MOJOPURA WETAN, DESA PENYEBERANGAN DI DAERAH ALIRAN SUNGAI (DAS) BENGAWAN SOLO PADA MASA MAJAPAHIT?
Majapahit is a powerful kingdom which ruled Java from 12th to 15th century A.D. The kingdom was well known as the center of Javanese civilization with a tremendous influential power throughout the archipelago. Its capital was found in an area which had long been assumed as located in Trowulan District of Mojokerto Region in East Java. Archaeologists had long been assumed that the potential main access for entering the area were roads as well as rivers with Bengawan Solo as the most important one. Some old Javanese inscriptions mentioned the crossing-through villages lying over the river's edge which among them were Madanten, Wringin Wok and Bajrapura. Those village names could still easily be found until today, located over the edge of Bengawan Solo River in Gresik District. Mojopura Wetan is believed as an ancient village as mentioned in the inscription, identical to Bajrapura. Beside located close to Bengawan Solo, in the village was also found Hindu and Buddha statues. At present in the village could still be found the activity of local people using small boat to cross the river

PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT PADA PELESTARIAN SITUS BANGKAI KAPAL "USS LIBERTY", TULAMBEN, BALI
Indonesia as the largest maritime country in the world, is estimated to have 3000 sites containing underwater archaeological resources. But unfortunately, this great potential has not been managed (research and its preservation) optimally. Various conflicts of interest in the management of underwater archaeological resources have led to new thinking in the vision of conservation. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an alternative approach that can better accommodate the various interests of the local community. One model of approach that is oriented to local communities is the community empowerment model. Empowerment of local communities around archaeological sites can be realized in three aspects of empowerment, namely: empowerment in the fields of a) socio-culture, b) politics, and c) economy.

MEMBIDIK SISWA MENGENAL ARKEOLOGI
The era of reform in the world of politics has rolled on and is still in the process of learning for all Indonesian people to find the ideal format for implementing national development. Forms, ideal formats, are still limited to trials and aspirations that do not yet know when it will end. In exploring the identity, an interesting question, but it is quite outdated is, "why"? it continues to be a polemic for individual, group, religious and ethnic interests. The chaos should end in order to create an Indonesia that is peaceful and has an identity as the basis for a Indonesian personality with a characteristic plurality (diversity).
