Development of Website-Based Spinner Media Wheel of Names on The Material of Types of Improper Impurity And Procedures for Thaharah
This research is motivated by the problems that occurred at MTs Hidayatul Islam Tanjungharjo, namely in grade VII, which include the lack of school facilities and the lack of teacher innovation in using educational media. There are still many examples of worksheets and book packages in the educational process. To overcome these problems, the purpose of this study is to describe and understand the use of spinner teaching materials based on the Wheel of Names website, which includes the mystery of impurity and thaharah procedures, in the context of Fiqh education. The approach used is the ADDIE development model, which uses data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and questionnaires, which include media, materials, teachers, and students. The results of the study indicate that the developed spinner media is quite feasible to use. Based on media analysis, 80% of students fall into the feasible category, 86.6% fall into the very feasible category from teachers, 96.6% fall into the very feasible category from teachers, and 95% fall into the very feasible category from students. Therefore, the spinner-based educational material based on the Wheel of Names is effective and innovative in improving the fiqh learning process. This media not only inspires but also facilitates students' interactive understanding of the material. Based on validation from several sources, this material is quite beneficial in the educational process at school

The Effectiveness of Using BPN's Land Check Application to Avoid Misuse of Sea Fence Certificates in Indonesia
One of the institutions that has a close relationship with land is the National Land Agency (BPN) which is regulated in Government Regulation No. 10 of 2006 concerning the National Land Agency. It is explained in Article 1 paragraph 1 of PP No. 10 of 2006 that the National Land Agency is a Non-Departmental Government Institution that is under and responsible to the president. Furthermore, in Article 2 of PP No. 10 of 2006 it is stated that the National Land Agency has the task of carrying out government duties in the land sector nationally, regionally and sectorally. The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency continues to make various breakthroughs and innovations by utilizing information and communication technology. One of the innovations that has been implemented is the Electronic Certificate Checking Service. The Electronic Certificate Checking Service is one form of innovation in improving services in the land sector so that BPN services become effective, efficient, transparent, and inexpensive. In Indonesia, constitutionally, land issues as the surface of the earth are regulated in Article 33 paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution, which reads: "The land and water and the natural resources contained therein are controlled by the State and used for the greatest prosperity of the people". The research method used in this study is doctrinal legal research, which uses a juridical-normative approach in discussing legal norms. The doctrinal legal research method is carried out by involving the study of existing legal materials such as laws and regulations under them, jurisprudence, and existing legal concepts. This research focuses on the analysis, interpretation, and synthesis of law to answer legal questions or develop a legal theory
Menopause Health Education and Dhikr Techniques for Managing Menopausal Anxiety at 'Aisyiyah Member in Wonosari, Bondowoso
Hormonal fluctuations during menopause often cause physical and psychological changes, including increased anxiety. A lack of understanding about menopause and strategies for managing anxiety can negatively impact women's well-being. This community service program aims to increase women's knowledge about menopause and introduce dhikr (remembrance of God) as a spiritual method for managing anxiety. Participants were 43 women from the Wonosari of 'Aisyiyah, Bondowoso. They were purposively selected active women in the perimenopausal to menopausal age range. Recruitment was conducted through coordination with 'Aisyiyah administrators and those willing to participate in this activity. The intervention program consisted of a menopausal health education session covering hormonal changes, physical and emotional symptoms, health risks, and coping strategies through interactive lectures and Q&A sessions, accompanied by visual presentations to facilitate understanding. Next, participants engaged in a guided dhikr practice session that covered breathing techniques and the repetition of dhikr phrases. We used pretests and posttests to assess increases in participants' knowledge and changes in their anxiety levels. Results showed a significant increase in knowledge, with the number of participants in the good knowledge category increasing from 16 to 35. The dhikr intervention was also effective in reducing anxiety, as evidenced by the increase in participants with no anxiety from 10 to 22 and the disappearance of the severe anxiety category. These findings confirm that the combination of menopausal health education and dhikr practice can be an effective and applicable strategy to help women navigate hormonal changes more adaptively and confidently. This program has the potential to be replicated in other communities to improve the well-being of menopausal women more broadly
Legal Status and Cross-Border Transport in Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS): an International and Indonesian Law Perspective
This study analyzes the legal status and cross-border transportation of carbon in Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) under international and Indonesian law. Indonesia’s commitment to net-zero emissions by 2060 has encouraged CCS adoption, regulated by Presidential Regulation No. 14 of 2024, which permits foreign carbon storage through bilateral agreements. While offering economic opportunities, this framework also presents legal and environmental risks, especially regarding the unclear classification of carbon across jurisdictions. The regulation does not define carbon’s legal status, leaving a gap that may cause differing interpretations with partner countries. Domestic inconsistencies are also reflected in Minister of Trade Regulation No. 84 of 2019, which permits only the import of specific non-hazardous wastes, from which carbon is excluded, thereby creating potential conflict with CCS policies. Using normative legal research with statutory and comparative approaches, this study reviews Indonesian provisions against international instruments such as the London Protocol, Basel Convention, and OSPAR 1992. Findings show that carbon in CCS technically qualifies as waste, but international law provides exceptions for climate mitigation, which Indonesia has not yet adopted. This legal gap, compounded by inconsistencies between environmental and trade regulations, may hinder the implementation of cross-border CCS. The study contributes novelty by assessing carbon’s legal classification and its implications for Indonesia’s role as a CCS host country. It recommends enacting explicit national rules, harmonizing domestic provisions with international standards, and ratifying the London Protocol Amendment to ensure legal certainty, environmental integrity, and sustainable CCS implementation
The Measuring Effectiveness of Centralization of Indonesian Coal Mineral Mining Licensing
Measuring the effectiveness of centralizing coal mineral mining licensing in Indonesia is important for conducting research to measure the success of business actors in obtaining business certainty. There are indications of failure to centralize Indonesian coal mineral mining licensing, which can hamper the business being operated and reduce the trust of business actors in the Indonesian Government. This type of research is normative juridical research using second party data such as articles and laws and regulations up to court decisions which are then presented in descriptive form. The novelty of this research that distinguishes it from previous research is the analysis of ministerial-level regulations and legal processes carried out by several business actors at the State Administrative Court Institution to obtain business certainty. The results showed that several business actors to obtain certainty of license implementation such as PT Perdana Maju Utama, PT Fajar Bahari, PT Mandiri Biofuels, PT Sri Mulya Agung, PT Garuda Agung Perkasa, and CV Siti Maju Sejahtera, did not go well which was marked by filing a lawsuit at the State Administrative Court Institution to the Government of Indonesia, so that the non-implementation of centralization of mineral and coal mining licenses was not only carried out by business actors but also by the State as the licensor
Smart Contracts in Non-Fungible Token Transactions Using Cryptocurrency (Case Study on Ghozali Everyday)
The development of blockchain technology has given rise to new innovations in the form of smart contracts, which are widely used in digital asset transactions, including Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs). One case that highlights this phenomenon is Ghozali Everyday, where smart contracts play a crucial role in regulating the buying and selling of NFTs. However, the implementation of smart contracts in Indonesia faces legal challenges, particularly regarding the use of cryptocurrency as a payment instrument, which is still prohibited by Bank Indonesia regulations, even though electronic contracts are recognized as valid by the ITE Law. This study uses a normative juridical method with a legislative and conceptual approach. The analysis is conducted using Hans Kelsen's Hierarchy of Norms theory and Gustav Radbruch's Legal Validity theory to assess legal certainty, fairness, and utility in regulating smart contracts and cryptocurrencies in Indonesia. The results show a conflict of norms that creates legal uncertainty and limited legal protection for digital asset transaction actors. Therefore, regulatory updates are needed that are adaptive, consistent with the hierarchy of laws and regulations, and provide more comprehensive protection for consumers and businesses
Effectiveness of Providing Psychoeducation to Dating Adolescents from Away in Bukittinggi
This research examines the effectiveness of providing psychoeducation on dating behavior among overseas teenagers in Bukittinggi City. Adolescents who migrate often face unique challenges and stressors, making them vulnerable to risky dating behavior. Psychoeducation aims to equip these youth with the knowledge and skills necessary to engage in healthy and respectful romantic relationships. This research used a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design to evaluate the impact of psychoeducation. A total of 40 overseas teenagers, aged 15–19, participated in this research. They receive psychoeducation sessions specifically designed to address the issues they face related to dating in a new environment. The research results showed that there was a significant increase in teenagers' understanding and skills regarding healthy relationships after attending psychoeducation sessions. These findings suggest that psychoeducational interventions can be an effective strategy for helping overseas youth develop more positive dating behavior and reduce the risk of risky behavior in their relationships. This research makes an important contribution to the fields of health education and adolescent psychology and provides a basis for the development of more effective intervention programs to support the psychosocial well-being of overseas adolescents
