PAREGREG DALAM SEBUAH MONUMEN
At the time when the Hindu kingdoms were still in power in Indonesia, the establishment of sima was often associated with the services that the people of a village had given to their king. To commemorate this event, a sacred building was erected, and the village community concerned was obliged to maintain it. Due to the burden of maintaining the sacred building, the village community was exempted from the obligation to pay taxes to the king. A building that was recently found in Dukuh Centong, Sawentar Village, Kanigoro District, Blitar Regency is possibly an example of a building that is a memorial to an important event during the Majapahit era. Although the building is not very big, it is very interesting to study, especially if it is related to its historical background and rare architectural form.

In line with the development of Indonesian archaeology, the interest in archaeological research is not only focused on monumental, but also on non-monumental remains such as the pottery. This is evidenced by the many studies on pottery in the form of articles, theses and dissertations. As a result of the many researches on pottery, there are problems that need to be solved, especially the problem of the benefits of the study of past pottery in relation to the development of today's pottery handicrafts. In turn, the results of this development can be used as an asset that supports the tourism industry. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to outline the results of the study of past pottery and traditional pottery

The juridical fact referred to is the fact that so far there has been a misconception, especially at the elite level of decision making in inemabami. nature of cultural heritage objects and sites. A concrete example is the Attachment to the Decree of the Director General of the Ministry of Education and Culture Number 0248 / Fl.IV / J.93 concerning Guidelines for Implementing Procedures for the Registration of Cultural Heritage Objects. Where in one of the forms is entitled Intangible Objects Inspection, but the content contained in it is about the site, with the editorial saying Site Serial Number and Site Name. Even though we know that theoretically and juridically, the essence of intangible cultural heritage objects is clearly not the same as the nature of a site

We always expect the ideal both in the implementation of development and in the management of archaeological resources. However, the reality on the ground is that these ideal expectations cannot always be fulfilled, on the contrary, the worst things happen. Development does not always have a positive impact, often development has a negative impact on efforts to conserve archaeological resources.
KAJIAN KAWASAN: PENDEKATAN STRATEGIS DALAM PENELITIAN ARKEOLOGI DI INDONESIA DEWASA INI
If I or you as an individual will enter a meeting room, at the entrance you may think for a moment as you look left and right, which chair will you be sitting on. If you were a participant, and not an important official, you probably wouldn't choose a place in the front row of seats. You might choose to sit in a row of chairs a little back because there are already a number of your friends sitting there so you feel 'warm' and occasionally can steal the opportunity to greet a close friend who has not met for a long time. Or, long before entering the meeting room, you have decided in advance that you will sit in the second row so that you can focus more on hearing the presenters' descriptions without the interference of peers who they know will definitely invite them to chat outside of the subject matter in the session. Decision making to place ourselves in that space unit is influenced or determined by thoughts and feelings to socialize with friends or vice versa
