ISLAMIC LAW REVIEW ON INTER-RELIGIOUS MARRIAGES IN INDONESIA BASED ON LEGAL BENEFITS
This study aims to determine and analyze the regulation of interfaith marriage in Indonesia, to determine and analyze that interfaith marriage can be implemented in Indonesia, and to determine and analyze the impact of interfaith marriage in Indonesia. Based on the study, it was concluded that the regulation of interfaith marriage in Indonesia is not regulated by law, but the prohibition of interfaith marriage in Indonesia can be understood in the provisions of Article 2 paragraph (1) of the Marriage Law and Article 10 paragraph (2) of Government Regulation No. 9 of 1975, SEMA Number. 2 of 2023, Article 8 letter f of the Marriage Law Number. 1 of 1974 and Article 44 of the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI). Interfaith marriage cannot be implemented in Indonesia, because according to Islam, Protestant Christianity, Catholicism, Hinduism, and Buddhism, marriage must be based on government regulations, for Islam it must go through the Religious Affairs Office (KUA) one of the requirements is that it must not be of different religions, then other religions indicate that marriages must be registered at the Civil Registry Office, and must not be of different religions. The impact of interfaith marriages in Indonesia is that if administratively interfaith marriages are considered invalid according to the law and the marriage is not recognized, so that when the registration of the marriage at the civil registry office is rejected, children from interfaith marriages often experience a dilemma in determining their religious beliefs because each parent will put pressure on their children to embrace their own religion

KNIFE-EDGE MODIFIED SUBGINGIVAL CROWN PREPARATION: DENTAL PREPARATION ACCORDING TO BIOLOGICAL PRINCIPLES
Fixed bridge and crown restorations are widely utilized in dental practice. The utilization of bridge as a substitute for implants is prevalent in several contexts. The crown preparation procedure has a crucial role in determining the long-term periodontal tissue health. Under-preparation frequently manifests in many clinical circumstances, resulting in the thickening of the prosthetic crown in the cervical region. The accumulation of plaque in subgingival preparations is an often seen issue. Given the progressive advancements in material technology and manufacturing procedures, it is imperative to critically evaluate the continued suitability of chamfer and shoulder preparation techniques in contemporary practice. This is particularly relevant when considering restorations involving subgingival preparation edges. The objective of this study is to examine the utilization of knife-edge modified subgingival preparation procedures and monolithic zirconia restorative materials as potential strategies for the maintenance of periodontal and esthetic tissues over an extended length of tim

The Criminal Responsibility in Cases of Child Abortion
This study analyzes criminal liability in cases of abortion carried out by minors and considers whether the immature age can be a reason for the elimination of criminal liability. Given that children are in a vulnerable position and often do not understand the legal consequences, social and economic factors such as family pressure, partners, or community stigma also influence their decisions. Using qualitative methods, this study examines legal aspects based on court decisions and regulations in Indonesia and compares legal approaches in other countries. The results of the study show that although children have special legal protection, this does not automatically eliminate criminal liability, except in certain conditions such as coercion or unconsciousness. In many cases, children who have abortions are actually victims of exploitation or sexual violence, so they need protection more than punishment. Therefore, this study emphasizes the importance of legal policy reform that pays more attention to psychological and social aspects, so that the justice system is not only oriented towards punishment, but also towards the restoration and protection of children's rights
