Practical Problems in Nurses’ Interprofessional Collaboration in Psychiatric Care ―Survey Analysis of Workshop Participants―
Get PDFThis study aimed to examine the characteristics of various practical problems experienced by nurses in psychiatric interprofessional collaboration （IPC） and to propose appropriate measures for each issue. A questionnaire survey was conducted among psychiatric nurses who had participated in IPC-related workshops, gathering information on the frequency of their experiences with IPC-related problems, the methods they used to address these problems. Responses from 46 nurses revealed that over 80％ had encountered all five types of problems. The findings indicated that communication problems, conference problems, and relationships with patients and families were relatively easier to resolve, whereas problemsinvolving doctors and outsiders problems were more challenging to address. It is suggested that efforts should be made at individual, multi-professional team, and organizational levels to address these issues, tailored to the specific nature of each problem.departmental bulletin pape
Policy proposal activities to support elderly drivers and efforts to systematize industrial and organizational psychology
Get PDFDuring my sabbatical, I worked on two research topics:“ Policy proposal activities for supporting elderly drivers” and“ Systematization of industrial and organizational psychology.” Both research topics have in common that they are based on the bio-psycho-social model, the scientist-practitioner model, and conver-gence science. The former is in particular one of the current major social issues in Japan, and solutions are being sought. I believe that multi-disciplinary collaboration and regional collaboration are the key. Developing Competencies: Insights from Australia’s Multicultural Education Curriculum and a Model School
Get PDF本稿の目的は、現代的諸課題の解決を導く汎用的能力が学校でどのように形成されるかについて、オーストラリアの多文化教育カリキュラムおよびニュー・サウス・ウェールズ州の学校改革先進校であるルーティ・ヒル高校での面談と学校資料から明らかにすることにある。これまで、同州の教師の多文化教育の認識は報告されてきたが、学校が多文化教育を運営する実際の過程は明らかにされていない。本研究が行った面談等の調査から、ルーティ・ヒル高校の汎用的能力形成モデルは、（１）独自の授業開発ツールの開発・運用および（２）教師研究チームの組織化によって確立、実践されていた。特に、研究チームにおける教師の批判的・創造的な研究が生徒の学びと同期すると考えられていることが示された。このような教師と生徒の学びが「同心円」となる学校経営は、汎用的能力形成の一つのモデルとして指摘できる。departmental bulletin pape
