The Dynamics Of Working From Home (WFH) During The Pandemic Of Covid-19, A Study About Work Family Conflict And Parenting Self Efficacy In Working Mothers
No full textKebijakan Work From Home (WFH) di masa pandemi membuat Ibu bekerja sulit menyeimbangkan pekerjaan kantor dan pekerjaan rumah tangga, khususnya dalam mengasuh anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa hubungan antara parenting self efficacy dengan konflik peran ganda pada ibu bekerja yang menjalani work from home di masa pandemi COVID-19. Metode penelitian ini merupakan kuantitatif korelasional serta menggunakan quota purposive random sampling. Telah didapatkan sampel sebanyak 55 Ibu bekerja di Jakarta. Adapun skala yang digunakan, yaitu Self-Effficacy for Parenting Tasks Index-Toddler Scale (SEPTI-TS) (rx = 0,906), skala konflik peran ganda (rx = 0,907). Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif signifikan antara parenting self efficacy dengan konflik peran ganda pada ibu bekerja yang menjalani WFH (sig = -0,634) dengan kekuatan hubungan yang tergolong cukup kuat. Adapun parenting self efficacy memberikan sumbangan efektif pada konflik peran ganda sebesar 40,2%. Analisis tambahan menunjukkan adanya perbedaan level konflik peran ganda berdasarkan keberadaan keluarga besar dan usia, namun tidak pada kepemilikan asisten rumah tangga. Disisi lain, usia anak sangat signifikan pada variabel parenting self efficacy
Hubungan Antara Dukungan Sosial Terhadap Penerimaan Diri Narapidana LAPAS Perempuan Kelas II-A Semarang
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis atas dukungan sosial terhadap penerimaan diri di LAPAS Perempuan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah narapidana lapas perempuan kelas II-A semarang yang berjumlah 254 individu. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji korelasi product moment pearson. Berdasarkan penelitian yang sudah dilakukan, analisis yang didapatkan hasil berupa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara dukungan sosial dengan penerimaaan diri . Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil koefisien korelasi (rxy) sebesar 0,728 dengan p=0,000 (p<0,01). Artinya, semakin tinggi tingkat dukungan sosial yang ada, maka akan semakin tinggi juga penerimaan diri pada individu. Hal tersebut juga berlaku sebaliknya. Maka dapat disimpulkan, hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterim
Systematic Literature Review on Financial Constraints and Their Impact on Corporate Innovation
Get PDFFinancial constraints are a major obstacle in the corporate innovation process, especially related to limited access to capital for research and development (R&D) investment. This has implications for the company's low innovation capacity and competitiveness in a competitive global market. The purpose of this research is to systematically review the literature related to the influence of financial constraints on corporate innovation, as well as identify the role of public policy and management strategies in overcoming these obstacles. The method used is systematic literature review (SLR) with a qualitative approach, following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines, as well as manual content analysis of selected articles from Scopus indexed journals for the 2024-2025 period. The data consisted of five scientific articles relevant to the keywords "Financial Constraint" and "corporate innovation." The results of the study show that financial constraints limit innovation investment, especially in the context of strict regulations, economic uncertainty, and external risks such as natural disasters. Technology-finance policy interventions have proven effective in reducing financial barriers, while adaptive management and digitalization strategies support innovation continuity. In conclusion, a deep understanding of financial constraints and their mitigation strategies is crucial to encourage sustainable innovation and maintain the company's competitiveness in the global era
Classification Model for Online Payment Transaction Fraud Using a Decision Tree Based on the Gini Index
Get PDFThe development of digital technology has led to a significant increase in the use of online payment systems. However, this rise in transaction volume has also resulted in heightened risks of fraud, which threaten the security of digital transactions. Early detection of fraudulent activities is essential to prevent financial losses and maintain user trust in these payment systems. This study aims to build a classification model for detecting fraudulent online payment transactions using the Decision Tree algorithm based on the Gini Index. The dataset used consists of digital financial transactions, which include both numeric and categorical features. The model's performance is evaluated using confusion matrix metrics such as accuracy, precision, and recall. The results indicate that employing the Gini Index for feature selection enhances the model's performance, achieving an accuracy of 93.42% and a notable increase in recall for minority classes, such as DEBIT transactions. The Gini Index-based Decision Tree has proven effective for the interpretive and efficient detection of fraudulent transactions. This study contributes to the development of a more accurate digital fraud detection system that can be implemented in real-world online payment systems
PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA SIBEBAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI SISWA PADA MATERI POTENSI BENCANA ALAM INDONESIA
Get PDFThe diversity of learning styles of students such as visual, auditory and kinesthetic, is a challenge in learning social studies, especially on the material of Potential Natural Disasters in Indonesia. The mismatch of learning media with student characteristics causes low learning motivation because students have difficulty understanding the concept of material. This research aims to develop metaverse-based SIBEBAN learning media as an innovative solution, using the research and development method (Research & Development) through the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). This media is designed in the form of an interactive virtual museum that presents educational videos, simulative games, visual documentation, articles/news, and LKPD in groups in the form of flipbooks. The implementation results show that this media is able to significantly increase student learning motivation, with an implementation score of 87%. Thus, SIBEBAN media is very feasible and effective in supporting social studies learning that is contextual, fun, and in accordance with the diverse learning needs of students. Suggestions for further research to add individual LKPDs that have been packaged in learning media
Potensi Pemenuhan Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) Berdasarkan Guna Lahan
Get PDFABSTRAKRuang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) adalah area memanjang/jalur dan/atau mengelompok, yang penggunaannya lebih bersifat terbuka, tempat tumbuh tanaman, baik yang tumbuh secara alamiah maupun yang sengaja ditanam. Seiring dengan perkembangan wilayah yang pesat, ketersediaan RTH semakin terancam oleh peningkatan pembangunan infrastruktur dan perumahan. Kondisi ini menyebabkan penurunan kualitas lingkungan dan kehidupan, seperti peningkatan suhu, berkurangnya kualitas udara, dan menurunnya daerah resapan air. Menurut Permen ATR KBPN No. 14 Tahun 2022 luasan Ruang Terbuka Hijau dialokasikan 10% untuk RTH privat dan 20% lainnya untuk RTH publik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengkaji kesesuain dan ketersediaan Ruang Terbuka Hijau dari tujuh studi kasus. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah diskriptif yaitu menggunakan studi litelature. Terdapat tujuh studi kasus yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini. Hasil dari tujuh jurnal yang dikaji adalah Ruang Terbuka Hijau Publik yang mendominasi yaitu hutan kota, rekreasi, dan jalur hijau. Namun untuk Ruang Terbuka Hijau Privat yang mendominasi yaitu sawah dan kebun.Kata Kunci: Ruang Terbuka Hijau, Kesesuaian, Ketersediaan ABSTRACKGreen Open Space is an elongated area/path and/or cluster, whose use is more open, where plants grow, both those that grow naturally and those that are deliberately planted. According to the Law, the area of Green Open Space is allocated 10% for private RTH and another 20% for public RTH. The aim of this research is to examine the suitability and availability of Green Open Space from seven case studies. The methodology used is descriptive, namely using literature studies. There are seven case studies examined in this research. The results of the seven journals studied were that public green open spaces dominated, namely urban forests, recreation and green lanes. Settlement of Credit Agreements, For Debtors Who Deceased With Life Insurance Claims (Study Putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor: 3079 K/Pdt/2019)

This study, entitled Legal Review of Credit Settlement from Deceased Debtors with Life Insurance Claims (Study of Supreme Court Decision Number: 3079 K/Pdt/2019), this study aims to determine the implementation of credit settlement from deceased debtors with life insurance claims based on Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 40 of 2014 concerning Insurance and to determine the legal protection for debtors for non-payment of claims by insurance companies against credit submitted by debtors. The approach method in this research is normative juridical, namely research conducted by emphasizing applicable regulations and literature or books related to legal relations, especially regarding. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the implementation of credit settlement from deceased debtors with life insurance claims based on the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 40 of 2014 concerning Insurance depends on the contents of the insurance agreement stated in the insurance policy itself. And based on the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 40 of 2014 concerning Insurance Article 31 Paragraphs (3) and (4) in submitting claims, insurance companies are required to handle claims and complaints through a fast, simple, easily accessible, and fair process and are prohibited from taking actions that can slow down the settlement or payment of claims, or not taking actions that should be taken so as to result in delays in the settlement or payment of claims. Legal protection for debtors for non-payment of claims by insurance companies against credit submitted by debtors is regulated in Article 70 of Law Number 40 of 2014 concerning insurance that the Financial Services Authority has the authority to impose administrative sanctions on insurance institutions that violate the provisions of laws and regulations, and matters that cannot be violated have been clearly stated one by one in Article 71 of Law Number 40 of 2014 concerning Insurance.Keywords: Credit; Death; Insurance; Life
Legal Aspects of Electronic Storage of Notarial Deed Minutes
Get PDFUUJN Amendment Article 1 Number 1 defines a notary as a public official who is authorized to make authentic deeds and has other authorities as referred to in this law or based on other laws. UUJN Amendment Article 16 paragraph (1) letter b states that in carrying out his/her position, a notary is required to make a deed in the form of minutes of the deed and store it as part of the notary protocol. The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the legal aspects (regulations) of storing minutes of notary deeds electronically and to determine and analyze how to overcome data leaks of minutes of notary deeds stored electronically. The type of research is in the form of normative legal research with a statutory approach method supported by secondary data sources through library data collection and using a prescriptive analysis method. The results of the study are: (1) The legal aspects of storing minutes of notary deeds electronically are proven by the Notary Law not being able to keep up with technological developments that facilitate and provide security for notaries in carrying out their obligations, because there are no norms that regulate notaries so that they can store minutes of deeds electronically. (2) The method for dealing with leaks of notarial deed minutes data stored electronically is to scan the deed minutes file which is then stored on an external hard disk to accommodate the deed minutes document throughout the notary's term of office, create a special deed minutes storage server owned by the notary through the notary professional organization at each regional level and access to view notarial deed minutes stored electronically is only given to parties who have authority over the deed minutes such as notaries and the notary supervisory board which consists of government elements, notary elements and expert or academic elements
PERAN IMMERSION SEBAGAI MEDIATOR VISIBILITY DAN METAVOICING TERHADAP NIAT BELI DI TIKTOK SHOP
Get PDFPerkembangan e-commerce dan social commerce telah mengubah perilaku konsumen dalam berinteraksi dan berbelanja secara online, khususnya melalui TikTok Shop. Fitur live streaming yang interaktif menjadi daya tarik utama bagi Generasi Z. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh visibility dan metavoicing terhadap purchase intention dengan immersion sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada pengguna TikTok Shop di kalangan Generasi Z di Kota Semarang yang pernah menonton live streaming, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 170 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa visibility berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention, sedangkan metavoicing tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Immersion terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Selain itu, visibility dan metavoicing memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap purchase intention melalui immersion sebagai variabel mediasi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat keterlibatan konsumen saat menonton live streaming TikTok Shop, semakin besar kemungkinan mereka untuk memiliki niat membeli produk yang ditawarkan.Kata Kunci: Tiktok Shop; Visibility; Metavoicing; Immersion; Purchase Intentio
PENEGAKAN HUKUM TERHADAP TINDAK PIDANA PENYALAHGUNAAN MINUMAN KERAS (STUDI KASUS POLSEK SARANG)
No full textPenegakan hukum terhadap tindak pidana penyalahgunaan minuman keras merupakan aspek krusial dalam upaya mengurangi dampak negatif konsumsi alkohol yang berlebihan. Studi ini menganalisis efektivitas kebijakan hukum dan pelaksanaan penegakan hukum terkait penyalahgunaan minuman keras bertujuan untuk melindungi masyarakat dari kejahatan dan memperbaiki pembuatnya dan juga penegakan minuman keras bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat, dengan fokus pada regulasi, penegakan dan dampaknya terhadap masyarakat. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi berbagai macam permasalahannya, seperti ketidakseragaman dalam penerapan hukum, kurangnya koordinasi antar lembaga penegak hukum dan adanya tantangan dalam pemantauan serta penegakan sanksi. Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian kualitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah yuridis sosiologis yang dilakukan melalui studi lapangan atau wawancara dengan narasumber. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini terdapat dua sumber, yaitu sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Pada sumber-sumber yang digunakan tersebut, peneliti mencari data-data utama kaitannya dengan perlindungan hukum terhadap tindak pidana penyalahgunaan minuman keras. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya penegakan terhadap minuman keras yang dilakukan oleh Polsek Sarang dengan menggandeng atau bekerjasama untuk melakukan razia dengan aparatur daerah yaitu Satpol PP, dikarenakan kasus minuman keras merupakan kategori kejahatan Tipiring. Dan mengetahui hambatan yang dihadapi Polsek Sarang dalam upaya penegakan hukum terhadap tindak pidana minuman keras.Temuan menunjukan bahwa penegakan hukum yang konsisten dan terkoordinasi, serta program edukasi dan rehabilitasi yang efektif, sangat penting untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini. Rekomendasi mencakup perlunya peningkatan pelatihan bagi aparat penegak hukum, penguatan kerjasama antar lembaga dan pengembangan program pencegahan serta rehabilitas bagi pelanggar.Kata Kunci: Penegakan hukum, tindak pidana, minuman kera
