Based on the t-test, the spirit of the partial way of leadership style has a positive an significant effect on employee performance, the result of the f-test of leadership style and employee performace simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on motivation at the north Sungkai sub – district office north Lampung

In the context of representing the people in the Province.The problem in this research is the implementation of Article 6 paragraph (2) Letter A Regional Regulation Number 11 of 2009 concerning the Implementation of Secretarial Administration in the Lampung Provincial DPRD and the inhibiting factors for the implementation of Article 6 paragraph (2) Letter A Regional Regulation Number 11 of 2009 concerning Administration Secretariat at DPRD Lampung Province. The research method uses a normative juridical approach and an empirical approach using secondary data and primary data, then qualitative juridical data analysis is carried out.The results of the research, the implementation of Article 6 paragraph (2) Letter A Regional Regulation Number 11 of 2009 concerning the Implementation of Secretariat Administration in the DPRD based on the medium-term development plan of the Lampung Province and then outlined in the strategic plan of the Lampung Provincial DPRD secretariat. The RPJMD document and the Lampung Provincial DPRD secretariat strategic plan contain the vision, mission, goals, objectives and target indicators. And the factors that hinder the performance of the Lampung Provincial DPRD Secretariat in carrying out secretarial administration are that the inhibitingfactors are, among others: 1. Lack of availability of adequate work facilities and infrastructure in supporting the implementation of main tasks and functions. 2. Limited skilled Human Resources (HR) in accordance with their field of work. Suggestion, In not being involved in carrying out their duties and functions in accordance with the laws and regulations, it is necessary to have sanctions given to individuals for accountability for actions that neglect them

Get PDFIn Article 14 Paragraph (2) Letter F Governor's Regulation Number 60 of 2016 concerning Preparation and Distributing Materials for the Council's Apparatus Meeting (AKD), in carrying out its functions and authorities, DPRD establishes units called DPRD Auxiliaries and aims to: assisting DPRD to achieve work results and assisting DPRD's institutional performance in every policy-making, as a legal prerequisite for a regional regulation. The apparatus of DPRD is formed during the initial period of DPRD membership in accordance with the instructions of the Minister of Home Affairs and the statutory regulations that have been stipulated. The problem of this research is how to optimize Article 14 Paragraph (2) letter F of the Governor's Regulation Number 60 of 2016 concerning the preparation and distribution of materials for the DPRD's board fittings (AKD) meeting in Lampung Province. The research method uses a normative juridical approach and an empirical approach using secondary data and primary data, then qualitative juridical data analysis is carried out. The results of the study, that the preparation and distribution of meeting materials for board equipment, especially in the Secretariat Session of the DPRD Lampung Province has not been maximized. The implementation of the duties and functions of the SessionDivision, such as the preparation of meeting minutes, preparation of trial administration, as well as the preparation of meeting resumes and reports on the results of board meetings are also considered to have not been maximally implemented efficiently and effectively, so it is necessary to optimize the quality of human resources and knowledge regarding the preparation of meeting materials. The completeness of the DPRD board and also the DPRD's equipment requires a harmonious synergy between the executive and the legislature so that in the discussion of the draft regional regulation it can provide benefits to the community.
OPTIMALISASI TEKNOLOGI INTELIJEN DIT INTELKAM DALAM RANGKA DETEKSI POTENSI KONFLIK SOSIAL DI PROVINSI LAMPUNG
Get PDFIntelkam Polri dalam perkembangan keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat mempunyai peran yang sangat krusial. melalui peran teknologi intelijen yang dimiliki, diharapkan dapat mendeteksi secara dini potensi-potensi konflik di tengah masyarakat seawal mungkin sehingga dapat ditangkal untuk berkembang menjadi konflik yang meluas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa interview terhadap para pihak yang bersentuhan langsung dengan penggunaan teknologi intelijen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hambatan dalam optimalisasi peran Teknologi Intelijen oleh Ditintelkam Polda Lampung dalam rangka deteksi dini potensi konflik sosial di Provinsi Lampung antara lain, berasal dari manusia (man) yaitu hambatan dalam mengikuti perkembangan teknologi Informasi; uang (money) yaitu kurangnya dukungan anggaran untuk pengadaan/peningkatan alat-alat khusus (Alsus) Teknologi Intelijen; kemudian hambatan sarana (materials) yaitu perlunya pembaruan peralatan dan software pendukung; dan terakhir metode (methods) yaitu perlunya pedoman baku deteksi dini konflik sosial di wilayah Lampung, belum terciptanya sistem informasi berbasis aplikasi serta belum optimalnya pemberdayaan media pemberitaan. Kemudian optimalisasi peran Teknologi Intelijen oleh Ditintelkam Polda Lampung dalam rangka deteksi dini potensi konflik sosial di Provinsi Lampung lebih mengedepankan pemanfaat peralatan khusus (Alsus) Intelijen serta teknologi informasi yang berkembang

Adapun hasil penelitian yaitu Implementasi pengalaman kerja kompetensi pegawai dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada Inspektorat Kabupaten Tulang Bawang saat ini sudah cukup baik yakni lebih mengutamakan masa kerja pegawai, khususnya bagi para auditor yang dimana pegawai yang lebih berpengalaman dan masa kerja yang lama lebih diutamakan untuk menyelesaikan tugas, pegawai yang ada saat ini mayoritas sudah memiliki kompetensi yang baik dibidangnya masing-masing, pegawai dapat mengimplementasikan pengetahuannya yang berasal dari diklat-diklat untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya, Hambatan yaitu Kurangnya motivasi kerja para pegawai, Komunikasi antar pegawai dengan pimpinan belum maksimal, masih adanya prilaku pegawai yang tidak disiplin, Belum maksimalnya pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pendidikan/ bimbingan teknis pegawa, Ketidak sesuaian antara bidang kerja pegawai dengan latar belakang pendidikan formalnya. SDM berperan penting dalam meningkatkan produktivitas demi terwujudnya tujuan organisasi. Kinerja pegawai yang optimal dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor mutasi dan pelatihan. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh mutasi dan pelatiha kerja terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan Kantor Wilayah (Kanwil) Direktorat Jenderal Perbendaharaan Provinsi Banten. Permasalahan yang dialami adalah kemampuan pegawai belum memberikan hasil optimal, keterbatasan jumlah dan peserta pelatihan, dan capaian kinerja pegawai berfluktuatif cenderung menurun dibanding periode sebelumnya. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 57 orang. Penelitan menggunakan Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mutasi dan pelatihan kerja sebagai variabel bebas dan kinerja sebagai variabel terikat. Desain kausalitas dan metode survey bersifat deskriptif asosiatif digunakan dalam metode penelitan dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data dengan mengamati obyek penelitian di lapangan berupa wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Pengolahan data menggunakan analisis data regresi linier berganda. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa mutasi dan pelatihan kerja bersama-sama bertanda positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai Kanwil DJPd atau disebut Kantor Wilayah Direktorat Jenderal Perbendaharaan Provinsi Banten

Pengelolaan informasi pakan udang di toko Nizar ini meliputi pengelolaan informasi pemantauan Kolam, laporan penjualan pakan udang, laporan data stok pakan, jenis-jenis pakan udang, laporan penjualan yang selama ini masih berbasis paper yang selama dirasakan kurang efektif. Dari permasalahan tersebut muncul gagasan untuk membangun Sistem Informasi Pakan Udang berbasis internet mobile supaya dapat mengelola informasi pakan udang lebih terpantau, informasi pakan dan informasi stok pakan digudang dan dapat membantu percepatan proses pengelolaan laporan toko Nizar. Sistem Informasi pakan udang berupa aplikasi yang dapat memfasilitasi pemantauan proses pengelolaan informasi pada Toko Nizar mulai dari pengelolaan informasi pakan udang yang distribusikan ke petani udang serta pengelolaan informasi laporan penjualan, stok pakan dan lain-lain. Sistem informasi pada toko Nizar ini dibangun dengan mengunakan PHP dan database MySQL. Dengan aplikasi yang dibangun ini system informasi pakan udang toko Nizar menjadi lebih mudah dan efesien. Kemudian dari segi promosi juga dapat menjadi lebih luas tidak hanya diwilayah toko Nizar saja

Tetapi dalam proses teknis penilaian dan pemilihan karyawan terbaik saat ini dilakukan dengan kurang sistematis dan transparan. Aspek dan kriteria yang digunakan sebagai acuan penilaian belum baku, proses penilaiannya belum transparan dan cenderung bersifat subjektif. Maka dibangunlah sistem penunjang keputusan untuk memilih karyawan terbaik dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), yaitu suatu metode yang digunakan untuk mencari alteratif optimal dari sejumlah alternatif dengan kriteria tertentu. Dengan sistem ini proses pemilihan karyawan terbaik memiliki proses, kriteria pemilihan, perhitungan dan penilaian yang jelas, dan proses yang transparan dan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan, sehingga mempermudah dalam menunjang keputusan dalam memilih karyawan terbaik sekaligus membangun kepercayaan karyawan terhadap instansi

Get PDFWay Kambas National Park in Lampung is a National Park in which there are various kinds of flora and fauna that must be preserved, the most popular of which is the elephant. The problem faced by the Way Kambas National Park Center is that it does not yet have optimal technology and does not yet have a clear plan in developing its technological infrastructure so that the provision of information or exchange of data regarding flora and fauna is experiencing problems and the development of natural sustainability is only based on the needs at that time. not necessarily have optimal value and benefits. Therefore it is necessary to use the right method for its development. In this study the method used is the Enterprise Architecture Planning method which is applied in the form of a Blueprint. This blueprint can be used to support the policy strategies taken by the management in taking steps to develop natural sustainability related to information and technology. The purpose of this study is to analyze threats or causes that can damage the natural sustainability of Way Kambas National Park, analyze data, architecture and technology used in Way Kambas National Park management and to develop the natural preservation of Way Kambas National Park by using better technology so that sustainability nature can be well preserved without overriding the tourist attraction. The result of this research is to produce an information architecture picture (blueprint) both from data architecture, application and technology which is expected to be used as a basis for the development of information systems in Way Kambas National Park
