The effects of attachment style and over-adaptation on mental health in university students with autistic traits
Get PDF本研究では，ASD 傾向のある学生への修学支援ニーズを検討することを目的とし，大学生のASD 傾向が愛着形成と適応様態を通して精神的健康に与える影響について，大学生110名を対象に，質問紙調査を行った。ASD 傾向，愛着，過剰適応，精神健康度のいずれも関連があることが示唆された。媒介分析を行なったところ，見捨てられ不安および自己不全感がASD 傾向と精神健康度との関連について完全媒介を示し，ASD 傾向は特性そのものが精神的健康に影響を与えるのではなく，ASD 傾向によって引き起こされる自己への不安によって影響されることが確認された。自由記述では，過剰適応の過程では，自己への不安感が他者への不安感（評価懸念等）と照合されてより増幅される動的過程が進行していくことが推察された。育ちや適応行動の中で生じた自己への不安を感じている者や，他者との関わりを回避する者に対して，安心・安全な関係性や居場所の確保をし，その上で適応行動がストレスや疲労の増幅につながらないよう自己管理スキルの向上を促す支援が必要と考えられた。In this study, to examine the support needs of university students with autism spectrum traits, the relationships among autistic traits, subjective mental health, attachment styles, and over-adaptation were examined. The results showed a correlation between autistic traits, attachment styles, over-adaptation, and mental health. Mental health was affected by self-anxiety caused by autistic traits. Free descriptions suggested that in the process of over-adaptation, self-anxiety overlapped with anxiety about others and was amplified. It is necessary to ensure safe and secure relationships and a place to belong and to support the improvement of self-management skills so that adaptive behavior does not lead to increased stress and fatigue.departmental bulletin pape
