No full textPerkembangan teknologi yang semakin berkembang. Pengukuran yang dilakukan biasanya menggunakan pengukuran manual sehingga berkembangnya dunia digitalisasi maka pengukuran dilakukan secara digita. Salah satu pengukuran yang dapat dilakukan yaitu pengukuran panjang. Besaran merupakan sesuatu yang dapat diukur, mempunyai nilai dan satuan. Penelitian ini yaitu membuat prototype alat ukur jarak digital berbasis arduino Uno menggunakan sensor ultrasonic HCSR-04. Hasil penelitian Hubungan pengukuran jarak menggunakan penggaris dibandingkan pengukuran jarak menggunakan sensor ultrasonic memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat dengan data sebenarnya. Tingkat akurasi alat pengukuran menggunakan sensor Ultrasonik sangat baik digunakanan untuk jarak yang rendah tetapi untuk jarak yang terlalu jauh akurasi tidak terlalu baik. Kata Kunci: Arduino, Sensor Ultrasonik, Pengukuran Jarak, Alat Uku

Selanjutnya, MSDM berarti mengatur, mengurus SDM berdasarkan visi perusahaan agar tujuan organisasi dapat dicapai secara optimum.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Pengukuran penelitian menggunakan Skala likert Variabel Efektivitas teknikal dan strategik manajemen (x) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) pada PT.Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) kantor distrik Asahan. pengaruh berbanding lurus apabila Efektivitas teknikal dan strategik manajemen bagus maka Kinerja pegawai juga akan bagus. Hasil analisis pengujian dari Uji Koefisien Korelasi (R) yang menunjukan bahwa variabel Efektivitas teknikal dan strategik manajemen memiliki pengaruh dengan kategori sedang terhadap kinerja pegawai. Nilai koefisien determinasi 31% yang memiliki arti variabel Efektivitas teknikal dan strategik manajemen memiliki pengaruh sebesar 31% terhadap kinerjapegawai PT.Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) kantor distrik Asahan. Kata kunci: Efektivitas, Strategi, Kinerj

Literary works are a way for authors to convey their ideas through the creative process. These ideas come from the author\u27s imagination and reflection on the real world. Literary works are considered a direct representation of people\u27s lives, one of which is the web series Hari Ini Mengapa, Naira?. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used in this study were library, observation, and note-taking techniques. The results of this study concluded that the web series Today Why, Naira? contains religious values consisting of two aspects, namely (1) human relations with Allah SWT, which include faith and belief in Allah, prayer, praying, sincerity (2) human relations with others, which include tolerance, giving advice, being devoted to parents, parental affection, helping each other, and giving advice
PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN TEAM GAMES TOURNAMENT DALAM KEMAMPUAN MENULIS TEKS EKSPLANASI SISWA KELAS XI MAS ISLAMIYAH HESSA AIR GENTING TAHUN AJARAN 2023/2024
Get PDFThe aim of this research is to find out what the results of implementing the team games tournament learning model in the ability to write explanatory texts at Xth class of Mas Islamiyah Hessa Air Genting students in 2023/2024 Academic Year. The subjects of this research are 37 students of  XI th Class. This type of research is Class Action Research (PTK). This research’ s carried out in two cycles, the first cycle used conventional methods and the second cycle used a team game tournament model. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it is known that in cycle I the average student score was 71.48. There were 23 students (62.16%) who completed, 14 students (37.83%) did not complete. Meanwhile, during the second cycle of research, the average student score was 79.45. There were 32 students who completed (86.48%), 5 students who did not complete (13.51%). Thus, it is known that the use of the team games tournament model in explanatory text material to see the ability to write explanatory text has gone smoothly and is good for student learning outcomes

Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to determine the life values contained in the novel Dago After the rain by Skysphire. literary sociology approach, the values contained in the novel are related to social life. The object of this research is Skyspire\u27s novel Dago After the Rain, fifth printing in 2023. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data in this research are quotations in the form of text in sentences contained in the novel Dago after Rain by Skysphire. The data that has been found is analyzed using reading and note-taking techniques. The results of this research show the life values in the novel Dago After the Rain by Skysphire, including moral values which include honesty and compassion. responsible, polite Religious values which include gratitude, sincerity, prayer. Social values that include mutual help. concern for others, friendship. Leadership values include empathy, hard work, never giving up. The most dominant values of life that have been found in the novel are moral and social values because they describe the nature and character of the character
ANALISIS KARAKTER TOKOH UTAMA DALAM FILM MIRACLE IN CELL NO. 7 DENGAN KAJIAN PSIKOLOGI SASTRA
Get PDFThe purpose of the study was to determine the character of the main character in the film Miracle In Cell No. 7 and to determine the psychological conflict of literature including: id, ego, and super ego of the main character in the film Miracle In Cell No. 7. This study is included in the type of descriptive research using qualitative methods. Descriptive research is research conducted to determine the value of one or more variables without making comparisons and connecting with other variables. The data used in this study use two types of data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been carried out in this study, then from the entire miracle in cell no. 7 film that was studied, overall there are several characters found in the main character named Dodo Rozak, namely: having mental retardation, hard worker, kind and friendly, cheerful, always helping people in trouble, and loving his child very much. In this study, the psychological conflict of literature includes three aspects, namely: the id aspect (inner/unconscious), ego (preconscious), and super ego (consciousness). From the entire content of the story in this film, the id, ego, and super ego aspects have been found in the main character, namely Dodo Rozak. This can be proven from the data findings starting from the id aspect of 45%, the ego aspect (preconsciousness) of 3 or 15%, and the super ego aspect (consciousness) of 8 or 40%

Get PDFÂ The tradition of the Batubara Malay wedding ceremony is still a source of pride for its people because the Batubara Malay wedding procession is a tradition of inheritance. The purpose of this study is to describe the icons, indexes, and symbols found in the Batubara Malay traditional wedding procession, especially in the palang pintu pantun, the nasi hadap-hadap tradition, and the food served in the nasi hadap-hadap tradition. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, where later the researcher will describe the results of the discussion in detail, the data sources in this study are primary data sources, namely observation and interviews and secondary data sources are journals and other online sources. The results obtained in the research on the Batubara Malay traditional wedding process through the study of Peirce\u27s Semiotics include: (1) icons found in the palang pintu pantun process, (2) indexes found in the series of events for the hadap-hadapan rice tradition, and (3) symbols found in the food served at the hadap-hadapan rice tradition. It is hoped that the Batubara Malay traditional wedding process can continue to be preserved by students, the community, and the local government

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the form of expressive speech acts of characters in the novel Bidadari Bisper by Asma Nadia and to determine the function of expressive speech acts of characters in the novel Bidadari Bisper by Asma Nadia. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method. The data used in this study are the expressive speech of characters in the novel and the data source, namely the novel Bidadari Bisper by Asma Nadia. The data collection technique in this study uses the technique of reading the entire contents of the novel, the technique of recording data on expressive speech acts contained in the novel and the technique of marking expressive speech acts contained in the novel. The results of the study show that in the novel Bidadari Biasing by Asma Nadia based on Yule\u27s theory, there are 22 expressive speech acts consisting of; expressive speech acts of gratitude there are 4 utterances, speech acts of criticism there are 3 utterances, speech acts of praise there are 4 utterances, speech acts of complaint there are 5 utterances, speech acts of blame there are 3 utterances, and speech acts of satire there are 3 utterances. The function of the speech act is the expressive speech act of criticizing, the function of the expressive speech act of praising the function of the expressive speech act of complaining, the function of the expressive speech act of blaming and the function of the expressive speech act of satire

No full textThis study aims to determine the effectiveness of developing independent curriculum-based module teaching materials using the Scaffolding model in terms of the ability to understand mathematical concept of students at SMP Negeri 5 Kisaran in 2022/2023 Academic Year. Learning content, learning methods, interpretation, and assessment techniques arranged in a systematic and riveting manner to achieve the expected indicator of succes. The teacher developed teaching modules before carrying out learning in the classroom. One of the functions of the teaching module is to reduce the teacher’s burden and is in accordance with the Scaffolding learning method where the teacher only present learning conten that the teacher can have a lot of time to be a tutor and continue to help student in the learning process. This type of research is development oriented ( Research and Development) and uses the ADDIE model. The ADDIE model consists of five stages including Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The results of student’s mathematical concept understanding tests in VIIth-1 class with a total of 30 students and KKM of 60 obtained 28 students who’s (completed (≥60) and 2 student’s who did not complete (≤60) and obtained classical completeness (percentage) 93% with the category very effective to be developed in terms of students understanding of mathematical concept at SMP Negeri 5 Kisaran.Keywords: Learning Module, Scaffolding, Understanding Mathematical Concepts, Free Learning CurriculumÂ

No full textThe legal counseling at SMAN 3 Kisaran on the use of social media for Generation Z aimed to raise awareness about using social media wisely, healthily, and in accordance with the law. Generation Z, who are highly familiar with digital technology, need legal and digital literacy to avoid negative impacts such as hoaxes, hate speech, cyberbullying, and privacy violations. The program introduced the ITE Law and emphasized digital ethics, encouraging students to be not only active but also responsible social media users. Conducted interactively, the session received enthusiastic responses, with students engaging in real case discussions. Overall, this counseling serves as a strategic step to shape a digitally smart, creative, and law-abiding young generation ready to face future challenges.
