Implementing Readers’ Theater in University English Classes
Get PDF本実践報告は、英語教育における協同学習の実践例として、英語音読劇であるReaders’Theater（以下RT）への取り組みを紹介し、その教育効果を検討するものである。RT は台本を基に複数の読み手が音読を行う活動で、読解力や表現力の向上に寄与するとされている。本論では、先行研究におけるRT の実践事例（インドネシアと日本）とその効果を紹介し、筆者自身が実施した課外活動および授業内でのRT 活動の実践における成果と課題を報告する。 先行研究では、RT の活動が学生の英語スキル（読解力、表現力）および協同学習のスキルの向上に寄与し、学習者の創造性や積極性を引き出す効果が確認されている。また、筆者の教育実践においても、学生が主体的に台詞を解釈し、感情を込めて表現する過程を通じて、英語運用能力や協同するためのスキルが向上したことがアンケート結果や観察から明らかとなった。departmental bulletin pape
Changes in parental attitudes as factors influencing the effectiveness of parent training for developmental disorders
Get PDF本研究は，発達障害の子どもをもつ親を対象としたペアレント・トレーニングのプログラム参加によって育児・養育態度にどのような変化が見られるかを検討することを目的とした。2011年から2022年にプログラムに参加した親60名のプログラム参加前後におけるFDT プロフィールのデータを用いて分析を行った。その結果として，プログラム参加前には期待過剰型，不安―介入型，不安―無気力型，受容型，プログラム参加後においては期待過剰型，悲観型，放任型，受容型の養育態度パターンが確認された。プログラム参加前後におけるパターンの変化について検討したところ，参加前における不安―無気力型の養育態度は参加後に変化が見られやすく，放任型へと変化しやすい傾向が示された。また，プログラムの参加終了（直後）の時点では，望ましい変化が見られない場合もあることから，ペアレント・トレーニングの実践においては，プログラム終了後にも，フォローアップ・セッションや個別支援等を実施することで支援を継続し，親の養育態度の変化について経過を観察していくことの重要性が示唆された。This study aimed to examine how parental attitudes change following participation in a parent training program targeted at parents of children with developmental disorders. Data from the FDT （Family Diagnostic Test） profiles were analyzed for 60 parents who participated in the program between 2011 and 2022, both before and after the intervention. The findings revealed distinct patterns of parental attitudes: pre-program patterns included over-expectation, anxiety-intervention, anxiety-helplessness, and acceptance types, while post-program patterns included over-expectation, pessimistic, permissive, and acceptance types. Analysis of changes in patterns before and after the program indicated that the anxiety-helplessness type was more likely to transition, often shifting to the permissive type. Additionally, the study found that desirable changes in parental attitudes were not always observed immediately after program completion. These results suggest that follow-up sessions and individualized support after the program’s conclusion are essential for sustaining progress and monitoring long-term changes in parental attitudes.departmental bulletin pape
Making Keynesian Economic Policies in the Macmillan Committee, 1929-31
Get PDFケインズは，『貨幣論』の出版と前後して，当時のイギリスの金融と産業に関する救済策を検討するために開かれた大蔵大臣の諮問会議，マクミラン委員会に参画し，その委員会の中で「ケインズ政策」と後に呼ばれるようになった経済政策について提案していた．この提案は，ケインズ経済政策の原点となり，その後，試行錯誤を通じて修正を加えられたが，その骨子は現代にまで伝えられている．本稿では，この委員会におけるケインズの証言録を検討する中から，ケインズ経済政策の原点について明らかにする．また，この委員会における議論がどのような点で，『貨幣論』から『一般理論』へと至るケインズの研究の進化を誘導したかについて学説史的に検討するBritish government submitted economic policies for Finance and Industry to the Macmillan Committee in 1929-31. Keynes attended the Committee and proposed various economic policies for recovering British economy from deep depression. The proposal reveals the original ‘Keynesian policy mix’ which has been succeeded with sophistication by money authorities or governments in many countries until now.This article examines the original Keynesian policy and traces evolutional process of his study toward the General Theory（ 1936）.The conclusion of the research is summarized as follows.
1） The major issues of Keynesian policy were focused not only to stabilize the fluctuation of general price and business cycle but also to create employment.
2）D iscount policy by Bank of England（ here after BOE） with higher interest rate and deflation policies by British government had failed to recover depression under the returning Gold Standard since 1925.
3） Keynes proposed, instead, to the BOE to reduce Bank rate and to increase money supply with buying operation of government bonds in open market.
4） He recommended also the supplemental policies, such as tariff to import and subsidy to export, and to reduce money wages in order to improve trade balance.
5）Schemes of Capital Development（ SCD） was attached to the Addendum in the Report of the Committee in order to promote home investment with increasing employment. SCD has become the core strategy of Keynesian full employment policy since then.
6） However, the Keynes’ proposal was regretfully not accepted as majority view in the Committee. He would persuade professional economists for his fiscal policy and his macro-economic theory in the General Theory.departmental bulletin pape
The Research on the Competition about the Market Leader in World Electric Vehicle: A Comparative Analysis Focusing on BYD and Tesla
Get PDF次世代自動車の電気自動車（EV）の世界市場は，かつてなかった変化がみられた．アメリカEV 企業テスラと中国企業BYD の間の激しい競争を展開している．「途上国に生まれたチャレンジャBYD はどのようにテスラを挑戦しているか」．また，「世界EV 市場の次のマーケットリーダーになるのはテスラかそれともBYD か」の2 点は本稿の問題関心である．本稿は，EV 産業の発展に大きな影響力を有する4 つの条件―「企業条件」，「産業条件」，「市場条件」，「政策条件」―と12 要素を，テスラとBYD に照らして分析する．本稿の分析によって明らかにされた主な発見は，（1）12 要素については，BYD のほうはテスラを圧倒している；（2）4 つの条件には，BYD の強みは「市場条件」と「産業条件」に集中しているのに対してテスラの強みは「企業条件」と「政策条件」に偏重していることがわかる；（3）現時点では，テスラは依然として世界EV 市場のマーケットリーダーである．しかし，その地位は必ずしも安泰ではない．現時点でのチャレンジャBYD はマーケットリーダーになる可能性が十分に高いといえる．departmental bulletin pape
