Analisis Ulasan Pembelian Produk Beras di Marketplace Shopee dengan Menggunakan Topic Modelling
Get PDFPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keinginan untuk menangkap pengalaman pelanggan dalam melakukan pembelian produk beras pada marketplace Shopee. Metode yang digunakan adalah Latent Dirichlet Allocation dan dianalisis berdasarkan beberapa kategori rating yaitu rating rendah (sentiment negatif), rating sedang (sentiment netral) dan rating tinggi (sentiment positif). Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa ulasan pelanggan pada pembelian produk beras di marketplace shopee memiliki dominansi pada sentiment positif disusul oleh sentiment negative dan netral. Sentimen negative berisi dengan kata dengan frekuensi terbesar yaitu “kualitas”, “kirim”, “harga” dan juga kata negatif seperti kutu dan lubang. Sentimen positif terdiri atas kata yang muncul paling banyak yaitu “beras”, “rasa”, “kirim”, “bagus” dan “baik”. Hasil pemilihan berdasarkan nilai koherensi divisualisasi dengan jumlah topik sebanyak 3 yaitu terkait dengan topik kualitas beras dan harga, rasa dan kualitas serta harga dan pengiriman

The type of thisresearch isquantitative. The population is all of companies on JII70 (Jakarta Islamic Index 70) 2018-2020. The purposive sampling technique to selected until 36 samples companies. This research use logictic regression method. The following result are obtained that market to book value, firm size, and profitabilitypartially has a positive significant effect on hedging decisions. Liquidity and altman z-score has negative significant effect on hedging decisions. Leverage has no effect on hedging decisions.

Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yaitu data berupa dokumen pelaporan keuangan PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk periode 2019-2021. Hasil penelitian ini diambil dari data laporan laba rugi yang menunjukkan perseroan mengalami penurunan bagi hasil bersih antara tahun 2019 hingga 2021 akibat dampak pandemi covid-19 yang berdampak negatif bagi perseroan. . Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada periode 2019-2021, kinerja keuangan PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk mencatat penurunan pendapatan sebagai laba, yang mengakibatkan kerugian perusahaan selama periode tersebut

Tetapi banyak pihak manajemen yang hanya ingin menampilkan kondisi terbaik pada perushaan, sehingga laporan keuangan menjadi tidak relevan. Dengan demikian, fraud diamond diukur kedalam 6 variabel, diantaranya financial.stability, financial.presure, external.presure, nature.of.industry ,rationalization, serta capability guna meneliti faktor dampak dalam financial statement fraud. Populasinya ialah semua Perusahaan BUMN tercatat di BEI tahun 2019-2020. Pemilihan sampe menggunakan 5 kriteria sampel. Memakai teknik analisi regresi logistic yang memakai software SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian diantaranya, financial.stability, financial.presure, serta rationalization memengaruhi secara positif, tetapi tidak signifikan, nature.of.industry memiliki pengaruh negatif, tetapi tidak signifikan atas financial.statement.fraud. Kegiatan ini merupakan program penanganan covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui strategi Refocusing anggaran pemerintah Kota Bandar Lampung pada tahun 2020 dan 2021. Mengingat, Bandar Lampung merupakan daerah yang terdampak cukup besar. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang datanya tidak diperoleh dengan statistik. Sifat penelitian ini adalah deskriptif yakni memaparkan data guna mendapat refleksi informasi yang jelas tentang strategi Refocusing yang dilakukan oleh Pemkot Bandar Lampung, khususnya dalam menangani covid-19. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Pemerintah Kota Bandar Lampung menjalankan kebijakan Refocusing anggaran sesuai Intruksi Presiden Nomor 4 tahun 2020. Sejumlah pos pendanaan dialihkan untuk program penanganan covid-19 dan hasilnya cukup efektif. Namun, penyerapan anggaran untuk insentif tenaga kesehatan tahun 2021 kurang berjalan dengan baik

Populasi serta sampel pada riset ini yaitu seluruh petani karet di desa kali cinta n kotabumi lampung utara sebanyak 47 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data memakai kuesioner dengan beberapa pertanyaan dan pernyataan diukur dengan memakai sekala likert. teknik analisi data yang dipakai yaitu uji analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari riset ini menunjukkan bahwa luas lahan, tenaga kerja dan modal mempengaruhi secara significant pada pendapatan usaha karet didesa kali cinta kotabumi lampung utar
Analisa Penerapan Yang Efektif Atas Sistem Teknologi Informasi Akuntansi Pada Koperasi Di Indonesia
Get PDFKeberhasilan koperasi tergantung pada seberapa efektif sistem teknlogi informasi akuntansi (SIA) yang diterapkan oleh koperasi. SIA dapat diukur dengan kemampuannya untuk memaparkan bagaimana tujuan yang direncanakan dicapai melalui penggunaan seperangkat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitasnya. Dalam melakukan penelitian, peneliti berusaha untuk mengetahui SIA koperasi di Indonesia berjalan secara efektif. Peneliti memakai analisa penelitian kualitatif dalam hubungannya dengan tinjauan literatur. Peneliti menemukan 15 artikel jurnal peer-review dalam kurun waktu 6 tahun (2016-2021) yang sesuai dengan topik penelitian. Hasil akhir penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar 90% koperasi-koperasi yang diteliti telah memiliki sistem informasi akuntansi pada koperasinya. Namun berdasarkan hasil studi diatas juga menunjukkan bahwa SIA yang ada pada koperasi pada beberapa riset penelitian belum mampu mencukupi kebutuhan koperasi. Menurut temuan tinjauan literatur, SIA memiliki efek yang menguntungkan pada laporan keuangan. Kualitas laporan keuangan, kecanggihan teknologi manajemen data dan informasi, kemampuan sumber daya manusia, pengendalian internal dan board characteristics dan cost efficiency adalah faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi dalam efektifitas SIA koperasi di Indonesia

Corporate marketing is widespread and many people are free to use it, from high school students to adults. This research is to know the students' behavioral intentions. It is necessary to know the factors that attract users to Gojek application. The factors themselves are Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, Effort Expectancy, Facilitating Condition, Price Value, Hedonic Motivation, Habit to Behavioral Intention, and Use Behavior based on Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT 2) as a theoretical framework using Smart PLS -3, namely the acceptance of technology in the context of consumer use. Based on the results of research with 160 respondents among students in the city of Batam, there are 3 relationships that have positive and significant values. Variables that affect Behavioral Intention are Habit and Hedonic Motivation. then the variable that has an effect on Use Behavior is Behavioral Intention while the other variables have no significant effect. The results of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) test, the factors above have an effect on Behavioral Intention of 60.4% and the effect of Use Behavior is 54.4%

The low performance of employees is indicated because the organizational culture in the Population and Civil Registration Office of Lampung Province such as a culture of honesty, a culture of perseverance towards work, and a culture of discipline has not been entrenched and seems to be only used as a slogan, superior culture provides opportunities for employees to take the initiative in carrying out tasks. is not yet entrenched, subordinates are rarely involved in making decisions, a culture of discipline, obeying the applicable office rules is less entrenched. In addition, employee work motivation is generally still low, this is indicated as completion of work that is often late, always waiting for orders to complete every routine work, lack of initiative and creativity in completing work.The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Lampung Province. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with a survey approach, with a population of 41 people. Data related to research variables were collected using questionnaires distributed to all respondents and filled out by respondents themselves based on respondents' perceptions. Techniques of data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Respondents dominantly considered that the organizational culture at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Lampung Province had run quite well, work motivation at the Lampung Province Population and Civil Registration Service had been running quite well and the performance of employees at the Lampung Province Population and Civil Registration Service had been going quite well.
