    No full text
The latest data on the coverage of active FP participants Contraceptive Prevalence Rate (CPR) in Indonesia reaches 61.4%, and this figure is quite a high achievement rate among ASEAN countries. However, the methods used are mostly short-term methods such as pills and injections. According to data from Indonesian health resources, family planning acceptors who use injections are 30.8%, pills 13.2%, IUDs 4.8%, implants 2.8%, tubectomy 3.1%, and condoms 1.3%. One of the methods of injection KB that is widely used is Depo Medroxyprogesterone Acetate (DMPA) and Cyclofem. Unlike the contraceptive Cyclofem which does not interfere with the menstrual cycle because of the presence of estrogen in cyclofem, DMPA injectable contraception has side effects, namely causing the hormone estrogen to be imbalanced because DMPA only contains progesterone, causing a decrease in HDL (High Density Lipoprotein) and an increase in LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein). ) this will result in an increase in total cholesterol. In this study, the research design used was a comparative analysis, namely comparing cholesterol levels in DMPA and Cyclofem acceptors. This study used a cross sectional study. The population was DMPA and Cyclofem injection family planning acceptors, while the sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of data analysis with the Paired T test, it was found that DMPA acceptors had higher cholesterol levels (mean = -1.822; SD = 45.34; p <0.005) than cyclofem acceptors (mean = 1.722; SD = 35.51; P <0.005). Contraceptive injections cause changes in fat metabolism through changes in HDL and LDL levels. HDL is antiatherogenic, on the other hand, high levels of LDL and triglycerides cause cardiovascular disease in the periphery and coronary arteries which cause cardiovascular disease. Long-term use of hormonal contraceptives causes an increase in LDL, whereas HDL varie

The data processing technique used is dummy regression analysis. The results showed that out of 40 outpatient medical record documents, 18 documents (45%) are in the low category. Some respondents in Puskesmas Tugu Trenggalek had a moderate motivation level of 22 respondents (55%) and the level of non-compliant respondents was 17 respondents (42.5%). Based on statistical test results obtained a significant value of motivation variable of (0,000 <α 0.05), compliance variable of (0,000 <α 0.05), all dummy variables of the officer function have a significance value (> α 0.05) and a significance value simultaneous testing (0,000 <α 0,005) with an effect of 95.9%. From these results it is known that there is an influence of motivation and compliance of officers on the completeness of outpatient medical record documents at Tugu Trenggalek Health Center. It is necessary to improve performance in order to carry out an analysis of the completeness of outpatient medical record documents. Get PDF
Psychologists Salovy from Harvard University and Mayer from the University of New Hampshire reveal that emotional intelligence is an emotional quality that is important for a successful life. These qualities include empathy, expressing and understanding feelings, controlling anger, independence, ability to adapt, to be liked, ability to solve interpersonal problems, perseverance, solidarity, friendliness and respect. Factors that can affect emotional intelligence include psychological factors, emotional training factors and family education factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parenting style and the level of emotional intelligence of preschool children. The research design used was cross-sectional, the research was carried out at TK Kemala Bhayangkari 48 Tulungagung, The results showed that respondents who received authoritative care were 16 children (53.3%) who all had emotional intelligence, including in the smart category. Meanwhile, none of the children who received authoritative care were in the less intelligent category. The results of the Chi-Square statistical test showed that p = 0.000 <α = 0.05, which means that there is a relationship between parenting styles and the level of emotional intelligence of preschool children. It is concluded that different parenting styles will produce children with different levels of emotional intelligence. The better the parenting method, the better the level of intelligence of a child. Recommendations for future researchers are expected to further investigate the factors that can influence the individual characteristics of parents and the level of emotional intelligence of preschool children
