MENINGKATKAN GREEN PURCHASE INTENTION MELALUI KOMPONEN GREEN MARKETING MIX
Get PDFIndustri pariwisata mengalami perkembangan sangat pesat dewasa ini. Adanya pandemi Covid-19 sangat berpengaruh pada jumlah pengunjung ke tempat wisata. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh green product, green promotion, dan green price terhadap niat berkunjung ke Pantai Kerang Mas Lampung Timur. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah pengunjung obyek wisata Pantai Kerang Mas. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Sedangkan teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner online, mengunakan piranti lunak googleform. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling/SEM AMOS Versi 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa green product, promotion, dan price tidak berpengaruh purchase intention (niat berkunjung). Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa peningkatan green product, promotion, dan price tidak selalu mampu meningkatkan niat berkunjung. BUMDES sebagai pengelola obyek wisata Pantai Kerang Mas harus mencari strategi pemasaran lain selain green marketing mix guna meningkatkan niat berkunjung. Bagi akademisi penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai referensi untuk melakukan penelitian di masa depan, dengan menguji kembali model penelitian ini dan menambahkan variabel lain yang relevan
THE PERCEPTION ON USING DARK JOKES IN STUDENT DAILY CONVERSATION
Get PDFIn this modern era, people can easily get information from anywhere and anytime. People can also express their opinions and thoughts about a topic, for example about jokes. There are so many genres or types of jokes, one of them is dark jokes. Dark joke is a form of humor involving a twist or joke making the joke seen as offensive, harsh, horrid. Because of that, some people argue that dark jokes should not be used in daily life. The aim of this research is to analyze the students’ perception about using dark jokes in daily conversation English Department of Universitas Bandar Lampung and analyze some aspects of perception that affect students’ perception about using dark jokes in daily conversation. This research used case study method. The research was done at English Education Study Program Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Universitas Bandar Lampung in all semester. Data gathering was done by doing questionnaire and interview to nine students. The data was analyzed by combining the result from the questionnaire and interview. The results of this research elucidated that they have mix perception towards dark joke and using it in daily conversation. Some of them concur and some of them disagree that dark joke can be used in daily conversation

Kebutuhan akan informasi terkait dengan pesan kesehatan yang secara khusus mengenai Covid-19dibuat sebagai upaya penanggulangan penyebaran virus Covid-19. Informasi diberikan melalui konten yangdimuat pada unggahan yang berada di Instagram @dinkeskotabandarlampung yang dibuat dengan berbagaimacam bentuk yang bervariasi dibuat sebagai sarana informasi, edukasi, serta persuasi kepada khalayaknya.Isi pesan konten terkait dengan Covid-19 secara terus menerus diberikan agar masyarakat dapat tercukupiinformasi yang dapat menambah wawasan serta mengubah pandangan atau sikap. Pentingnya informasi Covid-19 yang diberikan agar dapat memutus rantai penyebaran virus yang ada. Peneltian ini bertujuan untukmengetahui isi pesan yang disampaikan oleh akun Instagram @dinkeskeskotabandarlampung serta dapatmemahami proses produksi isi konten sehingga terciptanya konten yang dimuat. Penelitian yang dilakukan inimerupakan penelitian analisis isi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Adapun penelitian dilakukan denganmeneliti konten yang dimuat pada akun Instagram @dinkeskeskotabandarlampung serta melakukan wawancaradengan pihak terkait yang berada di Dinas Kesehatan Bandar Lampung. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalahadanya karakteristik dari konten yang diunggah yang mendominasi yakni bentuk konten informatif dengan jeniskonten infografis, tema umum, isi unggahan yang mudah dibaca dan mudah dimengerti, serta isi caption yangmendominasi deskripsi gambar. Adapun konten yang yang dimuat pada akun Instagram bersumber padasumber daya informasi yang dikelola oleh Dinas Kesehatan Bandar Lampung seperti data informasi dariPuskesmas yang terlibat serta Kementrian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia. Namu, ditemukan beberapa masalah pada beberapa sistem perpipaan nya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkalkulasi ulang dan mengetahui penyebab terjadi beberapa perbedaan pada desain dan saat operasi berlangsung. Penghitungan kompleks yang dilakukan tak luput dari data pengamatan dan observasi ketika dilapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pressure drop dengan data design 21,6947 psia, sedangkan pressure drop dengan data operation lebih kecil yaitu 0,76777 psia. Thickness dengan data design 0,1433423 dan Thickness Minimum nya adalah 0,278342261 inch (7,069989 mm), sedangkan Thickness dengan data operation 0,0822539-inch dan Thickness Minimum 0,217253882-inch (5,51825 inch). Perbandingan antara data design dan operation menghasilkan perbedaan diameter nominal dan schedule, untuk data design diameter nominal yaitu 8-inch dan schedule 40, sedangkan data operation diameter nominalnya adalah 8-inch dan schedule 40, namun bisa memakai 6 inch.
ANALISA UNJUK KERJA HOT WELL PUMP UNIT 3 PLTP ULUBELU TANGGAMUS - LAMPUNG
Get PDFPLTP Ulubelu yang berlokasi di pekon Muara Dua, Kecamatan Ulubelu, Tanggamus, Lampung merupakan PLTP yang terbagi menjadi 4 unit, untuk unit 1 dan 2 pihak PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy hanya menyuplai steam (uap) yang nantinya akan dimanfaatkan oleh PLTP milik PLN dan untuk unit 3 dan 4 pengoperasian seluruhnya dilakukan oleh PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy mulai dari hulu hingga hilir. PLTP Ulubelu sendiri memiliki kapasitas 4 x 55 MW dimana PLTP ini memanfaatkan panas bumi yang berasal dari reservoir (perut bumi) yang nantinya akan dimanfaatkan untuk memutar turbin yang telah terhubung ke generator untuk menghasilkan energi listrik. Uap sisa yang telah dimanfaatkan untuk memutar turbin nantinya akan dikondensasikan didalam kondesor dan hasil dari kondensasi yang terjadi didalam kondensor akan dialirkan menggunakan main cooling equipment yaitu hot well pump ke cooling tower (menara pendingin) untuk didinginkan kembali. Kinerja dari Hot well pump disini sangat berpengaruh untuk mengalirkan fluida yang berasal dari kondesor ke cooling tower. Oleh karena itu menjadi latar belakang penulis untuk melakukan analisa unjuk kerja terhadap Hot well pump pada PLTP Ulubelu unit 3 guna mengatahui unjuk kerja dari pompa tersebut. Hasil dari analisa unjuk kerja terhadap Hot Well Pump ini penulis berharap dapat dijadikan data pembanding antara kinerja data aktual dangan data teknis, dan juga menjadi data pembanding antara data aktual sebelum unit 3 melakukan over houl dengan data setelah unit 3 melakukan over houl yang akan dilakukan pada bulan Oktober tahun 2022 nanti (tentative)
Experiencing and Feeling Light Through Peter Zumthor's Architectural Works

When designing, architects can explore and engineer existing elements to enrich the space experience so that the designed building can interact and have an impact with its users. Peter Zumthor is one of the architects who is deeply immersed in the experience of space through the lighting produced when designing. Based on this, several designs by Peter Zumthor will be studied such as the Saint Benedict Chapel, Therme Vals, Kunsthaus Bregenz and Brother Klaus as case examples. This research was conducted using the theoretical framework of Poethics of Architecture: Theory of Design by Antony. C. Anthoniades, namely Tangible and InTangible Channel, which aims to explain the way architect Peter Zumthor in realizing his architecture through lighting engineering in order to realize the desire for experience that is raised in his design. It was found that Peter Zumthor took many approaches through lighting such as fantasy, metaphor, obscure, geometry, material and nature in each of his designs. Thus, it is concluded that Peter Zumthor conducts many negotiations and interpretations in these six aspects to produce an architectural work that has an impact on the feelings and experiences of each user
PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN KUALITAS PRODUK TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN (STUDI KASUS BUTIK SHIFA OLSHOP MEDAN)
Get PDFThe aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between service quality and product quality for customer satisfaction when shopping at Sippa All Shop Medan boutique. In this study, 69 individuals were selected and determined using a simple random sample. Data Collection Techniques - Distribution of interviews and questionnaires to respondents who shop frequently at shifa olshop boutiques. The data analysis methods used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis showed that service quality (X1) and product quality (X2) had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) of Shifa Olshop Boutique Medan. In the test, the coefficient of determination (R2) is used to determine the ability of the independent variable used in the regression equation to account for the dependent variation. This value obtained from the modified Rsquared has a value of 0.706, which means that the relationship between the two independent variables of the dependent variable changes by 70.6%, or it can be said that customer satisfaction can be explained by service quality and product quality. The remaining 29.4% was due to other factors not considered in this study

In the context of the budget of a public sector organization, the budget includes plans for how much the plan will cost and how much and how to get the money to fund the plan. In the Governor's Regulation Number 60 of 2016 Article 10 the Finance Section has the task of preparing budget preparation materials, budget amendments, carrying out financial management and preparing financial accountability reports for the DPRD Secretariat and Provincial DPRD. The problem of this research is how to analyze the implementation and preparation of materials for the preparation of the Lampung Provincial DPRD budget based on Article 10 Paragraph (2) Letter A Governor Regulation Number 60 of 2016. The research method uses a normative juridical approach and an empirical approach using secondary data and primary data, then carried out qualitative juridical data analysis. Research results, analysis of the implementation and preparation of budget preparation materials for the DPRD of Lampung Province Based on Article 10 Paragraph (2) Letter A Governor Regulation Number 60 of 2016, it is necessary to have budget transparency in accordance with the activities carried out by the Secretariat Section in the Lampung Provincial People's Legislative Council, so that in its implementation in accordance with the expenditure of activities in the Secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives of Lampung Province, and the need to improve quality when managing the budget, so that with the improvement in performance it is expected that the efficiency of budget use will increase so that the budget is carried out optimally
STUDENTS’ PERCEPTIONS IN USING NARROW READING AND NARROW LISTENING IN SPEAKING CLASS AT THIRD SEMESTER OF ENGLISH DEPARTMENT UNIVERSITAS BANDAR LAMPUNG
Get PDFThis research describes the student’s perceptions in using narrow reading and narrow listening in speaking class at third semester of English Department Universitas Bandar Lampung. It is to find out the student’s perception about narrow reading and narrow listening whether those methods are effective or not to be used in speaking class, and whether those methods could help them in improving their speaking ability or not. The population of this research were the third semester students of English Department Universitas Bandar Lampung. The sample of this research was taken by using purposive sampling method. The instruments used for collecting the data were observation, questionnaire, and interview. The data analysis of this research was qualitative. The result of this research show that the students were very interested in learning and they gave a positive attitude and good response when those methods were implemented in their classes. From the questionnaire and the interview result, it shows that mostly they said that those methods can help them to speak as well as to understand what they should say when they should tell their topic in front of the class. Based on the research, it was found that the use of narrow reading and narrow listening in speaking class was effective and it was very useful and help the students in improving their speaking skill as well as help the students in achieving their goal in learning speaking skill.
