Curcumin is the most active component of turmeric. Curcumin is a herbal antioxidant that has a protective effect against metal exposure or poisoning such as lead exposure. The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of curcumin administration on lead acetate-induced mice spermatogonia, spermatocytes, and spermatids. Metode: 30 Balb / c mice (Mus musculus), divided into 5 groups. Group K- was the control group, the K + group was the group given lead acetate 0.075 g / KgBW 1x / day for 35 days, the K1 group was the group that was given curcumin 100 mg / KgBW 1x / day for 3 days then continued with 100 mg / day curcumin. KgBW + lead acetate 0.075 g / KgBW 1x / day for 35 days, the K2 group was the group given 200 mg / KgBB curcumin 1x / day for 3 days then continued with curcumin 200 mg / KgBW + lead acetate 0.075 g / KgBB 1x / day for 35 days, and the K3 group was the group that was given curcumin 400 mg / KgBW 1x / day for 3 days then continued with curcumin 400 mg / KgBW + lead acetate 0.075 g / KgBW 1x / day for 35 days Result: The results showed a significant difference in the number of spermatogonia cells in the K + and K2 groups, a significant difference in the number of spermatocytes in the K + and K2 groups, a significant difference in the number of spermatid cells in the K + with K2 and K3 groups.. Conclusion: Curcumin 200 mg / KgBW significantly protects the number of spermatogonia cells, spermatocytes, and spermatids of mice induced by lead acetate
The Correlation Between Nursing Knowledge Of Surgical Wound Infections And The Method Of Surgical Wound Infection Prevention In Inpatient Ward Of Prima Husada Hospital
(SWI) Surgical Wound Infection is an infection that often occurs in patients after surgery. Most of Surgical Wound Infection comes from the pathogen endogenous flora of the patient's skin, mucous membranes. In addition there are exogenous Suber from the operating area. In this case the knowledge of nurses in Inpatient Installation greatly influences the method of nurse in prevention of the Surgical Wound Infection. The design of this study is a correlation study. The populations were nurses at the Inpatient Installation of Prima Husada Hospital, with inclusion and exclusion criteria by using purposive sampling technique. The results of research on nurses 'knowledge of the Surgical Wound Infection were not good; 19 respondents (45.2%) and nurses’ method on prevention of Surgical Wound Infection was not good; 20 respondents (47.6%). The results of normality test data with Chi square test can be known that (p) obtained is 0,000 (p <0.05). The obtained data is normal data. The results of correlation test using the Pearson Correlation between nurses 'knowledge of the SWI and SWI Prevention method in the Inpatient Installation of Prima Husada Hospital can be found that (p) obtained on nurses' knowledge is 0.023, and on nurse method is 0.023 (p <0.05) . It mean there is a correlation between nurses' knowledge of the Surgical Wound Infection and Surgical Wound Infection preventive method at the Prima Husada Hospital Inpatient Installation. The statistical correlation can be said that the better the knowledge of nurses and the better the prevention method of the Surgical Wound Infection. This result will reduce the number of Surgical Wound Infection.

The Effect Of Learning Methods On Motivation And Results Of Learning Skill Lab Physical Examination Of Baby Students Midwifery Stikes Husada Jombang
Learning method is a presentation technique that is mastered by a teacher to present subject matter to students in the class either individually or in groups so that the subject matter can be absorbed, understood and utilized by students. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of learning methods on motivation and learning outcomes of the skills of the midwifery student's physical examination lab.
The research design used was True Experimental Design (randomized Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design.) Independent variable learning method, dependent variable motivation, learning outcomes. Dependent variable data collection using quisioner and observation. The study population was all V semester midwifery students at Stikes Husada Jombang. Simple random sampling sampling technique with a sample of 60 students.
Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed rank test. Based on the results of the Wilcoxon statistical test between learning motivation before and after the simulation p = 0.003 where p <α (0.05), the results of the Wilcoxon statistical test between learning outcomes before and after the method obtained p = 0,000 where p <α (0.05) , While the homogeneity test using the lavene test obtained a value of p = 0,000 <value α = 0.05, meaning that the data in the sample data group were homogeneous or had the same variant.Efforts to overcome the problematic problem in the implementation of the physical examination of the baby midwifery students of Stikes Husada Jombang who have capable quality can be overcome by demonstration learning methods, simulations and role play that lead to increased learning outcomes, ie all students in the group giving learning methods are proficient in physical examination the baby and student motivation also affect the learning outcomes of the baby's physical examination lab skills.

The instruments used were questionnaire sheets and observation sheets . Analysis of the data used is univariate analysis.
Based on the results of measurements returned to a sample of 308 children who had been declared stunted it was known that there were only 119 children who were declared stunting. This happens because there are errors in measurement during posyandu activities, measurement results at posyandu are not well documented so the reported data does not match the data in the field.
The conclusion in this study is that the high number of stunting is not entirely caused by cases in the field, but errors in measurement and reporting are the main contribution in increasing the stunting level. It is necessary to conduct training on posyandu management for posyandu facilitators

From the ordinal regression statistical test, the p-value value in the knowledge factor p = 0.005 <0.05, on the attitude factor p = 0.000 <0.05. The magnitude of influence is indicated by the value of Estimate. Knowledge variable with 2.743, while attitude variable with estimate value 26.911. Based on the results of the estimate value or the magnitude of the largest or dominant influence lies in the attitude variable with an estimated value of 26.911. So it can be concluded that the most dominant factor influencing behavior is an attitude factor with an effect of 26,911 times.
In the use of food additives for the processing of food to be sold it must be appropriate and correct according to the applicable dosages and conditions.
