Relationship Between Post Partum Mother's Knowledge About The Importance Of Colostrum And Mother's Interest In Giving Colostrum
The World Health Organization (WHO) shows that there are 170 million malnourished children worldwide. One of the effects is not to provide breast milk (breast milk) first, namely colostrum as initial immunity in children. A preliminary study at the Tiron Health Center in April 2023 found that only 10% of babies were breastfed after the first birth.This study wants to prove whether there is a relationship between postpartum maternal knowledge about the importance of colostrum with maternal interest in giving colostrum to infants This study is a relational analytical research using a cross sectional approach. The population in this study was 180 people with incidental sampling techniques. The variable measured is Post Partum Mother's Knowledge of the Importance of Colostrum as an independent variable, while the dependent variable is the mother's interest in giving colostrum to her baby.The results obtained from this study are that almost all (80%) maternity mothers have good knowledge and only a small percentage (10%) of mothers have sufficient knowledge and (10%) mothers have less knowledge about colostrum. The statistical test used in this study is the Spearman Rho test obtained calculation results with a significant value of ρ value = 0.000 while α = 0.05. Since the significant value is smaller than α = 0.05, H1 is accepted, thus There is a relationship between the mother's postpartum knowledge of the importance of colostrum and the mother's interest in giving colostrum to the baby.As a health teanaga who knows the importance of breastfeeding (breast milk) the first is colostrum. Let's make the 0-6 month breastfeeding program a success for babies, so that they can give birth to more qualified future generations
Relationship between Knowledge and Attitudes of Parents About IPV ( Inactivated Poliovirus Vaccine)Immunization at the Age of 4 – 18 Months
Parents' knowledge and attitudes about Inactivated Poliovirus Vaccine IPV immunization are very important to improve children's health status. Children under 5 years old are a vulnerable phase to disease and vulnerable to death caused by viruses. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes of parents about immunization ipv at age 4 – 18 months. This study uses a correlation analytic method with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used accidental sampling on mothers of babies who came for IPV immunization and obtained a sample of 42 respondents. How to get data by distributing questionnaires, the data analysis technique used the Spearman Rank correlation test. Out of 42 respondents, the results of the study obtained good knowledge of 15 respondents and showed positive attitude of 24 respondents, and 24 respondents with sufficient knowledge with a negative attitude of 18 respondents. Spearman Rank correlation test obtained significant results of 0.000 <0.05 which means there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes of parents about IPV immunization at the age of 4-18 months
Efforts to Increase Breast Milk Production through Techniques Hypnobreastfeeding in Postpartum Mothers in Tamanan Village, Kediri City in 2023
Hypnobreastfeeding is a relaxation technique that helps smooth the breastfeeding process in a holistic manner that pays attention to the mind, body and soul of breastfeeding mothers. The purpose of this research is to increase breast milk production in postpartum mothers through the hypnobreastfeeding technique. This research design is a pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest design and the population in this study was postpartum mothers. The results showed that half (50%) of the respondents who received good husband support experienced mild anxiety, namely as many as 6 respondents, almost all (76.92%) who received sufficient husband support experienced moderate anxiety, namely as many as 20 respondents. Based on the results of statistical tests using the Wilcoxon signed rank test, it is known that the p value of 0.001 is smaller than the value of α = 0.05 (0.002 < 0.05) so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is an effect of providing hypnobreastfeeding techniques on breast milk production in mothers postpartum in Tamanan Village, Kediri City. Suggestions for research sites to motivate postpartum mothers to try to increase breast milk production by using the hypnobreastfeeding technique
The Relationship between Parenting Patterns and Gross Motor Development in Pre-School Children
Development is psychological change as a result of the process of maturation of psychological and physical functions in children, which is supported by environmental factors and the learning process over a certain period of time towards maturity. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parenting patterns and gross motor development in pre-school children at TKIT Bina Insani, Mojoroto District, Kediri. The design of this research is correlation analytic. The population in this study were all parents and pre-school children at Bina Insani Islamic Kindergarten. In accordance with predetermined research criteria, In accordance with predetermined research criteria, a sample of 48 respondents was obtained. The results of data analysis using the Fisher's Exact Test show that p-value = 0.000 at α = 0.05, because p-value < α then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means there is a relationship between sharpening patterns and gross motor development in pre-school children in TKIT Bina Insani, Mojoroto District, Kediri. It is hoped that we can develop outreach to parents so that parents can develop honing patterns that suit the child's needs so that the child's gross motor development can run well
Differences in Sleep Quantity in Babies Aged 3-6 Months between before and after the Massage Babies at Posyandu Anggrek Pojok Village of Kediri City in 2023
Sleep is one of the growth factors for babies. Where during sleep all the muscles stop working and the nerves work according to their position. Putting a baby to sleep is not easy, there are many things we have to do. Sometimes babies' sleep is not optimal, this is due to many factors, one of which is because the body is tired after excessive activity. From the initial survey conducted by researchers at Posyandu anggrek Pojok Village, Kediri City in 2023, there were 10 babies, babies who were fussy and after having a baby massage experienced a sound sleep (40%), babies who had not had a baby massage and experienced disturbances in their sleep (60 %). This shows that babies who have not had massage experience problems sleeping. The aim of this study was to determine the difference in sleep quantity in babies aged 3-6 months between before and after baby massage at Posyandu anggrek Pojok Village, Kediri City in 2023. The design used in this research was pre-experiment, with pre-test and post-test methods. The variables measured in this study were (Y1) the quantity of baby sleep before the baby massage and (Y2) the quantity of baby sleep after the baby massage. This research uses the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test statistical test. The results of the research from a total of 20 respondents showed that the baby's sleep quantity was good after baby massage and previously the baby's sleep quantity was insufficient (80%), while the baby's sleep quantity was good after baby massage and previously the baby's sleep quantity was sufficient (20%). The results of data analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test statistical test at a significance level of α = 0.05 showed statistical test results with a significance value of p = 0.000 < 0.05, which means that H0 was rejected, meaning there was a difference in the quantity of baby sleep between before and after baby massage. at Posyandu anggrek Pojok Village, Kediri City in 2023. Based on the results of this research, it is hoped that the respondent's family will carry out baby massage because the benefits of baby massage are very good for optimizing growth and development in babies
The Effect Of Consumption Of Green Bean Juice On Exclusive Breastfeeding Mothers On Infant Weight Gain
The prevalence of exclusive breastfeeding tends to decrease in general due to the desire of parents for rapid growth of their baby's weight, especially the promotion of formula milk which is increasingly intensive. Breast milk is the single best source of nutrition for babies because it contains Fats, Carbohydrates, proteins, Vitamins, Minerals, Water and natural protective substances that can protect babies against various diseases. Green beans are one of the lagtogogum plants that contain vitamin tiamin and polyphenols that can increase breast milk production. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving green bean juice on infant weight gain in breastfeeding mothers exclusively breastfed. Quasy experimental type of research with pretest and post test design with nonequivalent control group design. The study was conducted from September to November 2020 in the Working Area of UPT Puskesmas Sebangar Bengkalis Regency with a population of 189 mothers having babies aged (0-6) months with a total sample of 32 people, purposive sampling technique. Giving green bean juice is done once a day as much as 300 ml for 14 consecutive days. Data processing using an independent sample t test. From the results of the study, the average weight gain of babies in the experimental group was 468.74 grams while the average weight gain of the control group babies was only 290.62 grams. In the independent test of the t-test sample, a p value = 0.021 was obtained, where the p value of ≤ 0.05 Ha was received, meaning that there was an effect of giving mung bean juice on infant weight gain in breastfeeding mothers exclusively in the Working Area of UPT Sebangar Health Center, Bengkalis Regency. It is recommended that breastfeeding mothers can consume Green Bean Juice to help smooth milk production, so as to increase baby weight gain in exclusive breastfeeding mothers
The Role Of Social Environment On The Development Of Pre-School Age Children (3-5 Years) In Dharma Wanita Tosaren Ii Kindergarten School Kediri City
A negative social environment can cause the delayed process of giving stimulation, especially cognitive stimulation to children. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between the role of social environment and development of pre-school children (3-5 years) at Dharma Wanita Tosaren II Kindergarten, Kediri City. This study used correlational analytic design with cross sectional approach. Respondents were taken by accidental sampling technique. There were 35 children as the sample. The independent variable is the role of social environment and the dependent variable is development of pre-school children (3-5 years). Researcher analyzed the result with spearman rank statistical test. The results showed that the role of social environment were 29 (83%) in a good category. In addition, the development of pre-school children (3-5 years) were 32 (91%) in the appropriate category. The significance level was 0.000 < = 0.05 means that H0 was rejected and H1 is accepted. It was concluded that there was a strong relationship in the role of social environment and development of pre-school children (3-5 years). Teachers and parents were recommended to provide a good stimulation, facilitate and give a positive to children so that they are able to improve their abilities well
The Influence of Playdough on Increasing Fine Motoric Movement in the Fingers of 5 Year Old Children at Ar-Ruhama' Kindergarten and Independent Pkk Kindergarten, Patokan Village, Bantaran District, Probolinggo Regency
One aspect of development that is very important to be developed in kindergarten is the ability of fine motor movements. Fine motor movements are body movements that use small muscles or fine muscle are related to the activity of putting or holding an object using the fingers. To analyze the effect of playing playdough media in on the improvement of fine motor movements in the fingers of children aged 5 years in Ar-Ruhama’ Kindergarten and PKK Mandiri Kindergarten, Patokan Village Bantaran District Regency Probolinggo. The study use a Quasy Experimental design with a pretest and posttest control group design. The sample in this study was 64 respondents consisting of 32 control groups and 32 intervention groups with Purposive sampling technique. This research was conducted for 4 consecutive days within 25 minutes and the measurement of the level of fine motor achievement was using an observation sheets. In the intervention group, before being given playing playdough media, they were first given a pretest and then given a posttest week, but the control group was not given playdough playing media intervention. This study use the Wilcoxon test.The results of statistical test in the intervention group obtained a e p value was 0.002 (<0.05) Ha was accepted,this means that there is an influence of playdough playing media on the improvement of fine motor movements in the fingers of preschool-aged children (5 years). The Effect Of Health Education On Knowledge In The Prevention Of Congestive Heart Failure For At-Risk Groups
Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) A condition where the heart fails to pump blood to meet the nutrient and oxygen needs of the body's cells. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of health education on knowledge in the prevention of congestive heart failure for at-risk groups. The research method used is experiment/intervention, pre- experimental design. The population in this study were all participants who were at risk of congestive heart failure in the work area of Upt.Galang District Health Center Tolitoli. The sampling used was purposive sampling so that the sample in this study was based on certain characteristics which were considered to have a relationship with previously known population characteristics. The results showed that after being given health education, p-value = 0,00≥α=0,05 means that there is a significant effect on changes in the level of knowledge after health education is carried out. The conclusion is that there is a significant effect on changes in the level of knowledge after being given health education
The Influence Of Health Education Counseling Methods On Knowledge Of Preconceptional Nutrition On Future Bride
Nutritional status during the preconception period is one of the determinants of the smooth process of pregnancy to delivery. The premarital period can be associated with the preconception period. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of health education counseling methods on knowledge about preconception nutrition On Future Bride.This study used the one-group pretest-posttest design method. The sample in this study was 16 respondents taken using a non-probability sampling technique. The research instruments used were counseling methods and questionnaires. The research results were analyzed using the Wilcoxon statistical test. The results of the research showed that p-value was 0.001 < α (0.05) so there is an influence of health education counseling methods on knowledge about preconception nutrition in prospective brides. It is hoped that health workers can become a reference for applying health education for prospective brides about preconception nutrition as a means to increase knowledge
