PH PHENOMENON OF HIV AIDS AMONG ADOLESCENTS IN TULUNGAGUNG REGENCY: Koni Elfina Postgraduate Program, Institute of Health Sciences (IIK) Strada Indonesia [email protected]
Adolescence is closely related to psychological development in the pubertal period and is accompanied by sexual development. Adolescence is an age that is experiencing increased vulnerability to various health risk threats, especially those related to sexual and reproductive health, including the increased threat from HIV/AIDS. In 2020 KPA Tulungagung noted that there were 48 adolescents aged 10-24 years infected with HIV AIDS. This study aims to determine the phenomenon of HIV AIDS in adolescents in Tulungagung Regency. Samples were taken by purposive sampling, from adolescents aged 15-24 years who were positively infected with HIV AIDS in Tulungagung Regency as many as 49 people. Triangulation was carried out with the Secretary of KPA Tulungagung who is also a psychologist who handles and assists ODHA. This research is qualitative with descriptive method. Data collection is done by in-depth interview technique. The results showed that the factors that caused the participants to fall into promiscuity were internal factors and external factors. The impact is physical, biological, social and psychological problems. As for the efforts to tackle HIV AIDS cases in adolescents, namely (1) Providing knowledge and increasing awareness about HIV AIDS to the community; (2) Involve family participation in HIV AIDS prevention; (3) administer ARVs regularly, and (4) screen for HIV infection.Keywords: Factors, Impact, HIV/AIDS Control Solutio
Differences in Knowledges about Nutritions Status before and after being Given Health Education using Leaflet for Toddler Mother
Nutritional Status is a body condition caused by a balance between nutrient intake and need. Toddler Nutrition Status is a condition of child's health determined by the degree of physical needs of energy and nutritional substances. Based on the initial survey of research in the village corner of Kadiri in March was obtained the results that from 10 mothers of toddlers obtained 60% of infants have not understood the status of nutrition and 40% of mothers are already familiar with nutrition status. Factors affecting the nutritional status of the toddler mother is a factor in the knowledge of nutritional status in the village corner of the working Rw 2 area of Sukorame Kadiri City clinic year 2020. This research is comparative analytical research. The population of 41 children is in the corner of Kadiri. Randomized sampling technique with simple random sampling of 35 respondents. The statistical test used was the Wilcoxon test. This study was conducted in 35 respondents with the results of knowledge prior to the most knowledgeable majority health education almost all (74.3%) Respondents and after a good knowledgeable majority health education (60.0%), Wilcoxon test Results stated P value < A < 0.000 < 0.05 which means there is an increase in knowledge before and after the counseling of nutritional status in a toddler's mother. The conclusion that nutrition status health education in toddler mothers managed to increase knowledge and achievement for health care institutions and health achievement in the society
Drug Planning At Andi Makkasau Hospital In Parepare City
Background: Medicine is a very important element for efforts to improve health, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery which must be endeavored to always be available when needed. One of the important resources is the supply of medicines, especially in hospitals. The provision of drugs should be in accordance with the amount of treatment needed. If the supply of drugs is not smooth, it will hamper health services. Purpose: to obtain information on drug planning at the Andi Makassau Hospital, Parepare City. Method: the research uses a phenomenological descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out using an interview method conducted at the Andi Makkasau Hospital, Parepare City in August 2019. Results: Information on drug planning at Andi Makkasau Hospital was obtained from interviews with the head of the pharmacy installation, the person in charge of planning and planning staff. The Relationship Between Stress Levels With The Incidence Of Hypertension In Menopausal Women
Background: Menopause is the cessation of the last menstruation that occurs in the climacteric period and the hormone estrogen is no longer formed. The older the age, the more diseases suffered at the age of menopause, such as hypertension. Hypertension is a condition when a person experiences an increase in blood pressure either slowly or suddenly. The factors that cause hypertension are mostly due to stress. This study aims to determine the relationship between stress levels with the incidence of hypertension in postmenopausal women. Methods: The design of this research is correlational analytic. The sample is 50 respondents with the Stratified Random Sampling technique. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The results of the study were analyzed using the Spearman rank statistical test. Result: The results showed that there were 24 people (48.0%) with moderate stress levels and 18 people (36.0%) experiencing Stage I Hypertension. The results of the Spearman's Rank correlation test showed that the value of value = 0.000 was smaller than the value of = 0.05 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a relationship between stress levels and the incidence of hypertension in postmenopausal women. Conclusion: It is expected that respondents will increase their knowledge about how to deal with stress so that they do not experience stress at a severe level so that it does not have a bad impact on them
The Effect of Green Bean Side Effect on Changes in Hemoglobin Levels in Pregnant Women with Anemia
Hemoglobin is an iron-carrying oxygen transport protein protein in red cells in the blood of mammals and other animals. Hemoglobin consists of iron which is the carrier of O2. High and abnormal hemoglobin levels occur due to hemoconcentration due to dehydration. The number of red blood cells and hemoglobin molecules is not always increasing and decreasing simultaneously, for example the decrease in red blood cells along with slightly elevated or normal hemoglobin levels occur in cases of pernicious anemia, as well as slightly elevated or normal hemoglobin levels of hemoglobin decreases, occurs in iron deficiency anemia. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of green bean extract on changes of hemoglobin (Hb) level in Pregnant Women. The research design used was pre experimental research. The population in detail is all Pregnant Women, with acidental sampling technique in obtaining a sample of 16 people. The research instrument used is observation sheet and digital hemoglobin gauge and statistic test used is T test. The result of research of hemoglobin level before giving of green bean has average value (mean) is 10,494 and hemoglobin level after giving of green bean has average value (mean) is 11.238 this indicates an increase of hemoglobin level in student result of research done shows that there is an increase of Hb level in get p value 0,756 and 0,89. Then the T.Test data distribution test can be concluded p value <0.05 which means H0 rejected and H1 accepted " The Effect Of Green Bean Side Effect On Changes in Hemoglobin Levels In Pregnant Women
With Anemia". Based on the results of the study is expected people can consume green beans as an effort to prevent the occurrence of anemia and the fulfillment of nutrition, especially iron in Pregnant Women
The Effect of Leaves Sweet Potato Stew on Hemoglobin Levels in the Third Month of Pregnancy
Anemia is often experienced by pregnant women on average due to iron deficiency. Anemia can cause complications in pregnancy and childbirth. Provision of boiled sweet potato leaves containing vitamin C and iron is expected to be an alternative in increasing hemoglobin levels in pregnant women.
This study aims to determine the effect of giving boiled water from sweet potato leaves to increase hemoglobin levels in third trimester pregnant women in the Gemarang Ngawi Health Center Work Area.
Method. The research design used was a pre-experimental design with a pre-experimental design. The research sample was pregnant women in the third trimester in the Gemarang Ngawi Health Center working area, totaling 16 respondents. The data collection instrument used an Hb measuring device and an observation sheet. This study used a paired T test, a p value of 0.000 was obtained, which means that there was an effect of giving boiled water from sweet potato leaves to the Hb levels of pregnant women in the third trimester. Sweet Potato Leaf Boiled Water contains vitamin C and iron, where vitamin C helps iron absorption, while iron in Sweet Potato Leaf Boiled Water can help synthesize hemoglobin in third trimester pregnant women to reduce the incidence of anemia. Health workers should recommend that pregnant women consume boiled water of sweet potato leaves because it can be used as an alternative in overcoming anemia in third trimester pregnant women
The Relationship of Anxiety Level with the Success of the Process in Particular Mothers in the Active Phase I of Primigravida
Anxiety appears in the third trimester (28-40 weeks) starting before delivery. In addition, this third trimester is a high risk of the possibility of premature birth so that it can cause high anxiety in primigravida mothers. One of the factors that need attention is the maternal factor, namely the level of anxiety in the face of childbirth. One of the indicators of anxiety is anxiety, fear and stress. And if not handled, the consequences will have a negative impact which can lead to new problems. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between anxiety levels and the smooth delivery of primigravida inpartu mothers at Gemarang Health Center, Ngawi Regency. The research design used is cross sectional. The population in this study were all primigravida mothers at Gemarang Health Center, with a total population of 30 primigravida mothers. Samples were taken in this study through inclusion and exclusion criteria with data analysis coding, scoring and tabulating. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between anxiety in facing childbirth with smooth delivery in primigravida inpartu mothers at Gemarang Health Center, Ngawi Regency in 2021 (p value = 0.003). Where there is a relationship between anxiety in facing labor and smooth delivery in primigravida inpartu mothers due to an anxious condition, a mother cannot concentrate on the labor process she is facing. This condition at a later stage will reduce power or his so that it will increase the time of delivery because the fetus is not born immediately. On the other hand, when the mother is calm, the mother can gather strength for the physiological process of labor to take place

Ini belajar laporan pada itu menggunakan dari moulage di dalam sebuah simulasi untuk memperkenalkan tahun pertama diagnostik radiografi siswa ke membuka luka di persiapan untuk klinis praktek. Sebuah desain kuasi-eksperimental metode campuran digunakan. Timbangan Analog Visual digunakan untuk menangkap perasaan negara pada titik melihat luka terbuka. Analisis Fenomenologi Interpretatif dulu digunakan ke seri tema dari fokus grup dan sebuah wawancara mengikuti klinis penempatan. The simulasi berkurang negatif perasaan sementara emosional kesiapan, gangguan dan kegembiraan meningkat. Lima tema utama diidentifikasi termasuk keterlibatan emosional, keterlibatan dengan luka, bangunan hubungan, mengembangkan profesional diri sendiri dan simulasi dampak. Overview of Nurses’ Perceptions of the Headroom Management Function in Hospitals during the Covid-19 Pandemic
Background: The Covid-19 pandemic has occurred all over the world and has had a significant impact on patient care. The headroom is the first-line nursing manager, who has an essential role in providing care. The headroom has vital role in directing staff to work according to standards during a pandemic.
Purpose: To analyze nurses' perceptions of the management function of the headroom during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Methods: This study uses a descriptive correlation research design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 250 participants. Collecting data using questionnaires on respondents' demographic data and nurse perception of the headroom management function using the Managerial Competencies of Head Nurse Tool instrument
Result: The analysis results showed that most respondents were female nurses, had a vocational nursing education, were married, had attended patient safety training, and worked in inpatient rooms. The results of the analysis management function of the headroom in the hospitals are 89.59 (69.59%), staffing and actuating function have the highest presentation of 69.50% from the three hospitals. At the same time, the lowest in the planning function of 43.31%.
Conclusion: Based on the results, the function with the lowest implementation is the planning function. Meanwhile, staffing and actuating have the best performance. Non-optimal management function can be because of a lack of management support
ASSOCIATION BETWEEN SOCIAL SUPPORT AND ANXIETY AMONG PREGNANT WOMEN IN DURING THE CORONAVIRUS DISEASE 2019 (COVID-19) PANDEMIC IN PARE DISTRICT
Background:
Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a public health emergency of international concern and poses a threat to the mental health of pregnant women.
Aim:
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between social support and anxiety among pregnant women during the Covid-19 pandemic in Pare District, Indonesia.
Methods:
From 9 to 21 March 2021, an online survey was conducted, which collected the information on demographic data, anxiety, social support to COVID-19 of women with established medical records in the Community Health Center of Pare, District. Anxiety was assessed by the Pregnancy-Related Anxiety Questionnaire-revised (PRAQ-2) questionnaire, social support was assessed by the Social Support Questionnaire.
Results:
This study had 37 participants with most of them 20-30 years old. During the period of prevention and control of the epidemic, all the pregnant women adopted protective measures, such as wearing masks, washing hands frequently, and staying at home. The results of Social Support most pregnant (89.2) were in the high category and anxiety in pregnant the majority (64.9%) in the medium category. Analysis using the Spearman rank test, the results of p-value = 0.000 (< 0.05). The strength of the relationship between variables is indicated by the value of r = 0.570
Conclusion:
Pregnant women's anxiety is affected by the readiness of pregnant women to face childbirth, knowledge of pregnant women, and level of education. It is hoped that pregnant women can manage their anxiety during the Covid-19 pandemic improving the quality of relationships with husbands and family members.
