Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Pusat Data Berbasis Website Menggunakan Metode Prototype
Full text linkPerkembangan teknologi yang pesat mempengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk penyediaan informasi di organisasi dan instansi pemerintah. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pengelolaan data perguruan tinggi menjadi kunci penting dalam penerapan sistem informasi terkomputerisasi yang efektif. Program Studi Teknik Informatika di Universitas Boyolali, yang telah terakreditasi baik, saat ini menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan dokumen yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Kesulitan dalam menyediakan data akurat dan cepat, serta pencarian dokumen menjadi kendala utama. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini dan meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan dokumen, dikembangkan sistem informasi pusat data berbasis website. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework laravel dan basis data MySQL, serta dikembangkan menggunakan metode prototype yang memungkinkan evaluasi cepat oleh pengguna. Sistem diuji menggunakan metode black-box testing guna memastikan kesesuaian output dengan ekspektasi. Dari pengujian yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode black-box testing hasil yang didapatkan bahwa tiap fitur yang ada berjalan dengan baik. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi yang diharapkan dapat memudahkan pengelolaan dokumen dan data, memberikan informasi secara akurat dan tepat, serta meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pelayanan. Sistem ini diharapkan mampu mendukung peningkatan kualitas layanan akademik Program Studi Teknik Informatika Universitas Boyolali
The Prediction of Subsidized Fertilizer Stock Using Least Square Support Vector Machine on The Kartu Petani Berjaya Aplication

In terms of this it is very important to know how much amount of subsidized fertilizer needed in the future to prepare subsidized fertilizer stocks. The data needed was the time series data from subsidized fertilizer redemption data, using Least Square Support Machine and Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average methods to make a prediction model for subsidized fertilizer redemption. The result was hoped that we can find out how many harvests are in Lampung and the future subsidized fertilizer rations. This research was expected to provide benefits to the relevant parties

Full text linkDigital Image Detection of Monkeypox Disease Performance Analysis using Image Classification Model with Teachable Machine and Keras. Advancements in artificial intelligence technology, particularly in the field of machine learning, have opened up significant new opportunities for developing disease detection systems that are faster, more accurate, and more efficient. This study aims to analyze the performance of Teachable Machine and Keras models in classifying monkeypox images using a quantitative approach. A dataset of skin images with indications of monkeypox was collected for the development of image classification models using both tools. The results of the study show that the developed models accurately recognized images that had been seen during the training data for the "Monkey Pox" category. However, when faced with test images that had not been seen before, the models showed limitations in generalizing, indicating overfitting in that category. Conversely, for the "Other" category, the models were able to recognize well both in the training data and the test data, demonstrating better generalization capability in this category. Therefore, for future research, it is recommended to conduct a more in-depth evaluation of the use of Data Augmentation techniques to expand data variation, as well as to explore other platforms or tools that can provide greater control over test data management

Full text linkDSS Using AHP Method for Implementing Lockdown in Covid-19 Affected Subdistricts in Bandar Lampung City. The world is facing a pandemic caused by a virus. Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) has resulted in a high number of deaths and patients infected with Covid-19. The transmission of the virus between individuals is very easy and rapid. Several countries have implemented their own policies to break the chain of transmission of Covid-19. Indonesia has implemented one such policy, namely Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB), which has been applied in several cities. To assist the Kota Bandar Lampung district government in determining which subdistricts should implement the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) system, a decision support system using the AHP method has been developed. The expected outcome is the successful development of a Decision Support System that can be used to assist the Kota Bandar Lampung district government in implementing the PSBB policy in its territory. decision support system (DSS) has been successfully developed using the AHP method. The coding for this system is designed to produce results that are visually and functionally equivalent to those obtained using manual AHP calculations. The key difference is that manual calculations do not allow for real-time data visualization, while the system's automated processing is significantly faster. This DSS can be used to support Lockdown decisions in Covid-19 affected subdistricts in Bandar Lampung City. It is important to emphasize that this system is not intended to replace decision-makers but rather to serve as a tool to provide recommendations for Lockdown implementation

Financial recording is an essential activity in achieving a good quality of life. A good quality of life is achieved if individuals have reliable financial management skills. Personal financial management requires sophisticated tools such as a financial recording application. Manual financial recording needs to be improved in monitoring financial flows. The difficulties are longer processing times, higher recording errors, and sloppy filing. These difficulties can be overcome by using an Android-based personal financial management application. BudgetApp is an application created using Java that applies the budget concept with the aim of organizing, recording, and managing personal financial income and expenses in various categories, from needs, food, and transportation to entertainment, which makes it possible to find out the amount of costs and income which can be seen from the financial report monthly. The BudgetApp application is expected to help overcome financial management problems appropriately because every income and expenditure can be calculated and managed correctly. This application provides information on how a person's funds are used and the purpose and benefits are recorded. The features contained in the application are: an income recording feature, an expense recording feature, a fund usage calculation feature, and a daily and monthly reporting feature. Users can rely on the Budget App application for personal financial management to maintain healthy economic conditions
Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Tanggamus
Full text linkHuman resource development at the Regional Secretariat of Tanggamus Regency has not been optimally implemented by each section, as evidenced by the infrequent organization of training, seminars, and employee participation policies that are conducted in a simple manner without staged and continuous planning, even though these needs are urgent. This study uses a qualitative method, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis techniques involve data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research results indicate that human resource development at the Regional Secretariat of Tanggamus Regency has been carried out through job rotations across departments to enhance experience and understanding of responsibilities, educational orientation training for employees in both formal and non-formal contexts, and leadership guidance aimed at improving employee performance, although such guidance has not been fully absorbed by some employees. Job rotation aids employees in understanding new responsibilities, while formal and non-formal training provides opportunities to enhance their competencies, yet leadership directions to employees still require improvement to be more effective. Therefore, leadership attention to human resource development through job rotation, training, and guidance needs to be enhanced and carefully re-planned to ensure that human resource development implementation significantly impacts employee performance improvement
Pengaruh Komponen Input dan Proses Pendampingan terhadap Keberhasilan Penerapan Cara Produksi Pangan Olahan yang Baik (CPPOB) untuk Pelaku UMK-Pangan di BBPOM Bandar Lampung
Full text linkTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis komponen input dan proses pendampingan terhadap penerapan CPPOB untuk UMK-Pangan di Balai Besar POM di Bandar Lampung. Desain penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif kausalitas. Dengan jenis sampel menggunakan populasi yaitu 34 UMK-Pangan didampingi tahun 2022. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 17 meliputi uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda dan uji F dan t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Komponen input dan proses pendampingan secara parsial dan bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan penerapan Cara Produksi Pangan Olahan yang Baik Pelaku UMK – Pangan Di Balai Besar POM Bandar Lampung. Terutama pada variable kompetensi dan komitmen fasilitaor dalam memberikan pendampingan dan tujuan pemberian pendampingan CPPOB. Peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan mengembangkan variabel lainnya. Dengan harapan dapat memperoleh penjelasan yang lebih baik lagi.
Pengelolaan Pesan Digital Dalam Menarik Minat Pengunjung (Studi Kasus Pada Instagram Cafe Wanowan Space Bandar Lampung)

Dengan perkerkembangan komunikasi digital saat ini dapat menciptkan ide bisnis yang menguntungkan dengan membuat sebuah pesan digital disebuah media sosial dengan harapan agar pesan tersebut dapat tersampaikan kepada masyarakat dengan tujuan agar masyarakat dapat tertarik dan dapat menarik minat pengunjung. Dalam penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan pesan digital pada Cafe Wanowan Space Bandar Lampung dalam menarik minat pengunjung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode dengan pendekatan deskriptif dengan teori new media. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam pengelolaan pesan digital Cafe Wanowan Bandar Lampung menggunakan teknik pengelolaan yang pesan bersifat reward appeal berupa memberikan promo kepada pengunjung, humorious appeal berupa memberikan pesan yang memiliki unsur humor, motivational appeal berupa pesan yang menyemangati pembaca, dan emotional appeal berupa pesan dibuat demgan unsur percintaan dan kekeluargaan.

Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh integritas pegawai dalam memoderasi pengaruh sistem informasi akuntansi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Bank Lampung Kantor Cabang Teuku Umar Bandar Lampung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai PT. Bank Lampung Kantor Cabang Teuku Umar Bandar Lampung sebanyak 55 orang dan sampel sebanyak 45 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan sistem informasi akuntansi dan integritas pegawai terhadap kinerja pada PT. Bank Lampung Kantor Cabang Teuku Umar Bandar Lampung
Effectiveness of Spatial Connectivity in Public Library
Full text linkPublic libraries face challenges in creating comfortable spaces for their users. The library, as a public space, must be able to attract the attention of visitors in order to create an interactive relationship between visitors and the space. In this case, the main factor in the formation of social relations in space is the influence of spatial configuration. General spatial connectivity in libraries plays an important role in increasing its effectiveness and impact on space users by optimizing communication and social interaction between spaces.This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the spatial connectivity that occurs in library spaces. Depthmap software uses the Visibility Graph Analysis method to find spatial connectivity values and the Agent Base Simulation Tools Analysis method to understand the spatial environment, focusing on how agents or users interact with the environment or space. The research results show that the space with the highest connectivity and integration values is on the 2nd floor, while the clarity value at the highest point is on the 4th floor, which has quite strong accessibility because there is a corridor with a clear, regular, and linear pattern. Therefore, we can deduce that a space with good connectivity is one that maintains regular and linear accessibility, minimizing the distance between spaces and ensuring the shortest proximity between them, all governed by partitions such as walls or furniture acting as space dividers
