Early literacy with augmented reality
No full textAugmented reality is currently one of the most rapidly emerging technologies, with applications in the field of education. AR technology, according to a review of numerous publications, provides new options for teachers and makes learning more appealing to pupils of all ages. Students can use mobile AR apps to observe a real-world environment with virtual things layered or composited on top of it. This is especially true for young children. The article highlights the activities that allow a child to have a unique AR experience. There is a comparison of available augmented reality (AR) applications for learning the alphabet. The author describes a novel augmented reality application that was created with Unity, C#, and Vuforia. The developed mobile AR application allows students to learn the Ukrainian alphabet, number names, and animal sounds. The learning process is enhanced by three-dimensional visualization and sounding of each letter and number thanks to this program. An analysis of a survey of teachers and parents found that utilizing an AR application greatly boosted children\u27s motivation and self-efficacy in learning letters and numbers. The AR application aided in the retention of the child\u27s attention while learning new content by speeding up the process of memorization

No full textThe article analyzes the different views of scientists on thephenomenon of procrastination, considers the main reasons for delayingthe solution of problems. The author proves the relevance of studyingprocrastination as a factor in creating an educational environment inhigher education institutions. The aim of the study was chosen theoreticaland empirical analysis of the phenomenon of procrastination in theeducational activities of students. The significance of motivationalinsufficiency, perfectionism and anxiety in the structure of procrastinationis revealed. The results of an empirical study of the influence of learningmotivation on student procrastination are presented. It was stated thatthe tendency of higher education seekers to postpone solving tasks is notcorrelated with the age of the respondents.У статтi проаналiзовано рiзнi погляди науковцiв нафеномен прокрастинацiї, розглянуто основнi причини вiдтермiнуваннявирiшення завдань. Автором доведено актуальнiсть вивченняпрокрастинацiї як фактора створення навчального середовища узакладах вищої освiти. Get PDFIn this article various approaches for understanding such terms as aggression, aggressiveness and hostility in the view of modern psychology are analysed. The research results on the acts of aggression and hostility of the teenagers being raised in children’s homes are examined here. The article places a special focus on the forms of their aggressive behaviour and establishes the linkage between hostility and the aggressive behaviour of the inmates of children’s homes. Alongside this article covers the reasons of an aggressive model of teenagers’ behavior and involves some areas of corrective work to decrease their hostility and auto-aggressive behaviour.У статті проаналізовано різноманітні підходи до розуміння агресії, агресивності і ворожості в сучасній психології. Розглянуто результати дослідження проявів агресії і ворожості у підлітків, які виховуються в умовах дитячого будинку. Зроблено акцент на формах їх агресивної поведінки і встановлено взаємозв\u27язок ворожості із агресивними реакціями вихованців. Порушується питання про причини агресивної моделі поведінки підлітків та напрямах корекційної роботи для зниження їх ворожості і проявів аутоагресії.
