    Weaning Breast Milk Age As Factor Cause Of Nutritional Status Of Children Aged 0-2 Years In Jeli Posyandu Karangrejo Village District Tulungagung Year 2019

    Toddlers are groups of children who are in the process of growth and development that is unique, meaning that it has a pattern of growth and physical development can determine the nutritional status of children. Nutritional status is a state of balance between intake and nutrient requirements needed by the body for growth and development, especially for children under five, which could be affected by weaning is a process cessation of lactation gradually or all at once. Age weaning is done too early can have an impact on the nutritional status of children <1 year. This study aims to determine the age of weaning breastfeeding relationship with ststus nutrition of children aged 0-2 years in Poyandu Jelly Village, District Karangrejo, Tulungagung in 2019. The study design was analytical research retrospektive approach. The population is all the mothers who have children aged 0-2 years and had weaned him. Subjects were toddlers usi 0-2 years who had been weaned by his mother in Posyandu Jellies, District Karangrejo, Tulungagung in 2019 by 30 respondents with accidental sampling technique. The collection of data by using sheet kuosioner then analyzed using Spearman Rho. The results showed that the weaned child aged 13-24 months gained as much as 8 normal nutritional status of children (72.7%) and the weaned child aged 0-6 months less nutritional status of 8 children (100%), the results of analysis p value = 0,000 with α = 0.05 means there is a relationship of age of weaning breastfeeding and nutritional status of children aged 0-2 years in Poyandu jelly Village, District Karangrejo, Tulungagung in 2019. With the results of these studies, need to increase information about the importance of proper breastfeeding weaning age that had no impact on the nutritional status of children in the IHC

    Program Implementation Analysis Of School Health Unit Program In SD Negeri 3 Kepanjen

    School-aged children are a critical age group because at that age a child is vulnerable to health problems. In addition to being susceptible to health problems, school age children are also at a very sensitive condition to the stimulus. The general purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of School Health Program in SD Negeri 3 Kepanjen The design of this research was quantitative with cross sectional approach. The population of this research was all students in SD Negeri 3 Kepanjen Malang Regency. The sample size was 103 respondents taken by Simple Random Sampling technique. Variable dependent implementation of School Health Unit, independent variable knowledge, attitude, facilities and infrastructure, and teachers and health workers. The result of analysis using logistic regression. The result of the research shows that there is a correlation between knowledge with the implementation of UKS with value 0.000, there is relationship between attitude with UKS implementation with value 0,000, there is relationship between means of infrastructure with UKS implementation with value 0,026, there is relation between teacher and health worker with UKS implementation with ρ value 0.000, The more influential factor with the implementation of UKS with value of ρ value 0,000 is the knowledge variable. In order for the implementation of School Health Unit to run properly and actively, it requires the knowledge and attitude of the students and the supporting facilities that can be used to implement the School Health Unit program. The existence of guidance from teachers and health workers is also very necessary to support the implementation of School Health Unit. &nbsp

    Indirect factors of maternal death are late knowing the danger signs of pregnancy. In recognizing complications of pregnancy is the use of KIA books. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of knowledge, attitudes, the role of health workers and family support on early detection of pregnancy danger signs on the quality of utilization of MCH books in the Kesamben District Health Center in Jombang Regency.       The design of the study is quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The study was conducted in December 2018 with a population of 564 and samples of 234 pregnant women with a claster sample random sampling technique. Data collection of independent and dependent variables with questionnaire instruments and processed using editing, coding, scoring and tabulating and tested with Ordinal Regression test.      The results of the ordinal regression statistical test found that there was an effect of knowledge, attitudes, roles of officers and family support on the quality of utilization of MCH books with a fourth variable significance value <0.05. Family support has the highest wald value so that it has a more dominant influence on the quality of the utilization of MCH books.      It was concluded that with family support variables as the dominant variable. This research is expected that pregnant women seek information related to pregnancy so that they can prepare for delivery safely and comfortably

    The incidence of acute respiratory infections occurs due to poor air environmental conditions both inside and outside the home environment. The purpose of this study to analyze the physical condition of the house and the behavior of the community against the occurrence of acute respiratory infections in the work area of ​​Soe City Central Public Health East Central South District. This research design is correlational analytic with Cross sectional approach. The population studied by all ISPA patients in Soe City  Public Health Central of South East Central District Regency with 358 people, with Simple Random Sampling technique obtained 189 respondents. Independent variable of house physical condition (Ventilation X1, X2 Lighting, X3 density, Floor type X4), community behavior X5 with dependent variable of acute respiratory infections occurrence. Data collection using observation. Data analysis with Ordinal Regression test, α = 0,05. The result of this research shows that almost half of the respondents have sufficient category behavior, that is 73 respondents (38,6%) and most of respondent have mild category of ISPA, that is 114 respondent (60,3%). Result of Ordinal Regression analysis simultaneously known there is influence of house physical condition and behavior of society collectively to ISPA event in work area of ​​Soe City Health Center South East Middle Regency (p-value = 0,000 < = 0,05). Partially, there is the effect of ventilation (p = 0,030), lighting (p = 0,030), occupancy density (p = 0,043), floor type (p = 0,049), and community behavior (p = 0,014) Environmental conditions that do not meet the health requirements will reduce the air quality in the room, the condition is exacerbated the lack of public behavior in maintaining environmental hygiene so that the air in the house a good place for the development of virus causes acute respiratory infections. Therefore it is expected for health institutions concerned to participate in improving the quality of public health by doing counseling related to healthy home and acute respiratory tract infection prevention behavior

    Satisfaction patient is positive the evaluation of the dimensions of services or.Services can be evaluated a small portion of service.It was subjective, is difficult to measure, can berubah-ubah, and a lot of factor influential dimension in a total of human life. Methods used in this research is used the etnometodologi. And techniques of data collection in the sampling method of purposive technique was used in the study. A population that used in research it is a whole join the bpjs ( a body of the social security coverage) that his first facilities are Puskesmas Ciptomulyo Malang city. This research result indicates that the existence of of satisfaction with the service provided by paramedics who is in Puskesmas Ciptomulyo Malang city of respondents (patients) and triangulation of (community figure). Although there were several respondents (patients) feel not satisfied with the services provided they received for medical treatment, because the services from the officer who is unfriendly (judes), waiting time which is too long, space examination which is quite narrow, the officers did not quick response, lack of seating chairs when patients full of, and the limited parking lot. Based on the research that has been carried out , from the five of factors affect a patient begins to satisfaction of: (1) conformity between hope and the fact, (2) services during the process of enjoy services, (3) behavior personnel, (4) the atmosphere and the physical condition of the environment, and (5) promotion or advertisements are in accordance with the fact, and the most dominant influence satisfaction patient is factor the conformity of hope by the fact patients acquire during which the patient services at a public health center Ciptomulyo Malang city

    Police officer holds a very important role in giving first aid to the traffic crash victim if there are limitations of medical officer to provide help. They certainly have special experience in giving first aid to traffic crash victims besides their main duties as police officer. This research was used qualitative phenomenological design to explore and to elucidate in-depth about the experience of police officers in providing first aid for traffic crash victims. There are 4 participants who served in traffic accident unit police station district of Trenggalek. This study Instruments are including researcher as core instruments and other supporting tools in the form of in-dept interview guide sheets, tape recorder, notebooks and camera. Data collected through a comprehensive interview and processed into transcript then analyzed. The research results obtained by two major themes, victim identification dan first aid skills. The conclusion is that the police officer to provide help to the victims to save their lives. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the ability of the police to conduct and recognize the condition of victims of traffic accidents and the ability to provide first aid to victims of traffic accidents. So that the safety of accident victims the midle of limited medical services outside the hospital increase

    The Effect of Physical Activities and Strength Exercise to Proprioseptive Stimulation on Life Quality Improvement in Elderly

    Background: The increase of life expectancy is one indicator of public health, especially in Indonesia. The elderly in Indonesia in 2020 is predicted to increase to 28.8 million, and in 2025 it is predicted to increase to 36 million (BAPENNAS).The increase number of elderly people and changes in quality  their life certainly have an impact on life. Changes in life processes and quality of life is closely related to physical activity carried out by an elderly person. Objective: This study aims to identify changes in quality of life in the elderly after being given physical activity interventions and strength exercise  with proprioceptive stimulation. Methods: This research is an experimental quasy study with randomized pre and post test group design. Determination of samples based on inclusion criteria until the minimum number of samples was fulfilled. The sample was in one group. Determination of groups using randomize tables then was carried out pre-test in both groups using the WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire The group is given an intervention physical activity strength exercise with proprioceptive stimulation. Physical activity interventions and strength exercise with proprioceptive stimulation were given for 1 month then post-test. Data were analyzed by using paired sample t-test. Result: The data of the study showed the mean value of the Mean ± SD of the quality of life of the respondents in the group before being given physical activity and strength exercise with proprioceptive stimulation of 53.61 ± 3,952, and after being given physical activity and strength exercise with proprioceptive stimulation was  equal to 62.00 ± 3,992, with p value (value) that is 0,000 < 0,05. Conclusion: Based on the data above shows that there is an increase in quality of life after physical activity intervention and strength exercise with proprioceptive stimulatio

      Adolescents are the next generation of the nation, in Indonesia Adolescents have a considerable proportion. But juvenile delinquency is increasingly worrying, among others, free sex. This is because not yet the maximum sex education provided to adolescents, including information media. In health education the media has an important influence in delivering information. Mind Mapping was chosen as a medium in delivering sex education information. This study aims to determine the effect of giving sex education with media mind mapping to knowledge Research was conducted at SMPN 1 Bandung Tulungagung on February 4 - 12, 2018 to 50 respondents. Design Experimental with pre test - post test design. The population of all class VIII students with simple random sampling technique was in accordance with the inclusion criteria. The results showed that before being given sex education as many as 21 respondents had good grades. after being given sex education brain mopping 33 respondents had good grades. The Wilcoxon Test Sign Rank Test results show a value of p 0,000 (p <α) which means H0 is rejected. Brain mopping is more attractive to the brain because of the use of images, colors and keywords. It is recommended for further researchers to further examine the use of educational aids media

    To prevent the complications of hypoglycemia in people with diabetes, good and proper health education can increase the awareness of people with diabetes to want to change behavior in undergoing treatment programs so that sugar levels can be controlled and prevent various acute complications, especially complications of hypoglycemia. Increased knowledge is the basic principle of overcoming hypoglycemia in patients with diabetes mellitus independently and intensively.  Education and behavior have shown a reduced risk of hypoglycemia for patients with diabetes mellitus. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of hypoglycemic education on the incidence of hypoglycemia.            This study used a Quasi Experiment design, the experimental design used was The Pretest-Posttest design without a control group. The technique used was total sampling. The sample used in this study was DM sufferers who came to Posyandu Lansia Desa Balowerti who had health problems with diabetes mellitus. Bivariate analysis was performed with a statistical test dependent sample t-test (paired t test.) The number of samples taken was Diabetes Mellitus patients who came to the posyandu of elderly balowerti, with a total of 20 respondents. The study was conducted in September 2019.               The statistical test results obtained p value of 0.048, which means p value is less than alpha (P <0.05) which means Ho is rejected, so it can be concluded that there are differences in blood sugar levels of patients with diabetes mellitus before education and after diabetes exercise posyandu elderly balowerti village of Kediri

    Youth is a great potential for nation progressed. However, if it’s not properly nurtured or left alone, adolescents may develop in a negative direction, and will become a burden for the state. While the current conditions, according to the results of the RPJMN indicator survey in 2012, many teenagers who have been dating and behaving courtship excess. As a result, it leads to unwanted pregnancies and ultimately performs unsafe abortion acts because the teenage couple are not yet ready to build a family. this study research is to know the correlation between knowledge and attitude toward sexual behaviour of teenagers who are domiciled in several of dormitories in Anyelir Street of English Village Pare-Kediri. In this study research method uses cross-sectional. This study research was conducted in several dormitories in Anyelir Street of English Village Pare-Kediri. With total samples were 149 teenagers who have fulfilled the criteria. For data analysis uses multiple linear regression statistic test. this study research can be assumed that from 149 teenagers there were 70 or 47% of teenagers had sufficient knowledge, while, the attitudes can be elucidated that from 149 teenagers were 79 or 53% of teenagers had sufficient attitudes, whereas the behaviour can be elucidated that from 149 teens were 120 or 80.5% Never had intercourse. Based on this study research result of statistic test by multiple linear regression, it is known that the sig value. F = 0,000 <α 0.05, so, the hypothesis accepted which means there is a correlation between knowledge, attitudes toward teenager’s sexual behaviour that domiciled in several of dormitories in Anyelir Street of English Village Pare-Kediri. Behaviour has closed relation to knowledge and attitude because by good knowledge premarital sex can avoid negative attitude toward the opposite sex so it can control teen’s libido such as kissing, hugging then to reduce the risk of pregnant before marriage and it can cause infectious disease by intercourse before marriage.
