    Pengaruh Pemberian Pupuk Organik Cair Buah Mengkudu (Morinda citrifolia) Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tanaman Sawi (Brassica juncea L)

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan pupuk organik cair buah mengkudu (Morinda citrifolia)  terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi (Brassica juncea L). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 22 maret sampai dengan 10 juni 2023 didesa Lontos Kecamatan Luwuk Timur Kabupaten Banggai.  Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK ) dengan 5 taraf perlakuan dengan 3 kali pengulangan sehingga terdapat 15 unit pengamatan berikut perlakuan yang diberikan yakni, P1 (20 ml poc, 1L air/tanaman ), P2 (30 ml poc, 1L air /tanaman), P3 (40 ml poc, 1L air /tanaman) P4 (50 ml poc, 1L air /tanaman) dan P5 (60 ml poc, 1L air /tanaman).  Parameter yang diukur adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun dan berat brangkasan segar.  Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan analisis sidik ragam (anova) menunjukan bahwa penggunaan pupuk organik cair buah mengkudu memberikan hasil berbeda tidak nyata terhadap tinggi, jumlah daun, luas daun dan berat brangkasan segar tanaman. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan disimpulkan bahwa konsentrasi terbaik tinggi, jumlah daun, dan berat brangkasan tanaman sawi pada perlakuan P2 (30 ml poc, 1L air /tanaman), sedangkan luas daun pada perlakuan P1 (20 ml poc, 1L air/tanaman), tidak terdapat perbedaan nyata pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi (Morinda citrifolia) pada penggunaan berbagai konsentrasi pupuk organik cair buah mengkudu

    Tujuan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat di Desa Lipulalongo terhadap Fungsi Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes). Dimana metode pelaksaan dilakukan untuk luaran kegiatan ini yaitu metode partisipasi, yaitu kegiatan dilaksanakan bersama masyarakat. Adapun pelaksanaan kegiatan ini meliputi sosialisasi pemahaman masyarakat tentang fungsi badan usaha milik desa. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah observasi, koordinasi dan pelaksanaan kegiatan. Hasil akhir yang diinginkan dari kegiatan ini adanya peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap fungsi badan usaha milik desa. Selain itu kegiatan ini untuk mengantisipasi ketidaktauan masyarakat tentang apa sebenarnya badan usaha milik desa.     This study aims to identify and develop a principal leadership model oriented towards improving student learning outcomes at SDN Pembina Luwuk. The main problem raised was the low student learning outcomes caused by the less than optimal role of the principal in building a conducive and collaborative learning environment. This research approach used descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. Respondents included principals, teachers, students and school committees. The results showed that effective principal leadership is characterized by open communication, participatory decision making, and strengthening achievement-based school culture. In addition, supervision and teacher professional development programs are consistently the main supporting factors in improving teaching quality. The implication of these findings is the need for structured and continuous leadership training for principals, as well as increased involvement of all stakeholders in supporting the teaching-learning process. This research is expected to make a significant contribution to the development of an educational leadership model that is oriented towards student learning outcomes

    The importance of effective Qur'anic reading instruction in shaping students' religious understanding and literacy skills. This study aims to analyse the effectiveness of Qur'anic learning methods in improving students' reading skills at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Banggai. This study used a quantitative approach with an experimental design to measure the effect of learning methods on improving the ability to read the Qur'an. The research subjects were 4th grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Banggai consisting of 30 students, which were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. Data collection methods used Al-Qur'an reading tests before and after treatment, as well as observation of the learning process applied. The learning methods used in this study were the iqra' and tahsin methods which focused on improving the technique of reading and pronouncing the hijaiyah letters correctly. The collected data were analysed using paired sample t-test to determine the significant difference between the test scores before and after treatment. The results showed a significant improvement in students' Qur'an reading ability after the implementation of the intended learning method. The average student test score increased from 60 to 85 after the application of the method.     Students who have great motivation and create positive perceptions in mathematics lessons will improve student learning outcomes. However, the learning motivation of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Luwuk in mathematics is still low. Therefore, this research aims to determine the contribution of mathematics learning motivation to mathematics learning outcomes in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Luwuk, while the research was carried out from May to June 2021. In this research, the variables to be studied consist of 2 variables, namely variables X and Y, where the motivation to learn mathematics is placed in variable Luwuk. The data collection methods used are observation, questionnaires, tests and documentation. The analysis used is product moment correlation. The research results show that the correlation coefficient (r) = 0.3598 or 35.98% is a positive number. This shows that the contribution of mathematics learning motivation to the mathematics learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Luwuk is positive and the interpretation is between 0.20 - 0.399 which is interpreted as a low level of influence. The KD value = 12.96% shows the low influence of the contribution of mathematics learning motivation to the mathematics learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Luwuk, amounting to 12.69%. Meanwhile, the value of tcount = 1.6808 with degrees of freedom (db) = 21-2 = 19 with a significance level of 0.05 = 2.093 so tcount is less than ttable or 1.6808 < 2.093, so the correlation that occurs is meaningless or not significant so The correlation is that there is no contribution of mathematics learning motivation to the mathematics learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Luwuk. Thus the hypothesis is rejected

    The popularity of integrated Islamic schools has resulted in the dim existence of MDA and considering it as an educational development, of course, it has a positive impact and a negative impact, especially it can make the purpose and orientation of Islamic education may not be achieved. This study aims to determine the existence and continuity of Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah (MDA) in the midst of the popularity of integrated Islamic schools today from a socio-economic perspective and an educational perspective. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature and field study approach. With collection techniques namely interviews, observation, and documentation. This research was conducted at SDIT Hikmatul Fadhillah, SDIT An-Nizam Medan, and MDA Al-Ikhlas. The results of this study indicate that from a socio-economic perspective, those who attend MDA are lower economic families while those who attend SDIT are upper economic families. Then MDA tends to classical religious learning, this must keep up with the times and technology and increase the creativity of MDA, while the existence of SDIT has adapted to technological advances. This research is expected to contribute to government managers as reference material in making educational policies and improvements to the implementation of education

    Mathematical concepts must not only be understood or memorized in order for students to learn them effectively. Learners will more easily achieve learning objectives if they have a strong ability to understand mathematical concepts. However, in reality, researchers found that there are still many students who have difficulty in understanding the mathematical concepts taught by teachers during their education. This hampers the learning process because it causes the teacher to have to repeat the material continuously. The research method used was a pseudo-experiment with a 2x2 factorial design with level-based treatment. The data analysis technique used two-way ANOVA. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Overall mathematical understanding ability of students taught with IMPROVE method is higher than students taught with conventional method; 2) There is an interaction between learning method and PAM on mathematical understanding ability; 3) For students with high PAM, the mathematical comprehension ability of students taught with IMPROVE method is higher than that of students taught with conventional method; 4) For students with low PAM, the mathematical comprehension ability of students taught with IMPROVE method is higher than that of students taught with conventional method. For students with low PAM, the mathematical comprehension ability of students taught with IMPROVE method is lower than students taught with conventional method; 5) Self-development of students taught with IMPROVE learning method is higher than students taught with conventional method

    Kecamatan Kedawung menjadi salah satu sentra percontohan pengembangan tanaman buah seperti kelengkeng, jambu dan durian. Kendala yang saat ini masih dihadapi petani adalah bagaimana mengendalikan hama yang menyerang tanaman buah terutama saat masa panen. Petani masih menggunakan cara tradisional seperti brongsong, jaring jebakan, dan metode tradisional lainnya. Tujuan dilakukannya pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang pemanfaatan gelombang ultrasonic guna meningkatkan hasil panen buah. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarkat ini menggunakan pendekatan, survei Pendahuluan, Penentuan kebutuhan rancangan EBT dan Alat pengusir hama tanaman, Implementasi EBT dan Alat Pengusir Hama Tanaman dan sosialisasi dan Edukasi Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dilakukan dengan melakukan pemasangan alat pengusir hama kelelawar dengan memanfaatkan gelombang ultrasonic. Selain itu, juga dilakukan pemanfaatan Energi Baru dan terbarukan dengan memasang solar panel sebagai sumber energi alternatif untuk menyalakan alat pengusir hama tersebut. Kegiatan ini telah terlaksana dengan baik dan diharapkan dapat membantu petani dalam upaya pengendalian hama tanaman buah.     The Content Analysis of 7th Grade Teacher Manual Book of “English for Nusantara” in Merdeka Curriculum

    This study had the purpose to report the analysis results of teacher manual book of “English for Nusantara” for grade VII. The research applied qualitative method with content analysis research design. This study was conducted in even semester of 2022/2023 academic year where the research herself as the instrument of the research. The data were collected from all five chapters in this book together with all three units of each of the chapter. This qualitative research applied conceptual research design. The analysis was carried out by referring to eight aspects junior high school teachers expected to be available in a teacher manual book as found by Fahmi, et.al., (2022) in their research. Those elements covered: layout, teaching procedures, materials explanation, teaching aids, assessment, time allotment, language example and answer key. The analysis results revealed that not all aspects provided in this book, hence, it was less effective to guide teacher in using this manual. However, as the implementation of “Merdeka curriculum’, this manual had already fulfilled what were mandated by the curriculum. This research suggests the authors of the any teacher manual textbook to develop the book based on the teachers’ expectations and needs in order to improve its benefits
