ANALISIS KESEDIAAN MEMBAYAR PADA OBJEK WISATA GUNUNG API PURBA NGLANGGERAN DI DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA
Get PDFThis study aims to identify the variables that affect the willingness to pay for environmental quality improvement in Nglanggeran Ancient Volcano. This study uses primary data with a total of 100 respondents. And the sample collection technique uses a combination of accidental sampling and purposive sampling using a contingent valuation method (CVM) approach. The analytical tool in this study is to use logistic binary regression on SPSS Version 21.0 for windows. The findings of this study indicate that the variables of age and number of dependents have a negative and significant effect on willingness to pay for improving environmental quality at the Nglanggeran Ancient Volcano tourism object. While the variables of education level, recreation costs, income, and frequency of visits have a positive and significant effect. The results of this investigation indicate that the value of Nagelkerke's R Square is 0.93 or 93%. Willingness to pay to improve the environmental quality of the Nglanggeran Ancient Volcano can be proven 93% influenced by education level, recreation costs, income, frequency of visits, age, and dependents, with 7% variance explained by factors outside the model

Hasil dari penelitian yang telah terlaksana dapat diketahui bahwa komunikasi dalam penyaluran KUR sudah tepat sasaran dalam penerimaan, kemudian sumberdaya yang dimiliki dirasa cukup, dalam aspek disposisi pelayanan dirasa masih kurang cepat dan berbelit-belit dan aspek birokrasi sudah berjalan dengan cukup baik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Implementasi Kebijakan Program Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR dalam Pengembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) sudah berjalan dengan cukup baik kendati masih terdapat beberapa indikator yang membuat Implementasi berjalan dengan optimal
STUDENTS’ PERCEPTION IN LEARNING EXTENSIVE LISTENING BY USING CARTOON MOVIES
Get PDFExtensive listening is a way to practice listening skill thoroughly. Listening to various recordings, videos, and interviews on the same topic will help to get context in a real situation, and will help to learn more vocabulary. The objective of this research was to find out students’ perceptions in learning extensive listening by using cartoon movies. This study used a qualitative method. The research was done at SMK Trisakti Jaya Bandar Lampung for the 10th grade students (N=38). Data gathering was done by conducting observation, questionnaire and interview. The result showed that they agree learning English through extensive listening by using cartoon movies as the listening materials help them a lot to develop their listening skill. Based on the observations, questionnaires and interviews, it can be concluded that most of the students think that it is very helpful, and faster for them in learning English with extensive listening technique. Most students thought that learning extensive listening by using cartoon movies can be carried out in the learning process

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of competence and motivation on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Tanjung Karang. The main source for the success of the task in an effort to increase work productivity. The respondents of this research were all employees of PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Tanjung Karang, totaling 30 respondents. Data collection using SPSS version 25.0. Based on the results of the discussion obtained multiple linear regression equations. The coefficient of determination test is 0.417. The test results show that competence has a significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with the f test results at a significant level of 0.000 simultaneously showing competence and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

With this, retail companies will increase their marketing activities, in particular, such as service quality and promotion. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and promotion on consumer purchasing decisions. This research uses quantitative research methods. The data collection was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to visitors to the Kebumen Jadi Baru Department Store. The sample in this study collected 97 respondents with a sampling technique that is accidental sampling. Analysis of the data used in this study is multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS version 25. The results of this study state that service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Moreover, service quality and promotion have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions
THE PERFORMANCE OF NEURAL MACHINE TRANSLATION IN THE INDONESIAN TRANSLATION OF THREE FUNDAMENTAL CATHOLIC PRAYERS
Get PDFLiterary translation is one of the greatest obstacles to neural machine translation development (NMT). NMT precision is susceptible to common issues in literary texts, such as lexical ambiguity, complex syntax, and structural grammatical constructions. This study investigates the literary translation of three Catholic prayers: "The Sign of the Cross," "The Lord's Prayer," and "Hail Mary." These objects have been selected for their distinctive linguistic characteristics, such as archaic vocabulary, uncommon structures, and unique line breaks. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the NMT's ability to overcome obstacles in literary translation based on the number of errors produced, a discussion of the errors, and the relative difficulty of their correction, as stated by Hutchins and Somers. On the basis of Koponen's theory emphasizing semantic accuracy, the errors produced by MTs are divided into two main categories: individual concept errors and relation between concepts errors. Subcategories are subsequently created from the two categories. The quantitative data indicates that the most common individual concept error is mistranslation, while the most common relation between concepts error is misunderstanding. The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the performance of NMT in translating the three Catholic fundamental prayers. The library and survey methods are used for this research. In library method, researchers compare multiple theories and related studies. In the meantime, for the survey, the researchers distribute questionnaires to respondents to assess the accuracy and readability of the NMT's translation
Pengaruh Tingkat Literasi Digital dan Kualitas Teknologi Informasi terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung Turis ke Wisata Bahari Lampung pada masa Pandemi Covid-19
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat Literasi Digital dan kualitas Teknologi Informasi terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung wisatawan ke wisata bahari Lampung pada masa Pandemi Covid-19. Dari hasil kuisioner yang disebar pada 106 wisatawan. Didapatkan hasil bahwa 30 pertanyaan dalam angket yang diberikan dinyatakan 100% valid, dengan membandingkan nilai r-hitung setiap item pertanyaan telah lebih dari nilai rtable (0,195). Pada hasil per-hitungan uji reliabilitas, maka seluruh variable X1, X2, dan Y memiliki koofisien alfa lebih dari 0,6. Sehingga seluruh variable dinyatakan reliabel. Selanjutnya jika melihat hasil uji hipotesis maka disimpulkan bahwa Tingkat Literasi Digital, Kualitas Teknologi Informasi, maupun Tingkat Literasi Digital dan Kualitas Teknologi Informasi secara bersamaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Keputusan Berkunjung pada Wisata Bahari di Lampung di masa pandemi Covid-19. Dan untuk nilai R-square sebesar 0,631 yang menunjukkan bahwa tingkat Literasi Digital dan kualitas Teknologi Informasi secara bersamaan mampu menjelaskan Minat Keputusan Berkunjung pada Wisata Bahari di Lampung di masa pandemi Covid-19

Get PDFThe success of universities in managing learning standards can be seen from the number of students who can graduate with high predicates and on time. The graduation predicate of a student is influenced by several factors. This study aims to find out the profile of students who graduated with a set predicate and what are the factors that influence it. The method used in this study is the Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining CRISP-DM by utilizing the Naïve Bayes algritma in looking for graduate predicate patterns and Decision Tree in looking for causative factors. In the calculations using the NBC algorithm it was found that the profiles of students who passed the predicate were less satisfactory, satisfactory, very satisfactory and with praise . In the Desicion Tree calculation, the highest gain value is obtained at the attributes of IPK4, IPS5 and IPK5. The factors that most influence graduation are the cumulative achievement index in semesters 4 and 5 and the achievement index in semester 5. The pattern of graduating with predicate can be known from the second year of the incoming student to the third year. This research needs to be developed again by increasing the number of attributes and data, and it is necessary to create a system for determining student graduation predicates from the patterns that have been produced in order to help universities to improve the quality of student graduation in each period

Get PDFThe impact of service standards and operating practices on elderly BLT recipients' satisfaction (the study was conducted on BLT Recipient Elderly in Menggala District, Tulang Bawang Regency). Every public service organization, in theory, places a strong emphasis on the satisfaction of the community's and consumers' own expectations for service quality and service procedures. The primary focus of this study is on service quality and operational procedures in an effort to determine how they affect community happiness, which in this case refers to the elderly getting BLT. Data gathering methods for this study's quantitative approach include surveys, written materials, and questionnaires. Tulang Bawang Regency's Menggala District served as the site of the research. A Likert scale is used in this investigation. In this study, a sample of 72 samples was produced from a population of 253 elderly BLT recipients by utilizing the Slovin formula to calculate the number of samples with a tolerance value of 10%. The Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) for service quality was 4.14 with a conversion of 82.8 in the "Good" category for this study's statistical analysis, while IKM Service Procedures was 3.9 with a conversion of 78 in the "Good" category. According to the study's findings, the X variables, service quality (X1) and service procedure (X2), significantly influence the Y variable, elderly satisfaction (Y)
