPK Movement. Good knowledge and attitude regarding the 1000 HPK is especially important for adolescents, it needs to be equipped early on so that in the future they can prepare for a good quality pregnancy and become the basis for changing nutritional behavior to reduce nutritional problems. The purpose of this research is to know the description of the knowledge and attitudes of young women about 1000 HPK in stunting prevention. The research method used descriptive research carried out in April-June 2022 with a total sample of 100 grade 11 and 12 students at SMAN (State High School) in the Palu city area which was taken using a cluster stratified sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by univariate analysis. The results showed that most of the respondents had sufficient knowledge about 1000 HPK, namely 66%, and had a negative attitude, namely 67%. The conclusion of this study is that the description of the knowledge and attitudes of young women in SMAN Palu city is mostly with sufficient knowledge and a negative attitude. In order to maximize the increase in knowledge and attitudes of young women about 1000 HPK, the school should cooperate with the puskesmas (public health center) to provide health education about 1000 HPK as a form of stunting prevention

    Anti Acne Cream Formulation Ethanol Extract of Katuk Leaves (Sauropus androgynus (L.) Merr against Staphylococcus Epidermis and Staphylococcus Aureus

    Acne is a skin problem that generally occurs during puberty. Under normal conditions, during puberty, there are Staphylococcus epidermal bacteria and Propionibacterium acnes that proliferate so that inflammation occurs, causing acne on the skin. Since ancient times, our ancestors believed in the use of natural ingredients to treat various diseases, one of which was katuk leaves. Katuk plants have secondary metabolic compounds such as alkaloids, saponins, flavonoids and tannins. The potential of Katuk leaves has been tested for many pharmacological activities, such as antibacterial, antihypertensive, anti-infective, antihyperlipidemic, antianemic and also increases milk production. Katuk leaves are often used in the form of extracts as antibacterial, so it needs to be developed into a pharmaceutical preparation to increase its use. One of the pharmaceutical preparations is cream preparations to treat the causes of acne. This study aims to determine the ability of katuk leaf extract cream to act as an antibacterial against Staphylococcus Epidermis and Staphylococcus Aureus bacteria.. The design of this study is an experimental method, making katuk leaf extract by maceration method by immersing in 70% ethanol solution for 5 days. After 5 days, the pulp and filtrate were separated and then evaporated using a Vacuum Rotary Evaporator to obtain a thick extract. The preparation of katuk leaf extract cream was carried out with a concentration of 10%, 15%, 20% and an antibacterial test was carried out using the pitting method. The antibacterial test results of the katuk leaf cream extract showed an inhibition zone marked with a clear area around the well. Katuk leaf extract cream was able to inhibit the growth of S. aureus and S. epidermis bacteria with the best concentration in formula 3, namely the concentration of katuk leaf extract of 20%

It was found from the results of the study of this article that the implementation of accreditation has not been cultured optimally, this is because some views of the accreditation process are momentum and technical in nature. Therefore this view must be changed, through improvements from various aspects. Things that can be done such as change together, commitment, creating a service focus on patient health and safety, and creating healthy hospital management
