    Assisting the Congregation of Sriwangi Village Mosque through Educational Friday Sermons Based on Local Wisdom

    This community service initiative aims to empower the congregation of the Sriwangi Village Mosque through mentoring in the delivery of educational Friday sermons that integrate local wisdom. The implementation methods included training for the preachers (Khatib), mentoring in sermon material preparation, as well as implementation and evaluation of the sermons. The training focused on effective communication techniques and the integration of Sundanese local wisdom values, such as *silih asah, silih asih, silih asuh* (mutual sharpening, loving, and nurturing), into religious messages. Evaluation results showed a significant improvement in the preachers\u27 understanding and skills. A congregant satisfaction survey also indicated a highly positive response, with 92% of congregants stating that the sermon material had become more relevant to daily life and easier to understand. This program not only strengthens the role of the mosque as a center of civilization but also preserves the noble values of local culture that are in harmony with Islamic teachings. The activity concludes that a local wisdom-based sermon approach is effective in enhancing the religious understanding of the community and strengthening cultural identity

    Character Development of Santri at Al-Furqon Islamic Boarding School, Pisang Baru, Way Kanan Through Classical Islamic Text (Kitab Kuning) Learning

    This community service initiative aims to strengthen the moral development of students at Pondok Pesantren Al-Furqon Pisang Baru, Way Kanan, through guided learning of classical Islamic texts (kitab kuning). Selected texts such as Ta’lim al-Muta’allim and Bidayatul Hidayah were chosen for their rich content on ethics, spiritual discipline, and Islamic manners. The core issue identified was the limited internalization of these moral teachings into the students’ daily behavior. The program was implemented through intensive mentoring, reflective discussions, and practical integration of values into daily pesantren activities. The results showed a significant improvement in students’ understanding and application of Islamic moral values, reflected in more responsible and ethical behavior. This initiative demonstrates that contextual and experiential learning of classical texts can serve as an effective model for sustainable character education in Islamic boarding schools

    Strengthening the Social and Moral Values of Congregants Through Friday Sermons at Miftahul Huda Mosque, Sukaraja

    This community service program aims to strengthen the social and moral values of the congregation through Friday sermons at Miftahul Huda Mosque, Sukaraja. The method employed is a participatory approach, involving both the congregation and mosque administrators actively in identifying needs, preparing materials, implementation, and evaluation. The sermon materials were thematically designed by integrating the Qur’an, Hadith, and the social realities of the congregation. The results indicate an increase in congregation participation, the growth of social and moral awareness, and concrete initiatives such as mutual assistance, social donations, and active involvement in mosque activities. Furthermore, reciprocal communication between preachers and congregants has reinforced the role of sermons as a medium of participatory da’wah. Thus, Friday sermons are proven to serve not only as religious rituals but also as strategic instruments in fostering religious, social, and moral awareness within the community.

    The background of this training is the rapid development of digital technology which has not been balanced with the ability of mosque congregations to utilize it for da\u27wah. The congregation of Al-Barokah Mosque in Pisang Baru Village, Way Kanan has great potential as da\u27wah agents but still faces obstacles in mastering digital media. The purpose of this community service is to empower the congregation through training in creating creative and Islamic digital da\u27wah content. Implementation methods include interactive lectures, practical workshops, and intensive mentoring in creating video content, digital posters, and da\u27wah articles. Evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants\u27 abilities, where 90% of participants who previously had no experience were now able to produce simple da\u27wah content. The products produced include 15 da\u27wah videos, 20 digital posters, and 10 da\u27wah articles. This training successfully empowered the congregation as digital da\u27i and recommended the formation of a sustainable da\u27wah media team and collaboration with creative digital communities

    Implementasi kegiatan ekonomi dewasa ini telah mengarah kepada ekonomi liberlis/kapitalis dan hal ini telah menjadi sebuah permasalahan. Melalui pendidikan ekonomi terutama dalam pembelajaran ekonomi Islam harus hadir dan harus dilakukan dengan baik guna menamamkan nilai islam dalam kegiatan ekonomi. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan informasi tentang pembelajaran ekonomi Islam di program Pendidikan IPS UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang serta dampaknya kepada moralitas ekonomi mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (Field research) dengan metode kualitatif dengan pengambilan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data dengan reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran ekonomi Islam yang berlangsung pada mahasiswa semester empat pogram studi IPS UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang sudah berjalan dengan cukup baik. Dalam hal ini proses pembelajaran pada berbagai elemen pendukung berkontribusi pada keberhasilan ini. dikarenakan berbagai komponen pendukung dalam proses pembelajaran dapat terlaksana dan terpenuhi, selain itu pembelajaran ekonomi Islam mampu memberikan dampak pada perilaku ekonomi siswa. Perilaku ekonomi siswa tercermin dari moralitas perilaku ekonominya, yaitu mampu bertindak atau berperilaku ekonomi sesuai dengan nilai-nilai moral. Nilai moral yang terkandung dalam perilaku ekonomi siswa adalah dengan kemampuan siswa dalam memahami dan mengimplementasikan dalam bentuk kegiatan jual beli secara halal dan menghindari kegiatan ekonomi yang hukumnya haram

    Perubahan iklim adalah konflik utama masyarakat nelayan sama halnya bagi masyarakat nelayan Desa Ujung Batu. Perubahan iklim berakibat pada ekonomi dan sosial masyarakat nelayan yang ada di Desa Ujung Batu. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dampak perubahan iklim terhadap kehidupan ekonomi nelayan yang menyebabkan banyak masyarakat miskin dan dampak terhadap kehidupan sosial nelayan Desa Ujung Batu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif waktu dalam tempat penelitian menggunakan paradigma imperatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Dari pada penelitian ini ditemukan persepsi masyarakat nelayan di Desa Ujung Batu terhadap dampak perubahan iklim bagi mereka. Dampak ekonomi yang ditimbulkan dari perubahan iklim bagi masyarakat nelayan di Desa Ujung Batu adalah penurunan hasil tangkapan ikan bahkan ketidakadaan hasil.     Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan permainan ludo menjadi media pembelajaran yang berfokus pada materi jurnal penyesuai perusahaan dagang untuk kelas XII Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) MA Darussalam, dan untuk mengukur kelayakan dari media pembelajaran Ludo for Accounting dari para ahli, dan peserta didik agar dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development) dengan mengadaptasi model ADDIE, yaitu analisis (analysis), desain (design), pengembangan (development), implementasi (implementation), dan evaluasi (evaluation). Subjek yang digunakan dalah siswa kelas XII IPS MA Darussalam yang berjumlah 28 siswa. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan angket validasi para ahli dan peserta didik. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah produk media pembelajaran satu box lengkap dengan komponennya. Media pembelajaran ludo ini berkategori “sangat Layak” berdasarkan hasil dari validasi ahli materi sebesar 94,4%, kemudian hasil validasi dari ahli media sebesar 100% berkategori “sangat Layak”. Dari hasil uji kelayakan kepada peserta didik mendapat presentase sebesar 99,7% dengan kategori “sangat Layak”, pada uji coba kelompok kecil, presentase yang sebesar 100% berkategori “sangat Layak”didapatkan dari uji coba lapangan. Berdasarkan dari uji kelayakan keseluruhan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran Ludo For Accounting sangat layak digunakan di kelas XII IPS MA Darussalam pada materi jurnal penyesuaian perusahaan dagang

    The research was carried out because researchers found interesting experiences during their educational internship at SMK Negeri 01 Buay Madang. These findings indicated that students experienced a lack of motivation in participating in learning activities, such as easily feeling bored, sleepy, and having difficulty maintaining focus. To increase students\u27 learning motivation, namely by using Ice Breaking. The research aims: (1) How is Ice Breaking used in class XI AKL, (2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for using Ice Breaking, (3) What is the level of students\u27 learning motivation. This research uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive type. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results showed that: (1) The use of Ice Breaking in class XI AKL occurred spontaneously during learning activities. (2) Supporting factors for using Ice Breaking include the attitude of students who are easy to direct, the enthusiasm and interest of students, the creativity of educators, and the availability of infrastructure. Factors inhibiting the use of Ice Breaking include student characteristics, educator limitations, and time constraints. (3) The interview results show that the use of Ice Breaking in class XI AKL has a positive impact on increasing students\u27 learning motivation. By using Ice Breaking, the atmosphere and conditions in class XI AKL become more interesting, so that students are motivated and enthusiastic to take part in the learning process

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil observasi yang peneliti lakukan terhadap siswa-siswi di SMA Pelita Tiga Jakarta. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah pembiasaan tadarus Al-Quran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendidikan karakter di SMA Pelita Tiga Jakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan dari pembiasaan tadarus Al-Quran terhadap pendidikan karakter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pembiasaan tadarus Al-Quran terhadap pendidikan karakter pada siswa. Tadarus Al-Quran yang merupakan kegiatan membaca, memahami, dan menghayati Al-Quran secara rutin dinilai memiliki dampak yang signifikan dalam membentuk karakter positif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei yang melibatkan mahasiswa dari berbagai jenjang pendidikan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang mengukur frekuensi tadarus dan indikator karakter seperti kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, kejujuran, dan empati. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif antara intensitas tadarus Alquran dengan peningkatan kualitas karakter siswa. Siswa yang melakukan tadarus lebih rutin cenderung menunjukkan sikap dan perilaku yang lebih baik dalam aspek kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, kejujuran, dan empati dibandingkan dengan yang tidak

    This research explores the comprehension of Islamic teachings among the millennial generation at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) in the context of Indonesia\u27s Industry 4.0 Revolution, focusing on elementary education. The study addresses three primary aspects: the understanding of Islamic teachings by the millennial generation at MI, the factors influencing this understanding, and strategies to improve comprehension within the Industry 4.0 framework. Utilizing a qualitative approach, the case study at MI Roudhotu Tolibin Bumi Agung Way Kanan reveals several key findings. These findings include imagination and creativity related to religious values, basic moral understanding, familiarity with worship rituals, awareness of the stories of prophets and messengers, engagement in religious activities, curiosity, role-playing, and symbolism. Despite this, essential concepts are not fully grasped. Factors affecting the understanding of Islamic teachings among MI millennial students involve a complex interplay of education and teaching, family influence, the madrasah environment, social interactions, media and technology, and personal factors.
