Optimalisasi Peran Guru dalam Pembelajaran PAI pada Generasi Z; Studi Kasus di SMA NU 08 Brangsong, Kabupaten Kendal
This study aims to identify the optimization strategy of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in educating Generation Z in the digital era, with a case study at SMA NU 05 Brangsong, Kendal Regency. This study employed a qualitative approach to investigate the experiences of teachers and students through observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The study results indicate that PAI teachers face challenges adjusting learning methods to the characteristics of Generation Z, who are digital-native. However, the learning process can run effectively through technology integration, contextual approaches, and ethical and collaborative methods. This study emphasizes the importance of strengthening digital literacy, ongoing teacher training, and collaboration between stakeholders to shape students\u27 religious and moral character amidst the flow of digitalization. These findings provide practical contributions to the development of PAI learning strategies that are adaptive and relevant to the needs of today\u27s generation.Abstract

A qualitative phenomenological approach was employed using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results indicate that PAI teachers face challenges in adapting their teaching methods to the characteristics of digital-native Generation Z. However, we can still carry out the educational process effectively through technological adaptation, contextual learning, and ethical and collaborative approaches. This study provides practical contributions to enhancing the role of PAI teachers in nurturing students’ character and spirituality in the digital age.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi optimalisasi peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam mendidik Generasi Z di era digital, khususnya di SMA NU 05 Brangsong, Kabupaten Kendal. Pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis digunakan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa meski guru PAI perlu menyesuaikan metode pengajaran dengan karakteristik digital native Generasi Z, penerapan teknologi, pembelajaran kontekstual, serta pendekatan etis dan kolaboratif, namun proses pendidikan tetap dapat berjalan efektif. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi peningkatan fungsi guru PAI untuk membina karakter dan spiritualitas siswa/siswi pada era digital.

Kegiatan Bermain Literasi untuk Mengembangkan Kemampuan Berbahasa Anak Kelompok A1 di TK Negeri Pembina Bangil
This study aims to enhance the language skills of 4-5-year-old children through literacy play activities, considering that language learning practices in early childhood education often focus on academics and do not provide sufficient opportunities for exploration and engagement. The study employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design based on the Kemmis & McTaggart model, using 17 children in Group A1 at the Pembina Bangil State Kindergarten. Data were collected through observation, documentation, field notes, and interviews, and analyzed descriptively, qualitatively, and in terms of percentage of development. The results showed a significant increase in listening (40%–85%), speaking (25%–80%), letter recognition (30%–85%), and retelling (35%–80%), with the overall average increasing from 33% to 82.5% in cycle II. These findings confirm that literacy play activities effectively stimulate children\u27s language development and are relevant to be applied as a learning strategy in line with the principles of developmentally appropriate practice in early childhood education.Kemampuan berbahasa merupakan dasar penting dalam perkembangan anak usia dini karena berfungsi sebagai alat untuk berpikir, berkomunikasi, dan memahami lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan penerapan kegiatan bermain literasi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa anak kelompok A1 di TK Negeri Pembina Bangil, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 17 anak berusia 4–5 tahun. Setiap siklus meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi, dengan kegiatan bermain literasi dilakukan tiga kali dalam seminggu. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, catatan lapangan, wawancara singkat, dan dokumentasi foto, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif melalui proses reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan bermain literasi dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa anak secara signifikan. Anak menjadi lebih aktif dalam menyimak, berbicara, mengenal huruf, dan menceritakan kembali isi cerita. Rata-rata capaian meningkat dari 33% pada pra-siklus menjadi 82,5% pada siklus II. Keberhasilan ini dipengaruhi oleh penggunaan media yang menarik, peran guru yang komunikatif, serta lingkungan belajar yang menyenangkan dan interaktif. Dengan demikian, kegiatan bermain literasi terbukti efektif dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berbahasa anak usia dini dan dapat dijadikan model pembelajaran yang inspiratif bagi guru PAUD.

Tinjauan Hukum Islam Terhadap Transaksi Kerjasama Program Afiliasi Pada Platform E-Commerce Shopee
Marketing that was previously carried out traditionally has undergone changes with online marketing or through digital technology. In dealing with this shift, the marketing strategy has shifted from offline to online. One of the popular digital marketing strategies is affiliate marketing. In Indonesia, many affiliate practices are carried out by online marketplaces, for example Shopee. However, in the face of developments and variations in modern transactions, Islamic values must be maintained so that they are applied. Therefore, it is necessary to examine affiliate marketing practices from the perspective of Islamic law. In this study the authors conducted legal research in the form of normative juridical research. The data analysis method was carried out qualitatively. This study aims to identify whether affiliate practices in the Shopee e-commerce platform are in accordance with the principles of Islamic economic law, such as samsarah and wakalah bil ujrah contracts. By conducting an Islamic legal review of affiliated transactions at Shopee, this study seeks to assess the legitimacy and suitability of affiliated cooperation practices with Islamic sharia values and provisions. The results of this study indicate that the practice of affiliate marketing collaboration carried out by Shopee with affiliated participants can be permitted by complying with several conditions in the principles of Islamic law. The practice of paying commissions by Shopee to affiliated participants in Islam is in line with the samsarah and wakalah bil ujrah contractsPemasaran yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara tradisional telah mengalami perubahan dengan adanya pemasaran secara online atau melalui teknologi digital. Dalam menghadapi pergeseran ini, strategi pemasaran telah bergeser dari offline ke online. Salah satu strategi pemasaran digital yang populer adalah affiliate marketing. Di Indonesia, praktik afiliasi banyak dilaksanakan oleh marketplace online, contohnya Shopee. Namun, dalam menghadapi perkembangan dan variasi transaksi modern, nilai-nilai Islam tetap harus dijaga agar tetap diterapkan. Oleh karena itu, perlu untuk menelaah praktik affiliate marketing dalam perspektif hukum Islam. Dalam penelitian ini penulis melakukan penelitian hukum (legal research) berupa penelitian yuridis normatif. Metode analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi apakah praktik afiliasi dalam platform e-commerce Shopee sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip hukum ekonomi Islam, seperti akad samsarah dan wakalah bil ujrah. Dengan melakukan tinjauan hukum Islam terhadap transaksi afiliasi di Shopee, penelitian ini berupaya untuk menilai keabsahan dan kesesuaian praktik kerjasama afiliasi dengan nilai-nilai dan ketentuan syariah Islam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa praktik kerjasama affiliate marketing yang dilakukan oleh Shopee dengan peserta afiliasi diperbolehkan dengan mematuhi beberapa ketentuan syarat dalam prinsip-prinsip hukum Islam. Pragmatic Functions of Speech Acts in Arabic Language Learning: A Case Study from Madura
Despite growing recognition of communicative competence in second language acquisition, Arabic instruction in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) often remains focused on grammar, overlooking pragmatic competence. This gap limits students’ ability to use Arabic appropriately in real-life interactions, particularly in directive and assertive forms of speech. This study addresses that gap by exploring how students at Darul Lughah Waddirosatil Islamiyah in Madura perform Arabic speech acts within an immersive environment. The research aims to analyze the variation and functions of directive and assertive speech acts and how these contribute to effective communication and pedagogy. Using a qualitative case study design, data were collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis involving 30 advanced-level students. Results show that students strategically adjust their speech based on roles, social hierarchy, and interactional context often using indirect forms and politeness markers. These patterns emerged naturally through immersion rather than formal instruction. The findings highlight the importance of integrating pragmatics into Arabic curricula, emphasizing culturally and contextually appropriate communication. Such integration promotes not only language fluency but also socio-religious sensitivity, aligning Arabic education with both communicative and ethical goals
Developing Islamic Value-Based Arabic Speaking Materials Using Flashcards: تطوير مواد تعليمية لمهارة الكلام مستندة إلى القيم الإسلامية باستخدام البطاقات
Speaking skills are a critical component in learning Arabic as a foreign language, yet they are often neglected in curricula and teaching materials that tend to be text-dominant and lacking in Islamic religious context. This gap causes difficulties for students in achieving oral proficiency that aligns with their academic and spiritual needs. This development research aims to create a speaking skills textbook that integrates Islamic values and utilizes picture cards as an interactive medium for foreign learners in the Arabic Language Education Study Program at Universitas Islam Nurul Jadid. Adapting the Borg & Gall model, the research involved needs analysis, design, expert validation, and limited trials. The needs analysis confirmed the inadequate attention given to speaking skills and a strong desire for religiously nuanced teaching materials. A trial with 17 students showed a statistically significant improvement, indicating the product\u27s effectiveness. The study concludes that integrating cultural values with a visual-interactive pedagogical approach can enhance oral skills learning. It is hoped this product can be adapted more broadly and combined with digital media
Project based learning based on aesthetic science activities :a creative solution to reduce students\u27 science learning anxiety
This study examines the effect of project-based learning model based on aesthetic science activities on reducing science learning anxiety in students. The study used a quasi-experimental design involving 58 students who were divided into experimental and control groups. Data were collected through pretest and posttest questionnaires of science learning anxiety, as well as interviews with parents, teachers, and students to find out the main motives experienced by students after the intervention was carried out on science learning anxiety. The experimental group using the project-based learning model based on aesthetic science activities showed a significant decrease in learning anxiety compared to the control group using conventional learning methods. This model encourages students to engage in practicum-based projects and collaborative learning that enhances creativity, problem-solving skills and self-confidence. The ancova test results showed a significance value of 0.210 > 0.05, indicating the effectiveness of this learning model in creating a supportive and interactive learning environment. This research confirms that this approach is effective in reducing science learning anxiety and increasing students\u27 interest and positive attitude towards science
A case study in the use of audio-visual media for teaching listening skills in junior high school EFL classrooms: Perceived effectiveness and challenges
Listening skills are foundational to second and foreign language acquisition. However, traditional teaching methods often fail to address learners\u27 challenges effectively, creating a gap in instructional approaches that support listening comprehension. This study investigated the perceived effectiveness and practical challenges of using audio-visual media to teach listening skills to junior high school students. Employing a qualitative case study design, six purposefully selected English teachers from two schools in Medan, Indonesia, participated in semi-structured interviews, providing insights into their experiences. Thematic analysis revealed that audio-visual media appear to enhance listening comprehension by integrating auditory and visual stimuli, supporting students\u27 understanding of accents, intonations, and conversational contexts while also increasing motivation and engagement. Teachers reported that these tools make lessons more interactive and facilitate efficient material delivery. However, several challenges were identified, including technological disruptions, inadequate facilities, and variations in students\u27 listening abilities, which hinder optimal outcomes. The findings underscore the need for improved infrastructure, targeted teacher training, and tailored instructional strategies to maximize the benefits of audio-visual tools in language education. This study highlights the potential of audio-visual media to enhance listening comprehension and engagement while emphasizing the need to address technological and instructional challenges for effective implementation
Religious Orientation and The Understanding of Free Will Among Theology Students: A Religious Psychology Perspective
The understanding of religious orientation and free will are two distinct concepts, yet both influences how individuals make decisions. However, there has been no clear identification of how religious orientation affects the understanding of free will in ethical decision-making and moral responsibility among theology students. The study aimed to analyze the relationship between religious orientation and the understanding of free will among theology students. The research employed a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, and the primary data were analyzed using Braun and Clarke’s thematic analysis. The findings found out that religious orientation strongly influences theology students’ understanding of free will, as it serves as an ethical guide in decision-making. Faith, spiritual reflection, and personal experience also reinforce moral responsibility in the exercise of free will, affirming the close relationship between religious orientation and the understanding of free will
Tauhid Sebagai Fondasi Epistemologis: Tafsir Tarbawi Atas Q.S. Al-Baqarah [2]:163 Bagi Paradigma Pendidikan Islam
Contemporary Islamic education faces an epistemological crisis marked by the dichotomy between religious and non-religious sciences due to the adoption of a secular paradigm that separates the value of tawhid from the learning process, resulting in fragmented knowledge and the loss of balance in the hierarchy of knowledge (loss of adab). This study aims to analyze Q.S. al-Baqarah [2]:163 using a tafsir tarbawi approach to identify the core principles of tawhid and their implications for the epistemological foundations of Islamic education, as well as to construct a tawhid-based conceptual framework as an alternative paradigm to overcome the knowledge–religion dichotomy. Using a library research design and a tafsir tarbawi methodology that integrates linguistic-grammatical, contextual (munasabah al-ayat), and comparative-critical analysis of classical and contemporary commentaries, the study identifies five central principles of tawhid: (1) tawhid al-ma‘rifah (unity of the source of truth), (2) kulliyyat al-rahmah (universality of divine mercy), (3) nafy al-shirk (negation of partners to God), (4) takamul al-‘ubudiyyah wa al-khilafah (integration of vertical and horizontal dimensions), and (5) ta‘yin al-huwiyah al-ma‘rifiyyah (formation of epistemic identity). These principles generate ontological implications (a theocentric-anthropocentric conception of the human and fitrah), epistemological implications (integration of revelation, reason, and empirical inquiry, alongside a methodology resistant to secularization), and axiological implications (mercy, justice, integrity, and social-ecological responsibility). Q.S. al-Baqarah [2]:163 thus provides a theological-epistemological foundation for an Islamic education paradigm that integrates spiritual, intellectual, and moral dimensions, whose implementation requires curriculum reconstruction that harmonizes diverse disciplines within a tawhidic framework and the development of holistic assessment systems that measure cognitive, moral, and spiritual domains in an integrated manner.Pendidikan Islam kontemporer mengalami krisis epistemologis yang ditandai oleh dikotomi ilmu-agama akibat adopsi paradigma sekuler yang memisahkan nilai tauhid dari proses pembelajaran. Kondisi ini menghasilkan fragmentasi pengetahuan dan hilangnya keseimbangan dalam hierarki ilmu (loss of adab). Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis Q.S. al-Baqarah [2]:163 melalui pendekatan tafsir tarbawi untuk mengidentifikasi prinsip-prinsip tauhid dan implikasinya terhadap fondasi epistemologis pendidikan Islam, serta membangun kerangka konseptual pendidikan Islam berbasis tauhid sebagai alternatif paradigma mengatasi dikotomi ilmu-agama. Penelitian menggunakan desain literature review dengan pendekatan tafsir tarbawi yang mengintegrasikan analisis linguistik-gramatikal, kontekstual (munāsabah al-āyāt), dan komparatif-kritis terhadap berbagai tafsir klasik dan kontemporer. Analisis mengidentifikasi lima prinsip sentral tauhid: (1) tawḥīd al-ma\u27rifah (kesatuan sumber kebenaran), (2) kulliyyat al-raḥmah (universalitas rahmah), (3) nafy al-syirk (negasi sekutu Tuhan), (4) takāmul al-\u27ubūdiyyah wa al-khilāfah (integrasi vertikal-horizontal), dan (5) ta\u27yīn al-huwīyah al-ma\u27rifiyyah (pembentukan identitas epistemik). Prinsip-prinsip ini menghasilkan implikasi ontologis (konsepsi manusia teosentris-antroposentris dan fiṭrah), epistemologis (integrasi wahyu-akal-empiris dan metodologi anti-sekularisasi), dan aksiologis (rahmah, keadilan, integritas, dan tanggung jawab sosial-ekologis). Q.S. al-Baqarah [2]:163 menyediakan fondasi teologis-epistemologis untuk paradigma pendidikan Islam yang mengintegrasikan dimensi spiritual-intelektual-moral. Implementasinya memerlukan rekonstruksi kurikulum yang mengharmoniskan berbagai disiplin ilmu dalam kerangka tauhid dan sistem asesmen holistik yang mengukur dimensi kognitif, moral, dan spiritual secara terintegrasi
Pendekatan Antropologi Agama dan Kegunaanya Terhadap Kajian Living Hadis: Pendekatan Antropologi terhadap Agama dan Pemanfaatannya dalam Studi Hadis Hidup
This article contains research on the role of the anthropology of religion approach in the study of living hadith which is useful as a lens in viewing the reception and practice of society that departs from the sacred texts in Islam, especially the hadith. This study aims to explain the substance of religious anthropology and its role as an approach in studying the reception aspect of society, especially the phenomenon of the practice of social symptoms that originate from the hadith. This research is multidisciplinary in nature that integrates two scientific objects, namely anthropology and hadith studies, the meeting point between the two is the social aspect that cannot be separated from the two sciences, this research is based on literature studies by collecting primary and secondary data sources and collecting information from the results of observations of several community practices as research objects. The results of the study explain that through the anthropology of religion approach, the background of the practices and phenomena of a community group can be objectively known which departs from the doctrine of sacred texts, especially the hadith, then creates a construction of practices that develop from generation to generation and continue to run even though the community does not know that what is practiced is actually sourced from the sacred text. Antorpologi merupakan salah satu disiplin ilmu sosial yang meneliti sosial dari aspek individu sebagai objek material penelitian, hal ini berangkat dari pengertian antropologi sebagai ilmu yang membahas manusia (Anthropos). Antorpologi juga terdiri dari beberapa fokus kajian, salah satunya adalah etnologi yang fokus meneliti terhadap budaya sebagai hasil pola-pola perilaku individu sebagai makhluk sosial, dan salah satu bagian dari budaya yang hidup di masyarakat adalah agama, agama melalui kacamata antropologi bukan sebagai agama yang disifati sebagai wahyu, akan tetapi sebagai suatu gejala, resepsi, praktik, tradisi, ritual dan perilaku yang hidup di masyarakat, berbeda dari kajian teologi yang menfokuskan kajian terhadap agama yang bersumber dari wahyu atau teks suci, maka titik berangkat antropologi adalah melihat praktik pemeluk agama sebagai sebuah objek kajian, bagaimana pemeluk tersebut menginterpreasi sebuah dogma agama sehingga melahirkan sebuah budaya dan tradisi yang berangkat dari paradigma atau nilai yang berasal dari agama. Hadis merupakan bagian kecil dari paradigma agama yang menjadi dasar dan pijakan umat muslim dalam bertindak, sehingga ketika budaya dan hadis saling berinteraksi maka muncullah sebuah budaya yang memiliki landasan sebuah hadis yang berangkat dari penyerapan nilai sebuah hadis yang disesuaikan oleh tradisi suatu kelompok tertentu di daerah-daerah, maka sangat diperlukan penelitian terhadap suatu penyerapan teks hadis dalam sebuah tradisi memakai pendekatan antropologi.Anthropology is one of the social science disciplines that examines society from the aspect of individuals as the material object of research, this is based on the understanding of anthropology as a science that discusses humans (Anthropos). Anthropology also consists of several focus of study, one of which is ethnology which focuses on researching culture as a result of individual behavior patterns as social beings, and one part of the culture that lives in society is religion, religion through the lens of anthropology is not as a religion that is characterized as revelation, but as a symptom, reception, practice, tradition, ritual and behavior that lives in society, different from theological studies that focus on studying religion that comes from revelation or sacred texts, so the starting point of anthropology is to see the practice of religious adherents as an object of study, how these adherents interpret a religious dogma so as to give birth to a culture and tradition that departs from the paradigm or values that come from religion. Hadith is a small part of the religious paradigm that is the basis and foundation for Muslims in acting, so that when culture and hadith interact with each other, a culture emerges that has a basis in hadith that departs from the absorption of the value of a hadith that is adjusted by the tradition of a particular group in the regions, so it is very necessary to research the absorption of hadith texts in a tradition using an anthropological approach
